The location is great. I brought our own comforters because I dont trust these have been washed regularly. I was right we walked in checked everything out. Problem number 1 the shower door is missing half the door and no shower curtain available. The microwave is rusty. The comforters are dirty the pillows provided are stained. The beds are in need of updating. The couch is torn but comfortable. The biggest issue the refrigerator is not cooling. Calling today to see if they will repair it. They have put in a shared washer and dryer.

An older home across the street from the beach. If you can deal with a typical beach house and appliances then this isnt a bad place. Unusual bathroom cause it has a walk in shower for ada compliance. Parking can be in front or in back as they are both accessible from the street. There is no washer or dryer so you will need to seek out the laundromat down the street.
