Mixed feelings about this resort. Kitchen was nice and the room was spacious. However, the TVs were not up to date. Couch was worn down. Chairs were filthy. Carpet was old. Mattress was too firm. The room had an old musty smell. View of the sunrise was awesome from our room though!!

Staff and resort is top notch. My friend Coach was very helpful with everything.My only issue with the avista is the parking garage. I was trapped into a very tight parking spot and did considerable damage to my trucks quarter panels. This garage isnt wide enough for a 4 door dodge ram truck and the garage is the only available parking.

After reading the reviews, I was a little worried as to how our stay would be. I read a lot of negative comments. But Prince resort was a very nice place to stay. We had a 3 bedroom and it was very clean. The elevators worked fine, and it was quite. We enjoyed pools from both towers 1 and 2. The pools and the hot tubs were clean. The kitchen was pretty big with lots of space to Cook. We liked having 3 bathrooms, one to each bedroom. Our stay was very nice and I would recommend Prince to anyone.

The Prince used to be my go to place, nice beach, bar/restaurant on beach, pools, hot tub, walking distance from town. But the rooms have been discussing lately. Decent repair, but not cleaned well. We found large spot of blood or something on wall. So who knows what else. Similar issues in other units. Some of these units are owned and rented out and the owners make sure they are well taken care of. So you can get nice units. Very nice units. And they are still rented by calling the Prince. The place is often full, so if you get a bad one, they may help you out financially to encourage you to stay, or on next visit, , or you have to try to find somewhere else to stay.

If you want a beautiful view when you first wake up of homes on the water and/or of the beach, you’ve found the right place.You have also found the right place for furniture that needed replacing a decade ago (couches sinking in on themselves, tables scratched beyond use). You’ve found a place where staff at the restaurant wears leggings and oversize shirts like they’re shopping at Target instead of going to work. You’ve found a room where your appliances make so much noise overnight you would think someone was blasting music from your own living room.Also: the amenities (which typically set a place like this apart) are meh. Everything feels like it is from the 1980’s and is in desperate need of updating.

It’s more than a building with amenities it’s a treasured secret because the building is tucked in the northern corner of Cherry Grove where it’s scenic and pristine and mostly quiet. This resort is just perfect for families, too!Many renters return year after year and the staff from the front desk to the parking lot attendants and restaurant workers aim to please! Because I help buyers I work with the admin as well.Amongst the treasures of the Prince is their very own living mermaid and Homeowners Relations expert, Abbey! She irons out the wrinkles with a true southern grace so guests can breeze in and have a lovely stay and homeowners who rent can expect great reviews! I recommend you go enjoy The Prince Resort as soon as you get an opportunity!!

Initial impression was that the environment is reminiscent of the late 70s, early 80s, with very little remodeling or upgrades to do more than maintain. Room cleanliness is great, but overall cleanliness is typical of a place frequented by many tourist most of the season. The room key always required several attempts. Just shampoo, no conditioner. Price was competitive, particularly for a nicer room with a large layout, including a full kitchen, living space and king bed, with a beachfront view. The view, room cleanliness and balcony space helped diminish the downsides. The elevators functioned well. Understaffing, despite the large crowds was evident, increasingly wait times the entire time, requiring guest to wait in line for upwards of 10-15 minutes before addressing even the most mundane of request or needs. To experience the pier, one is required to initially enter via a gift shop/convenience store and pay for a $3 pass, which the staff are incapable of announcing in less than a rude manner. The beach is very well maintained complete with lifeguards and other outside beachfront staff. Along the strip, up & down the beach are one beach front rental after another, which fortunately appear to adhere to some code enforcement and well maintained. So long as the gaze is directed to to sea, the scenery is great, complete with parasailing excursions and fishing boats. Fishing off the Pier. The pier, adjacent to this hotel, is fairly new and constructed well. Parking is great, in a parking garage across the street from the main beachfront tower, complete with roving security. Outside showers flank the inclusive pools directly in front of the hotel, beach side. I might stay at this hotel again, but with literally many other options and the apparent only do the very minium necessary to keep guest satisfied attitude, it unfortunately wont be an easy decision. Its definitely not the Mandalay Bay in L.V.! This area seems to lean more toward appeasing and accommodating the Spring Break type of crowds, rather than the average family unit or retirees. Lots of local restaurants within short driving distance, complete with delivery. Plenty of nearby local tourist gift shops and miniature golf, within a short driving distance, etc. Overall, this experience just isnt much appealing to me, but I imagine the average consumer is fine with it.

Awesome stay,love that we had a kitchen and washer and dryer in our room. I only have 2 complaints. WiFi was very slow. My child had to sign in zoom for school, some days he couldn’t get on. And now I know why it took so long to check in, the house keeper that was on floor 12 Thursday, I took my trash out and she was on her phone, got ready to go out on the beach 30 minutes later,she was still in the same spot talking on her phone.we are planning to come back in September and October.

Pretty decent condo. There was trash in our hallway leading to the condo but once inside, very cozy. We were on the 19th floor and had great views of the marshlands and the beach and ocean. I loved the fact that the unit had a washer and dryer in it. Due to covid-19 there was no housekeeping so I just washed towels when we ran low. Great little kitchenette to cook meals and my boyfriend and I lived out on the balcony just watching the sunsets and sipping wine. ️

We were really excited about this condo. We had beautiful views of the ocean, pier, etc. the lay out of the condo was perfect/ Loved the garden tub except there was no hand rail to help get in and out. For short people it was quite hard to get in and out with out falling A handicapped person couldnt stay here and take a shower or bath. The depth was at least 3 1/2 feet. My husband is 6ft and still had trouble. All was fine until we found ROACHES! We immediately went to the front desk to report the roaches, and other things that didnt work in the condo. The TV in one of the bedrooms didnt work, The electrical outlets in half the kitchen would not work, there were leaky faucets, the table on the balcony was broke; the ceiling fan in the living room was broke, the toilet paper holder in the bathroom was broke and did I mention Roaches! They didnt come until the next day and sprayed.for the roaches. In the meantime we went out and bought a can of RAID ourselves. They never came to fix any of the other items. we were planning to fix most of our meals in the condo, which was well equipt . But as we fought the roaches, we had to spend money we hadnt planned on to eat out. What could have been a wonderful trip turned into a nightmare. The pools were nice however they were so full of kids ( in what was advertised as the adult pool} that we didnt go. We are trying very hard to protect against covid. The cafe had delicious food though. They advertised that you put the trash and dirty towels outside you door and call the front desk and they would come pick up the trash and towells and leave new towels; /but when we got there they told us that we would have to ut the trash in the dumpster and we ended up in washing our towels. The only other thing that was really bad was the parking. I am handicapped and there is only 2 handicapped parking places where we were. and they were occupied the whole week never moving. Otherwise you have to walk across the street to the garage. Which the key to get in kept having to be rekeyed. We will never go here again. I would like to contact the owner to let them know that whoever is suppose to be taking care of the condo is failing and not doing a very good job.

The Front desk staff are awesome. I did not like having to park in a separate building and walk through the rain to come back to the condo. The rooms are spacious and great views. I didn’t like that the bar and restaurant were closed from 11 am to 4 pm.

Nice resort, great if you like to fish . Enjoyed the pool area , 2 hot tubs , one pool and a kiddie pool . Some of the staff could have been a little more helpful and pleasant but all in all its a good place to stay .

I enjoyed our stay at Prince Resort. They had really nice amenities that we got to make use of in their pool and Hot Tub. It was also very helpful that it was early March so not a lot of folks there I’m guessing more folks in the thick of summer. Our room had the ocean view and the view was very beautiful. I give them a 4 star (would’ve actually given them a 4.75 if I could) because the room we stayed in seemed old and had an old air smell to it. The furniture and ambiance of the place just had an old feel to it. It didn’t seem very modern. Also when we turned the heat on, a funky smell came out of the vents. Had to turn that off. It’s unfortunate that these things I highlight might stand out badly because the rest of the place was amazing!! We loved it and might actually consider being back! Oops sorry I didn’t get to take many pics of the room. I guess it shows how much fun we had

The only resort in Cherry Grove and North Myrtle Beach with its own fishing pier! Fish, dine and drink without ever leaving the pier! Checking in? This is another great resort for swimming. Two pool decks available!

Unbelievably friendly staff, clean and luxurious! There is no better place in my opinion, to stay during your visit to North Myrtle Beach. Overlooking Cherry Grove Pier and the beach... Close to everything... Amazing waterfront fine dining restaurant convenient to the lobby area... Pool and hot tubs... And the price is right!! What more could you ask for? Did I mention ultra luxurious? Just a super nice place with amazing and friendly associates. Dont miss out on this place!

Wonderful Resort, very friendly staff and beautiful ocean view rooms. The rooms are very clean, spacious, nice decor, comes with a washer & dryer and dishwasher in your room. Has very nice dishes, pots & pans, its like an apartment and has everything you could possibly need. We love it here and will be back next year, Prince Resort is now the only place we will stay when we come to the beach.

Condos are pretty, but a little run down,.The resort its self is very dirt. I wouldnt stay here. Too many other good choices. Definitely beautiful views of the ocean.

Brought the whole team together at this facility for a meeting and the entire experience was awesome. Everyone treated us like family. Id give more stars if I could.

Really enjoyed our stay here. We stayed several days over the Christmas holiday and my wife said she got a great price on the rooms.First time at the beach for Christmas. It was a nice change.The staff was very friendly and there are so many great places to eat around that area.You cant go wrong staying at the Prince Resort.

When we arrived at check-in there was only one person working and he was running through a scripted spill for each person checking in. Although polite, it was 10 pm, we were tired, and we just wanted to check in quickly. Upon arrival to our room, our room keys wouldn’t open the door. They quickly replaced them by having security run us a different key. You have to use a designated key of the parking deck as well, which worked on our first day but quit on the second. So that was another extensive wait in the lobby for a replacement. The rooms were comfy. Fairly clean. We did notice however that our fitted sheet was quite wrinkly which gave off an unclean impression. They sent us up more sheets, but left them on the door handle, so we didn’t see them until the morning. Also, I don’t want to have to make a bed while I’m on vacation. I feel like this is something housekeeping should have known to change from the get go. We did sign a waiver stating there would be no housekeeping during the stay, but they should have known that a very wrinkled fitted sheet gives off the impression that the sheets have been slept in already. Also, during our stay pest control came in for routine spraying. I did enjoy the floor to ceiling windows and being able to see the sound from the balcony and being able to catch a sunrise near the ocean from the kitchen window. The balcony in the coastal view is very small though, with little room to turn around with the patio furniture that’s on it. The kitchen is decently stocked. Only downside is there were no oven mitts to remove food from the oven with. My husband and I both really enjoyed the bathtub at this resort. The tub was narrow and deep which allows you to fill them up and have a very relaxing soak. The rooftop pool, lazy river, and jacuzzi were very nice. The location is great — just a short walk to the pier, restaurants, and the grocery store. Overall, we had a relaxing stay at our favorite beach with just a few minor glitches.

A bit run down and an older construction. Staff is nice and it has good pier/beach access. They are also very particular about the pool bracelets. Pools are apparently supposed to be heated but were cool most of the time. Pool hours are also very limited, with the beachfront tower running 10am-8pm and the other tower 10am-6pm. Overall a good place to stay but a bit overpriced.

Absolutely loved it! Have to do the main Tower, ocean view. Million dollar view. Definitely coming back and recommending to friends and family

I Love this place. I went here on vacation for 6days and 5 nights. I only have one complaint there was smell in the hallway of the sea and bad fish smell. I understand it not much they can do about it being that it so close to the beach. Very clean unit, the apartment does not have smell. It a very peaceful place to be to relax, sight see, shop, and explore. Everyone around there is very nice which Im not use being that Im from NYC. I would definitely recommend this place to stay.

This is 2nd snowbird winter. Time to go home tomorrow. Its been a fantastic 3 months. Staff here is great. They are working on upgrades to bldg. It will be nice when finished. If there is a problem all you need to do is call front desk and they get it fixed asap. Steps to beach, steps to hot tubs and heated pool. You dont have to leave, Beachfront cafe is attached to pier all within feet of elevators. Another great winter guys, it was fantastic. Hope to do it again next winter. Sad to leave, but its been wonderful. Oh yeah and the view cant be beat.

Stayed here many times. Location is great. They need to check rooms more often . Kitchen taps broken, bathroom door coming off hinges. For the price should be better maintained. Room 1902

Nice, clean..but had to go out buy dishwashing stuff, dish cloths, smoking right next door, could not sit on balcony with the smoke.We thought it was all no smoking!!

This was the most beautiful room and veiw. Our room was separated from other rooms so the quietness was what I needed. Secure parking, very staff and thus will be our NEW spot when visiting the beach. We loved everything about thus room, scenery, furniture, location, just take a visit, you will not be disappointed.

I was on vacation, traveling with my Mom, Sister and Aunt. We love to travel, find exciting places to visit, great places to get a bite to eat or a good drink. I choose the Cherry Grove area, because its family oriented. The atmosphere was relaxed, casual and peaceful. Ive stayed at this location several times getting the same suite each time. The rooms are nice, clean and well kept. I enjoy the suites with a balcony that have a view of the ocean. We enjoy the sunsets and sunrises while relaxing. The staff are professional, friendly and are always smiling. The resort will also offer you online or by phone coupons since you have been a previous guest to save money on another stay. You could call it a loyalty discount. We had a great time and had no complaints or issues with our stay.

Although the exterior and posted pictures were impressive, the room and amenities were below par. The carpet was dirty and tattered. The furniture also was in poor condition. The hallways needed painting and the exercise equipment was old and dirty. I was extremely disappointed. I also had to wait an hour after checkin to get into my room. Would never stay here again!

Room nice and clean but has a little musty smell. Staffs friendly and helpful. I was confused about parking across the street at the other tower and come back to the registration tower for your room. But over all I would come back again.

So Im one of those that 1 bad thing ruins it for me. We stay here every year and the rooms seem to be becoming poor on the inside and with the customer service as well. The lady? up front was rude and all I asked for was a trash bag. The rooms are starting to look like a knights inn. The elevators should say skinny people only because they really cant handle the weight. The boat ride we went on earlier today was not even as bumpy as the elevator ride. It has just been going down hill since we been here last

This was our second time staying here. Even though there was not in room housekeeping because of COVID the trash was picked up and they did an impeccable job at keeping the elevators sanitized. I always saw someone moping or wiping down the elevators. There was hand gel in all of the elevators and all of the staff was very friendly. All appliances were in excellent shape and working. This is definitely our place to stay.

What a great place to stay for a vacation. We swam in the ocean, had access to pools and hot tubs. Make sure you bring your beach towels. Our room was a separate one bedroom with TV and DVD player. Full kitchen with washer and dryer. I got a good nights sleep on the Murphy bed in the living room with TV and DVD player. It was located in the 2nd tower which had a great view of the ocean from the spacious balcony. Restaurants on the premises provided food and drink.Dont forget the pier, a fishermans delite. We were surrounded by fun loving people just needing a break. Really loved the experience.

Great price, great location and amenities. But the overflow parking was a half a mile away and unprotected. I wasnt comfortable with leaving my car there overnight completely out of sight of the hotel.

Needs major updates. The hallway smelled incredible bad. The furniture, blankets, towels were all extremely old and worn out. The shower still had hair in it from prior occupants. On the positive note the kitchen area seemed to have been updated and nice. The beach was also nice. We were booked for 2 nights but ended up leaving after 1 night as we couldn’t stand it.

BEACH BEACH, FISHING PIER and the PRINCE is GREAT 2. Loved the room it had everything we needed to make our stay fun it was like a little apartment with all the appliances you would need even a washer and dryer so cool.

We have visited Prince Resort for more than 10 years and have always loved it there. Recently, the City of North Myrtle Beach has taken over part of the parking deck and the beach access. It was evident this year that the common areas were very run down and not being taken care of as usual. The condo was nice as usual but things are just being neglected outside of the condos. We will likely find us another place to stay.

My husband and I came for the weekend for our anniversary. Never stayed here before so we thought we would try it out. It was GREAT!! Spacious, clean, friendly. Great view. That’s why we come. Our room was so beautiful and clean!!! And daily they came and freshened up our room! We just love Cherry Grove and now Prince Resort will be our choice again next year when we bring our children and Grandson!!! Easy check in ,friendly staff,excellent housekeeping and location perfect!!!

We had roaches. 1st night we go to the lobby and inform them of this and the reaction was well I will ask security to bring bug spray which they never did. And the excuse for not doing anything was because we rented from an owner. Well if that condo has them the rest are going to eventually get them to. SMDH!

Excellent staff catering to your needs. Clean modern comfortably furnished condos. The price is fantastic for what you get. Comfortable beds and pillows. The view from the bedroom and living room are straight forward to the beach. Just wondering over all experience. Let’s not forget the pier it overlooks along with easy access to shopping and some of the beat restaurants in Myrtle Beach

Definitely not the friendliest of staff. Some were great, others acted like we were bothering them by simply being there. Deceptive photos as most of the pools and all parking is across the street in a parking deck. Within a week of leaving we had two credit cards with fraudulent charges. Cant prove that it happened here but just a little too coincidental for me. Location is great, rooms were nice. Staff, upkeep, qnd cleanliness lacking.

Positive: We stayed in a suite, it fit our needs for 7 people. It was clean & tidy & the kitchen had EVERYthing we needed for meals in the room. I would definitely stay again. Staff was excellent. Negative: Only a couple downfall was the vending machines were not filled on every floor. People hoard the carts and the check-in area is not labeled when pulling in so it was alittle confusing where to check in.

This was my first experience on North Myrtle Beach and I will say I was very happy with the whole experience. My husband and I were celebrating our Anniversary and the room was perfect for us. It was very quaint and really afforded us the time we needed away to relax and enjoy one another. The location of the room was perfect. The only downside was the slow elevator. I wouldn’t really even call it a down side. Overall a really great experience!

The Prince Resort was great. The view we had looked over the pier which was cool, really cool at night when its lit up. The pool area was as little smaller than I expected but its at the beach, got a whole ocean to swim in if one chooses. Parking is across the street which makes for no fun if its raining. Or room was nice, we had a 2 bedroom fairly high up. Id visit this place again for sure.

This was my first time staying here. Overall I was very happy with our vacation. When setting up the registration, I requested two rooms side by side or at least on the same floor. When we arrived to check in, BJ worked hard to make this request happen and it did.The rooms are very nice but furniture was a bit old and not very comfortable. We had great views and the way our rooms were positioned we were able to see each others balconies. I wasnt sure about staying right on the pier but it actually worked out great. At night the lights on the pier seem picturesque.We didnt get a chance to try the restaurant downstairs, but did go to the bar on the pier which was very convenient. The pool area was nice (oceanfront) but one hot tubs didnt have as vigorous bubbles as the other. Next time well check out the pool area above the parking garage.Overall, this is one of the better places weve stayed and will definitely be the primary candidate on where to stay next year.

Prince Resort is a great family-friendly hotel. It has full three bedroom suites with full kitchens and three full baths. It has a nice heated pool and lazy river. Also it has a great view of the ocean because its an ocean-front hotel. Also, the Cherry-Grove Pier is right there and is a great place to take a walk looking out into the ocean.

Room was clean an well equipped. Views are beautiful, location is good. 2br 2bth was spacious. But....parking is not convenient at all, elevators are a complete nightmare, we wasted so much time waiting for an elevator they have 3 but shut 1 down during our stay. For the price this is unacceptable. We will not be returning for a another stay

I am currently staying at prince resort. While the appearance of the hotel is relatively nice the staff and the customer service they offer is well, not. After booking a prince room through Elliott rentals I was assured I would be given 2 parking spaces in every single correspondence regarding my trip. At this point I have spoke with two very rude and dismissive staff members (one of which is a manager by the name of sean) as well as gotten Elliott involved. Prince has arbitrarily changed their policy to only one car per room and refuses to honor what is in the contract at the request of myself and Elliott rentals. I am forced to shuttle down the street approximately 5 minutes every time we need to use our other vehicle which must be parked in the overflow. With triple digit price tags on weekly rates I simply feel that I deserve to stay somewhere where the staff cares about the quality of my stay and values my business. Will definitely never be giving this place one more red American cent.

The room was nice and clean except for the pull out sofa bed, the linens look like it had pee stain that hadn’t been clean. Other than that the hotel was nice and nice view.

My wife and I stayed for a long weekend to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The room was spacious and exceeded expectation with a large kitchen, large bedroom, comfortable living room, and a balcony overlooking the water. The scene from our balcony was nothing short of stunning. Parking is plentiful and easily accessible. Resteraunts abound, a grocery store for all of your kitchen cooking needs is within walking distance, and the pier is literally in your back yard. We have placed the Prince Resort, and Cherry Grove Beach, on our vacation rotation list.

Prince is great, but not staying there this year. With friends at a different location.

The resort was empty, being out of season, but the room was very spacious and basic for amenities. The dinner table was about to come apart and the remote to the common TV was being held together with black electric tape. We had issues with it working consistently and the service man was a little attitudinal when he came to evaluate it. He didnt replace it, even after seeing the state it was in. I was surprised that this late in the year there were such issues in the room. I would have thought this would be the time to repair and refine.The views were spectacular and the front desk was more than accommodating. Surprisingly the hot tubs were available and there was a gym with fantastic views as well.

I have never stayed at a place before that didn’t care about their guest like this place. When I checked in on July 2 2020 I was told that the height of the parking garage was 7’ and I drive a lifted Jeep Wrangler so I was told that I would have to park in the oversized parking lot which is right beside of the parking garage. I was told that they keep the parking lot locked so they have me a number to call when I needed out or in and someone would unlock it for us. The first night we got back to the resort at 9:15. We called for someone to let us in and waited 15 minutes and no one showed up. We called back and it still took another 10 minutes for someone to come. The next morning we went out to get breakfast. When we got back the oversized parking lot which has a sign that reads registered guest parking only was full of cars. I went to the front desk to voice my complaints and was told that their employees park in that lot and they have an overflow lot a mile down the street that I can park their and walk. Then when I said something about having to wait 25 minutes to get in I was told that they get someone out their when they can. Then on Saturday July 4th my wife went out to get breakfast and when she returned she was trying to back in a parking spot in the oversized parking lot and a Honda Civic pulled in the spot she was backing into and she got out and said I was backing in and the employee told her that she had bigger tires she could park somewhere else that has a pot hole in the parking lot and walked off. Needless to say I will not be staying at this resort again.

The place was dirty. Coffee maker didnt work, dvd didnt work properly, dishwasher rack was jammed and the bathroom faucet leaked constantly. Staff was however very helpful. The elevators were jammed with people, many not wearing a mask. Had to ask for a sheet to cover the couch because it was nasty.

Rooms are always clean and friendly staff. No complaints. Seems overall resort upkeep may be slipping over the years but we still stay here regularly so if that tells you anything. Pics are from 2 bedrm ocean view in tower 2. The view is almost as good as tower 1, quicker to the car, and CHEAPER.

We stayed in 908 and loved the views in the ocean front tower. Rocking chair balcony was everyones favorite. Updated granite counters and comfy beds. Keurig and regular coffee makers w 4 slice toaster was a nice touch for our group of 8. We had a guest who needed the handicap bathroom and wheelchair accessibility. Restaurants were close by and we recommend the happy hour tacos offered at on site restaurant. We enjoyed a $3 pier visit with unusual warm sunny weather. Loved the Rioz discounted dinner on Sunday nights in Jan & Feb. We will be back.

The room was awful!!! Smelled like rotten fish. People above us Hurd them stomping around all night till daylight! People kept saying we was smoking on the balcony, they was very rude and kept calling our room at 1am and waking the kids up! Will never stay here again sooooo not worth the price I payed !!!! If I could get a refund I would find another hotel!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The views are spectacular, and the property is well maintained. Our two bedroom corner unit was a bit dated, but it was very clean and had everything we needed. We cant wait to come back!

Easy ,quick check in. The staff were very friendly. I loved the two bedroom condo , was very spacious, had everything we needed for a family of six. I also loved that it was attached to the pier.

Please update this place! Not worth what we paid. I could have gotten a room at the Marriott resort in Myrtle and gotten my moneys worth. Not wasting anymore money here until they update it to match their cost.

Pretty nice place. We got an air bnb condo. Really like the condo, but the elevators are super sketchy.

Easy check in, very nice accomodations that were as advertised. Staff very friendly when they pass you. We felt very secure with parking.

Keys are very sensitive to being erased. Get near phone other credit cards , car keys. Very annoying to get reprogrammed. Not being able to get in room late a night or after a swim is not fun. Room was nice. View fantastic. Restaurant great and reasonable.

We stayed in the tower above the parking garage . The view of the Ocean was Perfect !The pool and lazy river has sun exposure longer than the pool located at the main resort so that was a plus. . The food at the Restaurant on the pier wasnt anything impressive but the location was convenient.

Staff members were very unfriendly and wouldn’t even hold the door open for you. However the rooms are decent but don’t expect great service.

It was totally peaceful and relaxing!

This place is not very accommodating for a family or the elderly. The location is nice but that is about it. This place does not look or feel very clean and the parking is horrendous. Trust me when I say this spend up and have a better vacation.

Currently staying at prince resort.... weve stayed many times and it has always been wonderful. This go around it appears they think its an OK thing to book a room for ten people and give you parking for one. If youd like to park a second one you can do so 1 mile from the hotel. Also if youre considering renting a golf cart or other things like that youre not welcome to park them at prince resorts. So if youre coming with a large group I would recommend staying elsewhere. Also there are only 3 elevators for the entire place that outdated and dont function properly so plan on a 20 minute wait to get to your room.

Yes a good place to stay as good as any other

All elevators weren’t operational during our visit which created long wait times and staff were very rude. Also had noise complaints from using out UE mini boom. This location is not with the price.

Room was not ready until well after the 4 pm check in. Once finally in the room, we found dirty washcloths, 2 buckets of wet sand in the closet, and the most horrible smell throughout the condo. After waiting as long as we did, we just decided to reclean it ourselves instead of having to wait longer for the staff. Due to Covid-19, no room service (totally agree with this), but no extra trash bags or anything is provided was told we would have to walk to the office. No cooking utensils or potholders and such. We just bought what we needed and left for the next unknowing guests thinking for the $1200 for 4 days the resort would provide.Would NOT recommend.

Great place to stay while on vacation. Rooms were very nice. Nice restaurant and bar.

We have been here several times. Staff is always helpful and friendly. The beachfront view is beautiful. The boardwalk cafe is convenient, but little pricey with a 15% (ouch) gratuity added to carry out orders. All in all a great place to stay with a gorgeous ocean and clean rooms!
