Hospitality was AMAZING. They even sent a birthday balloon and a cute cup filled with goodies to our room for my daughters birthday!! They really went above and beyond! My family and I travel often, we have yet to find our go to yearly vacation place I can finally say this is it! Looking forward to coming back year after year!Only a short walk to anything and everything you could need but laid back enough to be able to kick back and relax without the hustle and bustle of many other places!

My fiance and I had a wonderful time here. This place is very clean and the staff were very friendly. We were lucky to have the ocean view on the 5th floor. Its amazing. Im very impressed. We cooked dinner every night and enjoy the view from both balconies, one facing the street and the other the beach. Did I mentioned how clean this place is?? Magnificent!! We will definitely visit again in the near future.

Love our beach front room! Gorgeous views and the staff is super helpful! We were nervous vacationing during these weird times but our family needed a getaway. Currently you need to reserve pool to ensure capacity and social distance standards can be met. The water slide was not being used which was a little disappointing but understood.

Positive: It was very close to where we wanted to be. Negative: I thought we had an oceanfront room, but we were located on the street side.

Very clean, and I felt pretty confortable. It didnt give you that prestine, newly built hotel feel, it felt comfortable..if you know what I mean.The last Friday night there, there was a party by the grill/pool area and the DJ was so fun!

Staff was pleasant, professional and friendly, room was clean and quiet good location BUT.. we were Wyndham Discovery owners, we went to an exit survey and we were treated very rudely by the sales manager who stated any past problems we had with Wyndham was our fault not theirs and when we told him due to his attitude we would not continue with the discover program he told us point blank he did not care about us only HIS bottom line I said fine we are leaving ( it was 12:50 and the exit interview was to be over at 1;00pm) he said fine leave but you will not get any gift promised to you stay and stare at each other till 100. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, I advise anyone not to go to a sells presentation at Towers on the Grove Too bad he lost a potential owner.

Thanks to a very good friend we have stayed here many times over the years. The views are amazing. Everything is always clean. Location is great. The pier is a 0.7 mile walk up the beach. Highly recommended.

A beautiful location and wonderful staff! My daughter received a handwritten birthday card from the staff alongside a candy filled tumbler and beautiful seashell bags. Our weekend was wonderful and Im already planning our next trip.

Great location, friendly and courteous staff, beautiful units and grounds. Loved the lazy river and how close we were to the beach. The view from our corner suite was amazing! Nice area with gas grills, lots of seating, a hammock, cornhole and a gazebo. We were celebrating our anniversary and they presented us with a card, balloon and bottle of wine!

We loved our stay here! Right upon pulling in we were greeted by an awesome security guard (Jenny) who helped us park, unload, and find check in. Check in was super easy and fast and the guy at the counter was extremely pleasant. The room was amazing and location of the hotel was perfect and walkable to anything you could need. Every one was so nice that we dealt with, from the people at the front desk, concierge desk, the guy at the pool, and especially Julie who helped us out. The service was excellent, the couple times we needed something someone came to our door within a couple minutes. We will most definitely be returning here.

This place was absolutely more than I expected! It is well maintained, the staff is attentive and friendly and it has everything you need within a short distance. I will most definitely be returning.

Service was fantastic!!! Amenities were great. Our condo was pristine and well stocked with toiletries, towels and everything else under the sun that you would need. We will definitely stay there again.

Nice place, helpful staff, but corporate policy is atrocious. My reservation should have been 3 nights, but was only 2. Tried to extend. Neither local staff nor 800 staff were allowed to extend from 2 to 3 nights. Both said policy was changed Sept 1 to prevent single night extensions. We have to leave rather than pay for another night. Ridiculous.UPDATE: Local management (Amy) was able to step in at the last minute and save the day, by extending our stay one day as requested. Thank you, Amy!

The 3 bedroom we booked was the smallest Ive ever stayed at. It was nice and clean, pretty updated but the owners need to stock up the kitchen with more things like a waffle maker and other utensils. The fridge is old, would be nice to update it to the kind where water and ice comes out. Pool is pretty cute and kid friendly. Love the area, everything is pretty close. Overall a great experience.

Stayed for 3 nights. A quieter less crowded end of North Myrtle Beach. The facility was clean and well cared for. Many CoVid precautions in place. Beach was wonderful as the October weather was perfect during our stay.

Had an amazing week and our Suite at Club Wyndham was perfect. It was the most beautiful stay ever. Will be staying with Club Wyndham in Cherry Grove, North Carolina again! Thank you for the most memorable vacation ever.

Rooms you think you are getting from the pics they show are not true. Room we were to get was listed with a king bed. It had a queen size. Should have had a full kitchen but it did not. Was told that thing have changed from those pics in the add. So good luck dont go by pics.

Upon check-in all was great until we opened the door to our room to our surprise we had two double beds when we had thought we booked a king room. The pictures on the website were deceiving. We have enjoyed our stay here but our bedding situation has placed a damper on the trip. We asked at check in to be moved to a king and every day are told that they are full and no king units are available. Just make certain of the room type before you book!

Awesome place. Room was amazing. Clean. Pool and Lazy River were nice. Hot tub was good. Everyone was nice and courteous. Lots of space in room. Bed is comfortable. Did not like being pressured to attend one of their meetings to buy a timeshare. Did not like the parking situation too much. The parking garage is across from the resort. Its free so I’m not complaining too much.

When you make a reservation, make sure you ask for a deluxe ocean front. If not, you may have to go through a bedroom to see the ocean. I just hated my room but great staff and security. It was a great place.

During the COVID crisis our family stayed at this resort this past week. They were excellent. Limiting how many guests could be at the pool and on elevators. Cleaning pool chairs between each reservation time. Also limiting the amount of people at the resort helped us feel a lot safer. We didnt encounter anyone on our entire floor the whole week until Saturday!! Nor on the elevators. The staff was so friendly and helpful and all wore masks. They helped with unloading luggage, etc. They just really went above and beyond to make guests feel safe during this time. We had a wonderful stay. And ate in our room most of the time due to them having kitchens. Place was spotless and clean.

Relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff summarizes our week at Towers on the Grove. Although amenities are restricted right now, they normally have a workout center and hot tubs available. The lazy river and pool are open on a 2 hour reservation window. While at the pools, they still offer cold infused towelettes, bottles of water and popsicles which is a nice touch. We split our time daily between the pool and beach with easy access right out the door. Several smaller shops are within easy walking distance including an IGA grocery. Probably not as much for families with teens.

A wonderful place to bring your family or your spouse. Though Covid-19 struck, the hotel does their best to make you as comfortable as possible. 2 Hot tubs, lazy river, and pool with beach access makes this hotel a great location to relax & chill.

The room was very nice and bed really comfortable. The pool rules were outlandish. Two hour reservations have to be made 24 hours in advance. Pool hours are from 8 AM to 7 PM. Well when you check in at 4 PM on Friday and checkout is 1000 AM on Sunday, theres no way to make a reservation 24 hours in advance. Pool capacity was limited to the number of lounges on hand regardless if you wanted a chair or just swim. Surprised they didnt require everyone to wear a mask while swimming. Needless to say we went to the beach instead.

2018 July: Really nice Wyndham resort (which was previously owned by someone else but then purchased by Wyndham). Had an oceanfront beach view room with balcony to see the ocean, nice shower, bathroom, kitchen, bedroom and entertainment room which is closest to the balcony with glass sliding door. TV in the bedroom and entertainment room. The inside pool area has a play area for children that includes pools, water slide, buckets that release water, etc... The outside pools has a pool that has a current that kinda pushes you around the track/pool, really cool! Really nice parking assistants (especially lady named Michelle) and the personnel in the check in counter were nice too. A lady asked us did we want to do breakfast and do a owner update/presentation? She said it would be a big buffet Ave when we walked away, we recognized that we signed a document stating that we must attend an owner update presentation for 60 minutes and then an offer will be made to us and we do not have to accept the offer. This is the one thing I dont like about Wyndham resorts, the requirement to attend the owner update/presentation.2019 April: we enjoyed it so much last time that we decided to come again with a guest (my brother and his family), when we arrived, a lady helped us in the unloading area and brought our luggage on the luggage dolly and walked with us to the lobby where we had to check-in, the ladies at the front desk were really nice and helpful at check-in and Corey at guest services was nice and helpful as well, letting us know that we dont need to attend the owner update if we do not want to; everyone at the resort (guests and personnel) were really nice and my brothers wife recognized the same, my guests and my daughter enjoyed the pools and the rooms were very nice too but the room for our guests were smaller than I thought. My brother and his family enjoyed the swimming pools and enjoyed going to the beach and spending a little time in the ocean water.

Fantastic facility, no bar or restaurant on-site. All the staff were helpful and friendly. Plenty of walkable dining and snacking and groceries if youre staying close or stocking up for a week. Excellent pool with hot tub and lazy river. Clean roomy suite with a kitchenette. Easy access to highways for hitting up the rest of the coast.

It was a nice stay here service was awesome. And the view was magnificent. The pools and the hot pool was great the kids had lots of fun best of all the beach is just steps away I recommend staying here if you want a good stay. Clean rooms, kitchen was perfect and we got to cook i slept wit the door open listening to beach all night thanks.

What a great trip! We had such a relaxing and fun time here. The rooms were clean, staff was pleasant and the beach was so clean. The kids loved to boogie board for the first time. Wyndham staff came out and gave ices to everyone in the pool area in the afternoon. There were popcorn, candy bar, wine tasting, and cookie days that were free for the guests! We look forward to booking again here!

Awesome location! Right on the beach! We had a great relaxing stay. If any issues came about, they were swiftly resolved! We stayed 4 days and 3 nights. The pool was cleaned multiple times a day. We had to reserve time at the pool if we wanted pool chairs however, you could come down for open swim if there was space. We had no issues with coming down to swim multiple times. We are a Wyndham timeshare owner and we have not been let down yet! Cant wait to visit again!P.s. watersports was right next to the resort.

Great location, clean as expected especially during the pandemic. The only con was cell reception was spotty in the rooms. We were told this was due to the location and all of the concrete around us. I went out on the balcony to call home a few times. Renovations coming 2021 or 2022. Could use new appliances and cabinet refacing. However, we didnt vacation there for the kitchen :)

Wyndham Towers is Beautiful resort on the beach. The place is very clean and the staff are very friendly. The room are spacious. We stayed in a 1 bedroom deluxe with side ocean view. The view was better from the living area than the bedroom and the bedroom view was only a window. I would have preferred a door in the bedroom too. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and we will definitely return to our home resort. The resort life is the way to travel. I gave it a 4 because the bedroom didnt have a door to the patio for an ocean view.

Nice rooms beautiful views, we enjoyed our stay..... except for the relentless badgering by sales staff. No means nothing. They call several times a day, knock on your door even with a Do not disturb sign. After we return home 5 calls in two days.We will not be back to The Towers too stressful just expecting to be left ALONE!!!!!We are owners have no need or desire to purchase more. Will try one more time at a different resort. If not satisfied we will terminate this relationship and sell our ownership. Move on to their competitors

Parking was across the street. Made it very difficult for my husband that was recovering from knee surgery. The kitchen was so small and the cupboards were full of utensils and no place for groceries. Great ocean view.

Location, faculty, amenities, all was amazing. The only reason I do not give 5 stars is I had to clean the bathrooms myself because they werent well cleaned. Otherwise it was wonderful.

My family and I had a wonderful time very clean place

We came to Towers on the Grove last summer as a family. It was our 1st time here. We love the location, the amenities, the accommodations, and the staff. While our experience this year, with the COVID-19 issue, is a bit different, the staff is going overboard trying to make this stay as pleasant as last summer.

They went out of their way to make sure we had a good experience CARiD top-of-the-line place.

The rooms are amazing and the view is so worth it. I cant wait to come back

When we checked in they First Lady was nice and sweet felt like we was right at home. The other check in desk where you get your parking pass they were very adamant about doing the Timeshares very annoying especially when all you want to do is get away for the day to day life and enjoy a time away from home. The room was nice and clean the bed was comfy. The two things I didn’t like about our stay well three the shower and the shower head in the bathroom was terrible. The timeshare people calling after saying you didn’t want to attend and the smoking areas. Would I stay again? No! overall okay place

Let me start by saying Wyndham is a rough organization in general and I wish my parents had not bought into the neverending moneygrabbing scheme. But if you are already bought in this is one of the better stays. The rooms, while not super updated offer great space and amenities (or 3 bedroom had 3 FULL baths), and their handling during COVID 19 was top notch. Pool reservations were fantastic in limiting the number of people as well as reserving sanitized chairs. Hunter, the main attendant while on our stay, was a pro; personable, professional, and kept it running like a well oiled machine. There is also a good amount of beach (which the same cannot be said for the waaay overcrowded SeaWatch and Ocean Blvd, also in the Wyndham inventory). Stay away from the member updates and just enjoy your vacation. No amount of gift card is worth 3 hours out of your day. I honestly had questions this year, and they were answered, but it inevitably ends up in a sales pitch. Which brings the bile up every year. But overall, the experience at Towers is always a good one.

Everything was nice with a couple of exceptions...#1 We requested a king bed. And was given a double bed. A double bed that was barely more than what I would call a twin bed.#2 There was no indication during our reservation that this was a time-share and that we would be hounded into buying into this. We were there for a vacation. If they want to give us information about time-share, then give us information. Dont waste my vacation time.Beyond this everything was good. The room was clean, staff was polite and helpful, and a good stay.

Been a Wyndham owner for sometime now. First time at this property. Checkin was smooth and easy. Popcorn was freshly popped, lemonade was amazing and Duplin Winery was in the lobby with samples. Room was great. 2 balconies. 1 br was what we hot for this trip. This property has a splash pad, lazy river, pool and hot tub. Oh and a water slide. My granddaughter was in heaven. She didnt even think about the beach. All the staff was great. But Jaso stood out. He was poolside watching over the slide. The kids loved him. He really made the experience for them. First property Ive been too that even after requesting not to be disturbed by the update meeting they DID HONOR my request and we were left alone to just enjoy our stay.

This resort was extremely nice. I want to start with the reason for the 3 star review and then I will get to the million positive things about this resort. One reason for the lower rating is that cell reception and wifi access are terrible in this building. I understand vacation is so that you can unplug and relax, but I do have to keep a certain amount of connectivity. I would highly recommend that you purchase the upgraded wireless internet package if you want to be able to use your cell phone or any other wireless device. The second reason for the lower rating is the room layout and our room location. We were on the same floor as the lobby in the room right next to the reception desk. This room was a King bed room and the bedroom also happens to be just inside the front door to the suite. So every morning starting around 5 AM when the staff comes in to work for the morning you can hear every conversation going on in the hallway. I would recommend that the bedroom be on the outside wall with the balcony so that you do not hear everything that is going on in the hall while you are trying to sleep. Those few things aside the rooms were huge with plenty of space, and the view was amazing. There is nothing better than to wake up and see the ocean right outside your living suite. The resort was very clean and the staff was always so friendly. On the the ground floor you have access to multiple pools and hot tubs, as well as, the ever popular lazy river. Just beyond the pool area is access to the beach which is a very short walk. My wife and I found a ton of shells and a hand full of shark teeth in front of the resort which was nice. There had been a wind storm the first day we were here which brought up a ton of nice shells. Within walking distance are a few places to buy food and other amenities. There is a grocery store and an adult beverage store near by. I also saw a few little restaurants near by. Over all our stay was very enjoyable. I would stay at this resort again as long as we were not on the Lobby level, and would ask that the Wyndam Resort management please think about rearranging your room layout so that the bedrooms are not right by the front door. One of our other family members stayed in the double bed suite and the kitchen was just inside the front door, so maybe next time we might have try one of those rooms.The pictures I attached are from the beach in front of the resort and also from the balcony of our room. Great view!

The kids loved it, heck I loved it. Taking your children here is an great experience for all. By the end of the day you all will be feeling relaxed. And ready to do it again tomorrow.

For about 3-4 hours a day you have no choice but to listen to whatever band they have playing at the pool. When they take a break, they blare a playlist over the speakers.

Not preferred! Wi-Fi devices were limited with slow speed. I have to pay WiFi with better service, which is still very slow. Two bed rooms were small and master bedroom without window without wifi and not able to accept the cellar data. It is hard to breath in the room. Definitely it is not a family vacation place. Maybe it fits a single travel.

Do yourself a favor, dont stay here, we have had a week of hell after staying here because our room 1131 in Tower 2 had Bed Bugs, it has taken over a week to have someone from the property get in touch with us due to the holiday. Weve been in the ER due to my son having welps from the bed bug bites, and have now had to fumigate our house because they came home in our sons suitcase.

We had a wonderful stay and a wonderful time! The staff are excellent and kind and helpful. So glad to have this opportunity to stay here. We will definitely stay again!

Everything was very clean and the people were very nice

Its a nice resort with extremely friendly and welcoming staff. They really take care of their guests here. However, certain units are a bit disappointing because of the layout. They call a two bedroom a room with a bedroom and a den. The second bedroom has no closet or windows so it shouldnt be considered it a bedroom. These units also dont have a balcony so you dont get to enjoy any fresh air in the room. All that said, the staff and the amenities they offer make up for the room issues. They have so many activities happening every day, the parking garage has tons of parking and a high clearance, the staff is constantly checking on you to make sure you are making the best out of your time at the resort.

Resort was very nice and staff very friendly. I did not like the timeshare presentation. They told us it would only take 90 minutes and we were there for 3 hours. They could not except the “No” answer and kept pressuring us until I told them their time was up and it’s the last time I’m saying “No”. I advise not to attend unless you think you may be interested and I g to spend 3 hours of your day there.

Hunter at pool unprofessional, aggressive person , not recommend it to anyone stay here for vacation, specially if youre looking to spend some time in pool area.

We enjoyed our stay. Were disappointed to find dogs on our floor after being told they were absolutely a no dog hotel and we put ours in the kennels with the sitter back home.

Not a 4 or 5 star facility very small

I was disappointed upon arrival to learn that not only did I not have an oceanfront room which I thought I had reserved but I didn’t even have a balcony at all. That is the main reason I go on vacation is that I can enjoy an oceanfront room and sit out on the balcony. Also, they were moving sand in front of the building which I was not made aware of beforehand so I couldn’t even sit in front of the hotel. It was all roped off so you had to walk a ways down the beach to set up. The room was nice and spacious but not having my balcony ruined it for me. I wouldn’t stay here again as I would be afraid that I would again reserve what I thought was oceanfront only to find out once I got there, that wasn’t the case.
