Absolutely loved this resort! People complain about the check in process. Its really not a big deal. Parking was very convenient. We had an ocean front condo. View was amazing. Super service at the garage area. Immentities were great.

I dont think Ive ever been to a hotel that had nicer people working for it. Everyone we ran into, from the parking attendant, to the housekeeper, to the folks at the front desk, all were friendly. The room was clean and had a full kitchen complete with utensils, plates, pots and pans, full size coffee pot, and toaster. The hotel offered several activities throughout the day, some family-friendly, some not because of the alcohol, but it was a lot of fun. Right outside of the hotel is a great place to find sharks teeth and other fossils.

The suite we stayed in was huge! It had a separate bedroom/living room, balcony and total ocean view. The rooms were immaculate and offered us more comfort then we thought possible. The staff tripped over themselves to make sure all guests were safe and comfortable. It would be difficult to find a nicer place!

The room was perfect. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to keep us safe.

It was ok...not much social distancing practiced or mask wearing. Staff wore masks. Room were ok as well. It was tidy but not super clean. Had a bothersome pigeon on the balcony and bird droppings. Didnt get to enjoy the balcony.

We booked a room at prince right at the Cherry Grove pier prepared to be able roll our gear from the room to the pier upon check in we found out our room was 3/4 mile down the beach. The room here was nice, just not the location we had asked for.

Stayed here for a week and had a great time. The hotel is on the beach and if you did not want to go to the crowded beach you could just hang out in the pool.Even though there we stayed during covid 19, the hotel was making sure that it was clean and safe for all its visitors. Loved it.

The room was hot the whole time. Turned air down to 66 and it never got below 74. The room overall was very nice and clean. You stay at one place but check in at another. If you have problems they had to call the other place.

There is lots to do. Place is clean. Good swimming pools. Child friendly. Activities daily.

I spent 2 nights in a studio room. They were having a deal during my stay. Which only cost me around 220 dollars. Kitchen was a big plus with being on a budget during my stay. I will definitely be looking to stay here again.They had a Jacuzzi bath in my room as well.

Easy check in and out, very accessible parking, wonderful pool, mini lazy river and hot tub, and great beAch access. Great stay for families and couples. Customer service was top notch.

A very pleasant surprise as this place was amazing for the low off season price. Fully supplied suite was comfortable, quiet and so close to the beach.

I liked the location and the hot tubs. I did not like you had to contact an off sight desk for room support.

The faculty was nice , clean and most things were great. But the Wyndham sales person was horrible to my friend who has the time share. He called her rude when she had said she could not spend any monies for a additional benefits. She had explained that to several people prior to his over zealous rude behavior. I would never recommend this group to anyone.

The towers had great pools and wonderful staff. The check in was a little confusing at first but was easy after I asked friendly staff about the process. Would stay here again if in north Myrtle.

Clean place good service

Almost impossible to get sit down on the pool , youre will spend 2-3 days to get chairs for less than for one hour , not recommend it to anyone stay here. Pool guy H wasnt friendly .

Our room was very clean. Plenty of towels etc. Kitchen area fully stocked. Not the most comfortable bed/ pillows, but certainly not the worst. Nice pool area. Great location. Every person that worked there made a point to ask how we were enjoying our stay and if there was anything they could do for us. Great customer service! Would definitely stay again.

This place is perfect! Rooms had everything we needed. Since it is smaller than its sister properties, the beach was much less crowded. Book through them so no extra fees at check-in. We checked in at Prince but its just down the road and it was painless.

THE PLACE WAS FANTASTIC!!! ️️️ This is a great place to stay! The first sign that it was great was that there was a person in the loading area directing people where to unload their belongings and ensuring that people dont abuse the loading and unloading area. Each person gets two very nice plush pillows! They have free hot coffee, lemonade, and hot cocoa in the lobby. They supply dishes, pans and utensils for cooking, coffee, sugar, creamer, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and toiletries. The pools are heated. There is a TV in the living area as well as a TV in each bedroom. For anything you need, you can call the front desk by dialing 0 and they will run it up to you. There were only three differences I noticed between my expectations and reality. One was that the dining room table in the picture had eight chairs, but the actual dining area had four places to sit, with the option of squeezing in two more seats. Also, the WiFi was broken for most of my stay, as were the computers at the business center.

If the interior of the property were as nice as the exterior it would be great! For the property to be as young as it is the rooms seem a little run down. Mattresses are very wobbly & uncomfortable. Paint discoloration (lines down walls) in bathroom from steam running down the walls looks really bad. Need to invest in better ventilation or repaint. Our room was clean, but just looked run down. Also, because we booked our reservation on Expedia we had to drive down to Prince resort just to check in and then back to Towers. This is a big headache.

Great stay with family for the holidays. Clean hotel. Wonderful staff. Just a walk to the beach. Breathtaking views of the ocean. Family friendly.

I did not like having an extra charge when I checked in. Very confusing, wanted to start the vacation without issues. Paid the extra amount. still do not understand why. Some line about the 90.00 plus amount not being paid for when set up reservation with Expedia. Room was nice. Really after check in never worked with any staff. Did not like going to check in at your other location then driving back to our actual room site. Why that had to occur IS BEYOUND ME. Room was clean. liked having washer and dryer available. enjoyed balcony. Pool and outside areas kept up well. garage parking worked well. Your gentlemen who worked in your drop off were very helpful.

What a joke just to check in this place. You got to go down the road to another motel to check in and then you come back here to unload your luggage Just wasted an hour checking in and parking. Never again will I ever come back here !!

Good experience at this resort. It was quiet and our room was on the 16th floor. We have stayed at this resort a few times and are happy with the amenities and rooms are kept clean.

Beautiful resort. Excellent and super friendly staff. Know before you go that this is a timeshare selling operation so youre gonna have a request to join a presentation. If you do go, they have nice little rewards for attending. If your interested in timeshare and the opportunities surrounding them, Wyndham is the place to do it!

We got a great price, a nice suite looking out over the ocean. Much better to stay in N. Myrtle compared to Myrtle Beach as it was more quiet, less busy.

I love the layout of the condo.I don’t like to park and have to walk across the street.

Loved our room. It being roght on the beach is so nice. Great for families. Only bad part was my son crawls and after crawling in the room floor his feet and legs were extremely dirty.

Hotel was very clean and the suite was impeccable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The building does have a lock down period that starts after 11pm and you must have a room key card to enter the main entrance to the resort which I though was very secure. My kids loved the pool and it was very clean and kid friendly! I only gave this resort 4 stars because they do not have daily house keeping plus you do have to park across the street in the garage. I realize that it is not very safe at night if you are leaving the hotel expecially if you have small children. However, without a doubt I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

The customer service is excellent. However its a small place in space for coming and going of registering. The swimming pool, lazy river and hot tubs are sweet. Great overall.

The room was very accommodating. The location was close to all major chains. The beach access was not congested, quite secluded.

The resort is great, room is nice, staff is great. My problem with Wyndham is they always want you to go to member educational meetings, and then to a sales person. I was trying to get our luggage in our room after 6pm, the meeting was from 6 to 8. We were tired from the trip and just wanted to chill. The room phone rung at 7:30, I didnt answer, seconds later my cell rung. Thanksgiving morning my phone rang at 9:30. I answered, they wanted to schedule a meeting, I stated we just wanted a quiet weekend, the lady said she understood but would check back later. We fixed a Thanksgiving meal, hadnt been finished maybe 10 minutes, my phone rang again, they wanted to schedule a meeting for the next morning at 8:30. I again stated I didnt want to attend, we wanted to sleep in. So I was asked about 12:30. I really wish they would take no for an answer. Any vacation is to relax, it would be nice not to dread going to these nice resorts. I had rather be called at home to be told of these membership updates.

Friendly, accommodating staff, nice resort. Wi-fi is somewhat limited, but over-all, a great stay.

1. This is a Wyndham company dont go. They try to lock you into a Timeshare. 2. We didnt get the room we were told wed get through Trivago. 3.Very small room for the price. Balcony not private. We had a street view. 4. Had to drive down a mile to another hotel to check in.

The hotel is in a great location. We went to the beach for a weekend getaway. The room was clean and the Towers is located on the beach. Our hotel room was a beacbeachfront room. We enjoyed our stay at the Towers and we will return to this hotel in the future.

The price that I got billed was way greater than expected 40+. No orbitz bucks applied. the place was 1/2 Windym and the other 1/2 was Prince so you had to go up the street to get the booking. total hassle the TVs did not work.Really super disappointing for a room that was not worth a crap.

ME AND MY WIFE STAYED IN ROOM 1123....WOULD NOT LET MY DOG STAY IN IT....GO SOME WHERE ELES TO STAY DONT STAY HERE......TV AND DVD PLAYER DONT WORK AND IF YOU DONT MIND.....BLOOD ON SHADES,,LAMP SHADS ARE RIPED AND THE TO OF THE ROOM IS COVER IN BLACK MARKS LIKE SOME ONE DRUGED THERE SHOES ALL OVER IT....CALL DESK AND THEY SAY SORRY BUT WE CANT DO ANYTHING..WIL NOT COME BACK TO THIS DUMP....I WILL POST MY STAY ALL OVER......

Great place for a weekend getsway right on the beach. Easy parking will use again. A lot of value for the price and a very quiet room.

This hotel had nats flying out of the bathroom sink, the jacuzzi didn’t work, and the beds suck! Don’t be tricked by the nice looking pool.

The hotel is nice enough, but parking did not feel safe at night. For some reason, I had to go a mile up the road to register and then drive back.

We arrived in the evening after a 10hr drive at the hotel reception with our luggage but that we found out that the room we booked was managed by a different hotel company. The reception staff sent us to a different hotel to get the keys. It was a very unsatisfying experience. It would have been nice if we would have gotten better check in instruction with the booking confirmation.

I was not told when I booked this room that we would have to check in at another location, which was very frustrating. Once we did get checked in, went to our room and it was still being cleaned and not available for at least another hour. We had to take everything back to our car and do it all over again once it was ready. I was very disappointed at the lack of information upon booking and overall quality for the high price that we paid.

PLEASE READ! I have stayed twice:The actual hotel is called Towers on the Grove which is owned by Wyndham and in a SUPERB location at Cherry Grove Beach; however there are a number of units within TOG that are owned by Prince, a resort about five blocks away. These units are called Towers at North Myrtle Beach. If you choose to stay in Towers at NMB, you have to check in at Prince which is incredibly inconvenient. Also the services for your room - extra linens, extra room keys/parking passes, any needs for your room - are taken care of by Prince, which means it is delayed. You either have to get in your car and drive five blocks or wait for someone from Prince to arrive. My key would not open my door and I was stuck outside of my room (without cell phone reception) for 25 minutes waiting for someone to come with a key from Prince - who took the key to the main lobby desk instead of bringing it to my room.The suites owned by Prince are not cared for in the same manner as those owned by Wyndham.My first stay required three telephone calls regarding ants in my room... crawling up the walls and surrounding the trash can. My second stay - I was greeted by walls covered in scuff marks, a broken trash can which was also missing the lid, an armoire with jammed, nonfunctional drawers, broken bracket on the armoire door, boxspring and mattress improperly positioned on the frame causing metal pieces to protrude and cut my leg, chairs broken on the balcony, and a broken, disconnected DVD player. Stay away from anything labeled Towers at North Myrtle Beach. If you want to stay at this location, book through Wyndham and make sure its called Towers on the Grove!!!

WENT DOWN FOR ONE DAY AND NIGHT WITH THE FAMILY. ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN AND NICE. WILL BE GOING BACK. GREAT VIEW. WE WENT AND RODE THE DINNER CRUISE ON THE BAREFOOT PRINCESS RIVERBOAT BEHIND BAREFOOT LANDING WHICH WAS NICE ALSO. THE HOTEL WAS NICER THAT THE PRINCE RESORT WHERE I HAVE STAYED ABOUT FIVE TIMES BUT THE ROOM WAS NOT AS BIG.

Booked this hotel for a friend, overall it was a nice place for a nice price.

Went to check in w all my luggage and than told to go down the road to prints hotel to check in for this towers hotel So I had to go down three stories ,cross the road ,go up two stories ,get in my car, drive down the road 1 mile im tired Im ready to check in then I have to wait behind a lady at the front desk at Prints that had to do the same thing an hour later I finally arrived in my room . . Would never recommend any of these hotels to my friends or family or business members
