The Cottages are a nice alternative to staying at the towers near the beach. Post Covid, renting a cottage was less intrusive for a family to hang out and use as a base camp. We had the 3Br/2Ba unit, with a full kitchen and washer and dryer.. The golf cart shuttle will drive you around the complex 24/7, thus you can go to the beach with all your items for the day(cooler,umbrellas)...

There were roaches in the bathroom and kitchen. It was pretty clean but the bugs ruin the occasion and the mood. I was afraid the bugs may get in my personal belongings. I probably won’t stay there again. This was a trip for my birthday that turned out to not be so happy. Other than the bugs, the cottage was pleasing.

We liked that we were secluded and the layout was great. However, the kitchen sink fell through the last night of our stay waking everybody, and causing the water, food, and dishes to go all over the floor. This was not how we intended spending our last night of our vacation or the morning of check out, they had to send 2 maintenance men while we were cooking breakfast. It was very disappointing.

Don’t bother it’s full of frat boys and ego maniacs. There’s nothing within walking distance which is what makes a resort a RESORT! This is nothing other than a overpriced Hotel.

The music outside is always loud and annoying. We have never addressed an issue that was rectified. In 15 years wyndham has been more concerned about harassing us into the meetings where they treat you like a child. If you don’t go to the meeting they will call you every morning NO LATER THAN 8 AM. One year we asked for a lower floor - they couldn’t do it. This year they put us on a lower floor when we prefer a higher floor- of course they can’t change it. One year at a meeting at bonnet creek after a couple of hours of him telling me I can afford Time share points that I couldn’t afford and did not want, he started yelling at me and accusing me of insulting him. the sales person got nasty with me. I can go on and on with complaints about wyndham.

Stayed in the cottages and really enjoyed the privacy and location. From check-in to check-out we were well taken care of. The decor and cleanliness of the cottage was excellent. We will choose to stay here again.

Great place to stay, outside it looks like normal build but inside is beutiful

Good service but place needs renovations bad. The decks are rotten. Pools were dirty. Tubs were clean. Good location

We were only down for the weekend but honestly, it was such a great experience we could have stayed forever. We enjoyed it so much, especially the comfortable beds, theyvwere fantastic. Best beds Ive ever slept on.
