#301 is not newly renovated as advertised. Several items need repair and deep cleaning. Also, Owner (Richard)let us know day of that balcony was under construction and unusable. Deck with no railings was accessible to our children. Workers worked 5 days we were there. Sawing, drilling and hammering started at 7:40am. Vacation Ruined! Richard offered no compensation.

Such a wonderful condo complex right on the beach in north myrtle beach, south Carolina. We rented a condo through airbnb and were happy with the 2 br/2 bath place. Perfect view and easy beach access.

Condo 203 was obviously a diy remodel. Water pressure was very poor. Fixtures were not secured well on the wall. Curtain rods were not secured so they kept falling down, same with towel rack. But the worst part is the hoa would not open the pool. They did not want customers to have access “cause of COVID” even though all the other condos had theirs open and the health department said it was ok to open. Then the vacation was interrupted multiple times due to inspections for the property getting sold and pest control. Being from Pensacola I would suggest save your money and go further south.

This condo (#105) is in a 37 year-old building. The stairs are narrow & steep, as rise & run vary If you have knee or back problems, youll find it difficult to negotiate these stairs, especially with a large suitcase. “Two parking spaces under the building are a nice touch to free your vehicles from the scorch of the South Carolina sunshine. “ Spaces are marked for 8 units, 105 is not one of those listed. There ARE unprotected parking spaces between the building & Ocean Blvd. The entrance door has a Schlage BE365 Keypad Deadbolt. I was never able to lock or unlock on the 1st try because I invariably hit 2 numbers (it required a 9 or 10 digit code). This unit will take you back (if youve spent any time in a mobile home) as the cabinets were cheap even by 1982 standards. The 1st evening I was reminded of my 1st apartment where each neighbor was aware of what the other was doing most of the time. Sound deadening was unheard of when this condo was built, as a result, the pitter-patter of little feet of our upstairs neighbors was frequent & annoying. Furnishings are largely Goodwill, Salvation Army or Habitat Restore. King size mattress was good, double bed mattresses werent particularly comfortable & IMHO are due for replacement. Most units weve enjoyed in the past had a notebook with TV channels, things to do, restaurants-just a handy guide to introduce you to the unit, their expectations of renters behavior and amenities available. This unit has nothing to assist you in settling in. There are no instructions to get the TVs up & running, had to call the management company to get the TV instructions. Be sure & bring AA & AAA batteries as 1 control didnt work without new batteries (or call rental management maintenance). In addition to the linens you will have to bring, you will need to bring toilet paper, soap, paper towels & garbage bags. Kitchen soaps are provided. Dinnerware, utensils & glasses are covered. Cookware is barely sufficient and the knife block set is the cheapest Ive ever seen. There is a Keurig. Be sure & turn the icemaker on as soon as you arrive cause its incredibly slow.Found 2 outlets which were non-functioning. Rental management independent maintenance guy had to be convinced to pull the outlets as they tested OK. Both were potential fire hazards as the positive lead had broken insulation.

My family and I have stayed here numerous times. It is home away from home. Hate to leave a good review as I feel I am giving up a secret. Good location and yet quiet.

The hotel is very close to beach. It has its own parking. The outdoor patio furniture was filthy with accumulated mildew. The blue carpets are dated and need replaced. The 3 bathrooms all need remodeled and each had minor issues such as leaky faucet, broken fan, slow draining bath tubs. There is a storage area for you to store beach equipment, but the chairs that are in there are rusted beyond use, (bring your own stuff). Free WiFi was over used and we could not watch movies. This place has all the basics you need and is not fancy. There are not any bars or niteclubs within reasonable waking distance.

Unit # 105 Old and outdated . Wouldnt take much to fix up the place for what they charged us for the 7 day stay . Wall paper is falling off the walls . All of the appliances are on the verge of being antiques . The ceiling fan in the living room doesnt work .the beds where so wore out I was debating sleeping on the couch . And the AC is questionable had it set on 70 but felt like 80 . I went to Target to buy fans to help as much as possible .and far as the cleanliness .it wasnt . But it was a whole lot cleaner when we left . On a good note it is on the beach .
