Seaside Resort was great!! I did not know how convenient it is for the elevator to go straight from the parking garage to the room floor until now!! We stayed in the 3bedroom oceanfront suite!! There was plenty of room for me and my family who enjoyed there stay as well!! We will definitely return!!

Beware of the cancellation policy. My family rented a 3BR/3BA oceanfront condo from 9/26/20 to 10/3/20 at Seaside. When we arrived from out of state for our week long vacation, we were told that our reservation was cancelled. I was told the cancellation was due to our credit card deposit /payment not processing. My credit card was recently comprised due to fraudulent charges so I had a new card issued after making this reservation. I never got a notification that 1) there was an issue with the payment or 2) that the reservation was even cancelled.I did get at least three other emails from the resort so it was not an issue with my email address. The front desk staff did offer accommodations at another resort which would require us moving twice during the week as the room wasnt available the entire week. We passed on the offer as I had three generations in my party from kids to grandparents and it would be too disruptive. I called and spoke to the property manager on 9/28 to explain the situation and was told he would research it and get back with me. After three days with no response, I called back on 10/1 and left a voicemail...STILL no response. I do not post reviews but felt compelled to do so to warn others of the lack of customer service you will receive should you have an issue and to double-check your reservation BEFORE your arrival so that your well earned vacation doesnt start off horribly.

The staff was amazing and facilities were very clean! My son and I were very happy with our stay and will definitely return in the future!

Nice and quiet. Very comfortable.place comes with washer and dryer which is nice if it didnt just have hot water. No storage space for clothes so lived out of suitcase. Had Jacuzzi tub couldnt use because tub spout was stuck it shower mode. Parking garage very tight. Other than these problems I would still stay at seaside. Room 804 is nice just needs a little love but not much.gave 4 stars because Im on vacation and not having to work.

My first time here... I absolutely loved it!!! Our fire alarm went off at 1am and the security guy came in tried to figure it out but in the end he took them out and said he will patrol by our room more often giving that this happened... He also promptly notified the front desk about it... Really nice staff and the price was reasonable fit the size of the place 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms one of them with jacuzzi (unfortunately didnt get to use it... Next time)

This was an amazing trip. The family had a great time. The room was lovely, they just did not have toilet tissue in two of the four bathrooms. Other than that the stay was awesome.

Very nice and spacious rooms, but the building has aged. The kids really enjoyed the pool. Great family environment.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here last weekend. Very spacious rooms that feel like home, bathroom was huge! And one thing I don’t think we all think about.. a complete beach access ramp. This was so nice with a child and didn’t have to walk through dunes to get down to the beach. Only downfall here is that the parking deck is very tight!

The location is great‐‐right on the beach. The pool area is very good offering both indoor and outdoor pools. There is also a small lazy river for kids and a hot tub for adults. The one bedroom condo could be better. The furnishings were somewhat worn and the kitchen area isnt really adequate. There was no counter space making it difficult to prepare food. The parking garage was horrible. If your vehicle met another vehicle either going up or doen, one vehicle would have to back up or down to let the other pass. The parking spaces were very narrow and not adequate for larger SUVs or pick up.

I love the space in all the bedrooms in the 3bd and 2baths. Parking was very tight and uncomfortable. But other than that it was what we needed.

Great clean place to stay 100% I will be back to stay again.

How to be a clean quiet place definitely worth checking out

They have a very good location and friendly staff. The indoor pool and lazy river are pretty lame but better than nothing. The outdoor pool is small but since it is on the ocean its fine. Our room, two bedroom, was acceptable if a little cramped. It felt like they were boosting the potential number of occupants by shoving two double/queen beds in both bedrooms designed for one king. The kitchen was small and moderately stocked with utensils. We joked that the silverware looked like it was cobbled together from a dozen different estate sales as no two matched.

Love this place! I come here frequently and cant imagine going anywhere else!

With coming out of quarantine, it was nice to have hand sanitizer stations at all public spaces. Checking in and out was easy!

I havent stayed yet, but I booked reservations with Carol at Seaside and she was absolutely amazing! Excellent customer service skills, she explained to me 3 different properties and helped me figure out what was best for my family- weve never been to the beach and Carol made the booking process easy! I greatly appreciate all of her help! My family is very excited to stay at Seaside! I hope someone in management recognizes Carol for her hard work and excellent customer service!!

The location was excellent. Not far from outlet shopping, dolphin cruises and restaurants. Parking was difficult for a large SUV but we plan to stay here again.

Beautiful sales model with a spectacular view of the coastline. It had 3 large bedrooms, 3 baths, one of which had a jakuzzi tub. Nice large kitchen. Very big beautifully decorated living room with wall to wall windows.

The rooms are in desperate need of upgrades. Filthy couch, banged up furniture, and stuff old carpet. The mattresses are also a bit outdated and seemed to trigger my family’s allergies for some reason. Phones in room did not work, toilet was broken, one of the stove burners was broken, and our sheets were stained. The room itself was clean, but it’s hard to pretty up something that just needs to be thrown away or repaired. Location is nice because it’s beach front. If you’re a decor person, this is also not the place you. The room really lacks personality and that nice beach flare you look for in beach resorts. The walls are painted gray of all colors in the room, and the whole place is quite dark which is uncharacteristic of typical beach spots. Some staff is friendly, while some seem miserable.

We just drove 8 hours to the beach for a family trip my boyfriend was staying separate from us at this hotel but I rode down with him and when he went to check in and they denied him because I was not “of age” even though I wasn’t staying there with him so now he has to wait 7 days for a refund. The girl who denied him was not helpful one but bit just said there’s nothing she can do.

Best place Ive ever stayed! Great people great rooms and great indoor pools, hot tubs, and lazy river! We had so much fun!

Staff very friendly, polite, and very helpful in my experience in the area.The breakfast was very tasty and delicious. The rooms in the condo was very roomy, nice in decor, and felt like home! Will be back to visit again!

Excellent place to stay. But the breakfast is not worth it. Typical continental breakfast thats usually included but instead you have to pay for it. Use the kitchen or go to nearby Plantation Pancake House.

Great views, the furniture carpet beds and all the furnishings are the same as 10 years ago when I started to come here. Boy do they look like it too. They need to do an update. The A/C was recently replaced and is working well. The pool area is clean and well kept up.

Amazing hotel with great pools and beach access. Rooms had everything you need and then some! Awesome jetted tub was a nice bonus. The heated indoor pools/lazy river were outstanding and the outdoor pool and deck were perfect. Right on the beach so you can’t go wrong.

This resort is beautiful and in a nice location. We came on a time share your and will definitely consider purchasing based on all of the nice amenities this resort has to offer. The rooms were very clean and the staff were all very kind. The one thing that wasnt very nice was the parking garage, it was dimly lit and very sketchy. I would not want to be there alone for sure.

A great vacation. Condo was clean and well equipped. Beautiful wrap around windows with a great view of the 60 miles of ocean view and beach.

Hotel is decent, the rooms are okay, the property grounds need to be taken care of, the hallways and parking garage are dingy. No staff in sight during my stay, seems like the hotel is run by no one.

I like the set up of the suites here. The staff is personable, and the rooms were fairly clean. The appliances and dinnerware provided were a little dated, and I was unsure if I could use the dishwasher. Luckily we didnt cook while here in Myrtle Beach. The shower heads were very small, but the water pressure was good. I really enjoyed having a washer dryer combo in the suite. The parking lot is very tight. Be mindful if you have a large vehicle. The pools and hot tubs were fine.

I loved this resort! My family stayed in a roomy 2br condo that sleeps 8 people (in beds, no pullout sofas) with 2 full sized bathrooms that faced the ocean. CLEAN. I was expecting a bit of sand in the rooms because its beachfront, but housekeeping was on top of it during my stay! The pool area was clean, not smelly, there were plenty of towels and sun chairs. The beach access is right there, in the pool area. I could watch my teen from my balcony and theres even a beach lifeguard! Theres usually a tide pool for little guys to play in and its not crowded at all (you get a good 20-30 ft radius to yourself). I wish there had been some sort of restaurant or hotdog stand or something on the beach, but it was cool because our kitchen had everything we needed. Its about 15 minutes to Broadway at the Beach, acceptable driving distance, and there were tons of restaurants within a 5 minute drive. The parking garage is the first couple of floors of the resort (super tight parking) and additional parking across the street. I will absolutely stay here again next year. We have visited Myrtle Beach every year for the past 9 years and this has been the cleanest and most enjoyable room weve stayed it.

Good for those on a budget but don’t want to sacrifice on location. Beach was not over crowded. My door handle kept falling off in my room though. Room 1008 and 1107 are good rooms.

We had a great view. The employees were friendly and helpful. They even texted and asked if everything was ok, was there anything we needed.

Bedding could use an update to memory foam mattresses and new comforters. Tom was clean and all appliances were working as intended. Pool areas were all nice. Elevators were quick. We did have to evacuate the building one night due to a malfunction of their fire alarm system. Great location for North Myrtle. Would definitely stay again.

The condo was wonderfully kept and the staff friendly and attentive. Except for an incident with the treadmill, it was a great visit.

Love the proximity to the beach and water. Great for a family vacation. Just watch out for broken furniture when you arrive. If you don’t say anything they try to charge you a ton after you leave. Weeks of stress and communication must follow where you frustrated beyond all measure...but it is the principle that matters.

Very nice experience! The people that worked there were awesome and the actual setup of the room was very relaxing. Definitely will go again. I went around veterans day in the fall and I was very pleased.

Our stay at Seaside for 7 days was super! Great beach location, nice staff, outside and inside pool to give a beach break, as well as a nice little lazy river. Our kitchen was tiny for 7 of us and the ice maker (even a new one) made 7 cubes....but not to complain overall! Great stay!

My family and I have been vacationing at Seaside since 2003 has always enjoyed it. Their staff go all out to make sure we are comfortable and happy. Very nice place to stay!

We stayed in room 1003, ocean view from each room! The entire living room wall was windows, could see all the way to the Cherry Grove pier...

We recently stayed at Seaside Resort and absolutely loved it. The room was great. Nice and clean, beautifully decorated, fully equipped with everything we needed. The staff was wonderful! Check in was fast. The maid that we had was really sweet and quick to clean our room without bothering us. Parking garage was a little tight but we had no problems parking. Pool is small but clean, hot tub and lazy river was clean. Hotel is very clean and well kept. The only downfall was that I didnt see any lifeguards on the beach and the smoker in my group had to go out into the parking garage or parking lot at the hotel beside us to smoke because Seaside is a non smoking resort, so you cant smoke on the premises. But, it wasnt a big deal. We will definitely stay at this hotel again.

I was suppose to receive a 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo but got a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom, sheet had a hole and stain on it, slider in living room did not work and toilet in main hallway kept running. Overall was a nice condo. Beds were very comfortable. Access to beach was great, pool area very clean. Price was a little pricey for 3 nights, close to $900, no breakfast included.

Clean neat great staff

Wonderful staff, clean rooms! They were so kind and accommodating when Expedia mixed up our rooms. The ONLY downside is the parking garage, which is very narrow. Large vehicles or drivers who dont feel comfortable driving in the garage should use the lot across the street. Over all, I definitely highly recommend!

Dont visit this week, pool, and the lazy river is closed for remodeling. Elevator was out for awhile. not all room are beachfront. some are on the side of the bldg. was not a 5 star. the breakfast ( for a fee is quite good.)

Im staying at The Seaside Resort for five days in a two bedroom unit. Check-in was completed fairly quickly. The parking deck is a nightmare, so tight you have to back up in order to turn and advance to the next parking level. Once parked, the spaces are very tight and anyone of average size has to maneuver to exit their vehicle without bumping into other cars. The resort has a lazy river pool, but it was not working. The pool is supposed to drift you around in an inner-tube, but once in the pool the inner-tubes were stationary. Children were pushing off the pool walls to get them to move at all. This was disappointing, because I was looking forward to a relaxing afternoon drifting around the pool. Beach access from the pool area is convenient. Ive only been at the resort overnight, so I dont have anymore information to add.
