I love Dave&busters it’s amazing for kids birthday. Waiters are nice and friendly, prices is reasonable and my daughter always have a blast! This location is very clean and well organized.

We had a great time. it was very very packed. you could hardly use the games because it was so much people. they need to do a limit on people because it was so packed that you had to wait like 5 to 10 minutes to play a game. we went to celebrate my nephews birthday I called before going to see if I can bring the cake and cut it over there on the phone they said yes. when we got there they said in order to get a table we all had to buy food IN ABLE to sit down. I didnt like that. it was only 4 kids and 4 adults. some staff WHERE NICE and some staff was very rude. the guys at the toy section TO turn in your tickets was awesome and very nice they made us feel welcome and THEY WHERE very helpful. there are lots OF PHONE games. the place is not that big. I feel LIKE IS for bigger kids not little. they have escalators and elevators. I repeat dont go on a Saturday is very packed you wont enjoy the place. would I come back no I rather go to another one.

Me and my friends came here to celebrate our friends birthday and we had such a great time. It wasnt too crowded (This was a Monday night) in the game room or dining room. I would suggest the workers watch the Dance Dance Revolution machine. There were a trio of boys that completely hogged it to themselves. I hardly saw other people playing/going against each other. We had a lovely waitress, her name was Ashley and she had blonde dreads, that was extremely nice. She checked up on us, got our orders right. She has a very cheerful energy. I love! Oh and LADIES the bathroom was amazingly clean (hallelujah). Will be back again and again.

My husband and I shared our first kiss here 6 years ago. We go all the time. We now have a newborn baby, and we cant wait to take her too!!!!

Came at 12ish in the afternoon wasn’t busy. Ronnee was our waitress and took good care of us. Food was delicious and we had fun.

Been here a couple of times and always enjoy playing the games and the jello shots. Can be loud at certain times so if youre looking for quietness this is not the place. The food is kind of good here and the milkshakes are awesome.Cant wait till business opens back up.

When you dont know where to go to consume your day, you can choose to come here! There are many fun video games, and you can eat here when you are hungry, which is very convenient. When you play with your children together, you also get closer to each other too. It’s very fun to handout with family and friends here. I love it.

My lady and I always go to Dave and Busters because we love to play games and are big kids at heart. It has been quite disappointing lately because the last few times we have gone, we noticed that a lot of their games are down or broken and they do not fix them. This is the case although they have technicians on site and the technicians are advised by the customers of the situation. This location is in the heart of the city and there are several tourists who go there including native New Yorkers such as ourselves. We are frequent visitors of this place and due to their lack of care with the games and the ability to address the consumers concerns we may stop visiting this location. They really need to step up their game. See pictures of games that were down for your reference. For example the Wizard of Oz card game was down as a whole and when we asked if they were going to fix it and we got a flat NO .

Keep in mind this place is in the city so its a little smaller and cramped than say a place in CT. When we went there was a Jurassic Park virtual reality ride that was an extra $5 per person but definitely worth it. Food was okay. Staff was super friendly. Appropriate for all ages.

I mean I’m a NYC native so I’m use to waiting, but for review sake there was a 20+ minute wait and we went pretty early as well. We only ate with no play, because we were tired just by waiting. We were seated and our server was amazing. We ordered drinks and honestly they weren’t tasty. I ordered a frozen margarita and my boyfriend ordered a special drink of the day (he didn’t finish his & I finished mine because we don’t waste drinks here) we ordered our food which took some time (so another wait) we both ordered Linguini pasta with shrimp and steak. We were warned about the steak quality and good thing because it wasn’t good. Overall we wouldn’t eat here - but playing games is awesome

At the time we took our students, it was very clean. Food was filling and pretty tasty. Cook could go easy on the salt for those who dont eat much of it. But all in all the experience was good. In addition, we had an amazing waiter. He was courteous and polite came around the clock to check on how we were doing and was all alright.

Who says girls night !!! I honestly believe this place can be for everyone. The games are for all ages. The energy is beyond fantastic. We played games from one night to the next morning. I never got tired of swiping my card and trying something new. My favourite game was the virtual reality and the basketball . I enjoyed receiving my prize at the end and the system to play and cash out was really phenomenal. Will definitely return on my next trip to New York.

I assume you like arcades and fast food, so were not talking fine dining here. Ive never had a problem with the gaming, except that its generally hell on earth, but it works if thats what you want. Still, I expect my server to visit more than once every 20-30 minutes. I would think they would want you to get out of the restaurant quickly, but apparently not. I have been to the NYC Times Square location many times because my son likes the gaming, and it always takes two hours to eat and I have to go chasing the servers for forgotten items, to pay my bill, etc. The servers are usually nice, but there arent enough of them. The food meets expectations (if you like blue snow cones and burgers).

Nice indoor fun for older kids, especially on a rainy day. Theres lots of fun to be had for a wide age group.I suggest keeping your power card as it costs $3 per new card. The card never expires according to a staff member so worth holding on to for future visits.Food and drinks are sold within the games area.Some cool stuff to purchase using tokens, not cheap plastic but good quality.One thing Id say is the $10 reward for joining takes 24-48hours and not received immediately as portrayed. I believe you also spend $10 to get the $10 if my understanding of the email received is correct.A fun day out, indoors on a rainy day.

In times square so lots to do if you want to make a day of it. Great atmosphere loads of fun for older kids and adults. Wonderful food and deals. The selection of prizes for tickets are not many but they have some good items. New VR ride requires 4ppl at a time so expect issues and best days are Wednesdays half price games.

Fave & Busters on 42nd st in Manhattan, NY is a large facility of fun. Lots of different types of games foe young and old. The food is good and the drinks are good. Check it out next time you are in the area.

This place is fun to go to. It’s pretty busy on the weekends since it’s on Times Square. Try going on Monday-Wednesday it’s more relaxed. They also have private party packages. Need an ID to go in, MUST BE 18+ , if under 18 can go in with a parent/guardian of age 25+ with proper ID. If under 21 there’s a curfew to leave premises at 11PM (Fri & Sat.)

It was an overall good experience with the family. The food was ok but the drinks could have been much better. We went during graduation time so it was extra crowded.

We had a blast and the manager was super sweet everyone was nice as well. The wait was a bit long but we still enjoyed the food and games plus they gave us free cake for our birthday. The gentlemen that served our table with the cakes got a tip and he was just awesome. We will be back soon.

This is actually a very good Dave and Busters, way busier than the one in Pittsburgh but they have way better food and we had a great waittress. The food was very good! My mother in law was surprised with how good the salmon was, and my sister in laws said the cheeseburger was great. My husband got the cheesteak hoagie and he liked it. When we called for the check, we did a prank on our waittress (her name is Ashley who worked evening 12/30) by telling her we only got $30, can we wash dishes or mop their floors to make up the money? She actually believed us, so I stopped her before she went to get the manager and told her its a joke. It really made her day! We gave her a good tip for being very understanding and patient while answering our endless questions about the menu, and stayed friendly the whole time. The game floor was very busy, some machines you gotta line up to use it! But they had all the popular games and we all had fun playing them.

I went for a last minute birthday party for my sons friend and was taken aback by the friendliness of the waiter and the waitresses and the patience of all of the staff to accommodate 4 VERY active boys.Logistically, it was a bit confusing as it looks as if there are two entrances HOWEVER, the very attentive staff and wonderful hostesses were there to guide us to the party.In the heart of Times Square where crowds can easily be overwhelming, it was such a relief to have experienced and friendly (and understanding) staff to support a last minute birthday. Im sure the birthday boys had a lot fun.

I came here on a date. Usually I go to the Dave and busters on 42nd street but decided to see what the Bronx has to offer! The games was fun as always but one major difference was a bartender named April. She’s definitely on her A game when it came to them drinks!!!! I highly recommend everyone go and visit! Thanks for the fun times and awesome service!

The service was very good. I had a good meal of dynamite shrimp & a happy hour drink then I went to play a few games. The first time I reloaded my card it reloaded fine. The second time I tried to reload, my card was declined repeatedly. I finally decided to use cash. The bar in the game room also declined my card. Both times I checked to make sure I had the money, which I did.

Had a great time with my girl here recently. Ate some food (the Asian style chips were dope- I want more!) The environment was what it is at a Dave and Busters lots of groups some kids and overall a fun time.

Food is good. service is good. but i still cant get on board on how expensive it is to play the games. the money runs out quickly. i find myself spending MORE money on the games & reloading my card then i do on the food. then some of the prizes are NOT even worth all the money i spent on the games. I could actually buy most of their stuff in a regular store. do you have fun? yes. is it worth it? once in a blue. they need to give more credit option for spending so much money on the games. or if you reload your card they should add some credit/money to your card if you reload it more then three times.

We took our kids here while staying in Times Square for Memorial Day Weekend. It wasnt as packed as I thought it would be - which is a plus! The kids had a blast and so did I. Definitely recommend going here if youre in the area and need to keep the little ones entertained.

First thing, I was visiting from North Carolina. The prices here at this Dave & Buster were really expensive! Good thing we were in luck, because all games were half off that day, which also happened to be my birthday. So that was freaking awesome. I had a blast, especially playing the 4D zombie game. It was epic. My visit here was as expected. I enjoyed my time and a fair share of games.

Always a fun time at this place. Lots of games, food menu is pretty good but a little pricey, drinks are good but can be pricey and can be a hit or miss between getting a good strong drink or some watered down juice. I guess it depends on the bartender. Wednesdays are your best bet since games are half off. Other days can get pricey. Its in Time Square so be prepared to deal with a lot of people and street vendors crowding the side walks. Mass transit or taking a cab is your best bet. Driving here WILL be a nightmare.

The staff is very helpful especially since it was my first time going there I personally suggest to go early in the afternoon when they first open if you have kids and you want to have the place for yourself after awhile it starts to get crowded. I enjoyed the experience with my family very much. Would definitely go there again. Oh and make sure you get coupons and deals just sign up with thier website. The app itself for the rechargeable cards is great u can track and add points to play.

It was the Nets appreciation day for season ticket holders...it was crowded but it was fun to see the players up close and personal. Some players interacted and played games with fans more than others... food and drinks were provided. Good time overall.

Service was next to slow, when you first enter it is possible you will see a line and just get into it ... Well if you are just planning to play that is the place to be but if you are like me and want some food keep going as that will be just a waist of time, sadly you will only know this with experience as there are no signs.Food was great, had a plant based burger ... Dave and Busters is more for teens while Chuck E. cheese is more for children. I definitely recommend going there with a group of people and it is very large inside! The food is amazing as well and service is overall delightful. I will definitely go there more in the future!

I dont know why I have never been before, but I had such a fun time. Its a great location right by times square and port authority. They have happy hour specials and good drinks. They have a great selection of games and they make it really easy to compete with your friends. Im sure we will go there again after work.

Fun place to come for games, food and drinks or to watch sports. Gameroom side is always super loud due to all the game sounds but the restaurant side is much much calmer. Foods great, portions are pretty big and the drinks are awesome.

I have been going to this location for a few years only because its the only one that is near by. Yesterday I went in with my partner to enjoy happy hour and half off games. On this day the bar is packed. I had to wait 15 minutes for the bartender to come back to my side to order. If i didnt tell her everything i wanted right there at that moment i would have been waiting forever to come back. The lack of staff is unbelievable . myself and other customers were very unhappy with the wait. the bartender did the best she could seeing that she was alone. Because she was alone you can visually see her frustration. i had to come around the bar twice to get my order in. I requested to speak with the manager(Patrick). we expressed our frustrations to him for him to just say thank you and walk away.This location is high volume and should be held to higher standards. As a manager myself i would never let such carelessness occur. I couldve spent more money at the bar but the wait definitely determined me.

The food was really good. But we asked for no bacon but one of the sandwiches had bacon. The bartender was very nice and took it back. But the next one came really really late. I love the atmosphere and the food.

Great place for kids and parties~ the games are nice and well maintained. The food is decent and the bars are nice. A bit too many games geared towards tickets and over priced credit-wise if you ask me. If its gonna cost a bit more per play, I want way higher ticket prizes.

I was taken back by the attitude at the front desk before anything else. It was my little sisters birthday and didn’t want to turn back and ruin her day. But there was attitude and eye rolls. We tell her we want to dine and play she yells out a name and hands us to someone to be seated. She never gave us the play and dine offer and we realized after eating. That didn’t bother us what bothered us was having to go back to that rude girl behind the register to the. Get play cards after eating. Tables were sticky, food was cold and salty as hell.. our waitress was nice. Save your coins tbh. Or maybe another location cause this is NOT it.

Ever watched Percy Jackson the Lightning Thief? This place is like when they went to Vegas and lost how many days just having fun and losing track of time. The games are very up-to-date and its an adult arcade, so alcohol is all over the place. Even if youre 30yrs old, getting that buzz and playing video games will take you back. Especially great if youre just dropping by New York for a layover.

This place is an amazing setting for bonding with friends and family. Its a great place to just relax and let out the fun and free version of yourself. You feel relaxed and light afterwards.

This Dave and Busters location has always been amazing to me . I started visiting this location when I was in middle school and the ambiance keeps me coming back. My family and I sat down to eat and we were immediately accommodated .Our orders were taken swiftly and our food was out of the kitchen in a decent amount of time. The food here is absolutely amazing. I will return to this arcade again because the Games are amazing and I always have a ball.Bonus: there’s a Man who came to our table after we ordered and offered to take a family pictures of us. The picture came out great and he was able to put the picture in a keychain holder for just a few dollars !

The arcade games are varied, theres even a new vr game. And the nice thing is theres only like a handful that are slightly broken, but call an employee and theyll get to it for fast. The restaurant area is spacious, the bars are modern looking too. Prices in both places are moderate, there also offers during the week and certain times. Great place for the family, school trips, and even company events.

Dave & Busters located @ Times Square (NYC) has a wonder staff. My only complaints is that sometimes the cards gave me trouble on the games and that there was trash under my dinner table and thats never acceptable. I would have given them 3 out of 5 except for the fact that they sung HAPPY BIRTHDAY to my daughter and my Godson, which help make their day so that they get an extra . Our first dinning experience at this location would have been ruin if the staff and food wasnt so good.

I went there this weekend and it was my first visit to this location. Our server was great, his name is Israel. He had great energy and was super helpful with our questions on the menu items. He took very good care of my son who has a peanut allergy. He was attentive and friendly and encouraged us to come back. (Intended for the Staten Island location).

Decent place to go if you are bored near times square. The arcade machines arent too fancy, no real rhythm games (outside of one DDR machine) or fighting game cabinets. Most games are just bigger versions of phone apps.Bar is decent and the food is about what you would expect from an arcade. Overall would only recommend if you have nothing else to do in the area or if you want to play ticket games.

This place is paradise! My personal haven for gaming and a bit of ticket redemption fun. I was so focused on the games, I forgot to take advantage of the food and drink there but Ill be back soon enough to take that in as well. Ive always said that Dave and Busters is the grown up version of Chuck E Cheeses and this place brought out the kid in me. I love it.

Last night I attended this business for the first time. Up on my first impression the place looks really nice. The waitress was very nice.The only problem was that I had to wait like 30 minutes for 2 mix drinks I order. My food was not served to my expectations, the steak i order I specifically asked for medium rare and I got a full cooked steak how upsetting.Conclusion this place need a little more work on the staff and the food serving. Theyre drinks are some what a bit expensive but I guess is because of the location.After the meal we headed towards the arcade area good music and more drinks which actually were delivered fasters.They have some what of good arcades.New and old.I do recommend this place.

Gets pretty crowded later in the day and games like DDR can get hogged but for the most part, an enjoyable experience for all ages. Highly recommend going even if you dont enjoy games. You may start enjoying it after visiting.

Was my first time so I enjoyed the games and the bar inside with it. When it came time to eat staff was a little slow and it wasnt to crowded which got frustrating at times when we needed silverware or napkins, but i would definitley give it another try. I enjoyed myself and it was very clean!

I been here a couple times before but I must say I am impressed with thr service, decor and feel of it, the games are always updated so if you show every few months theres always something new, the food is great and I recommend the sliders with the ribs, and the staff is very welcoming and easy to talk to and willing to help with anything. They charge way too much money for a very little amount of time to play each game but I enjoyed every second over here.

Our service was incredible...the server went over and above what Ive seen in past experiences at other restaurants. She was very busy with several tables and even a table of 20 . Yet she was polite, patient, and kept a very positive attitude the entire time. She even took the time to get staff together, although they were all very busy, to come and sing Happy Birthday to me for my family. She was incredible and may God Bless her and you for having her as an employee. Thank you so much for the awesome experience!!!

This is actually a great place to take your kids on any occasion. There are so many arcades and its fun because you get points. I only give it 4 stars because is actually kind of expensive because my girlfriend payed 50 bucks worth of points and at the end we only got 2 mugs and a keychain, but it is fun for sure.

Love the games. Get the package deal and focus on games that get you points so you can get the prizes. The wheel is a good one to get points.

Came here for my son’s birthday he just turn 10 years old we play games and ate food. But order food to go as well when we got home we found hair in our food.we called no one picked up. when some one did pick up after a few try’s they hung up on us when we ask to speak to supervisor or manager.very rude and in professional as well.

I dont know who I spoke to but this lady that answer the phone answer my questions precisely and nicely and with super polite and I can just say the customer service on the phone is amazing I cant wait to see how it is in person thats the kind of stuff that I like good people that respect and love their job.

Super crowded but its Times Square so not a factor. Some of the games though, were glitchy and or out of order even though they were the really fun ones. The drink that I had, some kind of Moscow mule and strawberry in it-- was very good!

I normally love Dave and Busters. The Times Square location had one issue. The machine I was playing on broke, we called for a technician. After waiting 40 minutes with no response, decided to cut my losses and left.

It is not crowded, and you dont have to wait for the games. It does take a while to get tickets for something worthwhile in the store.
