Great location in bustling, hustling Greenwich Village. Blessed to see my friend’s first off- off- Broadway play—“Thank You for Your Call,” a political satire by New Jersey writer Neil Graves. Nice run in a small but welcoming environment. Nice restaurants nearby.

I don’t recommend this place ever!!!The staff was really rude . Place was empty but they want to us order more and more drinks. We just stayed there around 30min. We drank 2 drinks per person but they still treat us to leave or order more drinks. I didn’t see like this worst place Ever

Very small theater on the third floor of the small building. The theater was probably converted from a residential apartment. Folding chairs were set up. Even though the theater was small, The Other Mozart, the play we saw, was was excellent. Interesting experience you can have in NYC.

We watched Agatha Christis The Unexpected Guest. The play was quite good. Started slow but right at the intermission started to build up until the good ending. The theater is old and cozy and seats are relatively small. No kiosk inside but you can bring foods from outside.

This theatre is very small. It is very dark. There is lots of steps..as you enter bldg., then inside theatre.,steps up and steps down. Beware, especially if you are a person with mobility issues or balance issues. There is an aisle attendant to assist you. However, you have to come out of theatre and into a side door down a long flight of stairs and a brief landing and wait for attendant to direct you when you can go to bathroom because of long line, while there is a lounge in that area so there is traffic from there and upstairs. Not a comfortable situation!

This place is an absolute gem. I went here for Monday Night Magic (different show every Monday) and had a ball. Yes, its a bit small. Yes, its a bit dated. But its got character and charm, which is exactly what a theater and a night out needs. Very glad I ended up here and I will definitely be coming back and exploring other productions.

Its a little shabby, but this theater has character. Its very small, but that just makes you feel like youre part of the play. Ive seen two Agatha Christie plays here & enjoyed both. Plus it couldnt be in a better neighborhood.

My family and i went to see beauty and the beast which was an amazing show, but the theater itself I wouldn’t return to. If you have a large build or are plus size, the “original seating” in the theater will be of great discomfort to you. both my mother and I have wide-ish hips and could not comfortably sit in the seats. the rows are also very tightly packed together making it even difficult for taller people to sit comfortably. overall the play was very well executed, I just wish I could’ve enjoyed it more.

I saw a Childrens production here and this theater is not children friendly. It is a very small intimate theater. However It was very cold and the sound wasnt great. They provide children seat assists but it was still hard for little ones to see the stage. The bathrooms are in the basement down a long flight of stairs. New Yorkers are resilient but its nice to know these things before attending so you can plan accordingly. I do want the commend the floor manager Ms Lamb. She was very amazing. Very friendly but also kept the seating disciplined. I was impressed. Key attention to details and she has excellent anticipation of problems so they were avoided for the cast. She worked very hard and deserves a raise. Now for productions that are not focused on a child its a perfect place

Ive seen a few good shows in their debut here.If you have trouble with climbing stairs or only one bathroom for a crowd of people, this is not the ideal place for you, physically speaking.

I came here and saw a performance of A Christmas Carol and despite the small theatre it was a very enjoyable experience, and the actors as well as the crew took the time to do a Q and A with us at the end of the performance. Would recommend to any family looking to bring this classic to life.

Lots of fun at this improv theater. If you go on a hot evening bring a bottle of water and patience. While the show area is air conditioned, the audience waiting area is not. Come prepared.

We spent a fun evening at Monday Night Magic at the Players Theater. The show was suitable for young and old. Its a small and intimate theater, nothing fancy, it has seen better days, but its atmospheric and a great venue for small productions and magic. The show was fantastic, beginning with a juggler who had everyone ah-ing and gasping as he ramped up the difficulty of each move.Next were a couple of magicians with very different styles but both entertaining and both delighted and amazed the crowd. It was a wonderful evening out, with some interesting little restaurants in the area to try. Check out Kati Roll if you love Indian food.

8pm show on April 22nd. box office opened late . it was like a mob house. the show was suppose to start at 8pm and we were still standing outside waiting for the doors to open to be seated. Finally got seated and show started at 8:40. we had dinner reservations for 10pm . since it started so late, we left right after intermission. so we did not get to see the entire show. what a shame. Never again.

A rude staff with unrealistic expectations for an audience of children. One female staff member actually hit me in the arm to express her displeasure that my 2 year old son was eating a slice of an apple in the theatre. Another staff member thought it would be appropriate to select me and my son to make an example of in the middle of the show, loudly threatening to move us to the back after my son whispered a question about the show. Plenty of other children had been louder, and after all they are children. We will never ever return, nor will our family. There are plenty of venues with more respect for their patrons and more reasonable expectations for young children.

We went there during the day to see a childrens play, which is supposed to be full of laughter and charm. Instead, we thought we were in military barracks as the rude management staff treated our kids in a very unprofessional way with repeated unnecessary warnings during the show. Its childrens play at the end, theres supposed to be joy. We are not going back for sure.
