When I think of this place, I think of working hard to be able to see a beautiful beautiful amazing view! Makes me remember that the most beautiful places on earth are worth sweating for. If you want to get a great workout, this is the perfect place for it and then hit the beach right after. Come with the family, bring your friends, get a quick workout.

The weather was perfect for working out. The view is incredible, and the beach is wonderful. I went up and down the sand dune 12 times. Great workout!! Beautiful area.

A really cool spot on the side of the highway. free parking. You have an amazing view of the Pacific ocean from the top. If you like a good workout you can spend the whole day going up and down. Be warned parking on the Eastside of the street is limited do to road construction. Right now you have to jaywalk across the Pacific Coast Highway which is pretty dangerous so please use extreme caution. I cant wait to go back.

One of the best places to view a Malibu subset without a crowd. Just be ready to climb in bare feet for a few minutes!

Good place to stop along Hwy 1 and enjoy the view of the coastline. Plenty of parking on paved ocean side of Hwy 1. I wouldnt recommend parking on the sand side since you may get stuck in the soft sand.

The challenge is end less. Bear crawl, weight carry, just walk, either way ya put it your getting worked. Good times!!

We were sad that this was closed for construction when we came by but have climbed it in the past and it has the best views

This is one of my fave cardio workouts! I thought this would be a safe haven to easily workout with social distancing of 6 feet, which it has been every time that Ive gone, but now the gov has just installed no parking from 5am to 10pm signs along both sides of PCH! LAME! If anyone knows where the closest place to park there, that is not restricted, please message me! Thank you! I will park and then uber there if I have to!

Sandy Dune this is a great spot for jogging and is a mountain to climb the mountain is approximately 700 feet of sand from the bottom to the top this will be a windy run

Brought my girlfriend here. We got in a little late towards the day but it was alright. Its chilly but its also a great workout to run up and down the hill.

At the bottom of this hill is one of the few beaches around here where you can legally take your​ dog. The beach is pretty narrow and rocky if you go in the water, but theres hardly ever anyone there. No trash cans, so please pack it out with you. Great skipping rocks here.

Really fun to climb to the top but wear shoes. The sand is HOT! The view at the top is incredible. Running and tumbling down is the fun part!

Find pics of the Sand Hill from the 70s...it was at least double in size! Used to reach up to about 20 -30 yrds from the top,..with clean sand most of the way down..when I was about 10 ..we used to build basic sand sleds from plywood and thin melamine and hike up to the top dragging them up then jump on and slide down like a boss...so much fun!!!! We developed basic hand brakes (wooden stick on a screw ) that dug Into the sand when time to stop.... we could get enuff speed to make it onto the freekin highway if not paying attn....! Ahh to be Indestructible and fearless at puberty!!!Amazing how it has eroded so much in 40 years.Still pretty cool tho

Great place to stop and get some exercise. The sand is really hot; we went barefoot and had to stop frequently to let our feet cool. Saw some dolphins out in the water. It was really nice to sit and just watch the waves and the cars.

Remember sliding down the dune in my childhood back in the 70s. I try to drive by it if I head to oxnard.
