Made reservations a few days in advance and all went so smoothly for the group of kids I brought in! The place does a lot of business so it’s important to make reservations on the weekend but the kids had so much fun working together as a team on their game and then choosing their own games to explore! Such a cool and unique experience! Staff is friendly and helpful! Huge selection of games! Lots of fun! Can’t wait to return!

SO MUCH BETTER THAN I COULD HAVE PREDICTED!!! Not only was the VR Gaming super fun and easy to maneuver, the staff was EXTREMELY HELPFUL!!! They knew the games and systems well, and were there any time you needed them, (like when you needed a chair so you didnt fall over while trying out a VR roller coaster, and when you needed to get rid of the chair so you could stand up and shoot zombies). The customer service literally blew me away. They truly have the best staff ever. Perfect for date night, family fun, or just for your own enjoyment.***Must note- our 7 year old did great on her own. Anytime she needed help, the staff was patient and helpful with her, so mommy and daddy didnt have to leave their games. I think after the 1st 10 minutes, she was confident on the system and didnt need anymore help.

My husband and I just went and we had the best time playing a multi player game together!!! Seriously the best time ever! It was better than I ever expected, the game play was so real. It was just so neat to be able to crouch down, pick things up, and do allSorts of things! If you’ve been thinking of going, do it!

Had a great time out with coworkers. Also enjoyed private room and arranged catered food. Great owner, attentive staff and amazing VR experience. Very recommend for corporate team building or hanging out with friends. Thank you Rick for being a wonderful host!

My family LOVES Switch VR. The owner Rick is amazing and the staff is always so helpful and kind.We have gone back so many times now and have recommended this place to anyone that will listen ! hahaIt has become one of our favorite places to go to with our daughter. She loves all the games and loves that we all can play games together too. If you havent stopped by, make sure you do ! Its fun for ALL AGES :)

A friend of mine told me about this place. I though it sounded cool. I truly had no idea just how cool. During the week they have a special for a FULL HOUR of VR and the price is unbeatable. Theyre also kid friendly and incredibly patient with the young ones. My friend had her five year old in tow and we were surprised to see the variety of games and experiences for everyone. The employees literally took the time to show Max who is 5 years old, not only how to play but guided him step by step through the job simulator game he was playing. I was beyond impressed with this place and the guys who run it. These gentleman are passionate about gaming and VR and it truly shows... The place was super clean as well which was a bonus. I was happy to see that they sterilized all the equipment before and after each use. This place is a must visit!

Walked in, was promptly told we needed a reservation or we could wait 3 hours for an open spot. There were 4 bays open at the time. :|Edited due to response: All of the information in your response, particularly the requirement for a reservation, should have been on your website instead, and would have prevented my 1 star rating if it had been.

This place is amazing. The owner is super friendly and made this experience awesome for my whole family. For anyone thinking of trying vr. Just do it. If your a gamer its amazing and even if you are not its an experience like no other. Will be here as often as i possibly can. Thanks for the awesome customer service it goes a long way.

Yeah this place is very highly recommended if you wanna play vr. Also Tom is such a nice guy to hang out with, gave me more time to set up the vr, and even played the games with me. Definitely worth the price in my opinion!

Any game you want to play, they have it! Played Virtual reality Arizona Sunshine (zombies) and Elven Assassin (archery game). Phenomenal experience! Will be back soon.

Games were cool but we waited 20 minutes for the toilet to be unclogged so I thought bowel movements were more important

One of the most friendliest owners I have ever met. Very welcoming to us even after we had came in 30 minutes before the store was about to close. Talk about dedication and customer service! They have a huge selection of games and 10 stations to accommodate your party. I will be coming back soon.

Excellent addition to the Lancaster County area! The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful to all new and advance players. A clean establishment with room to grow more gaming experience. My new favorite destressor after work! Also, some games provide a nice arm workout! A must try for all ages!

Im turning 13 in a few months and Im looking for a VR arcade where I can host a small party with my friends and family. This isnt really a review, its more like a question. Why would it cost an extra $100 dollars for including food in the party package.

Took my two boys there a few weeks ago - ages 11 & 14. They had a great time. Owner was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. The boys had a couple of issues (game froze/ battery died) or trying to figure out how to play the games. Both the owner and his other staff member were so kind and patient with the boys. A little pricey - especially for two. They are asking when were going back -- hopefully soon!

This place is an awesome lively place in an unsuspecting location. The area is not quite known for many highly interactive places, so this location is a welcome change. The wide selection of games is sure to interest the whole family- whether you want a gritty shooter, bubbly fantasy, or to simply experience places around the world with Google Earth VR.Defenitely a nice change of pace and worth the visit! Staff is friendly and totally approachable so do not be afraid to ask them anything if you arent totally tech-savvy! :)

The owner is a super nice guy, who obviously is super passionate about gaming and VR. The place is very nice and clean. Theres a TON of games to choose from, and the owner/staff will have no problem teaching you how to use the VR (without cutting into your actual playing time). He gave me about 20 free minutes of playing just to get comfortable with the VR! I will DEFINITELY be back.

My daughter, her friend and 2 adults played games for an hour and had a blast. This was a lot of fun. I loved the variety of games they had available and the staff was super friendly and helpful. We will definately go back again!

This Place is Absolutely Amazing! I am so glad there is something like this in our town now! Its an arcade where you can play literally hundreds of games in virtual reality and you pay by the hour a very fair price instead of sinking money into a machine everytime you die... they even have memberships where you pay a small amount monthly and then can game an unlimited amount... Its such a great Idea and the staff is extremely friendly and you can tell they love to share Virtual reality with people... The place is actually called Switch VR

Great place to spend some great time with kids. High-tech head wearable gears with hand held controls.Staff were extremely friendly. I gave 4 star because of the price. I gotta think to revisit cos of price point.They have great option for party. 300 for 10ppl for 1 hr VR time + 1 HR party room (without food). You may bring your own food for pyour own partly.

This place is amazing! The staff are nice and great, the VR accessories are in great condition, there are many VR games like Super hot and Five Nights at Freddys VR. The prices are surprisingly good, $20 for 3 hours. Plus you get a military discount if you were in the military. This place is 5/5, best VR place in the world!

Had my sons 11th bday party here & they all had a great time..

Visited here a few months ago, I don’t normally write reviews but I had to about this place I was so dissatisfied!! There we little kid using these machines, 13 is the cut off age according to the manufacturer of most of these gadgets. I mean I heard the owner even had his own kids in there, seems like he doesn’t know much about his equipment. Just a though for you Rick, would hate to see a lawsuit since you opened so recently. Only good thing was the kid working the front desk, would have walked out if not for him, and should have walked out anyway the prices were absolutely nuts! He really knew what he was talking about, more than you for sure. I don’t really remember his name off the top of my head. You should hire a few more people, he looked overworked. Maybe that’s why the equipment didn’t work very well and the place was dirty.
