I regularly frequented Decades pre-covid to enjoy bowling and games with my friends and cant wait to go back when covid is over! I ordered delivery from their restaurant today and their food is AMAZING (I had the vegan chicken sandwich). The Decades team is skilled in not only entertainment but equally as skilled in their food service as well. Highly recommend.

Nice place with some old school video games. Six lane bowling ally looked nice. The food however was way too expensive and fancy for this kind of theme. Seemed miss matched. I really liked the look and feel, just not the food. I had a crab-rice stir fry and it cost $16. Not only did it leave an unwelcome after taste, the void in my wallet was irksome. Our dinner for 3 cost over $50 and that did not include drinks. If you go here, go for the atmosphere. It was great.

Great food-the same but different menu items you would find anywhere, but with a fresh, renewed spin. Serving size was large. Staff was friendly and attentive. Nostalgic arcade games and bowling were a fun touch. Very clean/Covid friendly. We will absolutely go back. We went as a family at 2pm and had a great experience. They request no children after 8pm as it does have a really cool adult date night vibe.

My girlfriend and I are travel therapists, so, were were used to big cities all across the US. Had a stop over in Lancaster during these COVID times and was not expecting much... And then we found this gem in a small city! Not only great good but a fun & clean atmosphere. Happy to see amazing businesses like this are able to maintain the proper guidelines to allow patrons to enjoy! If youre coming to this city, for any reason, be sure to give them a shot. Decades is a really cool retro arcade. The atmosphere is laid back and family friendly, but still cool enough to be a fun and funky start to a date night. I took my 15 year old daughter here on a Wednesday evening (Not a date!), and she actually had fun. Anyone with a teenager knows how difficult it is to find something that they enjoy. There was no charge to get in, and they gave us $2 in free tokens each just for showing up during happy hour. Since most games are only 1 token (25 cents) with a couple being 2 tokens you can actually get some game play for $2. The game selection includes a lot of the games I remember from my childhood like ski ball, pinball, Mortal Kombat, Street Fighter, and Ninja Turtles, as well as some games my daughter recognized like Mario Cart. They have a couple lanes for bowling as well. For those planning a more adult night or a date night the sign on the door said you have to be 21 to get in after 8:30. There is a full bar and you can order food. I didnt get to try the bar or food to comment on taste or selection, but the food I saw at some of the tables looked pretty good. I plan on taking my wife back some evening to try the food and drinks. Ill post an updated review then.Overall, I would highly recommend checking out Decades.

This place was so much fun! We jumped around to a lot of bars on St. Patrick’s Day and this place we stayed at the longest period between our group most of us Danny want to go when the rest did. The games are fun, cheap, and who doesn’t love old retro games? They got a full kitchen, they have a full bar and they also have bowling lanes for 36 bucks an hour up to six people on the lane. Their prices are great, and I hope they stay open for a long time!

So much fun! The food was really good, especially that bacon jam! The atmosphere is a bit loud since the games, bowling, and restaurant are open to each other. This did not bother me at all!Why did I only give this place 4 stars? There were a few games that were broken, which was a bummer. Also, the kids menu was a bit too fancy, in my honest opinion. It does become 21 and older after 9pm, no problem there, just an FYI. Overall, this is such a fun place!

The big standout was the decor and ambiance, its just beautiful in there.

We went here to celebrate a birthday with our two young adult boys and had a blast! We were expecting to have fun but as an added bonus the food was really, really good. Our table enjoyed juicy burgers on great home made rolls, a pulled pork sandwich that was fantastic (best he ever had) and the meatloaf that was simply delicious and huge! And the fried green tomatoes appetizer was also excellent. Even though we were stuffed my son ordered the creme brulee for dessert and we all sampled. Wow, seriously good! If you grew up in the 80s or even if you didnt you will probably find something to enjoy here. Be aware, its loud with the video arcade games, skeeball and bowling alley so take a group of friends and enjoy!

Went for the first time on New Years 2020, however, I was astounded by the service and staff work especially at the front desk, side bars, and wait staff....Not to mention the food!—I ordered the meatloaf with potato gratin and crispy fried Brussels sprouts, it came with two pieces of thick meatloaf with Brussel sprouts to the side and a bowl of potato gratin- with so much melted cheesiness on top. The meal was beyond basic, but yet subtle enough on the stomach to eat the entire plate. I also ordered a side of coleslaw- pretty basic but still enjoyable. My friend got the roasted chicken, excellent she said and she ate the entire thing! My other friend got the pull pork sandwich with fries. The fries are to die for, and so are many of their other sides that are available to substitute in your entree. The drinks— excellent selection, excellent quality. Pick a signature drink, like the margarita with cantaloupe or the espresso martini, all will have you going back for more. The arcade- many pinball machine and arcade type games - including gun shooting, car racing, basketball shooting, ski balling throwing, or any game you might have lived off in an arcade in the 80/90s.I was pretty impressed for the first time and that’s why I wrote this review. It’s a really good standout place, especially for the time that I came, 5 stars. Will go back and review later and update this post.

What a great addition to downtown Lancaster! There is a parking garage next door for those who are driving in and it is handicap accessible (I believe there is a side entrance for those who need it.).It is a bit loud inside but so are most bars in the area. You can make reservations through their website for a table if youre dining there. They have a long bar that looks to have 20ish seats and high top tables as well. I believe the 6 bowling lanes are first come, first serve so if there is a wait youll have time to play some arcade games (You pay by the hour, not per person for the lane rental.)!They have very slim tables placed between games so you can rest your drink while playing! There is also a TV with a sofa and side chairs with a Nintendo 64 hooked for group game play.Ive only gotten cocktails and theyve been well mixed and flavorful. Big thumbs up on the pear martini.

Big fan of arcades and these kinds of places. It had a more homely feel, compared to other arcades Ive been to. Id take a friend here just to chill and not feel like I have to be doing something. The bartender was great, theres a decent selection of VERY well maintained arcade machines both new and old. And the food isnt half bad either. And the fact that they let you borrow n64 games for free and play them on a couch with a bud is awesome. I fully plan to make this a regular thing for me.

Its definitely a great time for the kids to enjoy. Us as well as they have really unique drinks and options for non-alcoholic ones. The building itself looks like a old apartment building and is a little un assuming. The people there were nice and friendly. It had alot of retro arcade games to pick from. Place is beautiful and the waitress was outstanding. There’s plenty of games to play and have fun while you drink. But the food was just “different”. They had nothing but vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free food. It’s good for those who like that type of food but as for those who don’t, WHERE are the ribs! I feel as though there menu should have more of a variety. I asked for hot wings and they only had ONE type of wings that was lathered in some type of sauce they had. So fine, I’ll give it a try. I didn’t like the wings at all So I asked for something different and I didn’t like that either. The waitress was so sweet with changing my food and making me feel comfortable about not liking the food. The second thing I got was the crab pretzel bowl. Sadly I didn’t like it either. I don’t think I’ll ever be eating there again BUT I do see my self returning just to enjoy the bar and games they have.

Decades has its pros and cons. The food wasnt great but wasnt awful. The wings looked greasy and unappetizing. The meatloaf wasnt bad but closer to bar food. The cornbread was decent. Theyve got a good selection of arcade games, but it was on the outdated token system which limited play. No pool table or air hockey tables. They had a good 80s playlist. It was a cash bar for a work event, which was fine, but they didnt go out of their way to provide non-alcoholic drinks and it felt like for an event they were proving the bare minimum of service.

Excited to have a place to do things in Lancaster. There are many great places for delicious food and drink in Lancaster city, and Decades is that -- but much, much more. Classic arcade games that are cheap to play (1 quarter, and a few are $0.50), bowling lanes with huge comfortable couches and food/drink delivered to your lane, and even a space to order drinks/food and play classic N64 games (Goldeneye, WCW vs. NWO). Great for families and children for dinner (it is 21 and over after 9PM), but the place was clearly designed for adults who identify as big kids.

He was very forgetful, unfriendly, and provided super slow service. I ordered the fried chicken sandwich and it was SO dry!! I took a few bites and couldnt eat anymore - it was so bad. The fries were good though. My husband enjoyed his chicken and biscuit sliders and my daughter liked her grilled cheese, so thats a plus. Just stay away from the chicken sandwich. As far as the games and bar goes I don’t really have any issues except drinks are a bit pricey. But the food is another story. My boyfriend and I ordered the pretzel crab dip bowl. It was a small portion, cold, and barely any crab. If it was hot and had more crab it would have been great! I had the flank steak flatbread. Again.. would have been great if it came out hot.
