It was extremely well cleaned and maintained. I am a nurse was very pleased. They explained the rules to the children in a firm super friendly way to them and the adults. I will be back during the pandemic. Keep up the great work with the cleaning!

Decent clean and newer bounces. Lots of fun for kids. Staff is amazing.

My 2 yr old grandson really enjoyed the slides once mom took him and showed him what it was. He was even climbing up the big slide by the time we left. Good time for young and young at heart. Best thing was 2 adults were allowed in free with him. Fun time for all.

This place switched hands several years ago and the new owners have done really good things with it. It used to feel dirty and grimey and I never really wanted to take my kids here. Now it feels clean and open. Theyve updated a lot of the jumping castles. Highly recommend!

There is seating for parents and it was kinda low key which I love. I went on Black Friday so I dont know what its like on a Saturday night but there werent a ton of kids running around. Reasonably priced! $9+ tax for bouncing only but there is a combo with tokens and food for maybe $14-$15? All these other indoor entertainment places are pricey. I do wish the staff would monitor the attractions or at least walk around periodically. I would return.

10/25/20 No visitors ( kids and parents) wore masks. I understand about kids but parents?! I asked staff( they had masks on) if visitors are allowed NOT to wear masks and was informed that adults must wear masks in almost all areas of the facility. Absolutely unacceptable, wouldnt bring my kids here for the second time. Should i say more?

My kids had a blast at their cousins birthday party! The front desk people were super helpful and friendly. Huge variety of items to play on for all ages! The claw machines were easy to use and my kids were thrilled they finally got something from a claw machine! We will definitely be looking int ok coming back again.

My grandchildren are 1 1/2, and 3 1/2. Both were more interested in the games. But there were lots of choices there for them. They enjoyed cashing in their tickets to get some candy. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

On 8-23-2020 I went with my 8 grandkids and my experience was phenomenal the owner and general manager kristal was friendly and social they made our experience great I will recommend this place for parties or just to go have fun 100%

This was my third time taking my three year old grandson. He loves it every time. Environment is clean, the manager is extremely friendly and seems to love her job, and the food is awesome. Great safe place to bring the little ones (preschool bounce time on Tuesday and Friday mornings) so they can burn off some energy.

The prices are fair, the food is decent and my kid loves this place!

I took my students on a field trip here. The staff members were above and beyond amazing, helpful and supportive to our kids. Very fun and appropriate for young and older kids. Theres even one bounce house for kiddos under 4.

Great place to let the kids burn energy! Having hot food, snacks and drinks along with games is a great afternoon all in one place! They even have a deal includes tokens, drink, hot menu item and entry. Definitely a great spot for a rainy or cold day!

My girls had a ton of fun! Though it get y busy after a bug group came and no one was watching their kids, so had to leave because my girls were about to get hurt from the other kids.

Fun place to take you kids and unleash all of their energy!!!!! Price is cheap for what is provided. 3 kids 8,5,1.5 and an adult for 35 bucks.Only reason it gets 4 NOT 5 is there could a little more room for big kids to stay away from little.

This place was fun for my three year old. Gave her a chance to run around play blow off some energy. I paid for a party at this location and the hostess was great. After a while all the children were restless and got bored with the bouncy houses so we sang happy bday and soon ended the party. I would say this place served its purpose.

Went here for a birthday party. Quite the place. More bounce houses in one place than Ive ever seen. All the children in the place were very excited to bounce and play.

Fun for all ages! My 2 year old had a good time but Mommy had a blast! The price is amazing, so much value for a small price. The variety of attractions was nice and the food was also very well priced. Nothing fancy here just good ole fun!

The grandchildren had fun. That is very important to me and my wife. They have a good number of bounce activities, two for 2 and 3 year olds and six or seven for older children. They also offer carnival activities in the form of machines to put tokens in and collect tickets for prizes. We also ate lunch there to extend the play time. Lunch and drinks for 4 of us was $20.00. Way better quality than fast food and about same price. It was clean and a child got sick in the small kids unit and they came right out with cleaning supplies and spent a good 10 minutes sanitizing the area. Employees were going around cleaning up and bathrooms were clean. The employees were very helpful and nice. They were booking birthday parties. We and the grandchildren had a fun day together. We are happy!

My kids absolutely love love love this place. Very inexpensive to jump on inflatables with a 2 hour period to let your kids jump and get rid of all their energy. Highly recommended for those with children. Although i would be careful with toddlers and babies not exactly for little little kids.

This place is always a great time with my 4 year old. He has a ton of fun getting out his energy by playing on all the different bounce houses, nd when he needs a breather, we check out the arcade games.

The best customer service I’ve encountered in Lancaster County. The 2 employees at Preschool Bounce truly care about if the children are having a good time, especially the dark red head. I apologize, I forget her name, but she was fantastic! We will definitely be back!

Not alot of options if your kids afraid of the two high bouncy slides. It gets crazy hot too, literally no air movement. The games are lame too. My 4 year old nephew got bored an hour in. The customer service was real nice though.

Probably overrated but my kid loved it and obviously his opinion is more valuable here.

Staff was excellent, prices are responsible, just wish there was some better seating arrangements for the adults!

It was okay.The kids loved it.The adults... not so much. There was nowhere to go to escape the blasting music.We bought their 2 hour deal that came with food and tokens, but only stayed half that.

Bounce Kraze hosted my sons 3rd birthday party and they were amazing! My son and all his friends had a blast and they even had gluten free pizza. The party hosts were very attentive and helpful. Definitely loved it!

Great place for partys

Great fun for toddlers. Some of the bounce houses have rather difficult obstacles for a kid that has trouble climbing. There is an arcade in the center which can be quite distracting (and ultimately costly - probably the big money maker here) for the little kids. Other than that its a blast. Decent bathrooms, water fountains. Would recommend some minimum level of supervision. There is the potential for serious injury and to do have to sign a liability waiver.

I love this place! My 5 year old granddaughter cannot wait to come here every other Sunday! The bounce houses are unique, colorful and just plain fun! Each has its own unique characteristics.Prices for food, drinks and prizes are reasonable for hours of entertainment. Kids can make friends easily, too!I definitely recommend!!!!

My granddaughter LOVES this placeFood is good decent price but the drinks out of the cooler are around 3.00 for a 20oz bottle way to high priced and the games are hard for little ones to play to get tickets that U GET ABSOLUTELY NOTHING OUT OFI had 500 tickets got 3 small things but i still give this place 5 stars cause the bouncing is fun ... 9.95 for 3 hour jump great price !!!!

Small kids enjoy it and get all that energy out. Ive spent hours and hours here through the past 6 years.Its not the same as the big franchise places but thats okay for me. Its more affordable and usually not as crowded. Laid back. SkyZone is nice but its really not geared for smaller kids in my opinion.Just one mans opinion

This place is fantastic! Brought my little girl here for her third birthday. She had a blast. Some of the arcade machines were out of order, but the kids dont really go there for arcade machines.Id say this place is best for kids 10 and under. Lots of space to run around too. There are multiple bounce houses, including a big one with a duo slide.The food is surprisingly good and reasonably priced. Unlike Chuck E. Cheese and some other places, the pizza is actually a high quality and the chicken tenders are fantastic! The Hawaiian pizza is amazing. Really fresh. The chicken tenders arent the corporate breaded yuk you usually get, theyre soft and tender with a light breading. I might go there just for dinner.The two young ladies working there were attentive and very nice to us.Over all, you cant beat the price and the food. Bring your kids for a good time.

Great place to take the kids! The staff was really helpful in getting my toddlers familiar with all of the bounce equipment and helping them to feel relaxed in a new-to-them environment. The establishment also supports their military with a discount per dependent child, something I was thankful to discover. I definitely recommend making a visit here if youre looking for a place to play with your kids.

Great place for kids to expel some energy in the Winter months. I took my 6 year old daughter there for an afternoon, she loved it. Front desk people are very helpful.

Had a birthday party here and it was a very good place to have one! We had a private party room which was very nice that could easily fit our 40+ people. The party attendant was very helpful and nice and frequently checked in so we never had to go looking for her. While not many bounce houses it definitely held the kids attention the whole 2 hours and they had a blast! The only thing I wish was different was I wish we could have the party room the whole length of the party instead of the last 45 minutes so everyone didnt have to rush through presents, cake and food in 45 minutes. Which with kids who take there time eating, you really had to rush. All in all it was a good, very clean, and affordable place!

Really enjoyed this place today. I brought my kids during toddler time and there werent many kids which was great so my girls were able to get a feel for things their first time. They had so much fun! My only complaint is the chicken nuggets I ordered them for lunch...nasty. I have never seen which looked like an all processed nugget before. I almost couldnt believe it. My kids wouldnt swallow one bite.

This place is really fun, and the employees are always great to deal with. The facility is clean and the employees always state all the rules clearly. I feel the prices are good as well. We experienced two other bounce places, both now closed. Im glad they closed so that we were led here. When we first visited, I was surprised to see the size of the facility. There are many different types of bounce houses. The arcade games are fun for kids and adults alike. The sofas are nice to relax on. My kids love the prizes, and we have never had to wait at the prize station for an employee to notice us.I do have to say that I have seen two parents get upset over the policy of not being able to leave. Usually I can understand business policies, but this one eludes me. Also, the employees do not enforce the rules they set forth, as I have seen older children in the younger bounce house and also watched a group of children playing tag for a while (no running allowed). I feel like there should be a system to save your waiver, because the climbing places and other play places we go to have this so you dont need to waste your time every visit.

I think it is a great place, clean, a good value for your money and a friendly helpful staff.

Took my daughter here for her 4th if July 7th birthday party. Was rather neat perfect for the younger ones. Very friendly informal staff. Wasnt to busy or to pricey either.

We love the Bounce Kraze! The staff is always so nice, the tables, bathrooms and floors are always clean (which says a lot with so many kids running around!), prices are reasonable, and the food is good. This is my 4 year old daughters favorite place!

The bounce houses were fun , however the younger woman with braces had no idea about anything I asked her which made it a whole thing seeing as my son is barely 3 and I didnt want him to be jumping around all the bigger kids but she had no idea about any rules or anything. Her superior was very helpful In answering any questions i had which made it better but I will never forget the woman who didnt know anything about the place she worked at yet she seemed to know how to do everything. Would have rather had it the other way around. Will be back. Hopefully she wont be there anymore.

Had our kiddos there on a super busy day ,so it was a bit chaotic , nice facilities overall , prices are fair for what you get . But frankly , If you’re comparing this to a Sky Zone etc you’ll be disappointed. I would recommend spending the extra money to go to a “trampoline park “ .Staff is fairly strict with enforcing rules , (I get it) , but one lady employee in particular was out of place trying to micro manage . That’s about it , just an honest assessment !

First the good things about this place are, Very fun for kids. Very decent price comparing 2 gon bananas, skyzoon and some other places. Very nice and helpful staff exspecially the owner. Clean place. Variety of good food at good price. The bad things are, I had my two kids birthday party there actually the time for the party is very very short also only 8 kids is not enough to invite plus my kids ended up paying extra money, also 3 hours in regular day I think is very short for the kids 2 enjoy, I wish to be open but I do understand and respect their policy. Need to update the whole place to be more attractive and also add couple more bouncing houses for all ages. Not enough space for parents to sit down and watch the kids. The parking Lot on the weekend exspecially is busy. Overall the kids like this place and I do recommend it.

We took our little guy here on a snowy saturday morning. Our little guy is almost 2 so its hard to find things that are age appropriate. Beacause of his age, it only cost is about 10 bucks. He had a wonderful time running around for about an hour and a half. The only problem i had with the place was the broken arcade games... i believe i counted three.

I took my nieces here for the first time this weekend not knowing what to expect and I was overall pleased.While this place is not huge, it is large enough to have quite a few bounce houses in it. The prices of admission and food are also very reasonable....it was $10 for up to 3 hours per child. We were only there an hour and they were both very tired out from running around before we had to had home. I would definitely take them back here again!

We contacted Bounce Kraze to deliver a bounce house for my daughters birthday less than one day before the event. They showed up on time and were incredibly great to deal with. Thank you so much for making her day extra special. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Cheaper than other bounce/trampoline places and the kids can spend however long on which bounce house they want. Food was also good. We got the ultimate package which was a good price for the amount of kids we had for my daughters party.

I took my son there last weekend to celebrate his birthday. The kids had a lot of fun! If I lived closer I would definitely take him here a lot. Its cheap and wore him out. My only advice is bring your own drinks. I bought two juices and than saw they were expired. My son already drank all of his. We took it back up front and we didnt get an apology. They gave us a new one after huffing but I would expect an apology. Other than than minor thing, it was a good time
