Great place for kids and adults to blow off some steam. Staff is super friendly and attentive, always kind and courteous.Trampolines are sweet. Im a big guy and can jump confidently. My daughter loves the bounce castle area and, well she loves coming here whenever we can, Im not even gonna lie I cant wait until theres an event we show up for to climb one of the walls.Signing up for a membership is a no-brainer. I forget who talked to me about signing up for mine, lets call him Maui because of his wild hair. Elite+, so I get to jump with my kiddo, for free, and we get a free drink and snack EVERY TIME we show up? That just makes it so much easier for me to buy tokens at the arcade to play air hockey, since my daughter thinks she knows how to beat dear old dad, or Jurassic Park, or the crazy hurricane simulator. Im just being real about it. The membership means I feel relaxed to spend more money, so Sky Zone can hopefully stay in business.

Place was awesome. A lot of new things to include an inflatable park , obstacle course and more. Biggest complaint is the price of the food and how are they sanitizing the place ??? Will definitely revisit.

The fifth star would have been added if their was more hand sanitizer stations readily available around the area. And also, was sad that after I inquired about getting a season pass they were unable to apply a credit from my purchase that day to a season pass. Otherwise it was a blast. Very clean and the kids had a great time.

It’s typically a nice place and fun time, but I’m extremely disappointed in the lack of enforcement for mask wearing. There were at least 100 people in the building for glow night and 50% of people did not have a mask on. The parents were worse than the kids when it came to mask wearing.

I love the environment the place has different fun for all interests and skills I personally love the foam pit and the dodgeball. The staff is nice and the place is clean and safe for people to use.

Kids had a good time but was told wrong hours by employee on phone 8p to 10p but it was 7p to 9p so I paid close to $30 Each for 3 kids for a glow party that lasted 1 hour. The girl at the counter when confronted about what happened did say Sorry. She Said it must be there answering service off site.

I will never take my kids to a place where they are injured. The foam pit is way to deep and the my son broke his arm on their jungle gym. And all they could offer was another visit

If your visiting Lancaster PA.,,or your a local,,this is a family fun outing. Great place to exhaust kids and your inner kid energy,,d.j. playing music that makes you want to dance,jump,and pass the time away. Concession sells a variety of feel good food,,from pizza pie to individual slices,hot pretzels,,bacon fries,,candy bars,,etc.,,cold non alcoholic drinks,,arcade with some old school to new school games,,lets talk about an inflate a park,,they have free style jump, ninja warrior course,basketball dunk course,,the list goes on. Best of all is glow where you jump in all florescent lights. This place was so exciting that my son now works there!,,sheesh! Have fun yall.

I give This place two stars. Everything went well in the beginning for my son’s party. I registered ten kids and ten adults on the website which didn’t ask me who was jumping and who wasn’t only asked kids and adults. I assumed that meant I covered twenty people in total. According to your fine print my adults were listed as non jumpers so I got charged because seven of them decided to get their socks that we were under the impression were included in my total price. They weren’t I got charged just under an extra 200.00 dollars. My receipt also said I got 10 BAGGED TREATS, our kids received a pull string backpackThe jumping was amazing our whole crew had a great time but when we approached an employee about a child who kept coming up to our party sitting on our members laps it was just shrugged off at first until we pushed the subject further. You’re employees just sit there and glance around we rarely seen them watching the kids out playing in the bounce house area or the trampoline park.When I went to the manager to discuss how I still got charged the entire original amount when I paid half of it already this is when I found out I was being charged for the seven adults who got socks so they could get on the trampoline park and bounce house to watch their kids to make sure they weren’t getting continuously trampled. This manager bobbed her head at me for the entirety of her talking to me. Your employees are lucky this was for my son’s birthday otherwise I would’ve caused a large scene because I don’t take that kind of disrespect lightly.Highly recommend the jump park, absolutely do not recommend having any kind of party there.

Lots to do. The latest renovations have added a whole new area with ninja warrior activities and an inflatable obstacle course! Kids LOVED it! Parents who participate will have just as much fun! We werent ready to go when our time was up. I just wish that the sky climb was all inclusive in the price, rather than seperate.

I like it for all the athletic activities. Not just jumping but climbing and a huge bounce house too. Plenty of parking and plenty of places for sitting. Staff is great quick and courteous!

Im a frequent visitor to urban air downingtown which is fantastic. I decided for a change to try sky zone. That was a horrible mistake. There was less to do there then the urban air. Also the rules designed any sense of fun right out of you. I left just feeling enraged and wanting my money back..... its expensive, suffocating and boring. I wasnt even allowed on the same trampoline as my 2 year old to make sure he was safe. Also I couldnt hold him and be on a trampoline. To make it worse they had a referee whistling you at the dodge ball my son couldnt even play or get a ball. All the kids were mean and staff was also. Urban air is a better environment. The staff are nice the people are nice and theres more for us to enjoy together. I have never been yelled at for jumping with him in my arms. And never got hurt either. SKY ZONE SUCKS

My kids and I always enjoy coming to Sky Zone when we get a chance to on the weekend. The prices are a bit steep for the durations they offer, but there are frequently specials offered if youre paying close attention.The facility is relatively clean and updated, and it never seems too crowded to enjoy jumping around in the trampoline park or playing in the inflatable bounce area.I like that they always seem to be adding new things and evolving the business a bit. Well keep coming back for more!

Went here for my daughters 10th birthday celebration. We had a blast. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We did the bounce and climb package. Food and drinks were good too. Cost is reasonable. Definitely will go back again.

Great place for kids, but some of the arcade games were broken. The bathrooms were clean and the customer service was excellent. If youre looking for something for kids to do especially on a rainy day this is perfect.

Skyzone has really expanded, is amazing. Lots to do. Big rubber slides. Ningia trails, climbing walls. Pay once and you can do it all. Lot of adults doing it. Maeve is somewhere with the orange and blue sides. Opening day for expansion. Neat!

We had a great time However the DJ needs to play more appropriate music for the kids... That stuff last night was trashy. Glad my kid was too busy running around to understand the lyrics. OTHER than that it was AWESOME!!

Nice place for kids to let out some energy. My only complaint was the way they handled their new climbing area. There was a line and once you were in they seemed to let you go around to the various onsticals as many times as you wanted which would be fine if there was no line. After waiting 10 minutes and the line not moving at all we decided to skip it which was disappointing. But I am not spending 20 for each of my kids to waist a third of their time waiting in line.

The best time to go is when they have the one set price..... Unlimited amount of time, shirt, and socks all included. Its so much more enjoyable when you dont have to keep checking the time to see when your hour is up. Also, its too pricey to just pay by the hour and we loved the black light theme. Everyones shirt was glowing and it just had a different all around vibe. The staff is all so fun and friendly too! Definitely going back soon!

If I could rate zero stars I would. They have a bunch of kids running the place and the lack of awareness from these kids is unbelievable! The food took 40 minutes for just Fries! Shouldn’t hirer children to run a Company. Pay some responsible adults to manage these kids you call employees! Will never return!

We were here for the first time for a frozen themed toddler time on a Saturday morning. My daughter loved it. There was a line out the door but despite its popularity she was still able to jump without getting in the way of other kids. Toddler time was actually really nice bc it was limited to kids 5 and below. It was also cheap. I think she was 10$ and I was free. It was a great way to spend an hour on Saturday morning. The Frozen theme was actually pretty adorable. Kids in Frozen dresses and snow man costumes. Well definitely do it again.

Today was our first visit to Sky Zone. We were there to celebrate our sons 10th birthday. We didnt do the party package, we just paid for a group of him and his friends to jump and got food and drinks and the service and friendliness we received was great. Thank you to everyone working there, it was a great time and we will definitely be back!

We held my sons birthday party at Sky Zone. We got the climbing package for my boy and some of his friends. They had a great time climbing all the different types of things they had. The staff was friendly and attentive. The Facility was clean and well-kept after. I would recommend Sky Zone.

My kid was hit right in the face during dodgeball purposely, we had to take him to a doctor and the kid that hit him wasn’t punished.

Purchased discount tickets on Groupon! The place was amazing and everyone working was fantastic, funny and helpful! My kids enjoyed their jump passes and cant wait to go back!

Havent been here in years - mainly because it got boring after awhile. However, we were gifted with skyzone passes so we decided to pay another visit and we were really impressed with the changes and upgrades.. definitely worth the trip!!

A place to go if you want to waste money and time!! 10/10 do not recommend. My son who is 11 was playing dodgeball when the General manager yelled at him for throwing the ball to softly. He has issues with his throwing arm and this made him very self conscious, word got around at school and he has dropped out now being homeschooled. After talking to Craig the manager he decided to ignore our questions and complaints because he was busy microwaving pizza. Very unprofessional and rude I can’t believe this place is still open. Also, they are always understaffed.

This was by far the worst managed establishment I’ve been in. I hope no one chooses to have their parties here, the food was terrible, they charged my family twice the amount of what they should have. And didn’t listen to a word the parents of the birthday boy wanted. This place was absolutely terrible. 10/10 do not recommend. 500 dollars for 10 kids to jump. Pathetic.

Great place and very friendly staff. One of the staff members, Bryce, even gave my son a slushy for winning a contest he had some of the kids playing. A lot of fun. Would recommend!

Very unorganized event. We had to stand in line for 45 minutes to get checked in when we had previously purchased tickets online. By the time we got to the front desk and checked in, the event was half over. They tried to make us pay again even though we had already purchased tickets online. Staff were not helpful with keeping it a safe environment for all of the young kids present. My 3 year old was stepped on by older kids several times because the staff were not implementing the usual one kid per trampoline rule. By the time we got inside the event, all of the crafts supplies were used up. We have enjoyed attending during regular hours when there is not a scheduled event but will not be attending events in the future.

This place is the most unorganized place! They rip you off! Nothing was ready for the party. They said party bags ( you know what party bags are for a childs birthday party) candy and fun. NOT HERE I could have done this in my back yard! What a joke!!!!!!

Did a mommy daughter date, highly recommend sky zone! We had such a blast! It wasn’t super busy like I thought it was going to be after reading a ton of reviews. The team kept everyone on their own square when they started to wander into other peoples, they were super helpful with laying out how to do stuff. And the sky climb is worth the few extra bucks! Bring sneakers for that. Lol.Overall, 100% fun!

This place is amazing. Its a great place to learn new moves, twists and its also a great place to stay fit.

I had a major issue with a party I booked there recently. I was very unhappy with what happened and how it was handled by employees at the location that day. I have to say, someone in upper management completely resolved the issue. They did not make excuses and took responsibility for the error.

I was there with me my 2 children my 23 year old cousin and my 2 nephews ages 1,2,3 and 4. Me and the 1 and 2 year old were at the basketball hoop. Then there was another family at the other. One hoop lane was empty, I got a ball from the other empty lane and an employer said you can not have 2 balls someone else may need it. Then he took the ball and him and one of his friends started playing basketball in the empty lane now to my understanding is if they are working they are not playing and you would take the ball from a 1 and 2 year old. so they can play basketball i was very upset. Ill never ho there again

We did the glow jump. It was okay but the place is very dirty. Random men come sit at tables with no kids. We thought that was very weird, like why are they coming to this place to hang out.

Pricey but it was really fun. The husband and I had more fun than the kids. I will say that if you are not super active you will be sore for days. Paid for two hours and everyone was worn out after 45 minutes.

We had a ball on Family special night jumping and bouncing in different activity settings, then enjoying decent pizza and beverages on site. The staff was very nice and the place was very well maintained.

I am 75 years old, so i did not climb the rock wall or bounce, but i should have because the kids had a ball. The young men who did the serving were fantastic! Polite and respectful like kids used to be. Place nice and clean. Hard to get to when u r coming from Selbeville, DE.

I totally showed all those little kids how its done on the basketball dunk trampoline. Then I went over to the foam pit and did a triple solchow with a reverse 2-1/2 twist back flip for good measure. After being challenged to an all-against-me dodgeball game by the local elementary school girls, I picked them off one-by-one, and made sure to whisper to each of them that they were adopted and their parents didnt love them. Afterward, I had to be escorted by security to my car so that all the hot single moms wouldnt be tempted to rush me in a fit of passion.But seriously, It was a good time at the trampoline park.

From an adult perspective, this is a one-star place. Way too noisy for me! For kids, they love it. At $25 its really not all that expensive but if you dish that out every week then yes, it is expensive.Our boys love it. Its worth every penny. I like that we can drop them off and go off to have dinner with my wife or we go clean the house together....Both our boys are older now so we dont go as much. I recommend this place.

Fun and reasonably priced. The facilities are cleaner than I would have expected, considering the number of active children in attendance. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, too. My daughters, ages 6 and 9, had a blast. Drinks are a bit pricey, but theres no rule against keeping a cooler in your vehicle and making a visit or two. The only think I would like to see improved is the staff in the main trampoline area playing more attention and enforcing the rules. Bigger kids were jumping on trampolines already occupied by smaller kids, despite the one person per trampoline rule, and some were breaking the two flips in a row rule without even glancing behind them to see if the coast was clear of little ones. Overall, a great place that could use a tiny bit of polish.

I was there celebrating my grandaughters birthday. She & guests enjoyed Pizza - cake. I enjoyed watching the children climb the wall. Being older I found the steps too steep Lots of activity

The Paw Patrol experience on Sat. was a disgrace-- we waited an hour in line and we had paid on line-- they should have opened the whole thing at 7:30-- and having never been there before did not know about signing a waiver-- the snack - puny and the face painting after waiting any hour in line- the line was so long and then they stopped it. I will not recommend this place to anyone. Poorly planned and poorly managed.I want my money back to take my grandchildren somewhere else.

I brought my son and his friends along. This was only our second experience and they loved it. Such a nice place to come for the kids to burn off some energy nice positive atmosphere. Also love that they have age difference groups so that the small kids dont get knots around by the big ones. My son loves the dodgeball tournament was his favorite will return

Kids aged 10, 9, 8, 6 loved it! You have to buy their socks with tread on bottom. 1.5 hours was enough- they were exhausted! They have water fountains (but leaking badly today). Adults like it too but wouldnt do it with bad back or neck. Apparently plenty of orthopedic injuries here so just know that & play safely!

Very accommodating for my 2 year old daughter during Toddler Time. Fun place. Relatively cheap as well.
