Great place for kids to enjoy and spend time. $7 per hr is ok and if you buy offer from groupon you will get like 2hr of $7 bucks which is quite great. Best place for kids to take their energy out safely. Its small place so if its gets crowded then its really crowded see pics. Its little far from my place but good place. Staff was great and polite. Will surely recommend this place.

Great place for the kids and teens. My 14 year old has so much fun year. She also has ADD and it’s a great outlet. She loves jumping around into the foam pits. My son on the other hand who has autism doesn’t like it but that’s just because there’s too many kids and he has social anxiety. He may like it for a private party but he says he won’t go back because he had a panic attack the first time we went.My teen loves it though and has been a few times for parties .all the places are nice Owen by this family. Great prices too oh and they have massage chairs which are a nice touch. The sitting room upstairs is so great for parents to hang out while the kids jump unless you’re jump n with the kiddos.

You cant beat the spot for the kiddos to have tons of fun and its super inexpensive. They also have several other buildings with different types of amusement like a bouncy house place and laser tag place. We will definitely be going back!

So its a great place to wear off energy and have fun. There can be lots of people so that does limit ya quite a bit. One sad thing is you have to wear socks but everything is so slippery that socks make it worse Id recommend bringing socks with grips. Another down side would be they charge $7 no matter what age even a small child under 2....seems like that is a bit steep.

Been to Jump-N for a few birthday parties. Fun place to take kids to or host a party at. Place is always very clean and well managed.

Its nice to be able to let the kids play to burn off energy. Wish there was some better seating in the viewing area for the adults.

A lot of older kids, which is fine, but with a smaller child it was a little scary at times. Also the PA system is basically worthless, the workers would say something to the jumpers but you couldnt hear anything in there. Seemed clean, staff was very nice. For small children it would be better to go on a slow day.

Great place and employee..only down fall is that my mom cant climb stairs well yes room downstairs but too small and upstairs room can see watch more.. Need handicap access but besides that great place! Fun times.

We booked an overnight birthday party for our son for $400. Received a confirmation for 9pm to 8am and had invitations printed up and mailed out for $40 then DAYS later, received another email stating the times are 11pm to 8am instead of the original time we were given. So now we have to spend even more to send updated invitations to all of our guests. Cant cancel because we payed a $50 non refundable deposit which is fine but I feel we should get the original times that we got at the time of booking and in our confirmation.

A fun place to go, the only thing I was surprised by is how small it is there. Not very spacious. But other then that a lot of fun!

I decided Sunday to take my kids to Jump N .. I had heard great things about it and its close to home. We got there and clocked in for our hour at 2:20 ...it was just my 7 year old my 10 month old and I plus a small group of 3 people who kept to themselves. we were having a great time and I was thankful for the lack of people since my youngest son is so small. About 2:40 I noticed a pretty big group at the door being checked in. Happy that my 7 year old would have some kids to play with since his brother and I are limited to what we can do. I had no idea they were letting a group of 30 walk in with no notice at all. immediately when the group of 30 entered, it was pure chaos and my youngest son and I were forced to leave the main area, leaving my oldest in the room unattended since there was far too many people for me to even stand in there to keep an eye on him. my baby and I had wrist bands that didnt expire for another 30 minutes but ultimately we were out of luck. When I asked the lady at the front desk if they had max capacity limit she informed me that they had just reached it .... not only that but a birthday party that was PLANNNED and paid for was entering the building as well.... there was no refund of my money or even an apology. I feel like that group of 30 should have been told to wait .. they should have called ahead. and I should have been offered a return voucher for my youngest son and I at the least. I cant imagine that making a mom and her 2 kids upset means ANYTHING compared to a group of 30 popping in and cashing your company out .. but the little people matter too and Im so disappointed. Should have went somewhere else and next time I will.

I love jumping there especially on the basketball rim to dunk land most my front flips there.

This place is very small In comparison to other indoor trampoline parks. The foam squares they use are falling apart and everyone got foam dust in their eyes.Minus the foam dust, The kids overall had a good time. There are places for parents to sit & watch & establishment has close parking.

Perfect rainy day activity for kids! And cheap. Its about $6 for kids to jump for an hour. And an hour is plenty of time for them to get worn out. Ive been to birthday parties here and they are fun for everyone.

Nice little trampoline park - only $7 for an hour of jumping and climbing ! They dont have an arcade but they do have massage chairs the adults can sit in while the kids play.

Nice facility, kids had a great time. If youre an adult, watch falling in the foam pit. Takes some effort, and your sox, to get back out!

The place is pretty cool. However its pretty small. The parents area is weird and uncomfortable. There isnt a huge area to jump. So if you go at off times you should have plenty to keep you busy.

This is really the only place of this sort in the area. There is a shredded foam pit under the likes of monkey bars, a climbing wall, a rope swing and a jousting balance beam. Adjacent is 3 or 4 large trampolines. The 3 times we have gone, the kids have had a good time and are worn out after their hour.

I will leave two stars because the kids had fun and thats all that I really care about. Customer service of the owner and manager was awful. The day before I called to see if I could put stuff in the party room if it wasnt being occupied. I was told by the manager I was getting the loft, not the party room. Long story short, I told her, The reservation and deposit said I get the party room. This is on their website! She yelled at me, You cant have the party room. I requested the owner to call me. Didnt happen. Went in and the manager said, You can have it this one time but it is going to make it difficult on us.Day of was fine, but I felt pushed out because another party was waiting to get in. Website says you get 15 min of clean up time, but we didnt.The owner was supposed to call, but he never bothered. Very bad customer service!!!!

Small bounce place. Kids did not stay busy for the entire time we paid for. Fun for a few. Minutes.

I liked to slip on the trampolines and jump in the foam pit but there is also a gaming room upstairs but it is a little hard to get out of the foam pit and i lost my sock a few times then found it and they give out free waters I had a very fun time there

Not impressed. Private parties overlap. There is only one restroom for dozens of kids and adults. The party room is small and only has room for two rows of tables with barely any room to move.

Overall a good experience. At $7 an hour to jump it was worth the money to wear out our five year old. Friendly staff as well.

Jump N is a great addition to Lancaster as there are not a lot of things to do without heading to Columbus. The staff is friendly and it’s a great place to have a party.

Not a place to take teens , because they allow such young children to jump. I believe Jolly Hoppers is where the little ones should jump. We had 5 boys ranging from 12-18 yrs old. The website made it look much bigger and older children friendly. Not so much! The jousting poles were broken , the volley ball net was broken and the amount of 2-9 yr olds made it nearly impossible to jump and use all the climbing gear. Then we paid for our hour of jumping, bought the deal to also have a laser tag game to follow. Turns out laser tag opens at 4. We jumped from 2-3pm, no one advised us that we couldnt walk over and play our laser game til 4 pm. Our money was returned ( for the laser tag), but we also had out of town family , so it was quite sad that we couldnt finish out our day as planned!

This place will let people in until theyre beyond maxed out. They dont care about safety, only about making more money. Thats what happened today, they had a big birthday party that maxed out the limit of how many people were allowed to be in there, but they were still letting people in. After 20 minutes of being there I realized it was not safe for my kids to be there and I went to their front office to see if I could get a pass so my family could come back later and a lady let me know that they were not allowing people in because of the birthday party. She told me this after we had been there for 20 minutes, and several more people had already paid and gone in. I will be reporting them to the fire marshall, because they dont care about safety, only money.

There were so many kids throwing balls so hard I️t smacked the Little’s ones. I went to the front and all they did was make an announcement not to do I️t so hard. They continued to do it. No staff was watching. Not happy that there wasn’t any supervision.
