We personally had a good time. The staff seem to have no clue what they were doing. Couldnt get the people and shoes correct for 5 people. It wasnt crowded. It wasnt busy. SATURDAY $14 a person and 2 shoes needed. For 2 hours.Food vs bar drinks werent even a bit fair.

Amazing updo on the old place. Great food at the snack bar once I realized where it was, should have a person there to help when need something. Nice looking bar with a restaurant too. Fun at laser tag and fun themed. $7 for one game and arcade needs to have a card to play and most are a $1 to play. I will stick to bowling and food next time.

Fantastic experience! Staff was so pleasant. The value during the bowling specials cant be beat! My family and I travel to the area at least once a year and will be sure to make this a regular stop!

Enjoy our visits here very much. The bowling is fun especially once it hits 4 p.m. and they have glow bowling. Thats where the lights kill dim but everything else lights up and close like the bowling ball and your clothing its really neat. I have a refreshment bar which is really good and reasonable. Everything is very clean. We recommend this place to families

The lanes are in decent shape and they have multiple options to customize the look of the scoring on the screens. When we bowled there we got in a little before glow bowling started, so thats an option on some days/hours too. They also had screens at the ends of some of the lanes playing music videos. When we were there they were playing mostly pop music from the 80s to now, so there was a decent mix. Some that made my kids make weird faces sometimes. The alley seating is comfortable. They have a snack bar that will deliver to your lane.The laser tag is fun but probably best suited for groups of 8 or fewer. They have a couple different game options available so you can keep playing with different objectives. Its actually kind of like being in a video game. The prices seem a little steep for laser tag seeing as you only get a few minutes per game. Unfortunately I dont have any other laser tag experiences to reference for the price so its possible that its fairly standard pricing.We did not order from or go to the pub, so I have no reference or opinion of that portion at this time.

We had our little one birthday party here. What a fantastic job they have done for her and her family. The hostess was amazing with all the kids. I have not been at Rocky in almost over 20 years and the change is amazing! Thank you!

Great place to go bowling

First we ate at the restaurant, the owner brought us a free app plate of pretzel bites with Mustard and was delicious. She was very nice and accommodating. I got a basic burger, my son got mini corn dog bites from the kids menu, my daughter got chicken quesadillas and my husband got the Three little pigs burger. We all greatly enjoyed our meals! Nice, clean place with nice staff. Next we played games at the arcade. They have a kiosk to load up a game card. Most game were $1 each. They also have a large private Bowling room for parties, a bowling alley and laser tag. We will definitely come back!

The atmosphere was decent. I went with a group of people with high intentions to play pool only to discover no tables were available to public. That was a bummer but we stayed anyway to make the most of it. Laser tag was cool, although not a very big arena which felt as though was fit well for 8 people at most. The bar service was pretty bad I will say. Waiting sometimes 10-15 mins at the counter for a drink. The drinks were quite expensive and very poorly made, very light on the alcohol. The food was good though. I would only recommend this place for bowling alone and if hungry to grab a bite from the restaurant.

Had a pretty good time with my classmates from school. Private party section is something I would strongly recommend. I wish the laser tag zone was a little bigger. Still, a good time.

We had such a beautiful time bowling it was a very nice clean place and we also played laser tag and played in the arcade this is a nice place to bring your family and eat pizza and make wonderful memories

Their renovations has totally made this place awesome. They went from a cheap date night to a cheap extravagant date night with a bunch of options of bowling isnt your thing. The restaurant is solid as well.

Favorite place to bowl. Glow in the dark bowling and automatic scoreboards with animations highlighting your achievements. The staff is the very best. I tried to tip the staff and they refused stating it was their job no worries. Lazar tag at 7 bucks per person for an average of 15 to 20 min.

Went with my school and had a great time. They are very accommodating to large groups. The laser tag is really fun and the bowling is a great time. I hope to go back soon.

This place is OKAY. Ive been 4 our 5 times over the years. Always a long wait... otherwise decent place to go.

Rocky Springs provides a basic family fun environment. Havent tried anything other than the bowling but the pricing is a bit high for the lower tech and older equipment.

Miss the old look when it had the small arcade with awesome machines 90s - 2000s machine and there was a place to leave the kids at the play room. But this is amazing looking. Best place to bowl on this side of town! Rocky. Theres a lot of history in this place. So happy AMF is out of here. Glad its still around. And glad they brought back at least part of what made it Rocky Springs Lanes. Rocky is legendary to bowlers in Lancaster, PA. Just like Lancaster Lanes and Garden Spot used to be. Love it!

I liked it before they did the remodeling but now just wow. Its much nicer. The bar has alot more space. Food was great. I havent hit the laze tag yet but Ill be doing it soon.

My family loved this place. Lots to do. Including bowling (bumpers for kids). We attended a birthday there and they threw a great party. Staff was awesome with kids and service was good. Nothing was too over priced. Will be taking my boys back for a family bowling day.

Went to the Red Pin Bar. What a nice suprise. They have tables outside. A nice seating area, Corn Hole game and another I have not played. Drink specials every day, something new and different everyday. And good food. Snacks to full meals with alot in between. Great service, clean and enjoyable. That had a band setting up for Saturday Night. I will return as so many items on the menu to try. Did I mention it is a bowling center as well with an arcade and private party room with 2 bowling lanes and a pool table. Very nice experience with a great staff.

2nd time going here for bowling. It was just my boyfriend and I this time and we still had a blast. It was pretty dead tonight but that was probably because it was a weeknight. Great music playing while bowling and watching the effects and videos on the projector screens also keep things interesting.

My daughter has been participating in the after school program and I cant say enough about how awesome it is!!! Convenient for parents, as they are transported directly from school to the bowling alley, given a snack plus homework time. But then it is all fun! Bowling, laser tag, games, etc!!! My daughter loves it! Her homework gets done, learns how to bowl and has a blast while doing it! Love this program!

We came here for live band karaoke and it was great. Its a chill and fun environment. Food is decent and not bad prices either.

The bartender had a rough time serving people in a timely manner. On Saturday 5/4 at roughly 8pm there was a total of 3 people waiting for a drink. I did not get a drink in my hand until 8:30pm. Service is beyond slow.

My family celebrated our daughters 5th birthday here over the weekend. We had a great time bowling, our small children had no problem bowling independently. The food was excellent, and so was the staff. After bowling, we hit the arcade where we all found tons of games to enjoy. We didnt have a chance to do laser tag, but we will definitely be coming again for that very soon! The entire place was clean, friendly, and inviting. I really enjoyed it as it was my first time there. Definitely will be going back.

I have gone a few times over the past few years, usually to glow bowl for a work get together. Last time I went was around October and they had just revamped the inside making it much nicer. They have added laser tag to their repertoire and made the bar a beautiful lounge like get away. I am looking to go there again real soon...Im thinking glow bowl followed up with laser tag!

Was here with friends. Started off as a nice experience. Then we went yo the bar to get some drinks. As we were ordering someone hit my friends yarmulka (Jewish hat) off his head. Then once we ordered the drinks they said we could not take more than 2 drinks at once. So I had taken out 2 drinks and my friend took 1 out. Then I came back in and they said they cut us off because my friend took out all the drinks. I had called the manager to look at the cameras but they werent interested and just told me they cant do anything. Very unprofessional. After I left I talked to the boss and he said he cant do anything. Horrible experience!!! Would not recommend...

Beware!! The entrance road you drive in has giant pot holes, the pot holes are about 5 feet wide by 4 inches deep. It completely destroyed the front right side of my car I was only going 15 miles per hour. It is on the middle right side part of the road in between the lines. Now I did not actually bowl here so I cant give an honest review at the moment.

Nice place if you are a player, but the parking is an absolute joke. middle of no where, and they hire people to direct traffic that keeps one lane going for 20 minutes before allowing the other direction to move.

Great place!!! We came from out of town and got rained out. We decided to go bowling instead. Everyone there was so friendly and helpful. The arcade has amazing games. We ended up going back the next day.

Went Saturday night for the first time with my husband, and our 2 kids, about 7:30pm. Waited in line for about 15 mins, but was able to get a lane right away. We will definitely take advantage of the reserve lane next time as the website suggests, as they went on a wait shortly after we got there.

I wish I could post a positive review. Multiple people I know have small, family owned businesses...so I know how much a negative review can affect a business. Also, Ive worked a job requiring customer service for over 20 years. I know that the customer isnt always right, BUT you always grin and act like they are. Unfortunately, the owner, Sherry (Sheri, Sherri, Cheri?), was VERY rude, disrespectful, and arrogant. She was confrontational with my husband. She topped it off by saying When you own a bowling alley, you can run it how you like. I wouldnt recommend Rocky Springs.Edit 2/18 to owners response...We had already extended our time by an hour twice while you were on a wait. It wasnt until the third time we tried to extend that we were told about your policy. However, this is not my issue with your establishment or the situation. My issue was how the owner approached the situation. She lacks customer service skills and tact. Unfortunately, from reading other reviews, this seems to be a common occurrence.

Nice bowling alley with recently renovated snack bar and updated features, like lazer tag. Food and drinks are both good. Lots of fun. Its situated on the grounds of the old rocky springs amusement park. Some of the buildings and an old roller coaster cart are located behind the bowling alley but apparently (it was unmarked at the time) that is private property belonging to the bed and breakfast because we literally got yelled at for pulling into the driveway. Either way its a neat place, with some neat history.

I would never go back to a place where I’m eating dinner and I have to listen to an employee scream at another worker insulting him. It was very unsettling to hear someone being very rudely yelled at while trying to enjoy my dinner. Whoever was yelling should be fired.

Went on Thursday night for their Quartermania special. Great deal for our party of 7. Less than $40 for two games which included shoes rental. The remodeling of the place definitely made it looked more updated and modern in comparison to before. Only wish that we had lane bumper control from the control panel directly instead of contacting a staff member. But it was understandable since their lane bumpers are manually raised/lowered in comparison to another bowling alley where you can have it raised/lowered automatically for each player in the same lane.

Much better than my local bowling alley in NJ. Great atmosphere and has a restaurant attached to it for some fries with cold beer. Bowling computer is a bit glitchy with a few resets.

This place has certainly become a place for entertainment since the remodel. There is now laser tag and a pretty decent size arcade along with bowling. The staff is always friendly and there to help. There is now a full restaurant and bar and the complex as well. It looks like they took a couple of bowling lanes away to put them into a private room. Seems like a wonderful idea! It was just slightly irritating when we had to wait an hour for a lane and there was 6 Lanes in a private room that werent being used

Customer service is horrible. Workers are rude which completely ruins the family fun atmosphere.

Went for a fun morning with my kids and husband, they had a fit because we wanted 2 lanes, which I paid for, lady was extremely rude. My kids wanted to do girls against mom and boys. We played for a half hour of our hour game. When the boys and I finished she had already sold our lane to someone else. The girls finished 2 minutes later and they sold that one too. I payed for an hour and got half. Not happy will be going to another bowling alley. They can keep their money hungry bowling alley!!

Took our kids there bowling for the first time. Had a few issues with our bowling lane, and it was very crowded. We had to wait a while for a lane to bowl and in line just for the shoes. But otherwise service was okay. Kids had fun thats all that mattered.

Newly remodeled Fall 2017 but still has the spirit of its heritage. Bar area is nice enough to hold a small wedding reception. Lazer tag and expand game room make it a great family entertainment place.
