Extremely clean and organized, staff mostly pretty friendly.

I flew in to Palmdale Regional Airport from Los Angeles specifically to eat at this Chuck-E-Cheese and fly back home, and let me tell you, it was worth the trip. This place is a diamond in the rough, easily the best Chuck-E-Cheese on the west coast, and Ive eaten at almost all of them

Gross. So sad because my son loves it. But sadly Some of the people who come to Chuck E. Cheese are rude dirty loud And disrespectful. The employees were nice. But I can’t bring my children to a crude environment.

Horrible the pizza was thin as a paper i went to one of the employee that later found out that she was the manager and tell her that they gave me a thin pizza and that I ordered a regular she told me that is nothing that she can do well i ask her can you make me a regular one and she told me, ican but is going to come out the same . I have been there before and Never had a problem And then there were this other 2 girls when we were doing the tickets for the prizes and they had the cotton candy on top of the glass self were we were lean on , my daughter was asking me to get her one of the cotton candies and she went and took them away from my daughter . I was so disappointed with all this employees . Please hired polite people with manners.

So...we r here for a birthday party...and we were just told we cant have tables because they are all reserved for tomorrow...and we need to move because they dont want to clean then again...not happy at all...my lil nephew is upset...and its sad he cant use a table that isnt even needed till tomorrow....wow...just wow...and yes those are the tables we r not allowed to use...per the manager... 6/10/18 5:37pm....thanks guy for ruining his birthday because u r lazy......the only reason we r not at shakey is because its packed...trust...we should of waited for shakey

This location is not efficient at all. Not enough staff and most machines are broken. Dont waste your time or money.

Its a pretty kid friendly place. Its always fun over there. Pizza might be a bit expensive but you could always find coupons online.

Worst experience Ive EVER had! They get -50 stars.The fact that a grown man can hog a game is not right.. This is supposed to be for the kids. Sure parents can play with their kids, but when their kids arent even old enough to even play the games? No thank you.. I asked this man to let my niece have a turn on one of the games and he just blew me off and then said if we werent there to fight, to get tf outta here.. when management was told, all they said was as long as he keeps playing and spending money, theres nothing they can do.. What a joke! I will NEVER spend my money in this establishment ever again and I hope no one else does. The fact that this grown man can speak the way he did to CHILDREN is unacceptable.

Cardboard pizza. Got their large pizza for takeout, maybe one of the worst I’ve had in a while. Not a good thin, just a dry hard thin. Cheaply made. Most frozen pizzas are better. Save yourself the trouble and just go to Little Caesars for the same price.

Great pizza great price while on quarantined

We take my 3 and a half year old great nephew there and he has a blast. The pizza is good. We had some trouble with the machine. The problem was quickly rectified.

Awesome place for kids to play.

Its dirty soo many tables not bused food took over an hour salad was fresh thou.Even when crowd died down tables are still not bused. By the way I cleaned two tables of for me and my family..

Kids love their they tend to meet up and have a lot of friends when they go or if associates for the day you know theyre just having fun and they have pretty good pizza and the salad bar is definitely not anything that you want to pass up on go and fill up and watch the kids play have fun

How can you not give Chuck E. Cheese 5 Stars? They have delicious pizza, free refills, ample Birthday Party tables, entertainment, fun games & a safe environment for the children, fun toys to win, & always friendly & helpful service.Its a popular place & can get very busy, but its never happened that we were left without a table.I would, however, recommend coming as soon as they open.

Placed an order by phone at 1:16pm they said to pick up in 20 mins. Once I went in to pay they said theyll let me know when its ready. Its 2:15 Im still waiting !!! Whats the whole point of calling to order if its not going to be ready.

Chuck E Cheese is a good place for kids.It really is kid friendly.They do have alcohol for the grown-ups but Im not sure if its really strong and at Chuck-E-Cheese they have this thing where you enter the place and they have to stamp your hand from what time you arrived because lets say your child gets kidnapped somebody try to take them out of the restaurant they will hold them back because theyre times arent the same but the place has good pizza and if u dont feel like paying for a drink just ask for a water cup.

Pizza was delicious, All you can eat (salad bar was empty when we got there) but ask and you shall receive boom it was full again. Haha

Long wait to order (40 mins), long wait for it to come out (1 hour), ran out of pepperoni pizza. That might be the worst of it. No pepperoni for pizzas at an American pizza place. Any who the staff was nice, Chuckie was fun when he came out. And most of the arcades worked. So I give this experience a firm, medium.

The staff can be really ride or really nice depending on who you get when you go. Its a kids place. Everyone should be nice.

We came here on Sunday afternoon and most games were not working or out of tickets I asked one of the workers if I could pause my time on card because of the situation and he said no and walked away not even a sorry about that. This is BS I regret spending $38 on time totally worthless. So many workers and not even one can help.

Great location and big fan of chucke cheese, unfortunately this place needs a huge renovation, on top of the a better floor staff. Half of the machines are out of service or out of tickets. I was there with my family for an hour and didnt see one machine refilled with tickets. Great deals on playtime offers.

I understand that they have to deal with all these parents and children, but it’s kind of your job.

Great staff. They had amazing respon time to things being out of tickers and even fixing minor hiccups. The guy working the desk gave me super details about all the promotions going on. For not being back to CC in 20 years this was a good time

Although with Chuck e cheese your experience may vary, i find its typically due to the other guests and the time/day you go as well. My family and I prefer early week days or early evening but Never on weekend as there is always so much going on.(birthdays) but the state is always willing to help you out even if it takes a few minutes to get what you need they usually help and make you feel welcome.

Our hostesses were great, chuckee actor was late to our party then was aggressively disrespectful to our hostess. I truly hope disciplinary action is taken. Our entire adult guests new what was happening. Unacceptable

My son had a great time... The thing you guys need to work on is the line for the prizes, there was no room for the lineand were a lot of rude people walking in between the line bumping into us on line and not says excuse me... Thats line is going to start a fight... Fyi

Can even contact them because they forward your calls. Its seems Corporate works out of their living rooms. Rude employees with horrible costumer service.

Good pizza, staff is helpful when games dont print tickets. Had a hard time finding a clean table during a slow time. Games need to be wiped down more frequently as well. Enjoyed our time there with our grandson.

We’ve been coming to this one for years for the quality in customer service has deteriorated drastically. We just celebrated my granddaughters 3rd birthday tonight and the restrooms we’re so disgusting i refused to use any stall. Now mind you, I’m currently using a walker because I recently had major surgery and need the assistance, but even after they took their sweet time “cleaning “ the restroom, there was still stool stuck to the toilet, and stains on the seat. Not to mention neither of both soap dispensers had any soap whatsoever! When I could finally reach this “manager “ and inquired as to why she and her co-worker would leave the restroom without making sure the soap dispenser had any damn soap, since ”it’s a federal law that all restaurant workers wash their hands before returning to work”, all she replied was, “ You’re right “. There was no, I apologize, I’m truly sorry, nothing! Just your right and when she saw that her response did not suffice she gladly offered the number to corporate.

The energy was great. The lunch buffet was great the pizza was hot and tasty. There wasnt any mess. The restrooms were clean and had everything.

Need to update their games and add more to do.

Today I came to chucke cheese in palm desert my left her leather pink jacket by the games . Someone took it. I asked the employees no one were able to find it. He announced to return to the infront desk no one returned. I will never comeback again to this place .What shameful people !
