I use to love this place when it was a Brunswick. First time back since Bowlero took over and for sure will probably be the last time. They seem to have good deals but the service doesnt match.

Great place to bring the family when it is not league bowling time, so definitely call and find out if lanes are available. Pool tables, arcades, bowling lanes, food and beer. I had fun and Ill be back with my kids. Thank you.

Went on the weekend during the day and it was very family friendly. When the bowling pins got stuck, service answered quickly to fix the problem. Wish the staff at the counter were a bit more communicative and friendly and didnt act annoyed at the people who are paying customers but other than that we had a good time

A fun place to bowl! A great place to take the family out for a fun night. We just wish the prices were a little more reasonable. It would make it so our big family could go more often.

Friend has his daughters birthday here. Staff was friendly and personable. Pizza was actually pretty good. Dont bother buying beer in a bottle, its the same price for a mug just about twice the size.

My son and I come here for events and its always a good time! The staff is friendly and helpful, and the lanes are in good condition. The pizza and fries are amazing - Id come here just for those! Highly recommend!

Very fun had a blast of a time. Nice and friendly staff as well. I must say the snack bar is ridiculously expensive, I believe it was about $4.04 for a small soda. All in all love this place.

Its ok. I only went here because my p/t job had a end of the year party and I had to tell and remind the hostesses like three times (to the point that I had to tell three different hostesses the same thing) that we needed more plates. And we had to wait more than five minutes for the plates. Horrible service!

This place has always been cool, but they upped the prices for playing billiards. Paying hourly isnt nearly as great

Great place to go to get out of the heat and meet some new friends. You dont have to be good bowler to enjoy the game and learn some bowling techniques. Its a fun and inexpensive hobby.

The WORST experience I’ve EVER had at a bowling alley!!Went there just to practice and got a lane immediately, but I ended up sitting there for an hour without rolling a single ball!! The lane I was put on had serious maintenance problems which no one was aware of. When I went up to the desk to tell the manager about what was wrong with the lane, she gave me attitude and proceeded to not even really try to get the problem solved.I am EXTREMELY disappointed and would not recommend Brunswick Sands Bowling Alley to anyone!!

Bowling leagues are supported here...they just need to get a better building because it needs so much modernization. Bathrooms are not that great either. Helpful and friendly employees are around this bowling center doing the best they can to make everything run smoothly.

Love the place. But dont park on the back side had our truck broken into stoled our stereo. The worst part about it is they would not help us at all. And I believe one of there employees is part of it. But cant say for sure.

If youre ever looking for something to do with friends or family, this is the perfect place to go. Cosmic bowling is always a great experience too.

I went for Monday mayhem unlimited bowling for 3 hrs. It was clean the pizza was good the only thing is online it says they had specials on foods and drinks and the cashier at the food court told me with a snobby attitude that they didnt! Besides that the front cashier and waitress were nice and friendly:)

We went there for a free event. I was pleasantly surprised about the fact it actually was all free.Nice, clean bowling alley. The arcade had lots of different types of games Recent food.

Typical bowling alley filled with kids birthday parties and their families trying to just do the Sunday family thing. I was surprised to see that whole room of pool tables behind the bar area and people were there actually playing too. It was roomy and cheap for something random to do on a Sunday.

I love bowling here, I come at least 2 times a week, Tuesdays and wednesdays, definitely worth it!

Definitely more of a family, young kids/teens kinda place. Which it was good for me cause I came with my niece and cousin who are underage. Location was nice, free parking. Only reason why I gave less stars its cause it was kinda pricey. Inwould think they would give you a deal for 2nd game. Place was packed so its not like people were waiting to play. We left after one game.

Hours to bowl are very limited. If you want to practice you have to do it during cosmic bowl. Management does not understand that everyone does not want constant cosmic bowling when there are no leagues playing. Food is available and good. Bathrooms are kept pretty clean. Many pool tables with a juke box. Employees are very helpful.

This place is great! The staff are very nice and helpful. I am a regular their and am on the Wednesday night Miller League. They are the best bowling alley I have ever been too. They are always packed. The only downside when bowling their is that you get (some) bowlers that do not know bowler etiquette

Great experience except we went at 3pm and expected to be able to get food and they said it doesnt open for food till 5pm

I like Brunswick Sands bowling because you can bowl you can play pool anything like that its pretty cool its a nice place to bring your family or day or spend time with your friends

I just got back from having a birthday party at this facility and I got to say I am very disappointed. First off, the customer service is horrendous and they lied to us about pricing . We called ahead of time to make a reservation and they said they dont take reservations. Then when we were going to cut and serve the birthday cake we asked for plates (mind you this is after spending $100 for food) and management said they cant give us plates because we werent a reserved party...you told us over the phone you do not take reservations. Secondly, when a customer spends over 100 dollars in food, a few extra paper plates should not be a problem. Then the manager had the audacity to interrupt the party during the birthday song distracting from the tradition to hand us paper plates only after we had to complain about the potential safety risk of spilled cake on the floor for them not originally giving us plates. And lastly when we called over the phone and when we were getting our shoes we inquired about the price, both times we were told that you pay for your shoes and a game and that 1 game is for anyone playing on that lane (meaning it is one solid price per lane for one game more matter how many people were playing on that lane)... SO WE ONLY PLAYED FOUR GAMES (PER WHAT THEY EXPLAINED TO US) BUT GOT CHARGED FOR 30 GAMES.....Dont go here unless you want to get ripped off and have management disrespect your birthday party.

It was a good place to bowl, it had a restaurant, bar, arcade and billiard area. The music wasnt too loud which I like.

Fun bowling alley with lots to do (Pool, Bar and Grill, Arcade, etc...). Its been around a while and is starting to show its age. The prices are pretty standard for other bowling alleys Ive been to. It could really use a retrofit, but other than that, its been fun every time weve gone there.

As of right now its a 1 star because you changed the name if you bring back the name Brunswick you will get a 5 star

This place would be so much better if it were updated. The facility just looks old.

Food was great. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Good atmosphere though got a bit crowded with unlimited bowling.

Fun place but the lack of reservations makes for really bad wait times. We had to wait 2 hours before getting to play last time. Luckily they had some $1 pool tables we distracted ourselves with as we waited for our name to be called. The cashier lady wasnt very nice about my reservation inquiry either.
