Nicholas Hagen was fantastic. amazing customer service. to myself and my children. The place has awesome deals and people like him make us drive out if our way for this specific location. This place is so much fun! They offered a great promotional price, and my little one loved it! The staff was so friendly. My husband did the go carts. It was cold. They have so many great arcade games and rides! I couldn’t believe how many rides they had inside.

Have sanitizer stations everywhere. Wasnt too crowded. All staff had on mask. Kids and I still e enjoyed ourselves!

I went on a tuesday night around 730pm until 830pm. The staff was super friendly and greeted me as soon as I entered. There were not many people around so my family had the run of the games. All the adults were wearing masks and all the older kids were too. All the game machines seemed to be well used but also well maintained. It was a very enjoyable experience and I will definitely bring my family again ASAP.

This place is very fun! I didnt really see any broken games. Staff was always nice and friendly. Game area was clean.Buffet as not that great, they ran out of food and had to quickly make more. But i didnt really see that as a big issue as i wasnt there to eat.My son loved the bowling game!

Was a lot of fun. 15 dollars for unlimited 3 hour play was very worthwhile with tilt o whirls, bumper cars, and a small roller coaster. We also tried the race cars, and I would have liked them to be better handling around corners, but it was a lot of fun and set up safely. The seats can also get hot if the cars have been sitting out in the sun, just a heads up!

This place is affordable, I love that they have alot of rides, my graddaughter always has fun. I just wish that they had more employees it took awhile to find somebody. But with that said my family enjoys this place.

When we first started coming to this location, the service was great!! There were more workers, and they all seemed to be on their A game as far as putting out fresh food and prompt service for games and rides. Now it seems like there is a problem with getting help at the attractions and the buffet has been bad.

Most of the games are broken. Very dirty inside. 15$ for 3 hours was kinda worth it tho. Ps. Its not real bowling like the powerplay they recently shut down. Sadly I think that one was better :(

Love their go karts but they are not being maintained so well. Their green fastest cars, two if them, arent even running for a year. Great track and karts when they are maintained, very disappointing.

Omg this place is so much fun and is lots of fun for a great value for the whole family. Friendly staff and even security which is always nice.

Even if I liked the original location better, which had the big red tilt-a-whirl and that really awesome police game called Police 911, I still had a blast there. There was even Wacky Gator, iCade 60-in-1, Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3, Marvel Vs Capcom 2, and some other games that I liked a lot!

Easy access to all games and mainly the go-karts run great whats the track was a little bigger nine times out of 10 I provide great customer service also

Came in on a weekday and there was a minimal amount of people there which was awesome for us. It was a great experience with the family. The prices were reasonable and so were the specials/packages they offered. The only reason Im giving 4 stars is because a few of the games were not working properly and some of them seemed old and worn. I would still recommend to families with younger kids (and maybe even teens) as a fun past time.

Great place for our large family of all ages & genders to hang out & play games together - especially if the weather isnt keen to hanging out together outdoors.Im happy theyre incorporating specials, as it can be a little pricey for a larger family to go hang out on an average day.We just recently went up for an evening to celebrate my daughters birthday & was a little surprised that they dont offer a special for a birthday, in an age when almost every company offers a little something for a birthday, to draw in more customers.Our suggestion for the company would be to consider offering a few free games for the birthday person - it would potentially draw more families & wouldnt foresee it costing a lot for the company.Weve always encountered super friendly employees. Have yet to try the buffet, hope to sometime!

It was ok fun for my kids. Alot of the games werent working properly. Lot of kids running around without masks or parental supervision. Pizza was subpar at best.

The childrens roller coaster was exceptionally well themed and fun. Indoor Tilt-A-Whirl and Go Karts??? This place rocks

Good value for a family of 4. We bought a card for $15 for 3 hours of play per child. Wife and I split a card. Fun times! Lazer Tag was a blast.

It’s very disappointing that they are only allowing teens 13-18 to be there till 5 with an adult or not. While we we there they kicked my family and a big group of teens out because it was 5. Lost hundreds of dollars because of it.

I loved it. I really enjoyed myself. Made me feel like a kid again.

Too expensive for only people who have lots of money. Should have wrist bands at more reasonable pricing.

Much better than the power play in Shawnee, which is now closed. Almost all the games worked and didnt steal your points. Also it was much cleaner and better maintained. Our 4 year old had a great time. The staff were all very nice and helpful.

This place is a serious disappointment. In response to covid-19 they are operating with a packed parking lot. While I could not see inside i could see the bar area, there was NO SOCIAL DISTANCING OCCURRING. I called to ask because I expected they would enforce strict mask wearing guidelines, i was horrified to hear that masks are not required. This place does not care about the safety of its customers. My fiance and I loved this place were sad to end our patronage.

This place was so much fun, indoor rollercoaster, tilt-a-whirl, laser tag, and so much more and with the specials they run u cant beat it. The Buffett was great priced and was surprisingly good. We will be back a lot! They even have a theater to watch a movie while you eat!

Place is awesome. It’s a 4 star only because of the buffet. Saturday night you know it’s gonna be busy 6-7p and they can’t keep pizza or fries or ice cream or desert or forks available. Otherwise great place.

If anybody want COVID just come & stop by. They don’t sanitize anything after customers are done.

Took my son here to see how it was and it wasn’t as fun as I thought it would be. There wasn’t much food out when we ate in the buffet and they employees didn’t really seem like they wanted to be there. 1 of the games were broken and we asked for help and ended up just leaving because we waited for over 20 min. The games that worked were fun but other than that, nothing really crazy good.

Large place with lots to do for smaller kids. I would say the maximum age for kids her would be 12. There are a few things like the gokarts and axe throwing that maybe older kids could do, but that would be it.

Fantastic place for the entire family! We caught it during a New Year special where we got unlimited games, lazer tag, lazer maze, cosmic bowling (smaller wooden balls) etc for $15/3hrs/person. We opted to pay the $5 extra for a go kart race which is normally $15. The go karts were fun and the course was technical enough that you could wipe out if not careful :D There is also a buffet on site for $5/person and the food was actually good! Pizza, wings, spaghetti, salad, taco/nachos, ice cream... HIGHLY recommended for a fun day!!

It was pretty cheap and my nieces and nephews had a blast those rides games and more! Fantastic family time and the staff was extremely nice!

Went for my cousins 2 year old birthday party. The party room was tiny, but the workers were efficient. We played in the toddler area afterwards. It was fun, just wish they had more things in that little area. The train was her favorite. The pizza was decent.

Booking a party with power play was very irritating! I would advise parents to not waste their time with booking a party, it was extremely unorganized and with the price paid I would have expected more from a place that regularly host parties. I left power play feeling very aggravated and disappointed!

Not bad, the attendants were all great, it was very clean, the buffet wasnt great... but it wasnt terrible and it was clean, and i wasnt grossed out... plus it was extremely cheap with the 25$ deal we got.Had fun wasting an evening.

Cheap and good place to eat a buffet ! Pizza, Taco, Chicken, Spaghetti, Salads, Fries, mac & cheese, mash potatoes, beans, corn, soups and chilli just so much food and desserts, also includes drinks. Great Price !

The buffet is good. I have been here many times. They have holiday and weekend specials for all you can eat and game for 3 hours if you get on their email list you can stay on top of the specials. They have a really awesome tilt-a-whirl. Do the tilt-a-whirl before the buffet. They have a great carnival stand in the middle of the gaming area serving fried corndogs, funnel cakes, beer, mixed drinks, cocktail smoothies, and wine. Their bumper cars are zero turn and go really fast. The go carts are so fast. They have a sand box volley ball facility with a bar and grill. Serving restaurant style food. Ok this was fun, however so many games just not up to par. So over priced these days. Id rather play for real with quartersBring in some better games or fix the ones you have.

Not a bad place however I feel like it’s grimy and some games just don’t work. Also seams to be understaffed when I’m there. But the kids love it.

Great play to entertain kids

The food is not great in fact it was cold so we asked them to make fresh Pizza that was warm, however there are a lot of fun games and rides for small kids. You pay for cards that you swipe to play the games and the negative about this is that in order to get multiple cards you lose out on getting deals for how much you can load on to individual cards. It would be better if you can get multiple cards and still get good deals.

Buffet is a major disappointment. We were looking forward to Icees and chicken. Had to ask for chicken. Then it gets put out cold after being microwaved. Other option...frozen pizza half heated up. Other location had much better food. Kids cant even eat the cake because its hard as a rock. Spoke to the manager who could care less. And no refund even though we didnt eat. Half the games that the kids played at the other location is extra here and even though we paid for an hour you only get 30-45 minutes of the card actually working. We wont be back to waste our money again.

It seem like we had a lot of games that where having issue, food at the buffet was sub par at best. Manger said they dont do refunds but did give us a free item at the food stand. We will not be back

Ryan was super helpful with resolving some issues we had with our play cards and with some of the games, and we had a blast as a result of his generosity. There is a great variety of games, the food is pretty good for the price, and the go karts are crazy fast. Overall, its a great way to spend a couple hours on a summer night.

Had more fun here at PowerPlay than any of the arcades in the area. Plenty to do and great food.

Came in last night and It was fun, price was kind of expensive. Some of the workers werent at their post half the time and I get it wasnt busy but having to wait so long just for one ride is annoying.

Went last night. Crazy busy. No one wearing masks. If you want covid-19, then this is where you are sure to get it

Machines were miscalculating prizes. I told the staff and waited more then 10 mins for a manger to address the issue. I eventually got tired of waiting and just left. The cheap prizes werent worth the hassle.

Threw my 2boys birthday party here nothing was setup right waited a hr at door and manger was not trying to really make up for all the f ups .games were fun.

Dimly lite inside. Layout makes it difficult to keep track of your children. Zero security measures to ensure someone doesnt walk off with your child.

This is a great family fun place to go to! We try to come here every 2-3 weeks! I have to get a funnel cake everytime! But the buffet is not really that good everytime we go the food is not really hot like its been sitting out for a long time and its not kept clean in that area but my husband loves the chocolate chip cookies so thats about all we eat from there. But a good fun place to go!

I took my kids there today in and we had a great time

They were on task with politeness and making sure everything is good with our situation before we continue.they were all looking tired and some didnt look like wanted to be on work but they were doing good Job still with kindness and smiles.kee up with good work.

My kids LOVE PowerPlay, and this location is their favorite. It can get kinda pricey, but the staff is always great with the kids. Indoor roller coaster, tilt-a-whirl, carousel. Great little indoor play place for the younger kids, too. (3-8)

They used permanent marker on my childs hand. If youre going to use marker for a kid use washable marker!

This is like an arcade mixed with a carnival that also has a pizza/salad buffet. There is a nice selection of games and an area for kids and toddlers to get some energy out. Food is serviceable and the prices are fair. Theres also alcohol available for adults. One major drawback is the amount of games that are usually not working or waiting to be serviced.

We love power play! The girls always have so much fun here.However, it does get expensive.Overall this is a good place to bring kiddos or just come yourself and enjoy it!

The pump it up machine is pretty nice. We got all the guys working on it, so the pads are very responsive. Wish they would turn it back up though. It was cranked a couple months ago!

We had a great time. Loved laser tag. We got buffet. Chicken was excellent. Only complaints were some of games werent working and biggest com as int was I dont care for pizza but did buffet for tacos and taco meat was empty. I asked employee behind d buffet about filling it and adds he told me it would be an hour or two before they had more. This was 6 at night. I couldnt figure out why it took that long for taco meat.

The fastest go kart and they are outside shake and bake burn rubber baby
