During these turbulent times this business has followed all the required measures to ensure the publics safety! The facility was well kept and clean. Staff was friendly and the pizza was good. Only half the games were allowed to be operational, so we were extremely limited! No salad bar, but, I want surprised!

It was ok. Customer service was great though. The facility was clean and following social distancing guidelines. My only complaint was that it seemed to not be as many arcade game options and they did not seem to best quality of games that they used to be. But besides that...everything was fine. It just seem like we went through all the games pretty quickly.

They dont do tickets any more which was part of the fun for my kids. Half of the games were not working. The food we ordered was horrible. The staff was friendly and the place looked clean

The guy in the cowboy hat that greets you at the door is rude! He was not friendly when we came in, he was not helpful at all, he just stares and gave dirty looks! He followed us around the store making sure we were wearing our mask correctly! Horrible experience because of him! Will not return to this location!

The machines no longer give tickets but rather the rewards are added as tickets to your game pass. The number of tickets won on card seem to be considerably less than printed tickets and for young kids not being able to see tickets print takes a lot of the fun out of it.

We had a mid-range party here. We ordered extras for adults (drinks, pizzas, etc), unlimited play and a few gluten free pizzas for some of our guests. The party was good once our hostess SHOWED up! She was a good hostess, but had no voice since she had laryngitis.Here is why they only got 3 stars, and I am being GENEROUS. We were given 2 hours free play, the party took up 55 min or so of our unlimited time. They started our play when the party was supposed to start, but with NO HOSTESS for 25 minutes we were not sure where to go or what to do. Our unlimited token time was significantly diminished. Our table time was shortened as well. We ended up moving to two smaller tables to open gifts AFTER we had eaten cake. (They asked us to make it one but there were 15 people). Our unlimited soft drink pitchers werent filled except once either, and one had water in it. ??This is what bothered me: Why were we not given some sort of compensation for the 25 minutes we had no hostess, no table and no instruction as to where to go? No apology was made, no manager talked to me and that was wrong.

Definitely one of the best Chuck E. Cheese Ive been to! They were constantly cleaning and wiping things down. We all had a blast!

Pretty good. Friendly service on this visit. They need to be a little more ready for people when they open but it was okay. Games were all working right. Wish they still had the play area where the kids good climb around up in tubes. Was clean, so thats a bonus.

This place is pretty good, staff is fairly nice. A bit unprofessional but very friendly. In my opinion, they could surely squeeze a few more games into their facility to offer more of a selection, but its a good place to take the kids as it is. They serve (expensive) beer here too!

Not a bad place at all. Please add more tables and chairs in the dinning area, and clean a little bit more. They did get our order out kinda late but they made up for it. So great customer service.

Kids had a blast. Pizza was yum! I LOVE being able to give them a card limited by time instead of coins! Brilliant! I do however wish there was a better ticket turn in strategy! Maybe ones in the making?!? Lolol

They forgot we made reservations even tho we paid. We showed the receipt to prove it. (Only reason they lost a star) They attempted to make up for this. The kids loved the place , and thats whats important. There service is pretty impressive . They had someone taking care of the group at all times . This made it easier for the adults to relax and talk .

Im not sure if the gentleman that rang us up and helped us get the ticket prizes was the manager or not, but he did an excellent job! The pizza was good too. The pizza here is much better than at Power Play. The only reason that Im not giving it 5 stars is the lack of value. 2 drinks, a medium pizza, and 30 minutes of play time for one kid is over $30.

Great prices... $5 Large Cheese Pizza, Add 1 Topping for $1.99 and Make it Stuffed Crust for $2 more... Thats a Large 1-Topping Stuffed Crust Pizza for just $8.99... And it was totally YUMMY!!!

My Grandson had his 4th Birthday party here. He and his Brother,Cousins and friends had so much fun and enjoyed the pizza very much! When it came time to leave we had a hard time corralling them all together, they didnt want to go they were enjoying themselves so much!

I was fortunate enough to spend the afternoon with my bffs 2yr old My husband advised me to take home somewhere with lots of entertainment, games, fun, food and friendly people. Also, safety is important and Chuck E Cheese has a group identifying system that works well and is efficient. Other families were celebrating birthdays but there was room for everyone. They do not have tokens anymore (you get a plastic playing card) and most games are 1 credit (very kid friendly). We were able to get a few trucks and cars with his winning tickets. Northland Chuck E Cheese was clean and welcoming. Great Experience

We took our one year here for her 1st Birthday and had nothing but great service at Chuck E Cheese in Tiffany Springs. We already had her party that weekend, so we were just going for dinner and fun. We arrived on a Monday night around 7, which only gave us 2 hours before closing and not a lot of time to do everything and the staff didn’t seem to mind at all. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left we felt welcome and had a lot of fun. The staff was very professional and friendly, even when I called earlier in the day to confirm a few things. I normally don’t write reviews for places, but I feel like our experience here was worth writing one for. Thank you Chuck E Cheese for a great time! We will definitely be returning:)

Very clean and well lit. If you have never been to a Chuck E. Cheese before, you don’t know that many Chuck E. Cheese are dark and kind of dirty. Often it can be scary and hard to keep track of your kids because it is so dark. This one feels new and is a lot of fun. I would definitely recommend this to someone looking for a way to burn some time. Definitely expensive but to be expected.

This was my sons first time ever at Chuck E Cheeses and it did not disappoint. The guys at the door, upon learning that it was his first time, showed me around the play area and introduced us to the kiddie area that was filled with age appropriate games and toys for 1 year Olds. I was satisfied to see that the venue caters not only to big kids, but to all kids who want to run around for a few hours and have fun. My son didnt know what it meant but started to look forward to the paper toys that would stream out of the ticket dispenser after each of his games were over. I look forward to our next visit. Oh and... I recommend the ride in the basket with your little one in the giraffe tower high above the game room to treat yourself to the squeals and glee of your little ones.

As much as love to go here, do not under the current management. They informed me (an employee and a Manager, Kenan) that they do not require a clean plate for a 2nd trip to the salad bar. I watched several people go back for seconds and refill on their dirty plate. Yes, the utensils touched their dirty plate. They told me that was OK and well, what are we supposed to do. Im sure the Health Dept. of KC will educated them. They have been reported. This is not acceptable.

I dont have kids but Im always there for a bday party. It would be easier to handle all the kids if I had an adult beverage. And get better coffee. Lol.

Our kids are older now but we still like their pizza from time to time. We ordered take out tonight and it was not as ordered this is the 2nd time in a month that’s happened not sure if they’ve got new people or what but just something we’ve noticed as of late.. maybe it’s because they don’t have many takeout orders not sure.

On July 5th I had a birthday party for my nephew. They did an amazing job with telling us how the party was going to flow. Our host Dom or Dominick I am not quite sure what his name is, but he was amazing. He was enthusiastic with all the kids and very accommodating. You could tell its not just a paycheck to him. He went out of his way to make my nephews birthday a special day. The manager, I believe he said his name was LT checked on the party multiple times as well. I am just disappointed because I have yet to get the email they said I would get to let them know about our experience. I work in the service industry and was very impressed by the customer care we received. Thank you guys very much!

Guy at the front counter didnt even look up from texting when asking us what we wanted. Was super rude and dismissive. All the other staff were great and the kids had a blast. Over all a good experience, glad we didnt turn around and leave after that first encounter.

It tasted like diarrhea and also they were very rude the chucky cheese mascot spit on my kid he had a break down and he takes to long to come out of the curtains!! DONT GO HERE

The staff was friendly and attentive, the stuffed crust pizza was very good, and I also enjoyed the spinach chicken alfredo pizza. My grandson enjoyed a birthday there and the attention to the birthday parties was phenomenal. They had signs at each table and lots of decorations, Chuck E Cheese sang them happy birthday and they really created a nice party environment. Additionally, the cake was good. And salad bar was fresh. Kids enjoyed the and the security was comforting.

A friend of ours payed for our daughter to have a small birthday celebration here and she is having a wonderful time. She is so grateful that she started crying tears of joy. I hope shell remember this day for a long time. A special thanks to our personal angel who put this together for us when we couldnt. We cant thank you enough!!!

Great for relatively hassle free birthday parties but the pizza is just ok.

Pretty bad food, games were either ridiculously easy or luck based, good for kids but not anything else.

They remodeling but it didnt stop the fun. Early afternoon visit was wonderful. Very few people there at that time.

My wife and I took our son in to play the arcade games for an hour. While we were there my wife and another mother noticed a child right around the year and a half mark wondering around without supervision. They both approached the child after aeeise no one was watching her and tried to help her find her family. There was a large gathering for a birthday party there and they asked a few people there and they helped a little in a vague description. My wife and the other mother found an employee of Chuck E. Cheese and asked for his assistance. This is why Im giving a one star and this review. He looked at both of them, carrying this small child and heard them say that they were trying to find her family and needed help. The employee looked at them and said, I got to go and walked away to go refill tickets in a machine. No help, no direction, no even grabbing another employee or supervisor for assistance. For a place that is specifically marketed towards children and children are the main visitors of the establishment this is an inexcusable reaction to someone trying to reunite a lost child with their family. My wife and the other mother found the childs mother after some more searching, no thanks to the staff of Chuck E. Cheese.

Kids had a good time at this location. A large variety of games for all ages. The biggest issue I had here was quite a few games didnt work but took our points. We were however refunded. The food was very good. Would come back.

My almost three year old loves Chuck E Cheese. This location is clean and has very friendly staff. My only complaint is that they keep it too hot inside.

The cleanest Chuck E Cheese I have ever been to! We came on a Wednesday for their $15 play pass. Our whole family had a blast and cant wait to go back. There was only one game not working and it was immediately fixed. We will be back soon!

Had our sons 3rd birthday party here and it was well worth it! Travis was our party host and he was wonderful - very professional and fun! He kept the party on track which allowed my husband and I to enjoy our time with the kids. We booked the 10am slot and practically had the place to ourselves. We will definitely book another party in the future and we will be requesting Travis as our party host!!!

Pizza was ok. The games are fun... however, I bought the bracelet and a play card for my 4 year old granddaughter. We were playing and having fun.. then while we were over by the big clock she took off her wrist band and sat it down.. we walked over by the sketchbook and a man picked up her card!!!I asked him.. did you just pick that up?He said..it is his ,pointing to his little boy...I said my granddaughter just sat hers down..He just looked at me and smiled...There was less than 15 people in the entire place...I am positive it was hers, it had the blue wristband.I spoke with the manager. He did nothing..He was speaking with them after.. I assume the manager knew them..Makes me sick..My granddaughter cried her eyes out..I even asked them to look at the cameras.They just said.. we cant do that.I am super disappointed in Chucky cheeses staff..

Always a good time here. Pizza has improved greatly and the unlimited play cards are great! My 3 year old Granddaughter has to go here every other week. She says can we go to Chuck E. Cheeses every time I see her.

My kids had a blast! There were a few hiccups but they were rectified immediately. I read very happy with what the kids got for the party and the price!

Nice, clean, and spacious. I ordered pizza, the stuffed crust which is 2 dollars more but no one mentions that, its on the menu, the pizza tasted great! Lots of fun there, all the machines were working and Chuck dancing on the dance floor. Always a good time!

The female keeping the area clean did not let my daughter let our Granddaughter have her party there. Hmmm!We had fun anyway on the front side nearer the door. There were NO parties in that area. Who knows, might have been a bad day for that employee. Great New Look also.

Always have a great time here. For the most part the staff is super attentive, especially since the remodel. I prefer this one to any of the others in/near Kansas City since its always clean--Independence had some major cleanliness issues last time I was there. I miss the Guitar Hero game though; one of the few I enjoyed since most of the stuff here is geared towards little kids.

Went to a birthday party and it is great for kids but not very old people friendly. Can get very loud and unattended children running everywhere.

Took them over an hour to bring my pizza out. Some games were broken and not giving out tickets. I also was robbed by someone who stole my daughters 200 tickets went to the front desk right after it happen asked them to review the video footage to see how they had thieves they told me that it was my responsibility to keep an eye out for my tickets it took them seconds to grab them. I looked back and they were gone. Not coming back to this place taking my business elsewhere.

The guy who dressed up as Chuck E Cheese was really rude. He kicked us out because my brothers accidentally knocked off his nose. My brother was lifting up his arms as Chuck E Cheese was crouching down. My brothers hand hit his nose and it fell off. The guy then complained about it and said the it hurt the rest of the staff was very nice though and the food was delicious.

I love this location. Most of the games worked. A lot of games. My daughter hard a great time. Only bad thing is the wings are straight trash. Tasted very gummy. Very nasty. But other than that great location.

This location is recently updated. New machines for the kids to play. New floor and tables. Plenty of seating! Brand new dance floor for Chuck-E to dance with the kids. Ticket splash with Chuck-E every 30 minutes. Food is expensive! $20 for a large pizza... I always bring a coupon for play points. The one I use is $20 for 100 play points. This location no longer does tokens. Play points are loaded onto a play card. My family plays for about an hour with 100 play points. Good for rainy day fun.

Great place for families. This chick e cheese has been updated and renovated this past year and is very nice inside. The lunch buffet was OK. Was disappointed the full salad bar was not available. For the lunch buffet it is just lettuce and dressing, but still good and fresh.

I love the renovations theyve made at the Tiffany Springs location! It was clean, the staff was always present, the games were more spread out and it didnt feel like total chaos. It was such a fun time for my entire family.The only thing that I would change is the amount of garlic mixture that they load on the pizza (messy for little kids), cheese bread and pretzel bites. We didnt go for the food and the kids didnt complain... but phew! That garlic taste wouldnt go away!

Had fun at our local Chuck E. Cheese!! Not a bad deal overall, store has been recently remodeled, looked nice and clean inside. Staff was friendly, looked like they needed more help. Kids had fun playing games and getting tickets and winning prizes. Pizza is what it is, pretty good but not great, but if you are going to Chuck E. Cheese for pizza, you might have missed the point.

Prices have gone up. Not sure I like the new option to have unlimited play in a certain time span. Most everyone was very friendly and helpful. Worst part is waiting for my kid to pick his prizes so it makes it more pleasant when the people behind the counter are patient.

Haven’t been in awhile since my little brother is a teenager now, but we always had a good time. Focus on the good pizza, bring ear plugs for the screaming children, and be nice to the teenager (most likely) in the Chuck E. Cheese costume!
