Waiter was very nice, patient with us, helpful, food was good, and my daughters had a first fun time out during this COVID mess!

The wait staff was attentive and the food was good, however, over the 40 plus minutes of our meal we saw precisely 19 people walk within 2 feet of our table sans mask, 9 people total play a motorcycle game that was not sanitized once (and zero employees cleaning any of the games available), and two customers in apparel so revealing it would shock even the most seasoned of adult establishment workers. Questionable business practices and no enforcement in the interest of customer safety. Truly concerning and this will be my first and last visit to a Dave and busters restaurant

We always have a great time here but something happened to us yesterday that isnt the norm. We sat down in the restaurant and never got helped by the waiter/waitress that was assigned our area. We never saw them as a matter of fact. We luckily had a waitress from another section notice we hadnt been helped so she came to the rescue. Because of this we made sure she was tipped well. So kudos to her!

Enjoyed the meal and games today with my wife. We had good service, protocols, food, and entertainment. A great escape from the world!

Dave and Busters usually has great food. They have restuarant level prices for food and comparatively expensive games versus other arcades, however the trade off is that most are in good functioning order, and they prizes are decent quality. Wouldnt recommend for a kids party, but good for an adult gathering, or someone willing to pay extra for a level of higher quality.

The waiter was good. Maybe a little too attentive. The food was good. It was a little loud. There was a huge K.C. Chiefs fan, I think he was an employee, who was wearing his mask under his chin and coming a little too close for comfort.

Games are decent. Only reason it got 2 stars. Mixed drinks are made with 98% house made sweet and sour no matter the drink, makes them disgusting. Food is brought out cold and fries are stale.

Our server was terrific. If she wasnt aware of ingredients she sought them out with a timely response. She suggested a koi chicken finger meal, since he was having dinner with his boss a little later. Always looking for the sale....GREAT SERVERS ARE HARD TO COME BY

A place where adults can act like kids. If you dont have a fun experience at Dave & Busters... Then someone needs to check to see if you have a pulse. - its a great place for the family.

Did not eat, only played. Staff at counter extremely knowledgeable, attentive & helpful. Estimation on how long token card we bought for tickets, would last was on point. The unlimited play pass is also great deal. Kids had a great time!

This is the nicest Dave and Busters Ive been to, and also the largest. There are multiple areas for dinning, including party rooms available for rent. There are two bars and a large number of video and ticket games. Food was good, although the menus were overly sticky and should have been washed or retired. They only have one two player air hockey table (they really should have at least one more). Several of the games were not working or malfunctioned (eg down the clown). Corporate really should overhaul their cocktail menu. There are many fruity/sugary drinks, but basically no traditional cocktails on the menu. There should also be some special for off-hour games on non-weekend nights, including Sunday nights. Half priced Wednesdays are great, but how about showing some additional specials? Games are otherwise full price and run about $1-1.50 per game.

Need to wipe off machines. We were there 3 hours and saw no one wiping down machines. Especially in a high touch place like this.

ALWAYS a pleasure coming here. Food is great. Service is fast. Drinks are amazing. It gets a bit crowded. Kids under 18 arent suppose to get in without an adult at least 25 yo. The only down part is more and more little kids are being brought here and it gets crowded. But other then that, if you can get here on the right day and time you will have a ton of fun!

Shawn, our server, was AMAZING AND ATTENTIVE! Despite the table next to us only eating a portion of their food and Shawn taking care of them, $250 later, no tip for him....he did so well with us despite that situation. We, of course, knew what was going on and did our best to cheer him up. He’s a great worker. GIVE THIS MAN A PROMOTION. Full of smiles and quick on the job. The plays were SO fun! Overall a GREAT experience and we will be back!

Dave and Busters had a great relaxing environment. We got here late afternoon on a Saturday and it was so quiet. We got our food quickly and everything tasted great!!! Service was top notch and our drinks were never empty!! Thank you for the experience!!!

Dave & Buster’s is a really good place to eat with one of the best vegetarian burgers I’ve had. Everything on the menu is pretty large in size you definitely will get your money’s worth. And when you’re done with lunch or dinner you can game your heart out. Awesome customer service.

Our Girl Scouts awards ceremony here was awesome! The girls had a great time with Keagan and the scavenger hunt. The buffet for the kids was nice. The adult beverage and food was excellent while they hunted. The patio was breathtaking with the best sunset. Everything was great and no complaints!

The food was amazing. The games were so much fun. The bartender was great. My only complaint would be our waitress, Carrie. She had five tables to wait, but managed to take 40 minutes to refill a drink, even after being asked three times when she would walk by. Then she decided to supercharge our game cards without asking, just assuming that we wanted it. Other than that, this was a great experience for my first time at Dave & Busters! Ill definitely come back when Im in Kansas City again.

My server was named Tyler who was very professional he made sure that we enjoyed our meal. The busser whose is Kit was professional as well. I ordered the Lightlife plantbased burger that came with french fries for 13.99 with Cheese curds 9.49 and a strawberry margarita for 9.19. I loved the atmosphere, the vibe was excellent. Everyone looked happy and was in a good mood. 3/12/2020 will definitely come back again.

Waiter was great...food came out cold...no issues with remaking it. Drinks are amazing..during the week is pretty dead but weekends are packed.

Great place, no complaints other then overpriced and our waitress failed to give us the Wed half price game card discount. We specifically asked her and she told us the special wasnt going on because of Covid. We went again Thursday to spend the rest of our credits and found out she lied to us.

I had an amazing experience here. Came here with my daughter and family to celebrate Fathers day. After eating we got ready to go play and they said they would leave a note on the table so that we could come back to our food later. When we came back to the table later everything has been cleared off we still had three drinks left and a little bit of our meal. when I told the waitress they had cleared our table before we were done she apologized and the manager we did our drinks and read it our full meal of the Philly steak sliders with chicken strips. Theyve been so accommodating and so kind the whole time.

Its really fun but its super expensive but I have to get used to that but anyways their food is delicious and filling and you get your food within 15-20 minutes its worth the wait. THE ARCADE AREA IS LITERALLY THE BEST!! Its also a nice place to wait for your table.

We visited the KC location on 01/25/2020. We have only been a couple of times, but today was exceptional. D&Bs is very clean and family friendly. We spent a couple hours playing games with our kids and with the last of their points they wanted us to try out some claw machines. After trying several times unsuccessfully, a manager came up and used his card and ended up winning a small stuffed animal for our 6 year old and a ball for our 4 year old. It made their whole day. We appreciate how kind that was of him. We will surely be back!

Its okay. Due to Cov-19 plus social distancing you would think that the food would be hot...

We had a great time! Our waiter (Kelly) was great & attentive to our needs. He even checked our game cards for us while we ate. The dinning area was very clean & had a bevy of televisions to see from all tables. The restrooms were clean & taken care of. And the lady taking tickets in the gameroom was very nice. Overall a great trip!

Its been a long time since I have been in Dave and Busters, and I was disappointed in my meal. I had the Philly Sliders and from the pictures u can see it was VERY VERY DRY. The sandwiches were not put together as what the photo showed. My buns were burned on top and bottom and HARD as Heck. We went there to get the ALL YOU CAN EAT WINGS with game card and was told thats only during REGULAR SEASON FOOTBALL. So we didnt get that offer. It will most likely be another 10+ years before I return.

It was a good time. The food is not inexpensive. Lunch plus a tip was $78.00 for 3 people. There was a large assortment of video games in the lower area. My husband and son love Mario Kart and the Walking Dead video game. We also played Skeeball, a football throwing game, and plenty of air hockey. They do have a 20% military discount on regular prices.

This place is very popular. A lot of people show up on the weekends. Good food and service. Many arcade style games. I generally prefer a quieter place and sometimes there is way too much activity, but it still is a good place to go.

Games are amazing and the staff are quick to attend to any issues with the games. The prizes are diverse and accommodate all numbers of people and interests. Really cool and interesting mixed drinks and around 22 beers on tap. The served us our drinks a little slowly at table service buht overall was a good experience. Cannot express how fun the games are! And they are half price on Wednesdays!

Due to covid half of their games are shut down for social distancing, majority of the games shutdown are for younger children like my son. He was not able to play many games, the state of their machines are in disarray. We had to ask for credits back multiple times for games malfunctioning. Their food menu was cut down to a few items, my fathers burger and my steak were both burnt. Also service wasnt great food took forever to come out and their hours are cut back on certain days. I wouldnt recommend taking your family their right now until they figure out how to get it together. I much prefer round one arcade and bowling to d&b right now.

I gave only three stars due to having to get two of our meals replaced. One of the meals had been burned and the other meal, something was found in it that should not have been there. The majority of the food was cold however that was likely due to how busy the restaurant was. However the two other meals and the appetizers were great! The manager that we spoke with about the meals was very professional and great as well.

Games were fun. Waitress came by twice had to keep asking other staff for stuff. Had a lettuce wrapped cheeseburger the lettuce was bitter and the burger was chalky from the grill.

I know it’s been a while since getting to D&Bs. I remember the power card meals were a little smaller, but good. Attached is a pic of the new sliders and ribs meal. What the hell man! They cut the Hawaiian rolls to make them smaller and then cut the burger meat to fit. The ribs were also tiny. I usually don’t expect a huge amount of good, but cutting down an already tiny bun? Come on man!!Changed from 2 to 3 starts because they fixed the error. Thank you

Wish they would have the ESPN+ MMA fights on but aprently they only do PPV showings. Other then that its a blast for all ages. VR was a lot of fun. Reccomend the Jurassic World one for easier on the eyes and the men in Black is an intense vr expierence.

Lots of fun arcade games to choose from. However they need to maintain the equipment some of the steering wheels are broken, also the air hockey machine needs new equipment. Now onto the food options, they have a decent menu. Our food was served to us within reasonable amount of time considering how busy the place was. I ordered the bang bang chicken and I did not like how it was filled with soy sauce. The chicken quesadillas were not good. All in all it was a decent location.

The food was fried that we had that day, but dave and busters has some nice choices on the menu that arent. the bar has tons of drinks to sip on. their snow cone drinks are so yumm, and taste like the memories of growing up chasing the ice cream man down for a little summer refreshment.

Lets just say I wouldnt go for the food and drinks alone. They have an almost overwhelming number of choices on their menu which makes me tend to play it safe and go with something basic. They have good variety of cocktails and your typical bar beverages, however I can find better prices else where. The arcade is fun, especially since as an adult you can play some games while enjoying a couple of drinks. Overall its a fun place to check out.

Food was really good. The atmosphere was fun and inviting. The food/game card special was nice. And our all time favorite MLB catcher was there... Salvador Perez! We didnt get a photo because he was with family and I think its rude to interrupt family time. But it was fun seeing him there

Great place to have fun but took a star off because they removed the drink call buttons from games. It was really nice to not stop playing or not wait at the bar for a drink and removing the call button kills my mojo.

Dimly lit, very crowded, and it seemed like 1/3 of the games werent operational. Staff also seemed hard to find.The billiards area was actually pretty nice and shuffle board was fun.Probably not something I would want to do often because its just not my cup of tea. But for being, essentially, an adult arcade, Dave and Busters is exactly what you should expect.

What a great midweek family outing place. Wednesday is half price games. Soooooo we are enjoying half price drinks and $5 small bites (selection is slim) but still a great deal.Holy game room Batman... they remodeled and revamped the menu! Classed the place up with more video games and of course the famous arcades we all love. The menu has a large selection that meats more health needs

This place needs some serious help.I definitely do not recommend their menu. Its a fraud within itself. The Nachos looked nothing like the picture they had in their menu. Instead we ended up with stale over microwaved dry as a bone chips hardly any cheese or toppings. We ordered steak nachos, and got nachos sprinkled with what looked like chicken pox scabs... Although the manager w(and Haylee our waitress who was amazing) and genuinely concerned with our dissatisfaction, and offered to redo the nachos, I declined. I was put off by them so much we just ordered wings instead. Which were excellent....but not impressed with Dave and Busters. My last time there...

We went for a work party. The server was not very good! Food was okay but we had a blast on the virtual reality ride. That alone made the whole night fun!

We are in town because one of our sons is in the childrens hospital and we took his twin out to get some time out of the hospital and to celebrate his brother doing good. We came here and it was the best experience we have every had. The waiting stay was super nice the manager was great and the food was excellent and will be taking both our sons when he gets out of the hospital. I recommend this place

Omg so much food. Portions are huge. Leftovers fer daysssss. The food is so good. The mac and cheese does not disappoint. Just very yummy overall. And the arcade section has a lot of modern games such as angry birds and mario kart. Its pretty cool here. Even for adults

Why only 3 stars: Overall pleasant experience and good service, but for the price the food fell far short.The kiddos had a wonderful time with the games and 5$ appetizers (happy hour), wonderful job there. If you factor in a full meal though, Power Play is a better value.Additionally, I ordered the Fire-Grilled Stake with Bacon-wrapped shrimp.- Stake was mostly gristle, well-done on half and raw on the other half (a feat in itself)- Veggies were mostly salt- Shrimp rubber- Presentation paled to the menu image (expectation vs delivery)Will come back for the games, but probably not the food.

My kids are in college, so this is the perfect place to go where adults can be kids. We had a great time

The food took a really long time to come out, we were probably waiting for about 45 minutes from the time we ordered to when it came out. It was a Saturday night and the place was packed though, plus we were sitting in the bar area. The games are fun, if you download the app you can get $20 of game credit for free.

This is a great place for adults and kids alike. The video games are plentiful, updated, and fun to play. They have games for all ages to play. They even have a virtual reality Jurassic Park game. The food is tasty and fresh with an option to make a combo deal with a game card. The cocktails are made to perfection. The location of Dave & Busters is in the middle of a nice shopping district.

The day shift employees and management do a great job. Very friend and personable, even with kids. The games typically work well. This is unlike at other locations where many are out of service. They also turn the AC on at this location. I have been to some D&Bs (like St Louis) were its so hot during the summer we just left.

Food was great. Service takes a while. I sit down and am just wondering when someone will finally come over. When she did, she did a great job. Also there needs to be a way added to those machines where if you forget your account password you can change it.

My sons had a blast. The 10 yr old played games and the 1 yr old loved the lights.
