With everything going on, its hard to get out and still have fun. Covid has made it so had on everyone! We fun is all we had here thanks to the employees Ethan, Kira, Jose (our bartender), and one other girl that worked with Ethan that night in laser tag. Going out for a couples birthday wasnt half bad. Service was above and beyond and we were all Very Impressed. Please keep up the Excellent Service. Will Be Back!

Fun place to take the kids before or after dinner. Only issue is we lost money on the photo machine. And 1000 points when we hit a jackpot on one of the games. But the front desk rep was nice and added points onto our card when we brought it up to her.

We’ve visited here a couple times. Mostly games, but we finally bowled last night. They check temps at the door. They grab your bowling balls for you. And they were keeping every other lane closed to keep everyone distanced. The staff was all very courteous and professional and we really enjoyed our time there. It cost about $56 for my family of four to bowl for an hour. And they were even able to push up my reservation for me when I wanted to go earlier on a Saturday! Really enjoyed our time here and would recommend to others.

I went there with my husband and our 20yr old son, just to get out of the house. We love places like this, arcades, basketball, skeetball etc. They also have bowling and other games. You have to wear a mask (which is great yo protect ppl), and an ice cream parlor. That was kind of pricey, the Gelato, and the mint chocolate chip was horrible, tasted like sugar and ice,like it was separated somehow. The price was not bad. We paid $10.95 to play unlimited games. Some things are not included with this..like the virtual games and the claw machines. And you dont get any tickets to redeem for prizes. But we went there to have fun and compete with each other for bragging rights. Definitely will go there to play and have fun with friends and family.

Has pool tables so thats pretty cool. Very family friendly. Really like how this place is time consuming. Food is decent. Customer service is ok. Its a hit & miss. Autumn is cute lil girl that was so nice to us. Very sweet & helpful. I can tell she was smiling through her mask :)

My wife and I visited labor day weekend. The staff was helpful but extremely slow to respond everywhere in the building. It was not overly crowded at all, but we were left waiting with other unhappy guests for the zip line for far too long. A server never appeared though we were told one would while we were bowling. The bar staff was not only incredibly slow at making drinks they were plain rude. My wife waited to order a drink and food only to be ignored by a man that locked eyes with her before throwing up his hands as if annoyed he had a job to do. He never served my wife. The other female bartender ignored her as well. My wife was so upset by the bartenders we left early to find food elsewhere. I spent way too much money to be treated this way. We will likely never return after be treated this way.

Super friendly staff. Pretty pricey, but my kid had a blast. Group next to us were all adults and taking shots and having a blast too. Great that I still felt comfortable having a family night while at the same time I was also thinking this would be a cool place to get some friends together at as well.

Wish I could give zero stars. I have been on the phone for 25 minutes continuously ringing with no answer. Absolutely ridiculous, never even got connected to a single person. I was going to come in for bowling, but decided after waiting with no service for that long that I’d spend my money elsewhere. I understand it’s Friday night and things are busy, but your employees can answer a 5 minute phone call. It’s not hard.

The main event burger is HUGE! I gave my wife about a third and I was still stuffed.Big shout out to our server Sarah. I never had to ask for refills on my tea after she got the idea I drink a lot of tea.

Even with all the masking and craziness my whole family had a great time. Better than i expected!! And very clean and great staff!!

It was overpriced and so loud. We were about the only ones in there at the time and had to yell to speak. Also, theres a station by the front door where someone is supposed to take your temp and have you sign in. No one was there. There was a girl at the desk 30 feet away and she just watched us wait there until we finally walked back.

Definitely I will go back again it was so much fun.

I had a lot of fun! The prices were good, we even got 2 free timed play cards for buying food while we bowled. The arcade was great, there was always something to do. The gravity zone was okay, its not my thing, but my boyfriend enjoyed himself. My only issue was that the service was slow, we sat at the bar and waited awhile to be served when there were only 2 other customers who had already gotten their drinks and food. Other than that, it was fun and I would love to go again!

My grandchildren had a blast. They bowled, played lazer tag, climbed. Food was excellent. The staff was always available with great service. Guaranteed, if you are a grandparent you will go home tired.

The faucet water pressure sucked. I had to take dramamine because i was so sick after a ride . over all pretty fun.

Great family place. Something for everyone, from bowling, laser tag, video games for the kids to pool and shuffle board for the adults. Great food and drinks, tvs every where for watching sporting events, music videos, or what ever else they have on.

Arcade was fairly expensive, but a huge assortment of games that worked well! The bowling alley was cool and worked great (no lane or scoring malfunctions). Lanes have automated bumpers, which is awesome if bowling with kids and adults. The food looked good, but we didnt eat.

My son and I visited this place for the first time and it was a great experience. The food was good and reasonably priced. The Gravity Ropes course was a great experience for my son. The only reason why I couldnt give it 5 stars is because of the prices for games. Theyre not horrible but I feel like they were a little pricey. Overall great experience though.

This place was so fun. I feel like Dave and Busters has some of the same arcade games but there was definitely more hands on stuff to do. Bowling and Lazer tag and zip line. Plus there is a restaurant inside. And a nice bar.

Great place to take the kids, that also have adult activities! We went on a monday and spent 5 hours there.

My daughter and I went here for a school fundraiser. I was very impressed. This is a great place to take my daughter after work for a little diversion from the minutiae of life. They have options for unlimited play with a set price for a set time. I found this to be a good value. My only complaint is that not all of the games are included. I wish that they would either change this or offer the option to upgrade the card, so we could truly play any game.

We had a great time and the kids loved it. There is plenty to do and even when theres a line for one thing, theres something else to do while waiting. Kids loved the laser tag and sky rope course. We spent hours bowling and playing some pool . Its great.

The food here is amazing! Thats only the beginning. I was there for about 6 hours and never got bored. The staff is friendly and attentive. The whole building was clean and presentable. I would recommend this place to anyone I know.

Threw a birthday party for my twins at Main Event today. The staff was amazing and took care of everything including packing up all of the presents and leftovers to a wagon to make it an easy single trip out to the car. They included a round of laser tag, time on the gravity ropes, arcade time and pizza and best of all was that the party coordinator managed it all. The kids all had a ball.

Had a great time with my family. Games are a little expensive. But bowling alley was real nice and the food we had was great and there was plenty.

Did the play and eat combo and got the wings which were huge and totally worth it they were amazing. Bowling was fun. I got the cheesy bacon fries which were ok tasted like nacho cheese on top. If i do it again Ill try the nachos. The serving sizes were pretty big!

They seperated Lazer tag game room but not groups ?? Makes no sense. I never saw anyone walking around cleaning machines. I went to buy a water and the girl.rillwd her eyes and came back with a cup of water. It was a disappointing experience

I went here with my entire family (age range from 3 to 50) and everybody had an absolute blast! We got a phenomenal deal and were able to play laser tag, bowling, the sky walk, and all sorts of arcade games. There is also food served here and the pizza was amazing. Be ready to spend a lot of time here!

Great fun with the kiddos and hubby. Were visit this location all year long but would be great if we could get some heat during the winter...its freaking cold! Do come with at least a jacket to wear around.

This is a great place to take the kids for fun. Its a little pricey, but they have options such as $7 per person unlimited play for activities like bowling. I found this worth it because we bowled first then played in the arcade, and came back and bowled another couple of games. The games in the arcade area range from $1-$5. The food price is pretty reasonable as well. The service here is on point. One of the managers named Chris noticed my girls were struggling with bowling and asked if he could get them a bowling ramp. He also helped us by taking or food order when we were ready to eat.

The games are always clean. I would give some of the staff a 3/5 though.

Very high priced activities and very loud. If you have a hearing aid, it can be painful. They need more sound absorbing materials everywhere. They also need to disinfect the place more often due to the traffic of people. I dont think we will return for any purpose in the future. The food was not the best, and the atmosphere was very noisy. Great place to entertain kids if you have a champagne budget.

This place is huge . Great Group Staff Helpful . Safe place. Only reason no 5 star paid for card for games to play. It was loaded UNLIMITED and it worked on some games not all. You could only swipe 1 game at a time . So if you have 2 kids hope it works for both . But Good place . Go Pacman ..

Very fun going, I didnt have to pay since I went to two birthday parties but everything was definitely fun. Most parties include bowling, pizza, Laser Tag, and gravity ropes. My staff was definitely awesome since she was so cool and was like best friends with the whole party.

All you can play laser tag was a lot of fun. Dropping to 4 stars because they said they were understaffed and took over 30 minutes to get the first game going. But once we started playing we didnt stop until we were ready to leave.

One of the guys at Laser tag was so enthusiastic. He was honestly great to be around and made the games a lot more fun. Before I knew it I spent $200 on just laser tag. Maybe next time I should just buy a day pass, huh. He’s just such a nice guy and made my day that much better, employees like that make life worth living.

We had our work Christmas Party at the Main Event this last Saturday and had the absolute best experience! Rita made everything so easy and entertaining for us, she is such a doll! I would highly recommend this place for any type of party or just for a fun outing with family or friends!

Great time here! Lots of games. The only bad part was the long wait to bowl. But you can enjoy games till then.

I get it. It was way busier than expected for a Monday night (even though its the day before Christmas Eve). But, the service is literally non-existent. Our final round of drinks (which sat at the bar) took almost 30minutes to arrive to our table. Not to mention $12.00 for a shot is a little ridiculous (and yeah I would not consider them a double). The manager working that night was extremely unprofessional and was forcing everyone out 10min past closing. We explained that we had just received our drinks and would appreciate some time to finish them, but he wasnt having it. So if you are adamant on kicking everyone out right at midnight and it takes 30min to get your drinks than you should stop serving at 11pm (and yes we had made transportation arrangements). Not sure if we will be back. And, I dont need to email the manager as my wife will be calling that person in the morning.

Had family in from out of town who had not been before. We played laser tag, lip line and played games. My cousins also played a couple games of pool. I spent about $18 but thats on the cheap end. They probably spent $30. We had a blast! Will definitely go back.

Went bowling today. We arrived during a sweet spot when not many people were there and was able to get unlimited bowling for $13/person (including shoes). It was fun and worth the money.

Our 5 year old grandkid had plenty of fun. We just did the arcade games (also skee ball, air hockey, etc). Had some pizza and a drink, too. Good fun evening. Id recommend doing the unlimited play evening for the best deal (especially for kiddos that arent good at video games or love unlimited play.

Employees dont care about the customer. Paid for a laser tag ticket and had to wait 20 minutes even though we were the only ones in line.

Bowling lanes (my main draw) are pretty high quality. Arcade selection appeared good but not as good or cheap as dedicated arcade bars.

My experience was great. But the best part was your employee Grant. I’ve never experienced a worker so nice and dedicated to his customers. He even taught me how to bowl properly.

In love with the gravity ropes! Since going out to the tree top place Ive wanted to find somewhere to do something similar, the gravity ropes are similar! Laser tag is also super fun with plenty of space to play in. Plenty of bowling lanes, and they bring food to those tables. Didnt try the arcade, as Id rather play the more active activites.

So I spent about $50 for my little niece its where she wanted to go for her birthday present we had hours of fun the place was very tidy and I felt like we had it all to ourselves they had an arcade,bowling,and billiards if you want a place to take a group of friends I suggest this place they have something for everyone

A safe fun plave for kids of all ages. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The food was delicious with a wide variety of choices. The food was something I would expect from upscale restaurant without the price. Great place for families to spend a day or evening.

There was a machine that had an error but just needed to be reset. I waited in line to ask a staff member to reset the machine. He asked if I wanted a refund. I explicitly told him I was there to get someone to fix the machine. He didnt seem to care but told me hed send someone after it.Thirty eight minutes later, nothing had been done. I stopped the next random employee who walked by and he reset the machine for us. But it should have never gotten to that point. Furthermore, the VR machines were out of masks and sanitizer.I get the feeling that managers just dont care about this place and I have no idea how they get repeat customers.

Lots of fun with my 17 year old granddaughter. When grandchildren gety older, it is hard to find things to do with them. This fit the bill in so many ways...video/virtual games, paintball, gravity/balance path. Looking forward to returning to try new activities/games the next time we are in town.

Went here a few weeks ago, it was a lot nicer than expected. I enjoyed the bowling and games, it’s a lot more spaced out than other arcades.

My husband and I were looking for a fun place for our inner children to have some sober fun! This was a great pick! The shuffle board was nice! The pizza to die for. So many fun arcade games we didnt know existed! Highly recommend this place for children of all ages!

Chose to have my daughters 12th birthday here. It was fun, the employees were great, our party host Steven was cool. His boss, I believe Carisa, was absolutely amazing and very helpful. The reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is because our table/party area was reserved until 145 our host so he took us over for our laser tag session and said we could keep our stuff at the table because we had enough time. We came out of laser tag at 130 and our table was cleared, all our drinks and coats were stuffed to the side and it was hectic trying to figure out where our stuff went. None of the employees told us or said where our stuff was. The people for the next party was already setting up and moving in and looking at us like we were in their space. Our host didnt know because he was busy being awesome and playing laser tag with us. I get that they had several parties coming in but I paid for my time, I was disappointed with that.

Good time for the kids, they had a lot of fun. The gravity ride is really a blast for my 10 year old. The food is decent. Not too bad at all. Portion sizes are smaller. The drinks are good and prices for beer are about average. The service is always slow. Sat again at a high top table at the bar and server was the bartender, she forgot about us a lot. Happens almost every time we have been. I think honestly they are just poorly trained in this aspect. Ordered a beer and took twenty minutes to get out to me. Almost as long as my food. Same for the Pepsi my daughter ordered. Honestly though we dont go for the food or drinks, so there is that. We go for entertainment. Unfortunately we will be back...

This place has lots to do, but its fairly pricey. I wouldnt mind seeing a pass to play as many video games as you feel like in a day. They have something like it, but its only for bowling and laser tag.

We had our annual company event there. Everyone had a great time. We rented out the Hall and the servers were very courteous and responsive. We definitely plan on doing it again!

Overpriced, slow service and poor attitude. I have been to this place on three separate occasions in the past year. During busy times and slow times, it doesnt seem to make a difference.

Cool place!

This place is clean and well kept. However the gaming side seemed to be very expensive which was a putoff for taking a young child. The selection of games was not much different than some other places my son likes to go to. He did like the laser tag and other options of things to do.
