As soon as we parked,we noticed 3 guys standing around a car drinking whiskey & smoking weed,not even trying to hide their activity. Then upon entering we noticed immediately a stinky smell. Then we were quickly turned away told they have a tournament going on & we wouldnt be able to bowl until after 3pm. This was super frustrating considering I called ahead & was never told anything about a possible tournament. I do not recommend this business!

I had a lot of fun. It was a packed house for cosmic bowling but any time with friends and loved ones are definitely great times and KC Bowl helped to make it even better.

Actually a very good place!!

We bowled for two hours, one lane, six people for about $40. The package includes a big bowl of popcorn and a small soft drink. We ordered . It was good. Pitcher of beer $10. Special bowling for kids. We played angry birds. A lot of fun and staff was friendly. Arcade also.

If I could give less than a one star I would. My friends called me up telling me they were bowling with the family at Rock n bowl, so I decided to let my son go. We didnt get up there tell 11 and bowling ended at 12. When I walked in the guy asked if he could help. I told him my son was gonna bowl and I was just gonna watch. He was so rude to us told me I had to pay for both of us. That was no problem it was the fact he was so nasty to us. I use to take my kids there over summer break but I guess we will have to find somewhere new. I paid $26 for one game and horrible service.

Bowling was fine. Customer service at the food/bar was great. There is always a but....after spending $50 in the arcade. We won 567 tickets. The older heavy gentlemen behind the counter says 500 tickets. Im a 48 year old man and the tickets are not the point but I mentioned to him unless my math was wrong its 567 tickets not 500. He shuffles the multiple tickets and then says I just estimated. I replied well I counted 567. He said 550. I just laughed and said Im not arguing over arcade tickets with you but there werw 567 not 500 or 550.

Great atmosphere to enjoy family filled fun

I live pretty close to the alley but it took me 3 years to go here. Did the Saturday night cosmic bowl thing. It was awesome. Solid set up and system (scoreboard and whatnot) is easy to interact with. Also, includes fun graphics on the board for added bonus. Music is great with multiple genres. Not too loud which is nice. Food is standard alley food. Meaning its awesome. Beer is good. MAKE A RESERVATION FOR SATURDAY NIGHT!!! They fill up quick and your chances for getting a lane without one are slim. 13 bucks a person. Starts around 930. Boom.

We called this morning to reserve a lane and were told it would be open bowling around the time we were looking to go. We arrive at the bowling alley and were told that due to “a popcorn special” we could only play 1 game. Typically not a big deal- however I called and spoke to someone this morning. Not that I expect glorious customer service from a bowling alley- but how frustrating. Disappointing experience. Work on the customer service. How do you know I didn’t want the popcorn special? It certainly wasn’t offered to my family.

This place has a great atmosphere. Great beer selection. And a great place to bring your family to have a really great time. my wife and my daughter had an exceptionally good time while they were bowling and I had a few beers from the bar. the people behind the counter were very nice and helpful I would recommend anybody coming to KC bowl.

Charged me $17.41 for 2 games before shoes. Boy told me that games were only 4.75 each but charged for 4. Boy wasnt very polite either. Acted like he hated being there. Arcade games were ok if they worked. Air hockey stole coins. They had play at your own risk stickers on most (not that one but some of the others) which tells me they dont take care of their stuff. Pins during games would get stuck too.

Needs to update there website info. The worker was kind of rude while telling me and my family we couldn’t bowl because they had a bowling league coming at 5. I feel like they should put that information on the website so they don’t waste our time and disappoint the kids.

KC bowl is a pretty nice area nice family outing to go, and myself personally the lanes are pretty good. and not bad at all you know how some floors can be uneven or bumpy theres pretty smooth.

Ive grown up in this place. Worked here around 2003. Its family friendly. Been the same manager my whole life. Good prices. Always keeping up with trends and improvements. Steady and friendly staff. All sorts of leagues. Open bowling and hosting parties/gatherings.

Went cosmic bowling here a few times, love the place the people and the energy!!

Called a few days ago to ask about family bowling special and was told they wont reserve the lanes. So I was there when they opened the door at noon today and was told all the lanes were reserved by call in today. First of all if you dont take reservations then how are they all reserved? Second, if you take calls the day of then why are you answering the phone before opening to the public. So, our family fun day will never take place there again.

Rude employees. Rude patrons. Place used to be great but now its just awful.

Staff is unfriendly. Showed up at 8:15 PM to bowl. They wouldnt let us pay and bowl because they started the cosmic bowl at 9:30 PM and didnt think an hour and 15 minutes was enough time to complete one game...we will not return to this bowling alley. There are plenty of nicer, more customer friendly bowling alleys in the KC area!

Very busy tonight. Had to wait over 30 minutes, so lost 30 minutes of bowling. Usually a very fun outing at a reasonable price. Six sodas, big bowl of popcorn, shoe rental, and all the bowling you want for $32. Good deal!

My son participates in a youth bowling league at KC Bowl. Weve always had positive experiences here. the staff is friendly, and the facility is clean. They have updated monitors and flat screens, which are user friendly. The snack bar has your typical yummy foods, including a huge portion of team nachos, and one of my favorites - fried mushrooms.

I bought a new bowling ball and new bowling shoes for my wife and my self. The pro shop manager was really helpful and knowledgeable. I will buy from there again.

My lady friend that I arrived with was signed up to bowl in League Play. I enjoyed cheering her on. The handicap makes things a little more interesting.

A great family Bowling Center. Lockers to store your stuff. Arcade for the children. Theyve updated equipment, and Furnishings, within the last few years. A handful of really great staff. Then bowling there since I was about 4, even worked there for a little while, about 10 years ago.

Sadly, CLOSED! Building torn down, now an empty lot. Its a nice bowling alley. They have a small game room, eating area - the standards. I havent been there in a few years, but its busy - has leagues, and the local community college uses it for bowling classes - plus, it has the cosmic bowl on Fri or Sat evenings, music, lights will be the bowling!

Original:2018 The bowling alley has newer equipment and TV/ monitors. I can always get a lane even outside of normal open bowling hours. The food is reasonable priced. The kiddos will like the arcade area and they offer daily specials and discounts.Update 2019: subtracted a star. Came on a quiet Wednesday. All the workers were older and very grumpy. I sat next to the register and listened as they complained about every customer request. I asked for a small cup so the tokens I was buying my children for the arcade room didnt fall on the floor. Even with stacks of cups right behind them 2 separate employees just rolled their eyes and said they couldnt help me. It was weird to have that type of customer service experience when it hasnt happened before.

Didnt go in because they wanted 13 bucks just to walk in. Should make a sign/notice saying that on the front door. And be a bit more polite in informing patrons of that rule.

Good food. Had pizza and team nachos with fried mushrooms. Took four little kids and used a helper ramp for the smallest so they could move the ball down the lane. $30 for for kids and on adult one game and shoes not to bad.

I left this alley a review a couple of months ago with 3 stars...Im going to have to take this place down to a 1 star.Im not usually one to play the race card but Im convinced this place is borderline racist. They told me one thing on the phone, that there were quite a few lanes open, but we get there 30 minutes after I call and all of a sudden all the lanes are booked for a popcorn special?! But we could pay full price to bowl for 45 minutes until the special that takes up EVERY lane starts? Ummm that info couldnt be explained before I wasted my time, or did my face and my childrens faces not match who you thought I was by speech via telephone?I love to support local business but this place has lost not only my business, but I also dont recommend my family or friends.

This is a great bowling alley. They truly care about there customers and want them to have a good time. I previously had a bad experience there; however, the manager made it up to me with free games and apologized/ explained to me the issue they were having with the ball returns. I thought this was very professional and showed they want everyone to have a good time here. Thank you KC Bowl for taking care of your customers.
