Nice smaller park... Basketball court is closed... They have 6 swings and climbing playground. Would help to have some areas with closing gate to assure smaller kids dont run into roads. They also have a small baseball field and a picnic area.

The park is lovely however a bathroom would make it perfect

Love this park its kept clean and sprayed for bugs etc . Great place for small kids

This is a nice shaded park with metal equipmen in great condition. There is shaded parking facing the park so you they parents can stay in the car and still keep an eye on their kids. Pokemon go stop at the park as well. All in all fantastic place to take the kids even on a hot day.

Great neighborhood meeting place for picnics and partys. Needs a second picnic table! Table has an overhead shelter which is nice for rainy season. The basketball courts are lighted and almost always in use. Nice play ground with a slide and a climbing gym for the children. The play area is enclosed with gates and two entrances which is especially great at a picnic. The park has a baseball field and is adjacent to a small shopping center on the corner of San Jose Blvd and University Blvd West. There is a large grassy area for games of all kinds. It is always clean and comfortable. Its a great asset to have such a nice park in our neighborhood.

I grew up in this area, and went to school with Some of the crabtrees. This is the park of my youth, and will always hold special memories for me.

We love this place. We look forward to cooking a gourmet meal on the grill and share it with whoever shows up on the 2nd Saturday. The kids love the playground and the baseball diamond. The basketball courts and in good shape.** Thank you COJ for having Porta potties.

Ample parking for such a small park with a small playground. Busy road makes it a bit noisy today. Enough wide open area to play field sports. Basketball court... Not much else.

Very quaint and right next to Publix to get a drink if it gets too hot!

Check the area before you let your kids play. Twice I have found used condoms on the ground by the picnic tables.

Quaint city park with playground, basketball courts, and baseball/softball diamond. Huge plus is that there is tons of shade!
