Employees dont wear mask at all. No social distancing and there was no sanitation in between use of go cart or games at all. Not even periodically being sanitized. Bathroom had no soap and when we ask about getting soap, the employee first ask, was it the regular or handicap soap? Then said well either way we been trying to get soap for weeks. Completely not the response you want to hear especially during this COVID 19 season...smdh. I was down here visiting and I can assure you I will not be back.

Staff here were so friendly and helpful. Some games ripped off coins or tickets owed but the staff all made sure it was taken care of or refunded. Go carts and lazer tag were so much fun!

This place is a dumpster fire. Most machines are broken and so when you tell the employees they are quite understanding and will credit you (which is nice). Ive never seen this place in its glory days but its nothing compared to its sister at the Beach. Barely any arcade style games; theyre mainly machines focused on winning tickets. Not a good place to take your young ones (5+) unless you want to go put-put or go-karting.

Super friendly. Used a coupon for go karts where you buy a ride get the second ride free my kids loved that idea.

Our gokart experience was the best, the 3 hour unlimited gokart, laser tag, and golf was totally worth it! Definitely be going back soon!

I came to this place, willing to have a nice time but sadly, i did not. It ended up adding onto the tuff day that i had. The customer service was horrible! Employees was not greeting at all and was very rude.

Loved this place. Was a great place to go and relax. The workers were all friendly and kind. When my laser didnt work the guy stopped our time and restart it just so i can actually play. The manager helped us when we ran into an issue even though he was busy doing his job he didnt want us to wait. The pit crew was amazing. We got to go around for 1 ticket in a double instead of paying for two rides because my kart was slow. Overall was an amazing time definitely coming back!!!

We only got to play for about 10 minutes before it began to rain and we are very appreciative that we got a rain check. Looking forward to coming back soon and playing our two games.

We went as a last minute trip right before school and 3ven with masks it wasnt awful. We were able to have fun, out of the rain and it wasnt crowded at all.

We always have a blast bringing the kids here. We are looking forward to it opening up again after the pandemic is over. They have go karts, water park, arcade games, a gift and candy shop, and our favorite, LASER TAG where our company shirts glow! Highly recommended for a fun spot to bring family and friends.

We went and played laser tag, mini golf, and rode the go carts with a Groupon deal I purchased for three attractions. We thoroughly enjoyed the laser tag and go carts but, the mini golf was a challenge to get through with our five and six year old children. We will return again sometime soon and play more in the arcade as well. Overall was a great way to kill some time with the kids. Wouldnt recommend grabbing food here - cant speak for the quality because we didnt eat but, $6 for a slice of pizza is pricey!

A/c off with door open where the games are. So hot. First gocart wasnt working good. Had to get off and wait. During the second ride. To other gocarts. Girls had to get off and ride next. They didnt remove them. So it kept happening. First game we tried took our coins. No help. Had to go to the food area to ask. Told me I had to wait. I got my money and we left. Its not that big so it was kinda crowded and there wasnt that many people. If the a/c was on maybe the inside wouldnt have been as bad. Also need another employee to handle the games. Fix gocarts and remove them when they need tuning

I was highly disappointed in the attitudes if the staff. From the main desk, to the coupon exchange, to the food area. One young man that was working the floor was extremely helpful. Young WM with curly maybe wavy hair, he had a hat on but unfortunately I didnt get his name. He was the only employee I and my family encountered inside that actually seemed to want to work there.Tickets kept jamming up, and several out of order. We lost more tokens then we got to play.We did not go outside so this simply applies to the inside arcade areas.Employees should have a much better attitude when interaction with the public is part of the job. I have been a manger and trust me plenty need jobs that would have no issues smiling and acting like its a fun place to be at.Highly disappointed in todays visit. Really a shame to have to leave such negative remarks. We typically enjoy it here but the last few visits seem to feel like we are bothering the employees.We will just move on to other attractions and visit occasionally to see if customer service improves.

Very Poor customer service.I have purchased 3 annual passes and due to Covid-19 I do not feel safe taking my family up there. I also live 3 hours away. They refuse to give me a refund and my only option is to transfer my passes for 2021 season.Rick Deutscher General Manager expects me to drive 3 hours just to get my passes transfer to 2021..???? Is this fair? Is this customer service? Could there be anything done online so I dont have to drive 3 hours to have my tickets transfer to 2021 since is that my only choice???

Was happy to see this place opened back up. Before entering they check everyones temperature. Which I appreciate the effort. We arrived at 5 pm and the parking lot had 5 cars total. Once inside there were about 4 families. So not crowded. We did the reopen deal which included 5 attractions. Mini-golf was fun. The go-carts required my son to be taller which the salesperson could have mentioned because that means he could only potentially do 4 attractions. The grasshopper was too baby so he skipped that. Laser tag was fun particularly because a SWEET young lady who was on the staff played tag with my son since he was the only one playing at that time. The arcade was VERY disappointing. Most games were out of order. Some did not give out tickets which is horrible for a super competitive 9 y/o. SO he played basketball 30 times because nothing else was really interesting. Even that game would not give out tickets every other play. At the end, the cheap prizes options were things that will probably be in the trash before we make it back home. Overall, it was fun to get out in a safe space and have a little fun. Not sure if this place will be on our list the next visit.

This place needs a major upgrade as its fairly run down. Lots of games took my kids tokens. Staff is pleasant enough and food is good and reasonably priced.

Im giving 2 stars due to the amount of games that have been out of order for such long period of time. The customer service was good. Ill have to say that the staff made it better, but it still doesnt help that so many games didnt work! Have to say I wouldnt recommend this location nor will be returning back. Just felt that after 4 months they wiuld have the games up and running.

Our kids love going here during the summer. I loved all the updates the water park has made for the toddlers. We’ve also held birthdays here and have been to a paw patrol event here. Lots and lots of fun for the little ones.

For game part they deserve 5 stars. However the staff part I would only give 3 stars. It’s not because they are not nice but they are just too slow. For one small issues it takes 4-5 employees to solve when there is a long waiting line. They needs to improve that part otherwise this place deserves 5 stars for sure!

It was fairly priced location

Customer service was pretty bad, it almost felt like we were an inconvenience to be there. Most of the games were marked out of order and the rest either took the tokens without allowing to play it didnt spit out the tickets. It was also extremely hot inside.

FUN, FUN, FUN!!! We had no wait, we went on a Monday at open and it was a blast. The staff was nice and friendly, younger crowd. We brought our 7 and 10 year old and me and my husband and paid 77$ for three attractions, you can pick. Laser tag, mini golf, go karts. You can mix and match or do them all we did them all. We had so much fun. The arcade is a little shotty and a lot of the arcade games dont work, but nice all the same.

Fri night special. $20 for 4 to play unlimited laser tag and mini golf and a pizza from 6 pm to 10 pm.

Kahni was amazing, I won a jack pot multiple times tonight and he was very helpful. He had no problem fixing and refilling tickets. Very upbeat, making the long line before closing enjoyable. Thanks Kahni from your friends from Kansas!

We stopped at the Blanding Road location on our way back from Florida so our 3 kids could ride go carts and it had been raining but had stopped for approximately 1 hour. The attendants working said it would an hour until the track was dry enough to ride. After going to eat and coming back about an hour later that was still what they was telling us so we decided to play some games while we waiting. Most all of the games were broken or unplayable. Even the air hockey game was so bad that the puck would not slid across the board. There was multiple places in the building where water was leaking through the ceiling and all over the floor to where it dropped on us as we walked through the building. We was there for a few hours and still never got to ride the Go-Carts which is why we drove about 30 minutes out of our way home to go to this place. To say the least we was way more than displeased with our experience at Adventure Landing and would never return there again.

This place is horrible!!! I wouldnt even give it one star. 50% of the machines are broken. 3 machines took our money. 2 machines didnt give tickets out that we won. Out of the three ticket counters, only one works. So we had to stand in a line of people for us to count tickets. I asked the staff if they knew how to fix these machines and only one guy said kind of. But yet he just stood there like he didnt care there was a long line and continued to flirt with a girl co worker behind the prize counter. Horrible experience and I wont be coming back to this busted and ghetto adventure landing again.

The only thing to say is HOT. People were going to their cars to cool off. It was hotter upstairs where the party was at. They need to do something with the air in there it was better in the restroom but once I heard people going to their cars to cool off I did too.

Of course most of these establishments are similar. Abventure landing has provided fun amd entertainment to individuals and groups for decades. I cannot recall this place ever getting a major remodel. Mostly ran by teenagers which is not an insult just information. There are 3 main attractions. First are the go carts. Old, yet still fast enough to crash. When you crash, or your cart stops because it doesnt have enough ppwer to make it up a hill without a good headstart, be sure to have someone flag down an employee. Employees do not watch the course so uou can literally sit the entire session and never complete a lap until you receive help. I would recommend wearing safety glasses. You will get so much debris in your eyes they will still be itching the next morning. The mini golf is veru entertaining in groups, as well as the lazer tag.

A fun place to spend the day with your kids. Staff is friendly and cooperative. If your going to ride the go carts bring glasses or eyewear, otherwise you will be squinting and have a hard time seeing and risk eye injury. Have fun!

Not worth the money we spent. The mini gold course has not been cared for, it is also very small...not very entertaining. Go carts...fun for teens but they only have about 4 dbl seaters to take the younger ones on...plus about 4 more that are broken down. The staff....hahahahahahaha laughable at best. The manager was nice....ish. There was no one at the golf window to get a new ball from when my 8yr old lost his to the pond (mosquito breeding ground of mud and rain water). The two young guys running the go carts disappeared and there were two wrecks from teens that didnt know how to drive and they both just had to sit there about 20 mins until the workers appeared. The games inside...all cost about twice as much as the games at dave and busters and they give you a less than laughable amount of tickets if you win. Over all....this location is just old, small and run down. This is not a fun place to go at all. I would have much rather spent my money on anything better. I spent just about the same amount for 7hours of fun and games at Dave and Busters...and at least there is a bathroom that has soap. Yes...you read that right...the bathroom at adventure landing has absolutely NO SOAP. GROSS.

It is good for birthday parties and for kids to get out and do Social activities. The only thing is where the kitchen is they have some seats for adults and families to sit and in that location it is very hot. Me and my Mom sweated the whole time we were there we had my 14 year old a birthday.

If youre traveling to the Blanding Blvd location for the first time at dusk or later, you can CLEARLY miss the mark because there are no lights, no visible signs, and parking is in the back. It looks like its closed. After finding a spot to turn around, we headed back and upon entering, immediately think weve truly made a mistake. Its nothing like the Beach location and theres clearly not appropriate management here. With the highlight of the night being how long will the employees allow the unrefrigerated water fountain to run aimlessly by itself, when will someone help the new trainee with the long line of customers, we managed to feel somewhat at ease as a representative of JSO appeared to be on premises. The pizza we ordered, which was to be out in 10 mins arrived in 45 minutes after continually asking if our order was ready. Although it and its bundle pack buddy, 1 pitcher of Sierra Mist was well over priced at $34.95, I can say that its 8 slices were tasty and definitely cheesy. There are no refills on the drink and you are told promptly its $8.95 to refill, as if some type of deterrent. One thing I will say is that the kids seemed to have enjoyed themselves and they didnt mind the stale, questionable, and dated atmosphere the adults endured as we waited for them. They were happy with the little trinkets they were awarded after $40 in coins was played. Overall, well most certainly NOT be returning to this location (I prefer Beach Blvd) and I hope that my review will help at least 1 unsuspecting family.

This place is okay, but could use updating. My children had fun for the most part. But the Go- Kart operators were extremely rude and disrespectful to some children if they didnt operate the go karts perfectly. One operator was borderline aggressive. Im shocked that this young man is even allowed to work there, because he has no business working with children. This location is overpriced, too. We probably wont be coming back.

It was just OK, half of the games in the arcade either didnt work or kept malfunctioning. My kids enjoyed the go karts and laser tag thats about it.

Not much competition in Jacksonville so the place is alright. Some machines in the arcade are run down and do not work. A young man named Khani really made our visit. He was really into being helpful and having fun with us. Great customer service from an outstanding young man !

Great place! The staff are amazing. Helpful, energetic, professional, cheerful and efficient. They were clearly looking to give us a good time, not get the most money out of us. The grounds themselves are dated, but overall a great time.

The staff was kind, relatable, and attentive to my every need. The premises as a whole isnt horrible but many areas are quite dirty. A revamp of some games/activites and a paint job could really bring this place back to life. I have many good memories here from elementary school all the way up to a graduate. It’s fun. Especially the water park that I went to two times for my friend’s birthday party. It was so fun that she celebrated two of her parties there.

Well...they have a bigger crowd everytime Ive been bit they dont seem to be putting any money back into it at all....half of the machines did not work and staff was less than enthusiastic about doing anything.

The golf course is not lit up at night so you get bit by bugs and you need your phones light just to play, the arcade is always messed up with games not working and or tickets not coming out.. plus have the winning merch is broke or missing stuff.

Great place for families and friends to gather. Nice food and better games then in the past.

Half the games did not work and took our tokens with no return, all together probably $10 in tokens were wasted. None of the token machines worked, had to wait in food line to get tokens. The ticket machine kept jamming and didnt count half the tickets. Also, we observed several employees standing around talking while we cleaned off trash of one of the tables to sit at.

This location really seems to be great for kids but not younger adults. Most of the machines are broken and dirty looking. The outside area with go karts and golf is the best feature. Do not waste your money buying tokens here as the prizes are not worth it. I did spot 2 Funco pops for collectors.

Most of the laser tag game vest sensors did not seem to work. Stood next to two other players and shot them in sensors on there vest. Nothing happened. Several of the video games were out of order or stole tokens. The go cart operators seemed to apply rules inequally. Told some people they could not use two person carts by themselves yet later were allowing others to do so.The only saving party of day was mini golf.
