The place is a great place to go so the kids could have fun, but for a birthday party they need alot of work cost to much to be forgetting stuff. Was not pleased with my son birthday party.

A great place to bring the kids. They are very strict on their time and if you are between the half hour (as in, the quarter hour. i.e 7:15 or 7:45) you forfeit the quarter hour that has already past. They are up front about this though so just play in the great arcade for 15 minutes before heading to the trampolines. Vending machines are available for beverages. Water was $2 and Gatorade and soda was $2.50. I would recommend buying 1 hour at a time unless it is busy. My family could have went home happy at 1 hour but we bought 2 and stayed an extra 45minutes. We lost the 15minutes but we were ready to go.

Been going here with my friends since it first opened I was in 8th grade I’m now graduating class of 2020 and I haven’t went back since the pandemic started but I may give it a shot just because it’s been so long since I’ve done anything fun. Best experience I’ve ever had at a trampoline park. Been to countless others across the US and none compare to this. Biggest trampolines, best ninja course, most trampolines, coolest staff, you can’t beat this place fr.

Great place to visit with the whole family. Enjoy the trampoline, ninja obstacles, dodge balls, basketball etc. They also have a section for arcade and the second floor overlooking everything for the party section. The place is clean and well maintained.Prices are posted on the photo section

The employees publicly humiliate me and my girlfriend and followed us around and talking trash about us. I would not recommend going here there’s a better trampoline park on Roosevelt. Very disrespectful we spent 62 dollars and left a hour and a half early because we felt uncomfortable.

Had my son a birthday party here and it was a complete waste of money! The host was awesome seemed kinda new to the job but, I did not enjoy the experience of the party package. Due to the pandemic I had to serve my own food, drinks and cake, the pizza was from papa johns they charged me a arm and a leg for that and it was cold. The party manager told me one thing on the phone and when I got there it was totally different. Someone was walking around yelling at all the kids, for being kids! Asked her what was going on bc she wasnt professional about the situation and was ignored. Dont waste your money on a party here.

Visit quite often. Kids always enjoy themselves and me and my husband often jump as well. This visit was for my daughters flag football team. They just won county and division championship.

I understand about social distancing i get it, but when there is no one in the game room and you and your daughter wants to ride the roller-coaster video gamr and they wont let you. Just means to me someone is abusing their authority.

It was really nice. Opposed to other well-known trampoline facilities, this place had more fitness options and ample security. The staff was friendly and professional. The only con that I could mention were the snacks. Perhaps implementing a small concession stand would suffice. Other than that, I would definitely advise it as a quick visit to any traveler.

This one fat lady was only complaining to me about jumping across other trampolines but there were these full adults doing the same thing and not getting in trouble for it. This short chick with blonde tips was nice at first but then got mad for no reason.

Have been here several times. Majority of our visits were “good”. Our last experience was nothing to brag about. Staff seemed to care more about each other than what the kids were doing. All of the adults (4) in our group suspected one of the staff members was inadequate to be working (possibly on something).We are open minded so we “may” return after the changes are complete from Velocity to Flight Fit N Fun. Hopefully we (paying customers) will see improvements.

Good size place great for kids friendly staff , better than most of the jump parks and they also have some video games for the kids to play, also can actually jump with your kids which is a huge plus for smaller kids that want to play with their parents .

Place was dirty gross. Dirt and debris all over the floor. Nasty bandaid on the floor. The foam in the foam pits were all trashed and dirty and should have been replaced a long time ago. The dodgeball court netting was falling apart and should have been replaced as well. There was gum on pretty much every trampoline. And duct tape. I guess theres nothing duct tape wont fix, cause thats how they fix everything. My daughter wanted to try the swing, but it was closed for no reason while a lazy staff member sat on the couch playing on her phone. I bought 1 hour for my daughter, and after 50 minutes they were telling her times up. Apparently it is standard practice to sell hour passes for time slots that have already started. Basically they cheat you. This place amounts to nothing more than a disgusting disappointment. I will not be bringing my family here again.Update: after reading their reply about not having ducktape and cleaning the place i uploaded a few more pics i took while there. Lying in the responses you post certainly isnt helping your cause. Maybe instead of lying, you should just clean up you nasty place, fix all your broken stuff, and fire all the lazy people. Also, i was never told about waiting a few minutes to get a full hour. They just swiped my card and put a wrist band on my daughter. My Son chose this place for his Bday after we went around trying out various places. Place is huge. Staff is young, but friendly and attentive. 1hr was plenty of time for the kiddos to get worn out and to do all the jumping activities at least once. Would go again.

Great for kids. Adults can enjoy while watching or jumping with their little ones. Has 2 sections, one for toddlers and one for everyone else.

I called a week ahead of time to ask if it would be okay to surprise my son with cake and balloons for his 6th birthday (I live 5 hours away but was going to be in the area). I understood no outside food was allowed. The girl I spoke to said a cake and balloons was okay to bring. Then the following week I show up and all of a sudden they don’t recall saying a cake and balloons were okay to bring and said we’d have to pay $70 for 30 minutes to allow the cake to be served. I was planning on purchasing food and drinks and would clearly have spent over $70 so that was not the issue. The issue was ignorant and unprofessional staff. I do not recommend this place for a party or A fun afternoon. Save your money for somewhere with hospitality.

I have been to Velocity multiple times. I always love going and have never had a problem being a returning customer with the same group of people. We drive 45 minutes to enjoy a night off. We are all 20 years old and just like to go out, not doing anything we shouldn’t be doing. And one person for got their ID which has never been a problem since we have been there multiple times. So we drove all that way to be told we can not go. To be 45 minutes away not to be able to just simply drive back.

We took our 2 and 1/2 year older and he had a blast. He bounced, loved the foam pit and won prizes after playing video games. Best toddler times are from 930am to 1030am. But call for more details. Seems like big kids and adults would have a blast. They also host parties.

This is a great place to bring the kids and it was a great time. The reason it doesnt get 5 stars is because how expensive it was.We have a 8, 5, and 20 month old. Its 11$ for children 7 and under which is fair however, they should have an exception to toddlers. 11 bucks and he isnt even 2 yet. Then they make you pay for their (required socks) which are 3$ a piece.it atleast could be a flat total fee Bringing my total right under 60$ thats basically 20$ per child for an hr. That is insane.I probably wont be back because itll cost my family 100$ to jump for an hr .Please update these prices to be more family friendly and we will be back. Else wise it was an awesome experience outside of finances unfortunately I wont be back.

Pricing is fair and for what you get its relatively inexpensive. The quality of the trampolines is fantastic and the phone blocks and jungle climbing gear is great. They definitely keep up with their recreational equipment making sure that there are no rips or tears and you can tell if they wipe down the equipment at the end of day as well. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and be safe to standard is obviously important to the staff or how often they reinforce it with the younger kids. They also have a younger kids jumping area but it is kind of small. The Ninja warrior jungle gym area is pretty cool, my kids went crazy in it trying to conquer every obstacle and event. They offer good deals and military discount as well! Very pleased with the quality of this establishment, staff and entertainment options and will be bringing my children back again soon. If I had to complain about anything its that you have to purchase their socks which are inexpensive but they do degrade fairly fast. It does ensure though that everybody is jumping with clean socks on without bringing in any slippery or dirty footwear so Im not too upset about the socks.

Great family fun. Attended as a guest for a birthday celebration. Its the 2nd we have attended there. Staff was friendly and the trampolines were not overcrowded considering its a Saturday. Party areas should be a little larger when considering most attendees of a party will have parents attending and will need seating as well. All in all, Velocity offers many jump options at reasonable $$ price.

Great place to wear out overtly energetic children. Upstairs seating area for parents, only had 3 stools to sit on. If you want parents to stay for 2 hrs with their children provide comfortable seating.

Lots to do, gets rid of kids energy from all the jumping, inexpensive. On a personal note, seeing as I am in my 40s, I should prepare myself better next time. I am worn out. Great exercise though.

Nice place for indoor activity with kids. Also is good for celebrate Birthday Party. Them give you nice decorate tables, tokens for video games for every kid. Jumping pass for 1 or 2.hours for every person including adults on birthday party. About food ,inside is not cafeteria or kitchen but for parties them ordering for you pizzas , birthday cakes ,ice cream ,hot dogs. You have to many different packages avaliable. If you wants visit this place with you 2.kids over Saturday or Sunday for 2-3hours. Your cost for 3.People total is $45. What is not to bad ! Believe me after 2.hours jumping and climbing, your kids is start very tired and sleep all night with no any problem.

Great facilities with plenty for the kids to do, plenty of room for them to run, and a lot of areas for the parents to sit and watch. Prices are cheap plus they have military discounts.

Great place for kids of all ages. It is pricey. Not sure how families of multiple kids could afford to spend more than an hour playing. I would give it 5 stars if the pricing were better.

Took my kids here on fathers day. We had a blast. All of the staff was nice and helpful, which isnt always the case with places like this. I am a big guy, and they encouraged me to go have fun. This is a really great place for the whole family. My advise when you visit, is take advantage of the lockers.

One staff member was working the front desk with 3-4 different schools trying to register their camp. Arcade machines were disabled, but a sign was never put on the kiosk to say arcade machines were down. I waited in line over 15 minutes before chasing a staff member down to request a refund for the campers that purchased a game card. She refunded their money, but never took responsibility over the time that we lost and said the arcade games are not associated with their establishment.

Really fun place! They have trampolines, dodgeball, foam pits, trapeze, and a ninja warrior obstacle coarse. We got a good Groupon deal, 2 hours with 4 people for only $68.

Loved the Ninji course, foam pits (especially trapeze bar) and the arcade. Bring your own snacks. FYI, the sign out front is Velocity Air Sports!

Great place as long as your there before the rush. The parents of kids 7 and up dont watch them so they run over little kids, for sure. Otherwise its a great place!

Pros:-Little and big kids arent separated so if you have young kids and older kids, you wont have to split up. There is a young kids area, though.-Lots of areas to choose from. This place is huge!-many places for grownups to sit where the action is so you can keep an eye on the kids.-they do sell some snacks and have a few vending machines and water fountains.-kids are TIRED when done here. That is awesome.Cons:-hate to say it, but this place needs a deep clean. The mats are visibly filthy and it seems like they havent run a vacuum in a good while. The womens restrooms were in OK shape, the mens urinals were backed up.Hopefully this isnt the norm and maybe I just caught them at a bad time?-it is an investment to come here. 3 kids to jump set us back $60 (admission plus 2 pairs of socks)...for one hour. However, they dont charge for adults who dont want to jump.Overall, this place is worth a visit. It has many activities and the kids love it. It is nice to go to a jump place where the family can jump together when you have big age ranges.

I took my son for his birthday and he loved it. Its for jumpers of all walking ages. They have a small kid area (under 48 inches only), a mini American Ninja Warrior, Dodgeball area, Basketball area, jump pit, trapeze, and tight rope. They also had a game area thats non trampoline. They do have lockers for rent and plenty of sitting areas around the trampoline areas and outside of trampoline areas. Had lots of fun

The kids love this place! However, we never stay longer than 1 hour due to no hot foods. If they served any hot foods I think it would be even more successful. Hot dogs, pizzas, anything besides chips and candy.

From the first call asking about times and rates. Attitude. Get there and they couldnt stop blowing the whistle telling my nephew to Get Up you cant lay down. It literally was 3 seconds, after jumping around for ten minutes. This girl clearly didnt want to be here.

First time visiting. Brought my 9 and 3 year old daughters. Fair prices, great safety staff around every corner making sure no one is hurt or gets hurt.

The trampolines seem kind of stiff. And I loved the aerial ropes but recently they just took those down!!! I was really disappointed The cost to jump is reasonable also so that is definitely a perk

The best place to enjoy with the family.

Super fun place to go with groups or with family. You can choose to jump by hour increments, were usually worn out after an hour. You receive a colored wristband that differentiates when waves begin and end. Its a pretty safe environment, there are staff inside the jump zone that supervise. There is the main jump area, the dodgeball area, the basketball area, the obstacle course, the trapeze, a flip/foam zone, a balance ladder, and two tightrope areas. They also have an arcade, and a viewing area with tables for birthday parties and the like. So much to do! We always have a great time. A tip to you, save your socks! If you bring them with you the next time youll save on buying a new pair. Overall, Velocity is amazing!!

What a great inside activity center. Great fun no matter the weather.

We brought 14 children and adults to come and have fun. Parents filled out all necessary forms online and also provided copy of i.d. we did exactly as cashier advised us to do only to find out that manager said that the cashiers were wrong in what they told us. After about 45 minutes of them miscommunicating info we finally walked out and went to Jump Street for our trampoline fun. So much cheaper and everyone had a blast. Velocity just sold to another company and is overrated and over priced. Horrible experience. The staff laughed as we walked out. Not impressed. Dont go.

While many seemed to have fun, it was much too loud, hot and chaotic for us and our teens. We were there for a party and had to leave. The headache was intense and the party area designated wasnt private or quiet , just a table in a corner, so we knew it wasnt going to get much better for us. I felt bad because I knew my friend had to pay per kid.The staff was friendly and attentive.

I came to velocity Saturday morning around 11 and my cashiers name was I wanna say janiya.. she was so sweet and made us feel welcomed.. She’s amazing as well as other flight crew members..Velocity is amazing. Can’t wait to go again.

We had a blast jumping around at Velocity. We got to go during homeschool discount time (weekdays during the day) and our whole family of six got to jump for an hour for only $40 (plus $2 per person for their mandatory grippy socks). Theres a large trampoline area, a ninja warrior style obstacle course, balance beams and trampolines and a trapeze that drop into foam pits. We will definitely be going back!

What an awesomely fun place this is. We had so much fun. Even I was jumping :) They have different sections. They have a foam pit a few of them actually. Dodge ball area. They have basketball on the trampolines and of course all the jumping pads. We had a blast and will definitely go back again. What a great work out. It was not busy and the staff was very friendly. We went on one of the HS days.

This place was really fun, took my 18m old, myself, and my 24 yo sister. We all were exhausted in 45 minutes... The only thing I didnt like was the under 3 area had a few older kids ( BUT it was nearly empty and they never got near my son or in his way) so I didnt even bother saying anything.

This is a very fun place to come around and bounce. I come here monthly. The bad is that it is a little bit pricey if you want to bring the whole family.We also had a bad experience with a birthday party. My wife called to set it up, explained in detail the ages of all the kids coming. The representative from velocity suggested we get there right at opening. So we did, and they wouldnt let us jump because my daughter is 7, which we explained in the phone call already! The irony was, my daughter was the smallest one there, even though she was the oldest.

Kids loved it and the toddler area was great for my 3 yr old.

It is stinkier and grosser than the last time we were here for a birthday party. No snack bar. Never wasting money here again. Rebounderz is 1000% better for the same price.

No student discount and children threw foam at my sister on her birthday. Wouldnt let us jump on the blue part. Now have pneumonia. Foam also ended up in eye. Had to use contact solution in sisters car. -Lyndi colston
