The kids had a lot of fun it was clean and they follow safety guidelines well organized and super friendly staff. A place with something to do for those who are physically able/willing to jump, climb and challenge their balancing skills. they have a concession stand and plenty of vending machines. They have seating for eating and along side play areas for supervision and resting. Bathrooms were kept clean a must try

Don’t know why I’m signing waivers and paying money to be constantly told not to do things that are completely normal on a trampoline. The trampoline police is full force here and I don’t think I’ll spend money to have a bummed out time. I can’t jump with my 2 year old, my other son can’t jump around and chase the wipe out, even though there isn’t anyone else in there. I feel like they want us to just quietly jump in one place. Never coming back. Wilmington has a place that allows fun

It was good.. the kids enjoyed it. Its a little expensive but it has a great family atmosphere. It a bit smaller then the trampoline park in Wilmington but the kids still had fun. Snack bar it a little high.

Took my daughter here today and was throughly impressed with how they are handling everything during the pandemic. There was an employee whom was designated to just sanitizing the park and he was wiped down EVERY single surface the entire time we were there. They have added several new features including wipeout and a high jump. We definitely felt like the park was taking all steps necessary to protect its customers. We will definitely be back and thank you altitude for being open and doing things the right way!!!

Even for a pretty crowded teen night.... Lines and wait wasnt as bad or long as it looked from the outside in. Staff was pretty great as well.

This place is totally awesome! It is well kept and many things to do. The staff is always watching and making sure everyone is being safe. It is a little small but has 2 floors and lots of things to do.

Trampolines and foam pits were a blast for me and the kids. An hour doesnt sound like a lot but it was enough for us.

Foam pit, obstacle course. Lots of trampolines, of course, pugle sticks, performance trampolines. Lots of concessions, like pizza, donuts, icees. Great staff, they unsure safety and fun, would definitely recommend.

It was fun but they need two refs in dodge ball people be cheating.

We had such a wonderful time at altitude. The front desk staff was so helpful and nice when I asked about booking a birthday party! They answered all of my questions and when the cashier didn’t know one she went and found someone who did!

Andrew .F was by far one of the most disrespectful customer associates in this place. (WATCH OUT) I figured when the lady ahead of me was experience issues with him that the fault was hers. However I quickly got a taste of his catty nice-nasty attitude and once he saw I was NOT interested in it he did everything to delay my family from being able to be even enjoying the jump. We had to call the faculty several times he seem bent on escalating the tense and desperate to make physical contact with me which judging the situation was vastly inappropriate!!! Altitude DO BETTER

Absolutely a fantastic place to take my kids. My kids are obsessed with the trampoline park its so much fine when Ive gone there with my mother and my daughter is they all have such A-blast my mom turns into a kid. My daughter is does jump around they try doing flips its great and one day and particular when I took my kids there if there was a group of people that were like seriously into jumping and one day my one of my daughters daughter ran in front of them and they all gave her a High 5 for her jumping which was so fun she looks so happy and so proud of herself.

We took our 5 year old granddaughter here for her birthday. She had a wonderful time!

Way too crowded. Probably all got COVID here. Very few wearing masks and no way to distance with number of people there. Wish we hadnt gone and will not go back.

Good place to bring the kids and burn off some energy... Make sure you fill out a waiver online before coming unless you like waiting in long lines at there waiver kiosks. Even if you are just going to watch your child jump anyone who enters bounce area has to fill out a waiver

Great had a great time with my 11yr/o son.

Very nice owner and staff. I was already a regular with my daughter. Come on half price Wednesday for military. 2 hours of jump under $11.75. The owner was also nice enough to donate passes for a command holiday raffle to raise money.

Another great time at this venue! Fun for the entire family. Plenty of very friendly and helpful staff to keep the kids safe while the grandparents watch comfortably.

First time here. First impression was a bit low. Waited in line just to make it to counter and find out that everyone in our party had to do the waiver, even those not jumping...even my 10 month old had to be in there. So over to another line for the waiver then back in line for payment. Have to buy special socks to. Thats a bit ridiculous. Everyone had to show ID again. Price a bit hi. Nice place thou. Friendly people. Kids had a blast and thats what matters!! ;-)

Perfect place to bring yourself and your kids. Release some energy and while having loads of fun. They also have wall climbing for all ages.

Good place for the kids

First time here. Took my daughter and her bff for her birthday. It was cool to see how they turned the old theater into this trampoline park. Thought the prices were a little high, but Ive never really comparison shopped for an activity like this. You have to purchase their socks if you want to jump. Large jumping areas. Other jumpers were respectful. The spotters were actively watching. Climbing walls were great. The girls had a blast. I, the non-jumper, however could not find a comfortable seat in the entire place. I paid for 2 hours for the girls. Thats a long time for someone to sit on a seat that has no back. Plenty of parking.

It was fun, the kids had a great time. The only thing I would do is streamline checking larger groups in. It took nearly 30 minutes to get our group all vetted with waivers that were previously filled out, paid, and wristbands put on. The employees were friendly.

Big prices. Lot of fun. Not enough space. The space is great for kids but when it comes to adults its as big as a gas station parking lot. And Im small for my age and I think its too small. Experience was great but wish we could have been there longer for less money.

The kids love this place. Its a good place to wear them down for an easy night at home. They have dodgeball, basketball goals, gladiator style dueling balance beam, and of course the FOAM PIT!!!

Weve been coming here for about two years. It could use a deep clean, and a few refs could use some instructions on how a game is to be played, but other than that, we are grateful to have a trampoline park this close to home.

We came with a family of 7. We spent $125 to be whistled at with everything we did. We understand there is supposed to be rules, but we got in trouble for jumping with our own children.. how are we supposed to enjoy time out of the house with our kids if we can’t even play with them? Our children were doing the same things others were doing, but we were the main ones getting fussed at left and right.. they allowed the little kids to play in the big kid area, and the bigger kids had no where to play..without being fussed at. There’s a specific area for the children 6 and under, but no one was made to follow those rules.. We will no longer be giving our money to this business and would rather drive an hour and a half to Wilmington, where there are rules to be followed by everyone, not just some here and there, much more to do, and we can play with our own kids!-The Futrell Family

A total blast! The whole family had a great time. Im about 270lbs and they even let me bounce with my kiddos, which made the whole thing better. Trampoline basketball, foam pits, and pugil stick fights were something everyone enjoyed.

This is one fun place to take the kids. It is all indoors and they have the largest variety of trampolines to play on that I had ever thought possible. There are employees at every trampoline to ensure safety of the kids. They play games on the trampolines. You can have birthday parties for the kids and there is lots of seating for the adults overlooking the play areas. You have to try this fun place at least once and I think you will return for more.

Overall fun for kids, but room for expansion upstairs or something to add a few additional challenge courses or something else like games or parent chill zone maybe? My kid loves it, and we enjoyed feeling like kids for awhile, so we will return. Party packages are a little more pricey than other entertainment party destinations nearby

Clean, didnt smell like feet, and they had great customer service. We went with my toddler on a slooooow day, didnt think that wouldve been possible, he enjoyed it!

I had a great time. I went with my cousins not long after losing my son to a car accident. I needed that time to relax, .... jump... and let off some steam. I had a good time. Its a nice facility. Dodge ball and other things in various parts of the building. If you take your tennis shoes, you can climb the wall. Be prepared to buy their socks. Theyre cheap. You need them for the trampolines. Parking lot is big.

It was so much fun. My friends and I went last weekend and had a blast. We rocked climb, jump, and dodge ball. I recommend going early on Saturday morning.

Horrible customer service!!! Stood in line for 20mins to be told our waver expired the day before!! Then was told had to go back to the end of the huge line & wait anther most likely 20mins!!! I understand your busy with the special today but it’s not ideal for a mother to stand in line with a 3year old for that long and then be told to go to the end of the line!!! We left!!!!

Attending a party that started at 1pm. Showed up at 1:01 and had to get in line to check in for the party. As I type this, it is 1:45 and I am just now next in line.

Everyone has to fill out a waiver even if they arent jumping so the line can get pretty long. Its good for a year tho. Adults have to have an picture ID.

$16 for 2 hours of jump time plus 2.50 for altitude socks that are required to jump there. It was really fun. Basketball, jousting, dodgeball and rock wall areas are all a great added touch to just the regular trampoline areas. They even had an under 6 area.

Was here for my grandsons birthday party and the kids had a great time.

Been several times. Recently had my daughters birthday there. The staff was awesome, food hot and fresh and kids had a blast of course. It might seem pricey but the work THEY do for it and the fun the kids have in a safe environment is worth it.

Terrible staff, bad experience. Good for older kids but bring toddlers to just toddler times or you will be fighting teenagers jumping in the toddler area and the staff seems to just turn their heads and let them do it. Also dont expect to be able to do anything with your young ones. I was told not to jump with my 2 year old and stay off the the toddler trampolines. He was not really able to do much by himself while I stayed off. Even though I was told i had to buy socks at the front desk. Oh and watch out for flying foam blocks, nearly hit my son a few times

My 8 year old loves this place. There is a lot for him to do here and i can sit with my newborn while he runs around with other kids. The staff are very nice as well. I know some people have complained about the price and how busy it is but to be honest I don’t think the price is bad for everything my kid can do here. Plus, there aren’t a lot things for kids to do in Jacksonville so I except this place to be busy on the weekends!

The kids LOVE this place. The only thing we wish they would add is perks for going. It is a little pricey but VERY popular!

Toddler Time is well worth it! I think it was something like $10 for one kid and one adult for two hours. Lots to do for everyone involved.ETA, how disappointed I am. We are seasonal residents and spend 2 1/2 months in the summer and 2 weeks around Christmas/New Years. Last summer we traveled every week to toddler time from Topsail Island. We can last winter only to be told that theyre not doing toddler time. Came again this summer with the hope of coming every week again. But theres no toddler time all summer either! Very disappointing. Theyll make less money from me because of this.
