Called this place because another trampoline park wouldn’t pick up the phone. Gentleman was super helpful on the phone and answered all of my questions. Even told me about the amazing deal they had going on. Took 2 boys and they had a blast. I like how there was more to the place and it wasn’t just jumping. They have dodgeball, basketball, rock climbing, laser tag, ninja warrior course, VR games and bowling. I don’t even think I named everything. They were diligent in sanitizing all of the different areas and encouraged masks. The food was a bit pricey and some of the workers looked bored out of their minds...but that’s really reaching for something I didn’t like. Kids had a blast and I look forward to bringing them back.

My family and I went for a birthday party. My kids had a blast. They did the laser tag over and over. Only things that were bummers was that the game cards that they got for the bday party didnt work on any games that you could win tickets from. Most games were like $3 each also. The rock/wall climing and free fall attractions werent open and they only had one virtual reality station open so there was always a line. Other than that the staff were all wearing masks and everyone was nice and friendly. Would of been nice to see a couple employees walking around wiping down and sanitizing arcade games and other things all these different kids were touching over and over. But I will say everything looked clean, my kids had so much fun and neither one of my kids ended up sick.

Advise you as a paying customer to go elsewhere. Their computers and games were down for some time while we were there. I completely understand that that type of thing happens. We were patient and didn’t complain once even though many of their arcade games were not properly working or reading our loaded game card (even after they were back up running). When came time to cash in for prizes they did not honor my sons tokens which had been somehow affected and not saved onto his game card. I know this only amounts to maybe a $1 piece of candy but it was the principle that they refused to acknowledge the situation.

Great place for the whole family to exercise and have fun. The Ninja course is fun, and they have a mini course for toddlers. Pool tables to rent out, lockers are $3 for 3 hours. $15 for unlimited dodgeball, trampoline, basketball jump, and foam pit. I took 1 star away because the foam pit smells like dirty feet. Bring your own water bottles. Water is not free at the restaurant. Lots of arcade games to pay to play. I come here 2 to 3 times a year when they run specials. We always have a great time. Employees are friendly, and there are always plenty of kids to make friends with yours. Parking is free.

My grandkids love this place. Makes me want to be a kid again. Many food and beverage items to choose. Overall very clean, fun safe place for the kids. For the adults try the rock climbing, test your skills on the mini ninja warrior or partake in a game of laser tag or just bounce around the trampolines. A bunch of fun with the benefits of exercising.

I prefer Velocity for jumping. Trampolines are larger and youre allowed to have more fun.Back flips, double flips, big jumps and more space for all of it.This place has smaller pads. And is more restrictive. I liked that I could have a beer while the kids jumped though.Cost is nice here. They dont advertise it well, but an hour of just jumping is only 15$ vs the packages they try and sell you.

We subscribed our two children in Bravoz for a year shortly right before Corona started. Since they had to shut down, we asked for a refund. They refused and said they would extend our subscription instead to compensate when they open again. They reopened in the end of MAY!!! In the peak of Corona cases!! Now it is getting worse, they are seriously expecting us to take our kids to play there soon!!!! Hello!! I am very upset for that. We paid money for no service.

Not at all what I was expecting based on how amazing it looks on the website. We walked in the door, got in line to wait to pay. Once we got through the line then we were told that you had to go over to the side and fill out waivers on touch screens. Not simple, fill in your name and sign like most places. It’s mandatory that you give them your drivers license number, email, phone number, address, etc... Then you can get back in line and wait again to pay. Once you tell them what you want they ask if you’d like to buy socks, I said no we have socks. THEN they tell you they have to be specific socks to be allowed to jump which obviously no one wears normally. Had it specified this online, I would have brought jump appropriate socks and not had to buy them. They lost out, we were going to play with my son however after going through this I told them to cancel the order and only do the package for my son. The attendant did not care, was not apologetic or even slightly understanding of the frustration. The staff should be better trained in customer service or not work at the front. We sat while he played for a little while and left. We will not go back or recommend this place to anyone. There are much better entertainment facilities to enjoy around Jacksonville.

Price is reasonable for kids to play, even a play area for toddlers. My problem, also why I gave 3 stars, they do not enforce the rules. Many older kids running on the trampolines, one knocked over my 2 year old and kept going. The older kids, over 48, were running and jumping on the toddler course and ran into some toddlers. Workers saw both things happen and said nothing. I spoke up and asked them to leave the toddler course. Other than kids not being made to follow the rules, we enjoyed this place and my girls had a good time. I hope the next chance we go its a better outcome.

My son always loves Bravoz, especially the laser tag games. We even decided on a membership as its a great alternative to playing outdoors on the really hot summer days (or rainy days). My only suggestion would be to try and speed up the check in process. There are days when it can take upwards of 30 minutes just to get into the building due to the excessively long check in process.

Entry prices are fine, but the cafe is a waste of time. They serve alcohol so you dont realize the food is terrible and over priced. Overall was an okay experience. All the fun extra things inside are of course extra money on top of entry fee... so kids bounced for 20 minutes and then just wanted to play the games. I think it would be better without so many arcade games thrown in throughout the building, maybe if it had a separate area for just those games from the bouncing area so the kids can stay focused on certain activities.

I took my son there yesterday. He Is 2 years old. They should do some more training when it comes to the little kids they just want to jump. They don’t know how to have patience with them. Stay in one square, no sitting in the square, which is fine for someone who knows what your saying. I was there the whole time, his dad and I even went to the corner where no one was to try to keep him safe and to help him understand. The young man who had to be a teenager just kept bothering us when other children and adults who could comprehend the rules we’re doing the same thing. Finally I had to approach him and say you need to have patience he is two and me and his dad are here to help him he has no clue as to what you are saying. So my advise to this facility you need to have a meeting and talk about patience especially when dealing with babies!!!

We stopped here with our 3.5 and 1.5yr olds for a couple hours. Overall, we enjoyed our visit. It did seem understaffed and you do have to buy socks ($2 per child), which is not listed or VERY hard to find listed anywhere on the website. The food was actually fantastic and our kids were entertained, but it’s not something I could afford to do regularly. They enjoyed the main jumping area, the foam pit, and briefly visited the toddler obstacle course. The games are obviously where this place makes its money ($1.50 per arcade game seemed too steep for me). I get that one place can’t completely satisfy all ages’ ideal environment. There aren’t a ton of things for toddler/preschoolers to do safely without the threat of big kids jumping on them. I think this place is probably best for ages 5 and up.

Disappointing. Kids liked the trampoline but the foam pit only allowed kids to jump in it 1 time and then they have to go back in line again. In regards to the reply about the foam pit, I understand and dont expect Bravoz to let all of the kids in at the same time. But when 1 kid goes in at a time, they should be allowed to play in the pit for a couple of minutes. Right now, they line up for 10 minutes, take one jump and are out of the foam pit within 15 seconds and have to stand back in line again.

I do not recommend this place anymore especially at night. This place used to be “the place to go” but now It has changed in the last 2 years and it is not what it used to be. This is the 2nd time we visited here. You have to signed a waiver before line up, and it asked quite some information, including your email address, phone number, home address and driver licence id. I wander the necessary of these? And how safe are they able to keep those information? And cant this be done by signing a form quickly instead? The bounce bed is OK, and there is a safe guard checking and monitoring kids for safety, that is the best part I like their job. No many people taking the challenge of Ninja. :P.Arcades are fine, although I feel like a little expensive: most of them are 1$ each try, some are 2-3. Tickets are saved into card automatically, you can exchange before leave. The good part is they have quite some small gifts for small number of tickets. There is also a dinning room inside, however, not many people eating there, we didnt either, so I dont know whether it is good or not.

We were disappointed with the lack of customer service at the register. The credit card system went down but the associat basically just shrugged her shoulders, asked if we had another card or cash all while smacking her chewing gum. We scraped together cash and spare change and used a credit on a Bravoz card but were still about $1.00 short. We finally found the change in the bottom of my wifes purse. Right at this moment, another employee walks up to the one helping us and says: the registers are down. She gave us our socks and we went on our way. We sat down to take off our shoes and put on the socks but they were too small. We were given child size. Im not sure that assumption should have been made. We told her that 2 of our kids already had the safety socks. I went to go exchange them. When u did, a different associate rolled her eyes during my explanation of what happened. Our kids went to enjoy the obstacle course. They spent a fair amount of time. The associates monitoring the guests were courteous and kind in my observations. Until we got to the main trampoline area. The associate stopped our 2 youngest children and told them that they wouldnt be admitted without the correct socks. We HAD the safety socks. They were from a competitive trampoline park.....they actually made us go buy two more pairs of socks. When my wife tried to explain this back at the register, another employee rudely dismissed her after said theyre not our socks. If management from Bravoz reads this...please understand that our kids frequent trampoline parks. They go for school events, birthday parties, and socially with our family. They have in my estimation over 4 pairs of these safety socks each. None of the other trampoline parks have ever denied our children for wearing the wrong socks. Theyre 5 and 9 years old. I hope they change this policy.

At another place weve been to, the ages are strictly separated and that creates a problem when you have friends or siblings of different ages. The staff was also so friendly and kind to us! I’m literally writing this as I sit here about to leave before our time is even up. I was excited for a place that was friendly to both my toddler and my teenage stepson. This is so not the case, this place is far from toddler friendly. They no longer have the toddler set up that is in the photos, the banana swing is what sold me and made me think that there was more to offer than just trampolines for the littles. On top of the other complaints about the HORRIBLE feet smell, the rush to get you out of the foam pit and some of the rules for the other jump squares they screwed up our tickets.I was under the impression I bought everyone all access so my husband and teen could go do everything but that’s not the case. I was willing to pay for all of them to have free reign but she rung it up wrong and my teen had to play laser tag, do the ninja course and rock wall by himself. Not to mention we went to play bowling and only one lane was lit up I guess as a sign of it being the only one working so we swiped our card, got charged multiple times to not be able to play. They don’t even have one of the attractions listed under the all access. The arcade games are outrageously expensive and we were charged for games that didn’t work.It was 58$ for two hours for a teenager and a 3 year old “unlimited” but it was very limited due to the ticket screw up.I could list a few other things but I just plan on not returning. Went with my family this past week and the service was just awful. Extremely rude staff, especially the girl at front desk.We asked if we would need to purchase socks or if we could use the ones we had on, which were from Velocity. She said we were fine and didn’t to purchase any additional except the couple pairs for the kids. Ten minutes after finally getting my family on the course, a different employee comes up to advise me that “they’re watching me” and “will probably make me go buy new socks”.I let him know we advised the front desk girl of having brought our own socks and she said it was okay. Two minutes later he comes back to tell me “they want to see you at the desk”.The front desk girl gave me the absolute rudest, snarkiest smile before asking me, “ready to buy some socks now?”...Why didn’t she tell me I needed to purchase them when I asked her the first time at check in, instead of cutting into my allotted time I have here that is ticking away? She argued that the socks were for “safety” reasons, but considering my Velocity branded socks had more than TRIPLE the rubber grip than the Bravoz socks (which I showed and explained to her), this was clearly not the issue. And given the fact that I signed a waiver to release Bravoz of responsibility of injury, I don’t see how purchasing your socks is going to pay my medical bills if something did happen to me.I understand having your policies, but don’t tell me I don’t need to purchase socks, and then track me down and cut into my purchased time at the facility to have me spend even more money based solely on principle of not advertising a different facility! If the kids hadn’t been so excited to be there, we would have left the moment the front desk girl came at us with her rude attitude. As if the service wasn’t bad enough, the cherry on top of this awful experience was that in addition to it being an overall dirty facility (DON’T trust the foam pits!!) there was a LITERAL PILE OF FECES (or dried vomit?) in the corner of the first trampoline on the right when you walk in, with the volleyball net. The pile was in the corner closest to the entrance/exit, pretty easy to spot. I wasn’t the only one who was saw it and immediately got out.At that point, I couldn’t be bothered to tell the uninterested staff. Got out immediately and got our shoes on and left.I could only hope to ever receive a refund for this nightmare of an evening, but I’ll absolutely never return. There’s PLENTY of better indoor parks in the area, please do your research before wasting your money here!!

The staff was professional, food and service wonderful and the kids and this mama are happy. Thanks for helping us pull this off. I had two little kids to care for and the staff completely handled the pizza, gifts, cupcake and drink distribution and completely cleaned up. I didnt have to lift a finger. Thank you!

Very expensive not suitable for young kids. not much for them to do. Bowling lanes were constantly broke. ninja warrior course for kids were just a bunch of mats. only two kids allowed in the HUGE foam pit at a time. Arcade was extra. My older boys 12 and 13 had fun. my 4 year old and her four friends not much to do.

I usually don’t leave many reviews as I don’t have the time to do so. However, the level of frustration I experienced in my second visit at this place, it certainly deserved a review to hopefully the issues will be addressed.- The entertainment concept and facility are great! However, our experience on our second visit was quite disappointing. Starting by the limited staff assigned by areas. Although it’s parent responsibility to supervise their kids, the areas at the basketball, foam trampoline, open trampoline and the bowling areas are not well supervised. The time allowed in the basketball and foam should be addressed by the staff members. This past Sunday August 18th on our second visit to Bravos, there was only one staff member assigned on both areas, the basketball court and the foam area, both areas were pretty busy and the areas were out of control. Some kids were at the basketball court for long periods of time while others were waiting in line. The foam area had the same issue, I addressed the time to the staff member who said someone else was coming to help. The staff member was switching places with another staff member. Once staff member switched places they didn’t communicate and the kids at the basketball area were again, there for long periods of time. It was very frustrating! My son and others were waiting in line for long periods of time in order to be able to play basketball or enter in the foam area. Same issue on the bowling area. There were only two lanes working. Therefore, the opportunity to play bowling was very limited as the players that there were playing were there for long periods of time. In my experience, It was certainly not worth spending extra for the bowling as my son only had the opportunity to play once. I am truly hesitant to bring my son to Again.

Formerly rebounders. I take my grandkids there for their benefit physically. I relax and enjoy seeing everyone having a good time. And the price cant be beat. You pay for a package and it an all day affair vice by the hour that it used to be.

This place was just as much fun for adults as it was for the kids: food, drinks, large space, variety of games and activities, and great promos and online deals!

Used to love this place when it was Rebounderz, now that it has changed to Bravoz it seems like it is half the size. They hardly have anything for the smaller kids like what is still advertised on the website. Seems most of the focus is on the arcade games which you have to pay extra for. Our visit last week will be our last. I gave 1 star cause it was required to post a review.

Great place. I had my triplets birthday party there. they had a blast. Bravoz has several private party rooms for your birthday parties and they decorate them pretty nice. laser tag, rock climbing, Ninja warrior experience all the usual dodgeball stuff they even have a VR area. Staff is awesomeat the front desk and at the bar area where you get your food and drinks and even drinks for adult/hard working parents!! Lots of TVs to watch your favorite sports teams.

The staff is professional and care about your children. Safety is 1st. During our 1st visit one of my children was in an accident on the trampoline that involved their sibiling. The staff was very attentive. Im thankful Drew was there to offer as much assistance as possible. Management took over and provided the proper care as well. Please parents read the safety rules at each exhibit and advise your kids how to play safely. It wasnt the first time my kids played at an establishment like this, but I know they learned why the rules were established. We had a great time, and I would like to go back whenever were in Jacksonville again. There was something for each member of the family to do.

Came in to surprise my son for his birthday. We just paid for each child to jump considering we only had 6. Natayvia at the front desk was super helpful. When we arrived around 2p the line was long she still answered all my questions I came back and she was ready again. I will definitely be back the kids had a blast plenty of sitting room. The bar staff was kind too Aalayah fixed our drinks, watching football my husband wasted mine on me!!! She gave me plenty napkins . She was attentive to guest as well. Cant wait I just may jump myself .
