Well my goal wasn’t to come to Main Event to spend my weekend, but my fourteen year old niece came into town. I had to be quick on my feet to figure a fun weekend, so I decided on Main Event.We went fairly early (around 3pm) to avoid any huge crowds. When we got there the line was pretty short and the place was not overcrowded which was nice. There was also a sign outside stating that everyone must have a mask on which was comforting.They had a pretty good deal for $19.99 to do unlimited bowling and laser tag. Even though we only did one round of bowling and laser tag, I believe if you’re trying to play the whole day the value of the unlimited pass is worth it. When we got our tickets, the estimated time for bowling was 45 minutes due to certain lanes being closed due to social distancing. We decided to get some food in the eating area, but our lane was ready within 15 minutes instead of the estimated 45 minutes which was a plus.I’ll say this is a preteen/young teen ideal fun time. I was happy my niece had fun. If you’re looking for a fun activity with the kiddos, this may be the place for you.

We held a corporate event here and the team was so accommodating! Our guys had a blast and we would definitely recommend Main Events for anyone who needs a fun venue with variety entertainment for hours. Jordan was a great bartender and Mel and Destiny were super helpful. Thank you for a fun night!!

Destinee and Anissa were great! I hope I got the names correct. Celebrated our twins birthday party there and we are glad of it . They handled the whole party awesomely every kid at the party loved them. it was our first time and they were super informative about all the things that they have to offer there. they even in Nevada us back for an adult night out and gave us some super awesome coupons to bring back with us. I just want to say thank you ladies for making my daughters birthday awesome and we are most definitely going to visit you ladies again. ️

I came with a small group of friends and we had a great time! We paid $19.99 each for the all access pass allow us unlimited bowling, billiards and laser tag. We didnt get to the laser tag but were able to play a couple games of pool while waiting for our bowling lane. We got in two games with about an hour wait between games. They also have plenty of arcade games and we shared a delicious pepperoni and sausage pizza. Drinks (non alcoholic) were reasonably priced with free refills. The social distancing measures were not overly intrusive and didnt diminish our enjoyment. A great time, thanks!

Horrible blue hair waitress!!My first time there and I ended up with the worst waitress. The one with the blue hair. Our party was in lanes 5 and 6. She didnt come to us until we stopped 3 other waiters and asked someone to take our order. Our order came but I saw our food and the blue hair two lanes over. I walked over and no one had on masks (COVID-19) talking over the food. I asked was that our food. She said yes but she wanted to stop and take their order first. What?! LESS THAN 15 FEET SHE HAD TO WALK TO DROP OFF OUR FOOD INSTEAD OF LETTING PPL TALK OVER IT. The manager took over and that helped.

Great place to chill and hang with friends. Large space with lots to do!Bathrooms need to be cleaned more frequently though.Will come back another time

We arrived almost 10 minutes before 5 there was a line. When we arrived at the desk it was 5 and by the time of checkout it was 5:01 they tried charging twice as much for our bowling and refused to give us the price for which we arrived at. Very expensive bowling place and definitely do not recommend coming here.

During the pandemic they are monitoring temperatures at the door which is fantastic! Love the scenery food was tasty!

My family and I enjoyed our time there tonight. I really enjoyed the laser tag. We plan on going back and trying the bowling next time.

Bday party for my niece. We had fun our first time there. Food was great and so was the service. All staff were available and open to help, with a smile. Wish there was one closer but well take the ride up again some time. Our children want to come up for their birthdays. Would recommend to others.

This place is good for all ages...a bit pricey but you can still have fun so I guess its worth it

So the only reason I gave stars is because the food was good and the play time they enjoyed. Since when its ok to argue with a paying customer. The party started at an hour late due to the party before us leaving late. Then they tried to rush our party so another party could get the room that we got into late.That party shouldve at least been half off. Smh!

Good deals on all day play. Had the pretzels and cheese curds as an app and son had kids chicken and fries while we bowled. Food was soooooo good. Tabitha if I remember correctly was our server a super friendly and attentive. She kept the place very clean!

I couldnt get wait service in the bowling area. All the servers (4-6) were focused on one set of lanes. It may have been a b-day party.

On the front door, it has no concealed firearms on the premises, which is not enforceable by law in the state of Florida, so I always bring mine in anyway. Not cool that they prevent law abiding citizens from protecting themselves, their families, and those around them from harm. For that reason I give three stars, because the gameplay, the food, and the service were great, maybe if they change the policies aroubd Ill consider a change, but Ill certainly be back.

This is the sort of place to take younger kids. Teenagers may or may not be amused. Aside from a nostalgia trip, I cant say there is much for young adults or older adults. If you are bringing young ones, however, there is a restaurant and bar and billiards to keep one busy while kids play. There is very loud 80s music playing throughout the amusement center. Everything is relatively pricey, but you can save money by purchasing a pass to participate in all activities. I wish there was more to do for young adults and grown ups, but if you are taking your middle schoolers or young children here I think it would be a good way to spend quality time with them!

I went there for the all you can play arcade games and I couldnt play the one I wanted. No where in the fine print said only for certain games. Spent 40 minutes driving there and couldnt even get a refund. Wouldnt recommend going if you want to play all the games because you really cant. False advertisement. Pretty sure there is a law about that.

We have been here a few times during the lock down and today was the worst service by far. We, a family of 3, finished 10 rounds before our drinks arrived. Did I mention that we had to hunt down someone in order to even place a drink order?!?! I think they were more worried about the birthday parties then the other patrons. Really disappointed!

It was fun. My only complaint is we had to wait about 10-15min to purchase laser tag tickets and a video game card. With all the staff that they had, they should have a better system for the main counter. They all have headsets as well, so once we notified the first person, we shouldnt have had to wait an additional 8+ min for service.

Best place for Lazer Tag and Bowling

Love it!! I went on a Monday night when they have all you can play for $10.95 for the arcade and then separately $10.95 for all night bowling and laser tag. Some games in the arcade are only pay as opposed to free all night because the only objective is for tickets. But there are many games available for free. Spent almost 6 hours there. The laser tag would be fun for those into it, I personally find laser tag confusing so I didnt like it. But the bowling was fun too. The food was good too for the setting. Fun for a night out with the family.

This place was so awesome, as an adult at the age of 35 we had fun, but most importantly the kids had a blast!We ordered a few drinks, played games, and just let the kids run and jump

My family and I first time going was decent. We played games and laser tag and was able to eat a meal. The food was good but the service was very slow. It took almost an hour to get our food ordered and brought to our table. Other than that it was a good place to take the kids for a good time.

Food is expensive for what you get other than that the 10.99 all you can play on Mondays is well worth the money. The dont offer happy hour drinks like Dave and Busters so if your wanting drinks after 10 go there.

I came in with my family. All together there was 8 if us. We mainly shot pool. The area where the pool tables was, was nasty glasses tissues etc everything all over the place. Being as though Florida is the new epicenter with this Covid 19 epidemic they should be on top of cleaning especially in a place like this where everything gets touched. Nothing was getting cleaned!!!!!

Very nice place, everyone was nice except one employee who had an attitude because she had to clean up a spill. My 2 yo dropped his beverage cup and she had the nastiest look on her face. Other than that my family enjoyed the place, food and people.

Celebrated 6 y/o birthday - magician show, dinner & games all night until 1 AM before I could finally drag the honoree out of there. Very enjoyable!

Went on a Thursday night. They had a special 7.99 a person, all you can bowl. So my party of 8 we bowled 3 games in 2hrs which was about our limit, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The place was clean, some bought drinks at the bar. They serve food. Overall we all had a fun time. Would do it again for sure!

Update: Went again and service and cleanliness much improved!!! Looks like the management and new ownership is making some strides!Have been to this place several times, I think this was the worst experience Ive had yet. The games, bowling, building all are inviting and seem to be in good shape. We reserved a lane for bowling for a family members 21st birthday. The bowling and the lanes were good. The problem came with the staff. Most all the staff we experienced were less than friendly and the service was below average. We also ordered a bucket of beer and two appetizers which were below average. The fries were lukewarm and they were on the soggy side. Also the cleanliness was below average in spots as well. This place seems like it has so much potential, just needs a little polish when it comes to the food and service.

So we booked a noon birthday party for our 9 yr old. It was superbowl sunday and and not busy at all. I imagine on friday or saturday nights this place may have a waiting list. But there really are plenty of things to do from dining, arcades, pool, bowl. I remember when this was latitude 30 and attracted more of an adult crowd. The staff seem much younger and more professional than i remembered. We bowled, played laser tag, and arcades. Even when the bowling lane had some technical difficulties all 10 kids didnt mind because our host did such a great job. The bathrooms were clean and had a pleasant citrus scent. The food is very good, as well are the drinks, and overall the atmosphere was perfect for a rainy sunday afternoon.

Attended a private party and everything was awesome. Although it was early, it still felt like an evening event... bright fun lighting like a casino. Clean and orderly venue, polite thoughtful staff, and delicious food & drinks. Will plan on returning often. A total fun adult and/or family time.

This place has a great concept. But the staff is unreal. It took us 50 minutes to get just water and 2 milkshakes. The manager (I believe it was a manager) was great and apologetic however- but The staff member at the front desk was in NO hurry to get the line moving. The lady at the Italian ice was the most unenthusiastic person I have Ever come across- some new enthusiastic staff could help improve this place to what its meant to be!

We came for Monday night madness, unlimited bowling. After about 45 minutes, we were asked if we wanted to add another hour. It was not explained to us that the unlimited was only for an hour. Nor was it advertised as such on the front door sign. We told them when we came in that we had never been here. They did not explain anything. Furthermore, they have 20 lanes. Only two other lanes besides ours was occupied. Of the other 17 empty lanes, they decided to put a family of 5 directly next to us about halfway through our 1 hour of bowling. Which means we were actually able to bowl even less since we had to wait on them every time we took a turn. The place was clean and festive, but I will not be returning.

Great place, awesome Monday night pricing. Bowling was fun, laser tag was okay. Few glitches here and there. Arcade games were great. Food was good and bar tender was awesome. Very attentive. Minus one star only because restrooms werent that clean and because food took like 45 minutes to get to my table. Other than than, great place.

The place was cool but really unorganized. While we bowled we asked 3 time about the process to sign up for lasertag and were told we just walk over to that area and you walking in and get set up, that there was no need to sign up or put your name down. Then when we went to play lasertag we were told over an hour wait....The front desk didnt know what was going on. Management was oblivious to everything. Food was ok. Poor experience.

It is quite expensive to order food or to bowl. They did not have enough staff to handle the busy night, nor did it seem the wait staff were trained well in real customer service. They also had street accents which sounded unprofessional in a work environment.

Kind of a cool place, they don’t have a lot of games because they’re relatively small but if you want a quick night of fun it’s great. There was an hour wait to bowl so I didn’t experience that but the drinks were good and staff was pleasant.

A lot of fun. The games are great for adults, they serve alcoholic beverages if youre of age. It is also a great time for kinds since they have games, bowling, and laser tag.

My favorite pass time

Not bad, but there are better options around town for similar entertainment, and the service is consistently mediocre. The bowling is standard and reliable, but the prices are excessive unless youre getting some kind of special deal on an off day. The laser tag is fun. The arcade games are expensive. Almost every game is $1.50 and up. You can blow through forty bucks in a matter of minutes. To be fair, most of them are newer machines, and theyre rather generous with the tickets, but again, their competitors around town typically offer better values. Most of the staff seems like they could not care any less about their jobs though. I noticed maybe one or two employees even attempting to smile. Out of about 15 we encountered. They had no sense of urgency despite long lines, and made no effort to acknowledge you when you were clearly trying to get their attention to ask a question. Honestly, I dont see us really going back unless invited to a party or something. If they offered better specials that included the arcade games or if the staff was more welcoming it might balance out, it as it stands its just not worth the cost.

Had an enjoyable night with the family here. My only complaint about the arcade isnt even really a complaint. I was just hoping there would be a DDR machine here as well, though Beat Saber does kind of make up for it. Will be coming back in the future for bowling and try the laser tag as well.

Wish this place would get more employees my group had to wait 30 minutes for 5 people ahead of us and the place was empty! Only one employee ringing people up and 5 huddled in a corner. The arcade seemed pretty cool but we came for bowling. Rates for the lanes are great food service was nice as well. But they should really reconfigure the table situation.

Wonderful place and wonderful people! We come from an area with run-down bowling alleys and this was a major step-up! The entire experience was great. The food, the drinks, the cleanliness, everything. The TVs along the lanes were pretty cool as well. Prices may seem a bit high, but with how nice the entire place is, it is worth every penny. Everyone was so helpful and willing to make you happy with anything. My sister forgot her water bottle and they easily returned it the next morning. This will definitely be a place to remember and I would absolutely love to come back to it some time soon.

It would be nice if they were more informative. Me and my husband went and we was trying to decide what we were going to do first play games or bowling. We decided bowling so we shouldnt have to hold the shoes while were playing the games. But when we were done playing video games we found out that it was an hour wait for bowling. If we would have been told that we would have made sure we would have put our names down on the list. We enjoyed the video games and drinks. Also it will be nice if they put some small tables around the video game area for us to set our cups on like Dave and Busters.

This place was absolutely amazing. We didnt have a party booked just walked in and Mina the hostess was so awesome at accommodating us. Then Alexis our waitress was very awesome too. This place went above and beyond our expectations and my son had a great birthday. We will deff. Be back!
