Had a great time, place wasnt packed because of c19 so me, my wife, and a friend had free reign of the place. They were pretty strict on time limits but didnt really give us to many problems about it. After we finished jumping we went and had fun in the arcade area and won some prizes to take home to some of our young neices. Will be returning for more fun

Kids had a blast. Out of all the trampoline parks here, this is their favorite so far. It seemed to have many more activities and was spread out better. Will be returning and looking up party information soon.

My daughter loves this place! The staff is very friendly and helpful! Its seems very clean and sanitized minus the bathroom. The only downside is the music is horrible and some is explicit which do not think is appropriate for young children.

Highly recommend this. It is big and have for everyone. Just try to keep up with your kids. You will have fun.

Its a great place for children to burn off some energy.

This place is great--its like American Ninja Warrior meets American Gladiator with foam pits. The kids had a blast and got worn out! There are trampolines for jumping, for dodge ball, foam pits for jousting, jumping into off trampolines, the ropes course, and more plus video games.You are required to buy their Surge socks ($2.50 a pair) but are able to reuse them. Kids 7 and under are half price from 11-1pm. We will definitely be back. This is a great addition to the Regency area!

Our party host was AMAZING! The kids had an absolute blast.

I came there for the Black Friday deal , staff was very rude , they had on no mask, some was wearing open toed shoes, there was a couple of fellas sitting on the counter . It was just very unprofessional and careless!! The music that they was playing had cussing in it and almost every station was closed !

Love the arcade area as much as the trampoline side.

Kids loved it! I think its just ok.This place could use more restrooms, only 2 stalls for a location that easily fits 100+ people? The staff is mostly teenagers, some who didnt really watch the kids to ensure their safety in my opinion.

Didnt rate 5 only because it could be cleaner. Other than that this place is a lot of fun! We have visited other trampoline parks but this one, we will def be returning!

Taking my kids here three times and they love it. We use go to Velocity but I decided to try this place because it is closer to my house. My kids fell in love with it and they like it more. They also love Velocity it is not a bad place to go, my kids enjoyed it as well and if they havent been introduced to Surge I think they would still be bugging me to take them to Velocity but they prefer surge. I heard its also owned by Drew Brees which I am a fan of so I dont mind supporting his business he is a good guy and a great role model.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Where to begin?! There is only ONE male and ONE female rest room in the place. Far too many people to only have ONE rest room. A lady was changing her baby on a sofa near the party tables, which I assume is because there was no private restroom available. Not a single staff member was bothered with this unsanitary situation. And you would think that having such a limited number of restrooms, they would remain clean, stocked with paper towels, and toilet paper, right?? NOPE!! Staff were not helpful or even willing to help. They would rather stand around and pretend not to see you or hear you ask for help. Parents did all the assisting of the children with the different climbing features. No staff were present to hook the children in or place them in a harness. Very unsafe atmosphere.Food was also not good. This place is trash. Do not recommend.

The overall experience was nice, my son really enjoyed himself. Im potty training my two year old, the bathrooms were out of service and we were advised to either go next door or use the porta bathrooms outside which cuts into our paid by the hour time. We were not aware of the bathroom situation prior to paying. This place was packed and I would assume generates a lot of revenue but did not prioritize getting the bathrooms fixed after being out of service for weeks as I was told by the staff.

Super fun trampoline park!

We took our kids here to just go crazy. Pay to play, for socks, even the adults, there is bouncing area, rock climbing, bungee jumping, and even an obstacle course which was hilarious watching all these kids of varies ages trying to complete! Great time, nice staff, enjoyable fun time! A bit pricey for me, I live the broke life. However, many of you may be able to pay to go here often!

Always feel like its short of danger every time I enter. Last time I was there kids were fighting. This was before entering the building and leaving. Please stay away if you have small children.

I had visited in the past similar places to this one and our family always had a good time. Yesterday night we went to Surge and even if the customer service or the inexperienced staff was not good we tried to have a fun time. 20 min later,while jumping my son hit his head with one of the metal equipment while falling into one of the foam sponge pool causing an INJURY AND BUSTING HIS HEAD OPEN. Thanks God I was supervising my son very closed and I was able to get him out of the pool promptly. There was a LOT OF BLOOD everywhere and I immediately asked for help. NON OF THE ASSOCIATES HAD AN IDEA OF WHAT TO DO!!!. I keep asking for a fist aid kit, a nurse station...something!!!!!! To stop the bleeding and take him to the hospital but is incredible that a place like this doesnt have trained staff or a first aid kit to used in cases like this. I started asking for the nearest hospital because Im not from this area and they didnt have a clue....They make you sign a waiver before jumping because they know is a HIGH RISK PLACE AND INJURIES CAN OCCUR...so is logic being prepared in case of an accident..... Thanks God there was a police officer and he took his first aid kit out of his card and helped me with the situation. My son had 8 stitches in his front head and spent the ningt at the hospital. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS PLACE, But if you do please keep supervising your kids all the time and be prepared in case that something like this happens... I believe that we were lucky because could have been lot worse and if that was the case probably you wont find the help need it to save you child while the responders arrive.Side note: while I was asking for help,looking for a first aid kit and a hospital the only question I was asked it was if I spoke Spanish....???!!!!! Seriously??!!

The kids enjoyed it. It appears to be a place you can let your kids get all excess energy out. The prices were okay. The staff appeared to be mostly high school students. Strange thing: all of the trash cans were overflowing. Decent concession stand. Overall nice place for kids.

My neice, husband, and I took my nephew,2 daughters, and great neice and we all had a great time. My great neice loved it and she jumped and laughed the whole time in the toddler area. Both my nephew and oldest daughter loved getting on the Rockwall and trying out everything else. My little cried her heart put because she didnt want to leave! The staff were very nice and they made sure the kids were having fun safely. The area is huge and has a lot to do for the kids. I love that the toddler area is setup just the little ones. Usually I dont feel to sure about them jumping in foam pits for fear of them getting stuck but I was actually ok. It had a nostalgic atmosphere of when discovery zone was around and the kids were running around just being kids burning energy.

I will not give this place more than 3 stars. I had a party here for my son. I was quoted one price and paid over 100 dollars more even with the 100 deposit. The party host Carlos was really good. My son and his friends had a blast thats why they got the 3 stars.

We did a party here and after asking, a girl told us we didnt need to leave until 8:30, then they said over the loud speaker that everyone needed to leave and it was 7:55 or 8 p.m. and we still had to open presents and clean up a big mess. We actually slowed our party down because of what the girl told us, then they seemed a bit rude over the loud speaker like they were upset we hadnt cleaned up yet.Im not super complaining, just kinda felt bad that it seemed like we were being rude; plus my 6 year old had to rush though opening his presents.Otherwise we love this place. The kids enjoy themselves a lot every time.

This was our second visit to Surge and after having such a great experience the first time I had certain expectations - unfortunately my expectations were not met.We arrived shortly after 11:00, only to find the entrance door locked. A young lady slowly walked over and unlocked the door - with no explanation or apology for the door being locked or her lack of urgency to unlock the door and greet customers.During our check-in, I had to give and spell my granddaughter’s name multiple times before she found us in the system. Again, no sense of urgency or greeting.There were two young men also working, once we got our bands - we proceeded to the jump area where we secured our belonging and put on our ‘jump’ socks. Both of the young men greeted us to the jump area and offered to provide any help we might need. They stayed close by, just in case we might need assistance but not so close as to minimize our ability to roam around and have fun.We stayed for around 90 minutes, there were a few other families there - most with smaller children. Prior to leaving we went to the restroom - only to realize that there was no toilet paper or paper towels...this was totally unacceptable. The restrooms should always be checked and services prior to opening - obviously someone did not to their job.Prior to leaving, I approached the front desk to report the unacceptable condition of the restroom but the young lady working the front desk was talking on a cell phone and just ignored me. Needless to say this young lady needs to improve her work ethics and management needs to make sure the rest rooms are properly serviced prior to opening and multiple times throughout the day.

This place is so much fun. Prices are comparable to other businesses like these. They have a good ninja warrior course, including slip wall. Great trampoline spaces, rock wall, and gladiator fighting. Definitely taking the kids back!

Good place to play with family and friends

What a great place! The Surge team is super cheery and involved with their customers. They make the experience so much better for the jumpers.It seems to be geared more to the younger jumpers.. And thats a good thing.. The staff stays involved and teaches kids how to jump and encourage them to learn more.We love it!

This place was a blast for the kids. They have textured socks to keep things clean and provide traction on slippery trampolines. Lots of cool things to do, including an obstacle course and decent arcade games area. Great place for a kids party.

We had my daughters birthday party here. She had a blast and the staff was nice. Make sure to call them and let them know if you want table cloths on the tables when booking. They never asked and so when we showed up they then asked so it was a tad of a scramble to accommodate. No biggy though. I love that they gave my kid a t-shirt!

Im almost a senior citizen, but THIS place makes me forget all that! I love the bouncing, jumping and dont even get me started on the massage chairs! Where else can you get a 5 minute massage for $2!!!???

My daughter loves this place. I’m glad there are other places other than Chuck E. Cheese. The staff here are always so tentative to their parties and guests. My daughters 8th birthday was this Sunday and our host Pam who is also the manager was the best!! For her to be a manager and still serve us as If she were a regular host. Says a lot about this place. I only gave it 4 stars because food isn’t included with parties here. Like pizza or hot dogs..hopefully this is something than can be offered in the near future. The small snack area is cute but i don’t think it’s equipped enough

Went here to my daughters classmates birthday we had so much fun.

Came here for a party and it was great. Kids of all ages, including adults, enjoyed jumping and going through the obstacle course.

I took my 11 year old there today with 2 friends. They played for 1 hour which was plenty of time for them, they were tired when called off the floor. They have a good staff and this place is very safe as they have staff inside the jumping area watching the children. There were 3 or 4 families having b-day parties while we were there - not sure about the cost for a b-day party but this would be a good place to have one for a child.

Menu prices are a little high but other than that it was okay

A beautiful new facility. Love that there are other activities such wall climbing included without additional cost. We’ve been to other trampoline facilities that charge additionally for these types of activities. The staff is friendly. The kids love it.

Well where to begin? Bathrooms were inoperable. Floors were wet with puddled water throughout the lower area. They sell Frozen Cokes but had NO STRAWS. Tilting apparatus on Ninja Course STILL NOT REPAIRED. I BROUGHT THIS ISSUE TO YOUR ATTENTION OVER A MONTH AGO AND I HAVE PICTURES TO PROVE IT. Sadly, this place had potential in the beginning but has consistently back slided every visit.

My wife and I had a great time! Fun for the kids, my daughter enjoyed it. However, there are children working here. Good luck if youre looking for superb customer service. To make it even worse, they ONLY have 1 bathroom per gender, AND both were out of order. They directed us to the Long Horn restaurant across the parking lot. This was thee most ridiculous thing Ive ever heard. There were hundreds of people in there, and no restroom facilities. If they make one on another side of town, I may return. If not, thanks for the awful first experience.

Great place plenty for kids to do. There are more than just jumping there are foam pits and rock walls and they are included in pricing. It is also cheaper than other places and there is a lot more to do.

My kids always enjoy their experience here at Surge. As a parent I would like to see more employee presence on high volume peek days and times. For example: Have more staff working on weekends as this is a high volume timeframes for walk-ins and scheduled parties.

The kids had fun till they needed to use the bathroom. ALL the restrooms were CLOSED to the customers. Imagine needing to use the restroom, but you would have to leave your kids unsupervised and go to another building/business to use a restroom. I can’t get past Surge having hundreds of kids/families in their building with no working restrooms. So disappointed.

My kids have been here multiple times with my husband this is my first time coming myself with them. The girl could not find my kids in the system after multiple attempts even though they have been here 5-6 times. She tried my husbands name, and both my kids name. Told me to go fill out a new waiver, I looked at the line for there waver and there where about 15 people waiting. I told her no, I’m not waiting because we have been here before. She got a supervisor aned the supervisor found the name immediately. I asked if they had WiFi and they said yes it’s free. I tried to log in to do school work, it required a password and no one, not even the manager on duty knew what it was. It’s extremely cold, I understand that is needed for the people jumping, but there is no balance. Just cold in the entire place. For an adult bystander I prefer Defy over Surge. There is more seating in Defy and more comfortable if you need to do work on a computer. My kids like it more here than Defy. So for the kids it’s more enjoyable. If you care about comfort as a bystander then maybe a different location would be better.

Hands down the best trampoline park in Jax! There is just so much to do and the layout is really awesome. My kids can go their separate ways and I am still able to have my eyes on each of them. My only reason for taking off a star is for the immature staff. I alerted 3 different employees when I saw there was throw up in front of Ninja course. Each one of them came up to look at it, laughed and walked away.(I assumed they were going to grab cleaning supplies) I actually stood there and kept kids away from the area for a good 20 minutes before I flagged down a different employee and showed her. She walked away and came back 5 minutes later with 2 other workers and they stood there trying to figure out who was going to clean it up. I just cant help but to think of all the kids that would have stepped right in it and spread it throughout the facility if I hadnt been standing there. Everything else was great! My entire family had a blast and we will definitely be back again!

Great jumping areas/ zones! Loved obstacle courses and rock climbing wall. Needs more concession options and maybe another concession stand.

Love the place! Plenty for the kids to do and couches for the parents. Friendly staff and very patient with the kids on the rock walls and climbing activities. We will definitely be coming back soon.

Some staff have serious attitude problems and were quite rude, even to young children.I will be addressing the issue directly with management but I would be very surprised if they werent already aware of the problem.

My family and I have been several times since it recently opened and we LOVE it! Its not just a trampoline park, they have different types of obstacles. So must fun for all ages!

Im terrified of what may happen at this place one day! I expressed my concerns of there being no supervision and a little girl that works there response was there is no age limit on that piece of equipment. There is no true supervision there. I watched a two year old girl ride the bat around twice and then do a back flip when she hit a bar. There was no concern from anyone! Parents do not supervise their children either.My wife had two little boys come up and threatent attack her for who knows what? It looked so bad other people come up to us and asked if she was ok and said they had video it. We will never be back!

It’s a fun place. We had a good time. I’ve emailed them twice and sent a FB message (unrelated), but they never respond. We had hoped to set up a field trip and had inquired about rates. The front desk staff were unable to help us. It’s too bad that the company doesn’t respond to inquiries. It would be a fun place to bring a group.

I honestly wish I could give it no stars. The staff , very unprofessional, and misinformed. I attempted to plan a field trip for my students, talked to three different people, and was given the wrong information each time. The website says one thing, they say another. Please train your staff, to communicate properly and effectively to your potential customers.

I had my daughters Birthday Party here. They had a Great Time and I would have given 5 stars, had it not been for the bathroom situation. The bathrooms, first of all one for each sex (for such a big venue), were out of order. I was not informed of this (which should be policy) before booking my daughters party. Just FYI, if thinking about booking a party here, ask about the restroom situation! I would not have booked it here had I known. We had young kids in our party, so myself or one of the other moms had to keep leaving the party area and walk the kids to the bathroom, in other facilities. My guests could not believe there were no bathrooms n I had to keep being apologetic to them over this situation. Also, when I walked one of my guests to Longhorns, I asked the hostesses could we use the restroom and they said sure! However, when headed to the restroom, one of the waiters made a comment out loud, that Im sick of these Surge people coming in here! I felt horrible for myself and my guest. I proceeded to ask for management so I could get clarification on the policy about us using the restroom. They told me they dont mind us using the restroom. They also apologized for the waiter. But they also proceeded to say, they are having a lot of Surge people come in here to use the restroom and it is beginning to become a problem. I was kind of upset because I encountered this situation due to no fault of my own.In conclusion, we had fun, until someone had to use the restroom. I am shocked this facility can be opened without restrooms. Is this a possible health code violation??? I hope this urgent situation is addressed. And I hope no one else has to encounter a situation like I did at Longhorns!!!!P.S. The staff (mostly teenagers) were ok, very nonchalant. Except for Kadeem, he was Great! The staff, as a whole could use more adult supervision.

If you have smaller kids, dont go after 7 on a Saturday. There were middle maybe high schoolers there who were cursing and disrespecting the staff. Other than that my kids had a great time.

Its a mad house in this place. People are running everywhere. The toddler area that is designed for 6 and under is taken over by adults and teenagers. I spoke with the manager, who really didnt seem to care too much, but she stated that someone suppose to be up there supervising the kids at all times. This place is definitely not worth the $17 and some change per person per hour. Ill rather just stick with Rebounderz because they have supervision at all times. Also, the staff are not the friendliest people either. Good luck
