This park is great! Ive been bringing my kids here for over 15 years now. The kids area has been updated within the last few years and a water play area was added, great for those hot Summer days!Its a nice place to have a picnic under the Oak trees, ride a bike, play football or walk/bike the trail.

This is a great park. It has a playground with good equipment, covered area that can be reserved and a bathroom. It also has soccer fields but we didnt spend time over there. There are large oak trees that shade part of the park.Not many people know about it but there is a nice nature trail. The entrance is off the main road in right before the parking area for the soccer fields.

Great park with fun climber playground and a 5k trail. Kids loved it. Trail was a bit muddy but that became part of the fun.

So impressed with the scenery here! The trees are beautiful and the playground is unique with rope gyms and other activities not commonly seen around town

Great little splash pad. Big, fun and challenging play equipment. Lots of open space to run and play. Big soccer field next to it. Small pond for fishing with kids (idk if thats legal. ...) plenty of parking. The climbing trees are the highlight for all my kids.

Great park. Its been updated and is definitely meant for older kids, especially ones that love to climb. Its unique and you can even walk around the playground if you want to exercise while the kids play.

I regret the dire state of Losco Park. What we thought was a peaceful and clean space, suitable for taking our children on a weekend walk, has become a very unpleasant experience. The spaces are very dirty, the cars are parked everywhere, the entire area monopolized by rugby players, among other problems. We hope that this situation can change soon, for the well-being of the community.

Nice place to walk and track how far you go. Nice playground for children. There is a place to grill and tables. Nice soccer fields too. Only thing is need to trim trees . But that is not too bad.

Nice, shady park with a pavilion and ~10 tables... large kid play area. Bathrooms. Also looks like it is attached to a sports field, so it might be crowded sometimes.

This is a well appointed park with playground, picnic pavilions, restrooms, fields, even a small splash pad for the little kids. Theres a 3 trail loop thats well marked and mostly shaded. When we were there we saw walkers, groups playing soccer and flag football and families using the pic nic tables. Great neighborhood park!

First time here it was visually pleasing. There is great play sets here for ages 5-12. A water park that the kids loved. Also great parking, bathrooms are available, and soccer fields. I seen a football team practicing over here. So many different things to do. There is an awesome pavilion with 6 picnic tables and a couple grilled for cooking. Lots of greenery and room to run.

Great family park with 2 soccer fields and kids playground.A lot if open grass area for kids to play.Park is pet friendly.During the summer they even turn on kids area where water sprays in a circle.Few BBQs around the park as well and a small fishing open lake.

My first time at the park for a soccer game the experience was great also with the remote boat show.

Beautiful park, lots of walking paths, welcomingToday there was soccer games, dog walking, kids playing a baby shower and as I was leaving I found a dog training group.It was a great day at this clean well taken care of park. Bathrooms were pretty good for a park environment with tons of kids to be there.

Bike and walk paths are semi smooth need soft wheels to skate.

The trails at this park are gorgeous and grounds are always well kept. The bathrooms need to be better kept but the playground equipment is also really nice! Always loved this park and always will

Great park, lots of space, very nice pond. The only reason I demote a star is from the trash on the ground. Wasnt overwhelming, but could be better maintained. Other than that is one of the better parks in Jax.

I go here daily. The trails are beautiful. Does tend to flood after heavy rain though

Great park and great outdoor area with a splash pad. Lots of fields, trails, trees, covered pavillon. My only statement is the playground equipment is definitely aimed at older children, probably for ages 5 and up. My toddlers struggle with some things here. They still have fun though!

I love this park. Theres something for everyone. Nice walking paths on the concrete sidewalks that stretch the outer circumference of the park, a little pond in the middle of the park to sit near, a huge athletic field in the back for soccer and ball games, kids swings and playground equipment thats in great shape, and even bathrooms but Im not sure if these are open yet. Also there is a large covered area in the center of the park right next to the kids playground that has many picnic tables so that you can sit with family and friends and have a bite to eat while staying cool in the shade. My favorite thing about Losco Park are the gigantic Oak trees. There are many trees, but only a few on the grounds that must be well over 100 years old (Im guessing) due to their massive size. Oh so beautiful and they provide ample amounts of shade for the park patrons. Not to mention all the squirrels, woodpeckers, red cardinals, Blue Jays, and many other little creatures that enjoy the comfort and convenience ptovided by these beautiful trees.

This park is very convenient to our neighborhood..within walking distance.The soccer fields are very nice and well kept and it is very nice for walking/running. The problem we see is that there is one major piece of playground equipment that the toddlers can use. The swings are nice but I am 52 and could not even get on due to the dug out area beneath the swings. The black spinning wheel was dangerous because of the black liner under it was tripping up the kids. There were younger children trying to work their way up the ropes to the crows nest and getting stuck halfway up. Overall for the toddler with us and the others there in that age group it needs to have the mulch worked on and maybe a few more pieces of equipment for the younger ones.

This is the best place to come with little ones and older ones. The black man that fixes the splash pad is so so so so so good to the kids! Hes funny gentle and kind!! I havent run into anyone that works for this park that isnt so sweet!!

It is a good relaxing time, would definitely recommend.

Great little 5k trail. Some fallen trees but great for trail running. Not much elevation change, naturally but beats running on pavement. Slightly cooler in the shade of all the trees too.

Playground is definitely geared more to older children 6 and up. The splash pad was not working as of aug 11 2020

Its ok. We went on a Friday and there was a homeschool co-op there. A ton of kids.

It was amazing place for toddlers. They installed new playground this year and it is for kids 5+. For toddlers they left only one small slider and few swings, almost nothing. If your kids 5+, it wull be great playground for them, if they are smaller dont waste your time.

We went to go and enjoy the splash pad only to see that its not even on. Theres no signs stating that its off. Water fountains arent on and the park slides and toys are extremely toooooo hot.

Great place to walk and take your kids and pets...they have a retention pond, soccer fields, swings, slides, 2 grills for barbecue water feature and bathrooms

Drove 30 minutes to let my daughter play in the splash pad since so many of the public pools are closed and the splash pad is inoperable. Ugh.

Awesome playground with splash park. All of the playground equipment is brand new. There is a pavilion and a bathroom near the playground. There are two soccer fields and an oak covered, paved walking path that take you around the park. There are also 3 miles of nature trails. There is .7 loop, a 1.5 mile loop or the full 3 miles. Trails are well maintained so that tye jogging stroller can handle traversing the paths.

Small playground and splash pad areas, but basically anywhere in Florida that has a splash pad will get a good review from me.

Great big spacious park. New attraction equipment for kids. A water splash zone . Landscape is good. They just really need to clean there bathrooms and stock toiletries.

Where have I been? This is such a great family park. Hiking/biking trails from .5 miles to 3.1 miles, soccer fields, volleyball net (not sand), a great 5-12 (ages) parks, small splash pad, and then green spaces with some great climbing trees. Well definitely be back.

A couple not very safe spots for the little ones that they added a few months ago but still a decent spot for a birthday party. Big pavillion with quite a few tables/benches. Lots of fun stuff to do and huge field spaceto play your own games.

Good big park with lots of open space. I love to throw my discs out there for practice. If one area is too busy, just take a short walk. Great exercise for the kids

Good park for kids and family outings.

Great park. Quiet and wonderful for kids or to walk the dogs. Plenty of benches to sit and relax after walking the 1/2 mile putter rim of the lake. Full sidewalks around perimeter. Huge pavilion with tables for parties and great water feature for the kids or pets to cool off on a hot day. A+ rating for sure.

Loved this park, walking trail and all the shaded areas. Kids had a blast.

Nice Park! New playground equipment- picnic area should be sanitized down more often along with playground... my kids seem to get colds most times when we visit in the colder months. Sanitize people! Otherwise funn place for kiddos with a splash pad :-))

Beautiful park with new play scapes, paved walking trails and nature walk trail but not for really small children.

I live right by here and its a really nice park my only grudge about it is, my daughter and I like to walk the trails and there has never been a time where Ive went there and people are smoking weed there. Its just not cool at all I wish they had a little security.

This review is not for the park itself, but for the mountain bike trails. Ive never seen one before with so many obnoxious tree roots. Insanely windy and the signage is beyond poor. This is not a bike trail you can have fun on or even remotely enjoy.

Pretty damn nice park. Best jungle gym Ive ever seen in my life.

Always great to be here.. its lively all time.. has picnic area with kids play area.. public restrooms, small lake around which you can walk, a football field and also a trail which I love the most. Anyone interested in trails should definitely visit. It has 3 routes from which you can choose starting from smaller to bigger, longest is I believe 3 miles long. Its little dense and feels like into the woods. Do not forget to have have bugs spray on before coming.. shoes and full bottom recommended. Enjoy!!

This place is great to come and get outside. Its also so really good to bring the family and dog. It also has walking trails to really get out in nature.

Soccer fields, trails, lake, volleyball court, kids play area, large trees providing shade, and large open areas. Yep this park pretty much has it all.

It is a wonderful place to be with the family, lot of trails to walk or ride bicycles giant canopy and BBQ grills, water and bathrooms really a good place for all the family.

I will add photos one day. This park is super cool and fun. It’s pretty large too. Tiny splash pad to cool off is a bonus. There is a really great climber, slide area for the bigger children or courageous young ones. Lots of extras all around. Picnic spaces, benches, swings, modern merry go round, restrooms, drinking fountain and more. We hiked there from about six miles away. Most of the way there are decently put together pathways. The park itself also has a walking path and a huge space for running and playing sports. The actual playground isn’t shaded well but there is a lot of shade around it.

Beautiful but small, no trails though..

In some places theyre Letting the Live Oak branches reach the ground, which is their natural tendency. Most people dont know that this is what supports the large tree. Its beautiful and natural, and way cool.

Our company Mini-Me Motor Club provided cars for a 4th birthday party and this park was the perfect location. We were located next to the playground and the pavilion! It was clean, the restrooms were close by!! It was just beautiful!

Needs a fence around the pond. Other than that its a perfect place. Has big shady oaks large grassy areas. Swings mulched play areas bathrooms paved parking lots and a seasonal splash pad. Also you can reserve the picnic area for parties. I had a bounce house party for my son there with a permit.The number is on that sign.

Love this park, is generally clean and people are usually really respectful!

This is a beautiful park. Except... the entire kids play area is in FULL SUN. Everything is way TO HOT to play on. It has recently been updated. Swings. They need to invest in Sun Sails. Very little expense for our children to be able to use the park year round. Everyone who reads this needs to call or email them with this same request. By summer we will have Sun Sails.

What a great park! Now that they have a splash zone my kids love it even more! Would definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Enamored by the plethora of different things to play with! Then theres the splash park, trails and soccer fields. Nice oak tree covered areas for recouping or a picnic.

The main play set is geared more towards older kids. There isnt much to do for toddlers or 4 and even some 5 and 6 year olds. There is a splash pad...nice for a quick cool off (can be quite slippery and is close to the retention pond). There are beautiful trees for climbing or taking pictures. And there is lots of room to run around. The bathrooms are gross, but that is to be expected at a public park.

My kids love this park and I’m so thankful that they re did the playground at the park and also now they have added the water portion to the park it’s great and the open fields are great

Theres a nice big picnic area thats covered. You need to reserve it if you want to make sure youll get it. There is a great playground with all new equipment and really nice little water park for little kids. Are a big trees and lots of grass for kids run around on

Take my grandson there all the time. He loves it. They have a lake, you cant swim there though. Walking paths, different distances, and one is a trail through the woods. They have a small water play area too. They have 2 play areas, one for younger kids and one for older kids. They also have plenty of open areas for playing football, soccer, frisbee, or to just run around. they do have restrooms. They have 2 soccer fields, but you have to belong to one of the Florida Elite teams, I think its one of their game/ practice fields in town. They a swing area with 3 different swings. A pavilion for birthday parties. And lots of old trees to just relax under. Great place to take kids.

Awesome playground and there are lots more amenities. Haven’t been able to enjoy the splash pad yet as it was being cleaned last time we went but it looks fun. A must!

This park is very well known, for the picnic area as well as the soccer fields. There is a nice paved sidewalk for joggers and people to walk their pets. The only con that I see is parking for the picnic area is limited.

This place is huge!. They have a nice seating area. Soccer field, theres a 5k hiking route. Public restrooms. Plenty of open space and trees to sit under for a nice picnic.

Awesome park! Magnificent trees. A good lake most of the year that some bring radio controlled boats to. Jogging/walking path and trails in the woods.
