Easy access very large field to fly drones or play soccer or play baseball or football plus a small playground for the kiddies
Love the Future Stars program through Florida Elite Soccer that our 4yr old participates in at Chuck Rogers Park! There is a nice playground there as well, which is right next to the fields and is shaded by oak trees. Between the fields and playground are restrooms and a covered pavilion with picnic tables.
The grass was cut. The track was clear and I lost a few calories. Just fine with me!
It is an outstanding place to bring family and friends especially on holidays also I let a lot of family members and Friends Etc and point the way to that Chuck Rogers Park it is fun friendly is all the way around outstandingly fun.
Very good park for kids and weekend soccer games. It can get very crowded on Saturdays when the kids leagues are playing. I have had to park on the landscaping but never had anyone give me any grief over that. The play set is fun for kids of all ages. Bathrooms are what can be expected at a park. Overall the park is well maintained.
Good fields, hard to get in-and-out of
The boardwalk is beautiful.
This is a great park! Me and brother love to play soccer here, and hang out as well!
Florida Elite basically owns this park. The playing pitches are in good shape and theres adequate facilities. There is a playground for the young ones and a concession stand open during games. Parking is REALLY tight, so get here early, or right as the previous matches are over.Parents: dont keep piling trash on top of the bins if they are over-filled. Take your trash with you or find another bin. People are such pigs...
Nice place, good shade and park, and has bathrooms. However, the running track needs work, the fields flood and are soggy constantly, and the park is always pretty gross... Could use some maintenance.
The soccer fields are well maintained but the rest of the facilities are run down and not very clean.
Field isnt flat, minimal parking, and leaving was horrible took 15 minutes to leave
Always a great soccer field. With great playground for the kids.
No parking the day of soccer games. Bottle necked traffic going in an out the parking lot.
Great fields if it’s not too wet. It stays wet and puddles after the rain. There’s a lot of parking, but it gets pretty busy on the weekends. A lot of people seem to enjoy the 1/2 mike running and walking path. Soccer fields.
Terrible parking and way too many fields cramed together.
Great Park.
It’s absolutely vacant when there isn’t some sporting event happening. Minus some cares parked on a business drive in the back. Love it. Very quite but just off the road.
Chuck Rogers is a very nice park. Very pretty.
I dont know how many reviews I can give this place but once again I love it. Nice big gazebo with grills and clean bathrooms. Very ideal for groups. One of my favorite parks and all Jacksonville.
Great park! Nice, shady play ground. Open fields. Bathrooms. Converted picnic area and grills.
Clean facilities. Well groomed soccer fields. Clean restroom.
Yes soccer ...I love soccer.
My kid had a blast
Tucked away and there always other kids for my kids to play with.
Very nice park for kids to practice and play soccer. Florida Elite soccer Group players come here all the time for practice and play games on weekends. Soccer makes kids stronger.
Florida elite soccer is best in town
Enjoyable for my sons soccer practice.
Great as long as there arent to many games going on at one time. When the fields are packed, the parking is a nightmare!!
Nice park, plenty of space to do sports or train
This is definitely a nice park overall, but there are a few qualms from this momma. The walking track around the soccer field could use some repaving. It’s pretty tough to push a stroller with all of the bumps, and be sure to bring your own toilet paper if you dare to go to the ladies restroom! It’s rather untidy and there’s never, truly never that I’ve seen, toilet paper in the stalls. I do think the play equipment could use some updating as well. All of that aside, it is a nice, safe place for kids to play and of course the soccer fields are great, too. It’s a blessing to have good places to meet up with other moms and for kids to have the ability to explore nature in the city of Jacksonville. The positives outweigh the negatives, but it’s good to be in the know to come prepared for those potty breaks.
Loved the nature
We play soccer every or every other weekends with bunch of people. The grass is trimmed well and bathrooms are available with hot water comes from electric cooler(I dont know why but it is). There are different size of goal rails that can be move them around. Also there a play ground for kids.
Great playground, soccer fields.
Nice playground! Lots of fun equipment, nothing broken or dangerous. We didnt use the bathrooms, or the fields.
My boys really enjoy this park and love to run around the soccer field. The field also has a paved sidewalk that you can enjoy.
Park was decent but the restrooms were disgusting. No toilet paper or hand soap. I felt like we needed to bathe in hand sanitizer after using the facilities.
Checking out the scenic park with the grandson.
The bathrooms are horrible. My wife spoke to a gentleman on a golf cart who works there and he told her its the citys responsibility. Other than that it was great.
Great big park
My son loves this park. Lots of room to run, have picnics, and bar b que. Great spot for the kids. Also has a 1/2 mile running path for adults.
The playground area was phenomenal really nice place and atmosphere bathrooms were absolutely disgusting with no supplies soap paper towels toilet paper etc.. when you go to a park you usually have small children, when you have small children they usually have to use the restroom...pathetic
Great place to play soccer Aka International Football, coming in is easy around game times but existing could take you about 15, 20 minutes, be prepared to wait because you have to turn right and some people turning left on a 3 lane road.
Great park. Shaded by the trees. Bathrooms. Parking right by playground
Love taking my son here even though it can get crowded during soccer games. It is a good looking park even for being right in the middle of town but the trash needs to be dumped more.
Terrible Parking and fields not in great condition.
Amazing
Good vantage points
The Jogging path could use a little attention but overall a decent park,
Good soccer fields but a dirt parking lot is kind of disappointing
Huge park and the grass is very good for practicing all kind of sports
Great place for gr-kids games, but Parking is HORRIBLE!
Cool place! Nice size playground for little kids.
Great place
Good place

Great public soccer field
Chuck Rogers Park
Bathrooms are horrible
Parking is a nightmare.
Great for family
The swing sets are great
