This place is beautiful. There are several memorials and an abundance of information and history in this area. You can easily spend an hour or two wandering around and reading. There is a beautiful water Fountain, as well as a couple of walking trails through the woods. If you play Ingress, this is a prime place. The memorials here easily evoke some strong emotions if you are sensitive to that sort of thing.

If you appreciate our awesome military, this place will only increase your understanding and gratitude for the men and women in uniform. I actually started a family tradition here where my family and I will come every year, no matter the weather or circumstances and pay our respect for the hard work and sacrifices given by so many for our freedoms. After 20 years of service in the Marine Corps and countless deployments, this place still humbles me to give thanks.

This memorial is made up of several sections. It is a beautiful place with a very nice walking path. It is a lovely place to bring family and friends or to just enjoy a peaceful walk yourself. It can be hot in the summer so bring a hat and water! The tributes to veterans are some of the nicest ones Ive seen. I definitely recommend a visit here!

What a wonderful place to come and reflect on the quiet dignity of a military memorial. There are plenty of monuments, military equipment and placards to take a looks at and learn from, the grounds are well kept and though there are no public restroom facilities this is a great place to pack a lunch and enjoy for a few hours. If you or your kids are interested in the Pokémon Go game this is an especially fun place to visit.

My family and I went here for a picnic with a small dog. We enjoyed ourselves as we walked around. There are alot of very cool and touching fixtures to this memorial. There were a couple people just jogging which made it feel like a welcome space to come and enjoy. Each sculpture, fixture and fountain had a story to go with it about the sacrifice of those in the Vietnam War. It really honors all sides of that time, with the humbling being the fountain with its dedication to each individual that died there remembered in glass encompassing the outside of the structure.

They have remodeled and added new features to this memorial and I cannot stress enough how beautiful it is to see in person. I work on camp Johnson at the exchange and I sit at the memorial on my lunch break sometimes. If youve never been, youre missing out!!!..Side Note: There are a few benches scattered and setting around the fountain but its mostly cement walkways. If you are traveling with disabled, handicapped, or individuals who have mobility issues of any sort, you might want to pack accordingly. Bring your walkers, wheelchairs, ect. YOURE WELCOME IN ADVANCE
