Nice little park that has been newly renovated. They kids like to playing here.

I gave Excell Park 5 stars b/c I cannot think of any improvements that would help.Excellent LARGE open field, perfect for family picnics and playing (no obstacles).Also, GREAT for older siblings to hang-out while younger siblings play.

They can do better with up keep

Really nice place to play youth softball or baseball.

Always nice and clean playground equipment never anything broken grass is always nicely cut smaller area easy to keep an eye on the kids...

Parks and recreation doesnt excellent job and that part is maintaining it its always clean and manicure lawn yay for Jacksonville parks and recreation
