This stop at the Everglades Alligator Farm was one of my favorite/most fun locations of our trip to Florida. Seeing a few snakes and lots of alligators (at different ages) was cool and the airboat ride was a blast. We would definitely come back here on our next trip!

Airboat ride was awesome. I knew ahead of time how long ride would last, so Im not complaining but adding another 10 or 15 to the airboat ride would warrant 5 stars. Staff was friendly and entertaining the facility was clean and well kept. Dont think that Everglades Alligator Farm is just a catchy name, it IS an alligator FARM. They are a necessary evil that likely saved the American Alligator from extinction, just dont visit thinking it is refuge or such.

Me and the wife had a great time here. Our airboat driver Luke was both informative and entertaining. We did get to see a wild alligator out in the swamp along with some gigantic turtles and a big iguana up in the tree, , and Luke gave us an absolutely thrilling ride doing donuts out there in the water and everybody getting wet it was totally awesome. I highly recommend it.

Took our 4 year old and she loved it. We purchased tickets online. Ticket includes air boat ride, a short show, watch a trainer feed the big gators and walk around and see the baby gators, snakes, emus, parrots, bobcat, porcupine and tortoises. We arrived right at opening and were able to check it all out in 2 hrs 15 min. We do recommend buying a bag of food for $2 additional to feed the emus and baby gators. Would recommend! The airboat ride was incredible, quite a few 360s!

A really good way to see what the Everglades are actually like without having to actually go into the Everglades! You get to see the swamp up close with experienced air boat drivers. A $28 ticket purchases about a 30-minute airboat ride into the Everglades and walking through the farm to see the native swamp animals ala zoo style. The farm itself really isnt large you could probably see everything in about 45 minutes but some very interesting creatures to be able to see them up close. Also if you come at the right time you can see the employees feeding the alligators which is pretty interesting to see too.

This was an amazing place to stop by and see if you get it the right time you can see all the shows for the entry fee, I highly recommend watching the shows get to see some really neat things people wrestling alligators and doing neat tricks while teaching you all about the amazing animals. The boat ride was fun too although we didnt get to see any wild alligators on the rain we still have a lot of fun on the trip and they did tricks in the boat.

Good value day out!My husband and I found out about this place by accident and spent a pleasant couple of hours there this afternoon. The adult entry fee is $28 and we found a coupon which gave us $3 off. For our money we got to see the snake show, the alligator show, the alligator feeding and a short, exciting ride through the Everglades on an air boat.

I took my family on the 3 part VIP tour. It was definitely the best part of our trip to Florida. We stayed in Miami and took a drive down to the farm for the afternoon. Our guide was Luke who was accompanied by Cat. They were absolutely amazing. The 3 part tour is the way to go. We explored the park and all of its animals, including getting up and personal with snakes, iguanas, tortoises, gators, and a few others. We were able to feed and hold some alligators. We topped it off with an airboat tour. I would highly recommend all three tours. The kids and adults had an incredible time. The staff was so nice and made the experience one we would not forget. Cat captured everything on camera and gave us the pictures at the end as well!!!

A little on the expensive side, $28 per adult with boat ride $21 without but if youre visiting Florida and want to see alligators, exotic birds, turtles, tortoises, bobcats, crocodiles, reptiles and shows and have an Everglades air boat ride this is probably the best way to do it! Relatively small so easy to get around. Accessible for all. Family friendly and lovely staff, especially Lee who did all the shows when I visited. If youre reading this thinking about it just go, you wont be disappointed!

We had a ton of fun at the park. We arrived early as soon as they opened which was a great idea. We jumped on the boat first thing. The boat captain, Mr. Pshyco-something, was a very nice and entertaining man. Then we did two private tours (animal encounter and alligator encounter) one after the other with Kat, she was fabulous, you can tell she loves what she does. My 12 year old boy had an awesome time. Thank you, Kat!

We had a one night stop over in the Miami area before our scheduled lobster trip in the Florida Keys and decided this place would be a fun stopover after driving the whole day. I must say Everglades Alligator Farm did not disappoint! The shows were nice, like a scaled back version of gator land. The real fun began when we went on the airboat ride. Luke was an awesome guide! We sat in the front row and had amazing time. We got absolutely soaked! We saw several animals while on the trip including gators, birds, and wild iguanas. I highly recommend this place. We initially wanted to do the animal feeding but since we had no clue what time we would arrive, we could not make an online reservation. So if you want to do that, make sure you book in advance. I will definitely visit here again in the future for more fun and experiences. Thanks Everglades Alligator Farm and see you guys soon!

You always get a little bit of that feeling of “are these creatures really happy in the care of these people?”, but the staff at this place do seem to care. Or they just really like wrestling alligators. I guess is a gator doesn’t like what you’re doing to it, it’ll just eat you so it’s probably fine.In any case, we had a lot of fun. The air boat rides get you fairly wet and are incredibly loud, which they don’t tell you until you’re already onboard, but they were still fun. You get to see a bunch of wildlife in their natural habitat, and if you catch the gator or snake shows, you’ll also get to hold a baby gator and a ball python. They have turtles and owls and emus too, but that’s not what you come for.

Excellent deal for the price. Large lake exhibit on site housing a large sum of alligators. They feed the alligators dead rats as one of their shows, which was cool to watch. The other show includes the man demonstrating how to handle an alligator and he also places the gators mouth between his chin and chest. Other animals on site such as macaws, emus, iguanas, tortise, porcupine, etc.The airboat ride was awesome. About 30 mins. Driver was funny and friendly. He did a couple 360s with the boat. You dont get that wet, it drys quickly in the Florida heat. Everglades were beautiful! This place is not very big, but well worth the money. Easy to find. Plenty of parking. Gift shop on site. There is a Cafe (however this was not open during my visit). I would highly recommend!!

This was excellent value for money. $28 for three live shows / demonstrations. These include am alligator feeding, a snake show and an alligator handling show, at the end of which you get to gold a baby alligator. There is a brilliant variety of animals on show with plenty of information and displays to keep folks interested. The highlight for me had to be the air boat tour. Worth the ticket just for that. All of the farm staff are fantastic at what they do. Would recommend to anyone passing through the Everglades.

We wanted to stay local to where we were staying. Trying to avoid traffic, crowds of Miami. After doing some research on Yelp, I found this place. Honestly I thought it would be a place just to kill some time. The price for entry is $28 and I really was feeling that this would most likely be an expensive outing to just spend a few hours outdoors. The tickets are purchased at the souvenir store. As you walk in a parrot said “HI” and one of the people I was with jumped as he was not expecting that. Oh how I loved talking to the parrot. There were two and one was just a complete chatter box. He or she would say “Hi”, “Hello” among other words. As you walk in there is a green building on the right hand side. That is where the bathrooms are. They have steps going up as well as ramps that are wheel chair accessible. Or for those with trouble with steps. They give you a map with the times that you can take the airboats. The time we were given was 1:20 pm. At 1:00 they had the snake show that we were unable to see. It was on the other side of the airboats. We might have been able to make it to that and run to the other side for the boat, but we may have had problems getting seated on one of the air boats. Since we had a little time we went through the snake building and did see the little alligators. We went back a little early to make sure we were going to get a seat on the boat. At that time they will take your ticket stub and tell you what number you are. They have a 1, 2 and 3 number on the floor were you would line up depending on the number you are assigned. Our group was number 2 and we had the first choice of seats on the second boat. We decided to get into the seats within the middle of the boat. We were not dressed to get absolutely drenched. They have three storage containers full of hearing protection. USE THE HEARING PROTECTION. Airboats are very load. You can also purchase earplugs as well for extra protection at the store. Airboats are wet. Do not take anything that may get damaged. Parents, small children may be frightened by the load noise.WE LOVED THE AIRBOAT RIDE!!!!!!! Is that expressive enough. The boat starts slow, you are able to see the alligators if they are out. We saw two of them. Afterwards the ACTION begins. It went through the river of grass at high speeds. They do 360 degree or so spins, change directions while you feel the breeze on your face and some water sprayed at times in your face. As the airboat spins the water can fish into the bottom of the boat. Lift your feet if you want to save your shoes from being soaked. All of my feelings of this not being worth $28 each dissipated at that moment. Afterwards we came back and the airboat driver/guide helped us off the boat. They do accept tips. We gave him a good tip. So sad watching people go by and not even giving him a few bucks. We walked the nature walk and was filled with other memorable moments. Awkward turtle moments as well as birds of prey fighting for females attention. Funny videos of the birds seemingly running after one of the people with me. It’s all good and safe. We also went to the alligator show at 2 pm. That was also great. We missed the alligator feeding time. Overall FUN!!

Beautiful, large farm with all sorts of animals. I was a bit worried about how respectful this organization would be to their own and wild animals, but they earned my approval. They clearly love their animals and take good care of them, the airboat ride covers only a small area of their own property outside the National Park, and they don’t feed wild alligators to lure them for tourist entertainment.Handing out snakes to dozens of people without professional guidance might have been a bit stressful for the snakes though. And the basins of the baby alligators seemed a bit small for the amount of alligators.

The price of $25 per adult (if you book online!) is fair for what you get: the air boat tour, the snake and alligator show and the alogator feeding and the park. The air boat tour is great fun and Psycho Paul is super fun!One star less because for the sake of the animals Id have preferred if the guide Lee monitored the children handling the tiny aligator babies and snakes, one child didnt hold the baby aligator tight so it jumped off and without my friend and me trying to calm the children and catch the free running little one, it wouldve probably been trampled and hurt.
