Had a moment before I needed to be somewhere and me and the puppy got to take a hike through the park. Nice park, wide well maintained trails...we will be back!

Nice, unpaved trails, with moderate inclines. Restroom facilities. Some lights on the trails. Also posts placed by Boy Scouts identifying some trees.

A well maintained little park. Nice playground equipment for kids, a large open grass field for frisby or dog play, and a little hiking trail that meanders through the woods. I personally walked the trails and itll take you about 20 min to 30 to walk them all. They where not difficult and where mostly well marked, although this posting is in the winter so fallen leaves dont help with trail identification. Recommend fro anyone looking to kill 30 min to an hour outside.

Ive passed this park a thousand times and never knew it was there until this weekend. Great playground for kids, large open field for activities (soccer, football, frisbee?) Several pavilions with grills, and walking trails. Great little park!

Nice park but the name is misleading. Dont expect to see any Cahaba Lilies. The trail doesnt actually go to the river. The park is quite nice and well tended. There is a nice playground and swingset as well as pavilions to rent for parties.

Nice place to take your dogs on a leash or go for a walk.

Ive spent lots of time here over the last few years. Even as an adult, the swing set at Cahaba Lily will always be one of my favorite places.Perfect for an afternoon together as a family or just hanging with friends- the trails offer some pretty beautiful views and also a little friendly chatter with others enjoying the day. :)

Beautifully maintained little park with good walking/ running trails.

One of the few places with baby swings side by side. This helps when you have multiple little ones.

Awesome park. Its has trails that have street lights every hundred yards or so in the woods probably about a mile and a half. But its great if you work late during the winter hours or just want a peaceful walk at 10pm. Its great.

So fun for the kids. They even have pavilions you can rent for birthday parties.

Great park in Helena for parties (call City Hall to rent a pavilion) or just an afternoon of play. There are trails to to walk all around, too.

Excellent playground/park... the only down side is that the entrance is only visible from one side. It would be nice if there were a shade over the playground/swings during the hot sunny summers.

This is a beautiful and clean park! It has several playscapes with slides, tunnels, a small rock wall, monkey bars, etc. The best part is that they are different sizes. Some are lower to the ground for toddlers to use and there are taller ones for older kids, so theres something for all ages. Theres a swingset with two baby swings and two regular swings and three pavilions with multiple picnic tables available. There is also a wide open grassy area in the center for kids to run and play.A huge plus for me was the fact that there are actual bathrooms with running water on site. My little one is newly potty trained, so quick bathroom access is a must! Another unexpected bonus was when the ice cream truck showed up while we were there! My kids were beyond excited and it made our trip even more memorable for them because of the surprise treat.I highly recommend coming here for a quick trip to play or pack a lunch and spend the day!

Very nice park. Clean restrooms. Pavilion tables are covered and shaded, no shade over play areas. Walking trails have lights and are somwehat accessible for stollers, but wheelchair access may be difficult due to gravel and hills.

I love Cahaba Lily park not only for the name but for the trails, field, and playground. Its a nice little park for a stress relieved break.

Big open area. Very nice pavilions and everything is clean and maintained nicely. The playground was a huge hit for our our 2 year olds birthday.

Fun place to walk/run the trails, and has been the park of my childhood games with school friends and such.

Friendly park, tucked away by several neighborhoods. Nice, clean bathrooms as well.

The trail is mostly up and downhill so you burn more calories than walking the same distance on a flat terrain. Usually very private plus WiFi for podcasts as you walk!
