Apartment community that doesn’t provide adequate parking for the number of tenants they lease to. They will tow you if you don’t park unreasonably far from your unit.

The Monaghan Mill is now a gated area that has apartments for rent in them they have very high ceilings and been remolded to make livable for people they are very expensive to rent a month
