We love this park for all the open room, the peacocks and the bridge over the creek. My kids like the play ground but love seeing them ducks and squirrels just as much if not more. That being said the ponds over the bridge really need to be better maintained. They often have trash in or near them and yesterday we saw several dead fish floating in the one to the left when you cross the stone bridge. It seems that maybe those are less maintained due to their location being further from the rest of the ponds.

All the other children and adults were very well mannered and stayed in their own business. My kids all had smiles on there faces

I like the park but everytime I go I regret not taking a bag to collect trash. I know the park has employees but its the visitors who need to work on this. We all need to play a part to keep our kids play areas safe and clean.

Very pretty area. Is right across from high school football field. Have gone to many, many games their as my youngest son, when he played for Sidney high school. Thank you. We think its great.

Clean and well kept park with several picnic pavilions and a couple of scenic ponds.

Went to Greenville to get Made Rites. Their picnic area is closed so we went to the park to eat. Not many people were there. Picnic tables were rough.

We took a picnic dinner. Related in a shady shelter. And even brought the family dog, for a wall after through the park.

Wonderful park, plenty of shade, nice play area for the kids and nice little fishing ponds.

Greenville has a great little park system. I really enjoy walking around there. Very pretty and peaceful.

Best public place to go swimming

I took my Great Granddaughter here we had the best time.

Lots of trash that needs picked up and could find any trash cans. Also the childrens play ground could use a good power washing!

Its normally a pretty decent park, the kids have fun. The equipment is pretty old though so some slides get pretty hot. However with this visit that big sand box was completely filled with bees.

Great place to enjoy nature, relax, play with the kids. There are ponds for fishing, trails to walk (well maybe 1, but fairly long), and shelter houses for gatherings.

I love this park. My current hubby proposed to me in the gazebo! The peacocks are adorable as well. Walking the park is relaxing and the park is very well maintained.

After you go to MaidRites drive up window, the park is a great place to eat your them

This park is always nice, tons of playground equipment well maintained. Bath rooms are clean but dated. Peacocks pens and fishing is a plus, shelters can be reserved with or without power. Horse shoes pits and shuffle boards. They have events frequently throughout the year.

Just walking the grounds at the Greenville City Park is enjoyable.Watching the peacocks and peahens, the squirrels, and the geese and ducks.The many fountains in the reflecting pools are nice also.and within 2 and a half months the park will be covered in fall folage and who doesnt like that.

A nice place to take a lovely stroll with your family and friends. Definitely recommend if your in Greenville.

Beautiful park! There is a nice play area for kids. There are a variety of wildlife to see here and a lot of little ponds that you can walk around and enjoy. There is a swinging bridge you can cross, a gazebo to sit and enjoy, shelter houses available for picnics, parties or reunions. Its just a really nice park for the while family to enjoy!

A beautiful park with a really swinging suspension bridge, ponds, and peacocks. I thought the only place in Ohio youd see peacocks was in the zoo. But I was wrong.

Greenville really does have a wonderful city park. The park has large playground, multiple picnic shelters, restrooms (these are closed in winter), walking paths, geocaching, fishing (license required in the creek, but not needed for the lagoons), and more. I just wish it was better taken care of, both by the city and by the visitors. The lagoons on the south side of the creek are covered with algae more often than not because the fountains need repaired, and there is litter and garbage everywhere.

The Marling band shelter is an excellent place for the Greenville community band to perform. The band performance was outstanding

It is a very beautiful and large park. The peacocks are amazing to see. There is also a suspension bridge that is quite entertaining. The playground is large and has plenty of play things for children. We make a trip to this park about 4 times a year. It is great for reunions, birthday parties, or just a day out with the family.

My daughter loves the parks in Greenville

This is a great park. Really neat swinging bridge. And except for a few places, if you cant find a parking lot it appears to be okay to just use the grass at the side of the road. (That policy needs to get contagious.)

I enjoyed watching my kids play on the equipment they have there. Only complaint is thry close bathrooms for winter and there is nowhere to go.

You can tell they are trying to keep it nice. We seen a lot of new trees being planted.

This is a very nice park and has very many things to see. Very friendly community and lots of places to sit, take pictures or walk.

Needs to have trash cans beer sitting area. And working lights for cloudy days. Park is pretty. Ducks walking around everywhere.

Love my city . But would like to see it taken care of a lot better...And would be nice to have bathroom at all of them . I can not count how many times we leave for that reason. The on behind krogers is our favorite with shelter bathroom .

Wanted to walk on bike path put it was covered by geese. What happened to our nice clean park?
