We were there for a wedding. Its a very beautiful area with a lake, trees and a water park. Great for afternoon walks and family get togethers. There is also a good deal of parking so you dont have to tell to get there. The Barn dominates the area and was an excellent choice for the after wedding reception.

Such a nice place to walk around with your family. Dont forget your fishing poles!

Cute and spacious venue for a wedding! May be a little bit during the summer, but the club house is air conditioned. Mounted loud speakers and flat screen displays on the wall.

Power Ranch Farmers Market Wednesday 4-8pm

I went to the park to attend a craft show. It was very nice. The park had lots of ducks and booths. It was great walking through them.

I attended a wedding here and I was quite impressed. Everything was very clean and neat. The venue was perfect for the medium sized ceremony and reception. I know the family of the bride and groom appreciated being able to bring in their own food and alcohol. I dont know anything about the pricing. @thesquirrelybartender loved it too!

We got married there 8 years ago (really nice, especially for the price). Farmers market on Wednesdays is always great, despite smaller number of vendors.

The location is excellent well groomed and cared for. There is a small play pool for young (toddler - 8) I specify age because it looks very much like a place my 3yo would love until she could swim. The grass areas are thick and soft and the pond is really nice with some very well fed fish. I and every Wednesday from 4pm - 8pm theres a farmers market. I parking is extremely limited.

It is a place where the most beautiful invitations will be given.

Trailside park is easily reachable in the Ashburn area. It is located just off of Claiborne Pkwy. If your children are more active, you can ride on the W&OD trail to get to it. It is a great place to take young children and watch them run around and play. It is not so large that you can have one child on one play area and another child on the other side and still keep an eye on both of them. The play sets are geared for children of all different ages.

Stopped by for the food trucks and farmers market. Went home with brisket and pulled pork. Yummmm

Play Pokemon go there, nice lake and trails, outdoor market on Wednesday but I think the merchants charge to much. Nice pool but the pool is for residents. Picnic table area under cover, and ducks! Well kept very clean nice spot to visit or walk.

What a hidden gem this place is! A friend told me about this place recently and I checked it out. Beautiful lake and walking paths with plenty of comfortable seating areas to relax and enjoy the scenery along the way (they are also well lit at night). Good for walking, biking, jogging and sitting. Ive been here several times already, during the day and night time and really enjoy it here.

A community event center for residents of Power Ranch.

If you live in the area and pay the maintenance fees for the park, make sure to take advantage of it ! A great area for a ton of fun ! Theres a beautiful pool, a lake for fishing, a trail for runners with a great atmosphere, along with a farmers market every Wednesday. I come here with my siblings all the time, and these are just a few of things you can do ! Lots of space for planning events in the barn which can be rented for large events and such, as well as canopied picnic areas around the lake. Overall, a great neighborhood convenience.

The pool feels great!

The Barn is a beautiful community center. I have seen many amazing weddings taking place, here. It is surrounded on two sides, by a lake. The Barn hosts a weekly farmers market, as well, with lots of vendors and food trucks. The pool is large and with the numerous tables and chairs, it can easily accommodate parties.

Very nice place for a stroll! Didnt hang out but passed through walkin with a friend who lives in this neighborhood. She mentioned roadrunner sightings & we did see a bunny walkin around this area. The pool looked refreshing & there were people hangin out there. Looks like theres some sort of spraying apparatuses at one end of the pool which werent on when we passed by, I imagine theyre on summer hours. Great area for power ranch homeowners

I attended a wedding here and its quite a nice venue. I believe building capacity is about 200. Theres a big kitchen and the restrooms have inside and outside access. The bride was able to show up and get to the restrooms to change without the groom seeing her.This isnt a private closed off area. There were people around the lake and a couple times people walked right past the building and grass section between the building and the lake they had their ceremony on. Theres also a road within view of the grounds right around the building so there were a few drive-bys during the wedding.

Fun, the pool is freezing but it is a beautiful place. The kids love the duck pond. A playground would be a great addition.

I pick up my produce every week at the Wednesday Farmers Market held here. Lots of food trucks and vendors. A really great setup for the local residents.

This little pond is located in power ranch I believe my cousin lives there and I do.belisve you have to live there or know somebody who lives in the community to go there but the fishing is very very awesome might I say

Nice walking trails through the neighborhood, there was a small farmers market type thing going on I think on a Friday night in November when I was there.
