Love this park. Took my kids when they were little. Now my grandkids. So much for them to do. Public bathrooms to. The park is also free to the public.

Love Scott county park. Nice place to take kids fishing and plenty of room to do about anything outdoorsy.

Great place to get some fresh air. Plenty of open space and jogging paths The two ponds are stocked with several fish species. Great for catfish, bluegills and trout.

I think this is a really neat park for self and kids. Fishing lake is available and so are picnic tables.

Love taking the grandbabies here in the late afternoon, not as many people. So the kids can enjoy it more and actually get to play on the playground.

Great walking path. Areas for dogs to play. Can drop a canoe or kayak in the water super easy, good access to the water. Areas for cookouts, etc.

I wasn’t overly impressed with the park generally. I was impressed the the powerful force the river had become because of the rains we had been experiencing. The water was 2 feet higher than normal, making an exciting visit. I want to go back under normal conditions to better rate the park.

Its a nice park. There are baseball fields. Basketball courts. Playgrounds there for the kids which have all kinds of different things there for smaller and bigger kids. If your kid likes cars there is a little track thing that is there that they can play with their cars on which is really cool. They also have two ponds there that you can go fishing at. I havent had too much luck catching anything there. But its a good place for the family to go and everyone have something to do.

This park is big but homily. A walking trail, lake, playground, basketball, tennis courts. Grilling area with covered tables and benches. Lots of grassy area to run, play, do yoga. Family oriented or just a simple place to go for alone time for yourself.

Its a great place for a walk. There have been people fishing every time I have visited and the playground looks really nice. Also there is a little dog park nearby the animal shelter.

The park is nice and has a huge play area and walking track. There are a few pavilions that have picnic tables, some have electricity some dont. The bathrooms were disgustingly filthy which I understand isnt the parks fault but to make it worse there wasnt even hand sanitizer or soap to wash up with if you had chosen to use the facilities.

Well I went by and I think the park is beautiful, I havent had a chance to do any fishing I was wondering if there was any catfish in there and could you fish at night thank you very much

Clean and well appointed playground for young kids. Well kept basketball courts. Adjacent to animal shelter. Excellent black-topped walking/jogging trails. Good size pond for fishing and duck watching. Small enclosed dog run.

The Scott Co park offers a lot of things to do for the whole family. Whether your into fishing or just hanging out for the afternoon with your kids at the playground the Scott Co Park is a very nice area. Clean and well kept

Is there any carp in the 2 ponds here? Im curious i know Ive seen the one by the school fished a ton Ive even spent a few hours one day fishing but never caught anything but Im into carp fishing nowadays

I loved it!wide open space to run!!and my dog liked it!!lol ive been in fl for 35 yrs.parks and people are wayyyy diff!!we didnt even go to the dogpark side cause we spent all day rolling around in actual grass and bs ingwith the locals fishing.much love scotts and ky!!we will stop in on owb from mich

Took our son here to break up a long car trip... he loved it! Playground equipment is accessible and versatile. We were also able to walk our dog around to give her some break time. Not far off of the highway and well worth the detour.
