Have to admit, this place had gone down hill over the years but, Holy Turn Around Batman!This place has been remodeled and its loads more fun for the kiddos. A zip line, Warrior course and slides.My 7 year went here for a birthday and had a fantastic time!

Went here a lot pre-Covid & it was great, but very disappointed that they are not enforcing their own mask rules for kids 11+ or adults. Only 25% capacity, but maskless older kids running around & no parents wearing masks at an indoor facility. Supposed to disinfect the trampolines hourly but the sprayer only drips in a few spots, poorly executed. Manager said they were directed not to enforce masks. We wont be back until this is over.

This place is really popular and as a result really crowded. Our Grandson and all his cousins, nieces, nephews, Aunts, Uncles, and parents had a great time.. our Grandson will likely remember that place for a life time. Thier are rooms you can rent in advance for your party if your having a large one which I strongly suggest if its in your price range. This place is not cheap. $$-$$$But it is a lot of fun probably aimed at kids 13 and under. If older Id suggest Main Event. I would also strongly suggest having a party earlier in the day then later we had our party from 2 pm to 4 pm and we thought it was crowded then, we were really surprised how much busier it got later. The staff their is amazing. Grace under pressure, maybe this is how they train up and coming air traffic controllers or crisis management councillors. But seriously my hats off to our hostess and the rest of the staff Im not sure how they do it. Only serious ditraction from a perfect score is the parking situation which is unfortunately woefully inadequate. If it was better planned with the building Id have given it 5 stars.

Great place the warrior obstacle couse it is cool but dont fall off of the obstacle couse objects you will fall into the balls you will get stuck and have to climb out you sink a little bit.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Employees don’t have a clue what they are doing. The place itself is a fun place but the method of doing business and treating customers is absolutely horrible. I would recommend finding another business to support.

Place is really fun for kids of all ages! My boy and I both enjoy here alot. people work here are super nice and kids can play and burn out some of that energy! In Aug they will have more cool activities built.

Place is filthy. Came at a few minutes after opening 10 am and trash everywhere..clearly not cleaned in a while nor sanitized from the previous day. Can only imagine how many kids sick and all were here yesterday (sat) and no one cleaned anything. 6 plus employees plus a manager and no one even bothers. All standing around talking and doing nothing. None of them even operating the above climbing equipment. Won’t be coming back. Leadership needs to step up or find a new manager to run the place. Half the trash is clearly visible from the bottom just no one bothers to look.

It was good! Kids had fun..only negative I could see was security far as kids coming in and out and valuables left in the party rooms..

I love glow night at urban air! The atmosphere is amazing! Kids love it! It’s hard to get any reading down during glow nights BE WARNED! But there’s plenty of light to see your kids play, and both of mine LOVE it here! The membership is $12 a month per kid for them to play every week and I RECOMMEND IT 200%!

Urban Air in Frisco is an amazing place for kids and families. With the new monthly membership option, we come here multiple times a week. It’s a great way to get the kids out of the house and have them do something active. The staff is great, always friendly and willing to help.

Slowest experience during check in. One person checking in and others just walking around. Young kids thus all you get is attitude when asking for more people at front to get the line moving. The line is literally outside the door. This place was good but the current management is bringing it down. New additions are good but not worth the wait at all. Will not recommend currently but will change review pending future experiences.Update: always good when corporate responds. Will be following up.

My kids has a great time here. My issue is with the lack of monitoring safety from the staff. 4 kids got in a fight over a ball. I got an employee and they did absolutely nothing. I then told the employee if you aren’t going to break up the fight then at least go get the manager. He didn’t go get a manger so I went and got the manager. The manager didn’t listen to the handful of parents that witnesses the whole thing and proceeded to kick the kids out that didn’t instigate the fight. He let the 4 boys that started the fight stay and play and run around the facility like crazy kids

Everything you want it to be when coming to a place like this. Clean, yes. Safe (as it can be), yes. Service? Maybe not the greatest, but perfectly sufficient and attentive. I would recommend going on a weekday if you have really young kids, but I have as much fun as my 3 year old does here. You know the owners care when you see the investment theyve made with the expansion of their new zipline, jungle gym, warrior course, and a number of other things. My family will continue coming here until we have a reason not to.

This place does cater to birthday parties. LOTS of them! Well. However, of course, the kids want to stay and play longer. And after youve been kicked out of your spot, there are only 2 tables to go to!! So all the parents and grandparents are nowhere near comfy. No benches along walls even. They should have at least a 1/3rd extra tables to accomodate this problem. As well, there needs to be a table in room specifically for gifts. Yes . Theres room.

This place has NOT updated their website to reflect new COVID-19 policies! NONE of their prices reflect the changes. An all day pass is only 2 hours long for the same price!! I used to bring my son here all the time. I will not be coming back ever. Update your website and update your prices.

PRO: Place has been updated with many new cool things for kids to do. They have lots of fun.CON: waiting in line for an eternity to pay before kids can play.It takes 20 minutes on a regular night to pay. It can take 45 minutes on a busy night, just to get through the line to pay. So when we want to go, we have to leave at least 30 minutes early just to wait in the line.Most of the time they only have one employee working the registers.Employees seem to be here, but, aloof.Make sure you keep the required Urban Air socks.Great place but the waiting in line takes an eternity.

Do not buy a membership here. When you are ready to cancel, they will not answer their phone or email so it is impossible to cancel. Even after my 12 month contract expired.

Wow. So much fun. Ive been to another Urban Air, but the Frisco location is better. The zip line is awesome. My kids were too little for it, but theyll definitely be going back to try it once they are tall enough. We went for a birthday party today, and my kids loved it.

Amazing place! Amazing concept!Filthy restrooms which are worse than a gas station, and thats an insult to gas stations! Tables are dirty also. With the money you are bringing in, you could afford a janitor. Dont bother with the canned response. Just fix it.

They’ve changed things up and included a lot more variety which is great. And kids will love it. The downside is if you buy the high end package you can’t actually do any of it unless you buy their socks as well.Which they don’t tell you until after you’ve paid and then 15 minutes later you’re trying to go in one of the newer “rides” or sections and they tell you that you can’t.

My experience at this location was amazing I loved every second of it!! The manager Ryan was very kind and helped with the paper work. Their location was very clean and tidy all of their staff was so kind and I could really feel that they cared for the customers. Absolutely loved it !!!

My experience at Frisco Urban Air was one of a kind. The service was very welcoming and a very professional atmosphere. They really take the kids safety into consideration and are always managing the courts full time. Specifically, Ben was very helpful when trying to sign the waiver. All in all 10/10 experience and would definitely come again.

This place is really fun. However the ball pit is very deep and if your not that tall it is very easy to fall and get buried beneath the balls. The trampolines ar e good and I was able to bounce very high. The snacks should improve though.

Brought a my child and his friend to play.Ryan was super nice to my kiddos and very attentive.He spoke to them as the customers which made them feellike VIPs on our visit. I did not feel neglected as just a parent.This is a place for kids and that is exactly the kind of customer servicea facility geared towards kids should foster. Well done!!!My child LOVES going here. The upgrades and additions to the park will only make it more exciting and harder to stay away!!!

We brought our 2 year old here 2/2/20 at 12pm. It was very large and a lot of fun options. That being said, we will never go back due to how dirty it was. On the jungle gym there was a smashed cupcake, yogurt cups, water bottles, etc. I couldn’t believe how disgusting it was. The foam and ball pit, there was even trash in there. The staff needs to do quality checks every 30 minutes or so. The place itself looked unkept. We have brought our daughter to several facilities like this in the past and I can say that urban air was by far the dirtiest.

Wait line 20+ people. Told membership canceled due to non-payment (other parent), ask what payment was due—told canceled, buy new membership. Asked how much new membership, told go to website (while in front of 30 person line now...). Pay $15+ for 6 yr old to have a little fun. In bathroom, all urinals have police tape on them, toilet had other stuff in it. ZERO STARS, WILL NEVER RETURN.

The membership is more affordable than the one day pass. Its worth the investment.The ultimate membership is the one we have and enjoy a couple times a week. The children like the different areas provided by Urban Air to play in.

Fun place but poorly equipped to handle the crowd. Picture of the line below. Only had one attendant working the front. Not staffed enough to organize any of the activities so it was pretty much a free for all with kids.

Although it’s a great play area for the kiddos, birthday parties are not allergy food friendly.They will not allow anything but PIZZA to be served at the venue.So if you have a vegan child at a birthday party, make sure you notify their parents to eat before because the host (me) can’t serve your child any food. But your child is coming to celebrate my child’s birthday. Dear Urban Air CEO, please provide vegan options with an additional cost or let us bring food with additional cost. Because we know you have to make some money. It’s fine. Just give us the option.

Went here recently for a birthday party. While the concept and actual things to do here is a blast, the place was filthy. We got there right when they opened and it was obvious the place had not been cleaned in some time. There was visible dust, debris, old food, literal trash (candy wrappers, old drink bottles), all over the place! Especially in the climbing area for younger kids. Bathrooms were also unacceptable. Soap dispenser was broken, and just generally looked unkempt. They were also supposed to order the pizza for the birthday party, but they said there was a mix up, and it did not come until the party was over.

The staff here are super friendly and will tend to all your needs and questions. My friends and I came here with tons of questions and they were gracious and patient enough to sit there and answer all of our questions in most polite manner. I’d recommend bringing your friends and family here whether you’re just here for fun or celebrating a party. They made our first experience at a trampoline park a blast and one to remember.

The new and improved Urban Air Trampoline Park in Frisco is nothing short of Amazing!I have been going for years and then this last year, they added new stuff like a zip line, ropes course, climbing wall, playground and more! You pick the price you want to pay and it is unlimited, all day and the different levels give you access to varying groups of activities. My son, his friends, my grandkids and myself were totally impressed and we will be going back! Phenomenal! Thanks to Utban Air for the upgrades! Great decision!

Fun for the kids but staff is very unorganized and management seems to walk around not caring. Saw management walking pushing a broom just staring at the line of 20+ . Took 20min to checkin. Its easy to tell how long because of big clock above the check in. Granted the time is an hour off. Asked if there was really only 1 person working the checkin area and with a grin the attendant said yes. All in all a cool place but needs better management.Update to my post. Only 1 person walking the floor to make sure things stay in order... really wow. Big kids running over little ones. A bit unsafe.Found both people in management chasing after each other like little love birds. Actually this was very comical

Really great fun with the family. I’ve been going to urban air for a while now but I’ve never met such a nice young man! Next time your there definitely say hi to Ryan such a sweet and nice young man.

Had such a great time today at urban air! It was my first time there and the employee named Ryan really made my experience worth the while. Definitely coming back again soon when I get more free time.

What a great value - Frisco has upgraded with two-level, zip-lines, exciting lighting and I was amazed how much it has changed. Kids having a blast and at a price, lower than going to the movies, we purchased the ultimate package and they have yet to run out of things to do. I met the Regional Manager, Dennis, and he was working the floor and directing his staff, some of the nicest teenagers you will find.

They only had about 8 tables available and they were all rented out for birthday parties so there was no where to sit with my family. They had a lot of rules for the dodge ball area that were not enforced. They allowed about 20 kids in the area at a time with no age limits so there were teenagers throwing balls at kids as young as 5 years old and none of the employees did anything to stop it. Most of the employees were teenagers themselves and a lot of them looked high on drugs amd were just wandering around eating snacks. They also had no kitchen like they have at their other location so all of my children were hungry and we had to leave early to get them some food. On yhe positive side, my kids were still able to have fun which is why I have this place 2 stars instead just 1.

This trampoline park is great! The atmosphere is amazing and I know Ill always have a good time here. If you come here youre guaranteed to have a good time!

Brought my son tonight and he stayed for five hours. When i said it was time to leave he didn’t even want to leave, and still wanted to keep playing. Lots of different activities with no time limits. No outside food allowed (I found out hard way by not reading the signs) but the manager was very polite by letting me know the policies. She ended up helping my son when he got scared to ride the zip line the first time he went, and she was very patient. I recommend this place for anyone who wants to tire out their children. Parent passes for less than $10

This place is amazing my first time and wish I brought my mom along so I could enjoy all the adult activities!!! Definitely coming back! My 1 1/2 old son had a blast!!!! Best hour ever ;) thank you Urban Air youguys have done a phenomenal job with this place.God Bless

This is my seven-year-old’s one of favorite places to go to. We signed up for ultimate jumping pass which gives unlimited jumping time and free snack. That’s give me great flexibility and its such a great value. Plus they are adding more attractions and it will be done in August. It seems a lots of fun with zip line, ninja course and more. Cannot wait!

Very dirty. Sticky tables, employees are doing nothing, desk personel sitting on countertops with her back to guests drinking redbull acting unprofessional dancing around. Food underneath tables, no adults that work here visable. We keep coming and are disappointed everytime. The only positive thing is the fun the kids do have. Dont have your kids work here.

I love this location! We purchased memberships for the new McKinney location because it was closer to us but my kiddo missed coming here. He has Autism and squeals with excitement as we approach the facility. The staff are always sweet to him and go out of their way to make him feel comfortable.

This was our first time to the Frisco location and from the second we walked in the door our experience has been wonderful. Megan at the front desk was so patient with us when we thought we had everything done. She guided us through everything and got our kids to the fun stuff quickly. Definitely recommend this Urban Air.

Large place, added many other fun as well, but few down turns are,1- right from outside you can sense and smell the very heavy odor and stuffy air, which very unhealthy and unpleasant. They even don’t have ventilation system in the building. Don’t know how city would pass and permit such activities business with this system of HVAC,2- their rice is too high for what they offer,3- not enough staff at register, and long line up,4- I would appreciate if the floor would be cleaner and vacuumed often.

Nice place for the kiddos. Very helpful and nice staff. The place was clean for the most part. I did the zipline and it was fun lol .. Im scared of heights but it felt really secure. All of the kids up here were having a blast. Definitely will come here again.

Very friendly staff. It was super busy on a Saturday night, but everyone was friendly and accommodating. Pricing was very reasonable for a night of entertainment. We had a group of 9 kids, and nobody was at a loss for things to do. Zipline was a blast, dodgeball is always fun, and the ball pit obstacle course was very cool. Ill be sore tomorrow, but it was worth it.

First of all I think some of these reviews are fake- no way it could have so many 5 stars. I think this place has potential if they hire adults who care about children. We spent hours there and noticed the staff is REALLY young, inexperienced. While my son was on the rock climbing section there were 3 teens “working” but they were standing off to the corner chatting with no view of the children climbing. I noticed my son having a difficult time removing the clip to move on to the next section, another boy helped him out. I let it slide. Then it happened again, this time after watching my son struggle for a few minutes I decided to tell them - “my kid needs help”. I didn’t say anything at first because I wanted to see if ANY of the 3 employees would take a break from talking and at least check in on the kids climbing the walls. But no, I had to interrupt their very important teenage conversation to get their attention to help my son who couldn’t remove the clip. Imagine if he were stuck at the top and couldn’t get down?? Moms, don’t ever leave your kid unattended there. Fast forward to today- I just learned today that a classmate of my kids was seriously injured because he fell from the top after telling the teenage employee he’s coming down- some how the guy didn’t hear him, walked off to chat, was not paying attention- not sure exactly because I wasn’t there. But after my experience I am not surprised this happened, you don’t hire kids to oversee these types of jobs. The child is in the hospital with broken ribs and a punctured lung. I am so sad this happened and I hope he recovers. Shame on urban air for hiring kids to manage jobs they absolutely have no business doing. They hire them because they’re cheaper, but look what happened!! They should be working behind the registers, cleaning or doing something else, not working at the Rockwall or any section that requires ADULT supervision. Also- while I’m here- I paid $10 for a 30 min massage chair, towards the end of the day they vacuum, the girl unplugged the chair I was sitting in to plug in the vacuum and I told her I wasn’t finished, I still had 15 minutes left. She literally said there’s nothing she can do about it. I don’t care about that because I was ready to leave , but here’s my point- If they don’t care to fix a simple issue such as accidentally unplugging the massage chair that still has paid time, why would they care about anything else? Don’t trust them with your kids, be there and always keep an eye on them. I hope they make changes because overall it’s a nice place, kids have fun. But it’s not safe either because you can’t have staff who doesn’t care and offers bad service.

It used to smell like a foot and be so loud I had a headache within minutes. But the new makeover really changed it up and made it so much better. You are required to use their socks, which they have for purchase, but if you own a pair you can bring them back for use. I was there for four hours and no headache or smell. My daughter could ride the zip line all day at age 7.

They have added many more items of adventure, so its no longer just a trampoline park. Theyve included zipline and climbing walls, plus more things that I think older kids will enjoy too.

I brought my kids here, they have a brand new kids playground jungle gym and a ninja warrior replica! The kids had so much fun! Definitely throwing their birthdays here

We bought the membership this year and you can’t beat the value. We go at least once per week and my Son loves all the new stuff like the ropes course and ninja warrior course.

This was our 1st visit and its not all that fun......compared to SkyZone at Irving Mall thats literally 10 mins away from my home....i chose to take my son to Urban Air at Frisco that is 54 mins away on his 13th bday thinking it would be a more fun and exciting attraction given the location and reputation Frisco has....boy was I sorely mistaken!!!There is no concession stand with any choice of food, other than generic brand of Dippin Dots and some colorful powder stuff!!!!The attendants are sparsely scattered throughout the park and not at every attraction!!!I found myself, and my teen daughter, watching other kiddos that were playing and whose moms were huddled around and talking amongst each other not paying attention.Not a place where I would come back at all or recommend!This place is good if I were seriously bored, coming for a very special persons bday or if this was the very last and only place to go!I guess to each its own and not for me or my family!!!!Very disappointed !!!!!
