Hubby and I went here for a date. It was awesome. Our instructor was amazing and kept us laughing. We will definitely be back. I was nervous at first but it was super fun and not scarey at all.

The kids loved it but my compliments go to the staff. Xander was amazing. You can tell how much they love what they do. He also did a really good job thoroughly explaining the return trip ticket sales as I was buying it and I appreciated it. He got me a little more bang for my buck but made sure I understood how it was going to work *clearly*. Im glad he did because I definitely thought it was different, and I might have been upset to find out I was wrong later.

Great staff!! The coaches to fly with and those on the controls are absolutely fantastic with kids! Highly recommend Jordan!! The girl at the front desk had an attitude but i hope it was just a bad day for her. The experience for the kids was fantastic!!!

Your Ifly place is nice. We could fly for having fun time. Everyone likes to going our Ifly. I will apologize to someone to get helpful. Helpful for this flying for skydiving for this guy in 60 seconds. Now he will going to get award if there is the best flying attempts. Nothing can look the guy so he can see the fly 165 mph. First of all they worn to get our suite before you fly. There is the elevator such for the looking for the office. Lounge is for made for the idea to the secret of the wind on the wall. First of all going to North Dallas near the tollway, but ride the elevator, and take a look for the flying. We are heading to the party room to get lunches and get fun party. This is cost expensive to pay to going our flying. A friend fly is get more expensive for both people. The people is can look so he can fly. You are such helpful place to go. I will give you 6 stars!

Wow.. it was an amazing experience.. I asked my kids to try at first during our first visit and they really had fun! During next visit I tried, along with my kids and parents and we all enjoyed it and this is definitely going to be a unforgettable experience for us! My parents are senior citizens and the staff were really helpful and caring to give them all the instruction and making their experience pleasant! Definitely this is in our favourite spot list and would recommend to try this:)

We decided to go to iFly in Dallas to celebrate three birthdays. It was a great decision. We were given straight forward easy to understand instructions, got into our flight suits and helmets and headed into the outer area of the tunnel. Our flight instructor was upbeat. We had paid for the high flight which takes place during your second flight for the day. Amazing and just outright fun and exciting. We completely enjoyed our time. It was thrilling and something we will be doing again. LOVED IT!! Everyone we dealt with was friendly and knowledgeable. Go, it is a thrill and exciting.

Yesterday I brought some great friends and there family to fly for there first time And Mike did did a great job his attention to customers feeling on how they wanted to fly was spot on . If you get that chance fly with him he will not disappoint you. Thank you all at ifly great job guys.

This place was awesome!! I had butterflys before I went on!! And they have safety stuff they tell u so thats good and it costs about 100 bucks a person. Otherwise, enjoy!

It was a fun experience. They basically take you into a room for 5 mins for a short instruction video and then a brief training on hand signals before you gear up and get into the tunnel. For your first time, you fly twice in the tunnel each time for about 60 seconds each. It was fun but I feel it is expensive for what you get and everything is an upcharge. Overall, it was fun but ill probably do real skydiving next time.

Its fun. Very fun. The time is much shorter than real skydiving BUT, I get to take my son and there isnt that worry of impending doom and a human sized crater in the ground.

What a fun experience! Great workout. Dont forget to buy for next time at the end of your session. It saves you so much!

Very nice. Its a little pricey, but you wont do this just anywhere - Unless you have a penchant for jumping out of perfectly good airplanes. The staff are very professional, and patient. Go get your skydiving itch scratched in the safest imaginable way.

We had Joel as our instructor. He is awesome. First time to go and he made us all feel very comfortable and at ease. Wonderful experience and definitely plan to go again.

This is probably one of the best places you could go with the family or office outing. Its safe indoors easy to schedule and fun for nearly everyone. Its a little pricey but worth it for the memory.

Had my daughters 10th Birthday party here, we booked the party room. They had it set up with her theme. The room was very spacious and clean. Staff was very fun, delightful, and professional. I really enjoyed the way flying instructors were patient with my party guest considering they were small and new to the experience. I cant express enough how much fun we had. I had a great experience here with my husband and 4th grade daughter. My daughter was VERY apprehensive, but our instructor, Kendall, made her experience fantastic, and by the end, my daughter was asking to have her birthday party here. That’s a sign of a positive and fun day!We had reservations for 12:00. We checked in at the front desk and the very courteous staff member greeted us and answered our questions, got us checked in, and we headed upstairs. We were able to watch the group who were already flying in the tunnel until about 12:30, at which time we were ushered to a classroom for a brief safety video and lesson from our instructor. Then we got suited up and did our flights. After that you have a chance to review your photos and videos of your flights, and purchase return trips at a discount if you’d like. The whole thing took about 2 hours. Having a chance to watch another group in action before it was our turn really helped my daughter get excited and not be so nervous.I can’t say enough how friendly and professional the staff were. We had a great time!

Thank you for the wonderful STEM program you put together for the scouts. They had such a great time learning about the physics and many other aspects invoking the flight tunnel. Several boys were a little apprehensive but you all were so kind patient and knowledgeable to put them at ease. Many parents flew also!! Thank you

Took my daughter for her second time. She loved it. They are teaching her freefall skills that take typically take 3 or 4 skydives to accomplish. The location serves both new and experienced flyers. Healthy vending machine for snacks, gift shop for stuff and very nice, friendly and extremely talented staff!

Great way to get introduced into skydiving. If you have a fear of heights this might be the way to have fun without the jump. My son had a blast and was asked to participate in the academy program. Who knows you could too!

THIS PLACE IS AWESOME... Ive taken all my kids, myself more so lol. My youngest son was 3 when I took him. He did great, the staff is highly trained I felt 100% confident in the staff with the safety of my children. They make it very fun for the kids, even assist them in doing tricks and flips (if the child feels comfortable) they are very aware of the childs feelings and makes it a joyful experience. My youngest daughter (fearured in one of the pictures I posted; standing on the instructors chest) was not liking it, she started freaking out. The instructor stopped the session, took her out of the wind, had a pep talk with her and on her willingness, they went back in the wind and she had a blast. Im zo grateful how awesome the staff is and took the initiative to see to her comfort and boosted her confidence and allowed her to have a pleasant experience... now for the adults.... WHERE WAS THIS WHEN I WAS A KID???? As a business owner this is not healthy for MY business... I have been a many of times. I wised up a bit and realized I had a problem lol. I was about to get a part time job at I fly because I absolutely love everything about this place, the experience, the driendly, welcoming staff. If i didnt own a business I would certainly make my career T I fly, of this place was around when I became a young adult, my life would be very different right now... The dream of flight is a very real, factual statement, they couldnt have advertised it better. I dont know about you but Ive always wanted to be able to fly and now I can... i only wish the tunnels were bigger so you can feel even more like you can actually fly but hey, this certainly does the trick. If I could I would give this place a 10 out of 5 stars....

John was the instructor for my nephew and he did an amazing job teaching him and flying with him despite my nephew only knowing Spanish. Really great experience and exceeded our expectations. The only thing to know is the way appointments work - ours was at 2 and we left at 4. I think the actual class that was 10 minutes or so was at 230, got into the chamber closer to 350, etc. It didnt bother us because we had fun watching but others might be expecting more punctuality.

It is fun, a lot of fun.I expected to feel as if falling but it is more like being pushed up. .the price is way higher then expected. if you have money to burn then good place.but I would wait till the novelty wears off and price drops.

This place is very special to me. The people there are very kind and are willing to train you to become skydivers. The experience is simple and safe and you have an instructor with you at all times and you are given your first wings on the first day you try with this location. For anybody who would like to challenge Their Fear falling and prepare the Ultimate Experience to skydive. I would recommend that you speak to the people at iFly indoor skydiving fun for all ages.

Thought is would be a fun, new experience for my son to try out during Spring Break , and it totally was, especially with a Groupon! My son really enjoyed his flight experience and they have great customer service as well. When you first arrive you have to check in, which includes filling out a waiver for the people that will be flying. Then you have to wait for your turn/ appointment/class which depending on what time you actually get there can be 30 to 45 minutes. I should note that this was our first time there, so more experienced flyers and/or return visitors may not have to wait as long. They do have a bunch of, in my opinion, unnecessary add on’s available for you to buy in addition to the already $85+ (four total minute) Flying experience. Such as an extra $10 to fly higher and 10 extra dollars for the “professional helmet”. I didn’t pay for any of the add-ons but the instructor that was in the wind tunnel with my son still took him up to the higher zone which was the additional $10. They also give you an option to buy either videos and or pictures from your flight which is also unnecessary because you can see each person go up and take your own video and pictures. The only time this would make sense is if you’re going to the facility alone. But other than the unnecessary add-ons that they have available, it was an enjoyable experience and we may actually go again when my budget allows.

Wife and I included this experience as part of our Valentines weekend. From start to finish it was a great time. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and the check-in process was easy and quick. Our instructor, Travis was super cool and made sure we had a great experience. He thoroughly explained all we would need to know for our flight. Though the flight time itself goes by quickly it was a fun experience.

Everyone should try this at least once. If you can see my face in the photo you can tell Im having a blast. Some people may not like that everyone will be watching your flight, but that is the last thing on your mind when your in the tube. The instructor is in there with you and didnt let anyone embarrass themselves.

You need to get reservations.Its good fun.Go for 4 minutes and add the package that lets you fly up and down with your trainer.Its also fun to watch if you dont feel like flying.

We took our son on his 9th birthday today. He was too scared to really enjoy the experience and had a minor meltdown after trying the first time to do the flying. The instructor Garrett was excellent with him. He had patience and understanding and didn’t force him to do anything he wasn’t comfortable with. I really appreciated how great he was with our son and although he didn’t really get to experience the fun I think we will try again when he is older and again the staff specifically Garrett was excellent! For brave daredevils this is definitely a cool experience and I want to come back and try it myself!

I bought my future daughter-in-law who wash in visiting from out of state a two flight package with the high fly add on. It was very easy to browse the specials & options, make my purchase, & have her complete her waiver online before our arrival. Everyone there was friendly, professional, & made her feel at ease. We had such a great experience. Sam was so friendly and welcoming when we checked in and Eric Issacs was the best instructor we’ve had. He provided excellent instruction. We learned so much while having so much fun. We will definitely be back!!

This place was so disorganized. Honestly I am angry I wasted hundreds of dollars on this for my sons 16th birthday. Had a 230 reservation, and the tunnels were down. They set us to come back at 4, although we didnt even know if they would be up and running. We show up at 4, and they tell us they dont have us down at that time. He set us for 430. The 430 group didnt get called until 5. We also had a family birthday party for him and this whole thing pretty much messed that all up too, since we wasted time hanging out to go later. We left somewhere around 645. So this morning I went to look at the pics. My sons name is some random man and I am now sitting here sifting through a bunch of strangers photos trying to find my son. Just the icing on the cake.

Fly higher if its your birthday, so be sure to tell them! I would also recommend paying the extra $$ for the helmet with a face shield. I was cheap and the air/ wind was intense without the coverage...

The experience is great, except for the wait times.

The staff at IFly were fantastic! They were such pros with all of the flyers from a tiny 7 year old, to all ages. Thank you for making it such a memory with our granddaughters.

Booked an event and had to cancel 15 minutes later. We planned to reschedule. They said no problem and kept my payment on the books. When I realized it may be months before we could reschedule, I asked to be refunded, they refused.They NEVER said it would be non-refundable. I asked them to do the right thing and provide the customer service they try to convey. They said no. I stated ok Ill just have to contest the charge as I never received the service. Their response? You go do that. Really? Now THATs customer service. NOT!

Great experience. My husband loved it and definitely wants to go back. The staff members explained everything down to the T & are super cool.Just be aware that there is an instruction class. You will not start exactly at your appointment time.
