We hosted our Sunday school Family Fun Spirit Night at Jump!Zone Frisco, and we could have not chosen a better location. From toddlers to adults, everyone was all smiles by the end of the event. The different themed bounce houses is such a unique concept, that kids of all different interests was able to enjoy. The arcade games had great variety as well. Very clean and organized environment; super friendly staff; great food, and so much more. It was smooth sail planning with the owner and management, and we cant wait to visit again and host more events here at a personal and organizational level. New family fave spot!

Good indoor spot for kids with quite few jumping options. We used Groupon to visit here and was able to spend couple of hrs. Food and arcade available. The staff were nice and the place was clean and well maintained.

Some of the bounce houses were held together with duct tape and games were out of order parking was easy food was good. we were here for a party and when it came time to open presents we were made to leave the party room to open them. So there were pros and cons to coming here but kids had fun so thats a plus!!!!

We had my son’s 4 yo party here and it was great! The party coordinator was very helpful in keeping us organized and setting up the room. The kids loved the inflatable structures and the free arcade games. The food was fine. Not great but not bad. The best part was that the kids could stay and play after the party for as long as they wanted! We’ll be back!

Had a work event for our company here with employees and families. It was an awesome time. The new management has really changed the whole experience. The food was great (we even got complimentary pizzas) and service was on par. The only problem was to figure out how to take the kids out of this place as they didn’t want to leave. I’ll be back with my family anytime. Highly recommended

Clean and fun.This inflatable was so fun for my kids. Its really big inside and you have the ability to race each other.This was our first time coming, we will be back.

It was first visit to Jump zone and i was not much impressed. The best thing was they has individual party rooms, which gives you a little more privacy, but mind that the room is available only for 2 hours. The ride options are quite limited there but yes you can have them for wide range of the age for kids. For me, it is a place i will not visit multiple time but as people may have different interests, one should experince it once, may be they will like it better. Staff was good and supportive and they were doing good job.

We had our daughter’s 6th birthday at Jump Zone Frisco. The birthday girl and all her friends had a blast. Their staff was so courteous and helpful throughout the event. We also got the party room decor done by them which was beyond our expectations and amazing.I’ll like to add that their signature Pizza’s are mouthwatering! Great experience and we’ll be going again.

Perfect indoor place for the kids to play, enjoy jumping around and going down the slides. They have like 6 bounce houses so that keep your kiddos very active and working out. Also they have some arcade games for everyone. They have special rates in the mornings that its a plus!

My kid had a birthday party there last week. She had an amazing time. From all the jumping and the arcade games. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. We served food from the restaurant of our choice and everyone enjoyed. A very clean place and ample parking for the guests.

The place itself is just average - the inflatables are dirty and show signs of significant wear.and tear. The arcade games are good and the fact they come free with general admission ticket is good.We went there one Saturday and learnt the day is only for parents night out. The website still showed the open play calendar. The lady just shrugged and said we forgot to update. Very rude !!

Had an employee appreciation party here and everything was amazing! The staff was nice and helpful the place is a heaven for kids and parents alike (seeing their kids have so much fun) we had amazing time! Management is awesome def host your next party here!

We love this place and have been going for several years. I love how clean it is and their pizza is so good there. Just $4 and they make it fresh for you. My only 2 recommendations are to have water for free for kids to drink (they used to have this a long time ago) and not to have anything by the play area. We went today and there were tables behind the bouncy houses that my friend’s kid bumped into.

We had a great experience from the beginning until the end. Abby was our host and she did an amazing job helping us. Our birthday party was big but they handled everything very professional and easy. So all of our guests had a great time.

For the price; its a great place to bring the kids to let them have some fun. The staff was very nice as well.

My kids loved it! I like that the games are free because I have toddlers. Their attention spans often dont last long enough to finish a game. I also liked that they could try out air hockey on their own.I took away a star because there was trash in a couple of the bounce houses. In the womens restroom the paper towels were sitting on the sink instead of being in the dispenser, and the toilet paper was sitting on top of the dispensers in both stalls. I feel like the gal sitting out front playing on her phone could have taken 5 minutes to put the bathroom in order, especially since it wasnt very busy.

This is a great place for kids to play. There is an assortment of arcade-style games, multiple large, themed bounce houses, a party area, and a place to eat. It was clean, active (but not overly crowded) and my 3 kids had a blast!

Kids had a blast (ages 2.5 & 4.5). Tons of different options and not overly crowded. Free arcade games were a definite bonus. Kids said they absolutely wanted to go back, so I guess it was a hit!

Great place for the kids to blow off some energy in a cool fun environment, love that the arcade games are free.. wifi is decent for us adults to use.. only drawback is having a saftey feature just in case the worst happebs having armbands or something

We USED to love this place. It wore my daughter out, and had lots of free extras. But the past several times, my daughter has gotten burned or scratched by the worn out inflatables. Its been 4 years since we started going here, and they have most, if not all, of the same stuff. I finally just told my daughter we couldnt go anymore b/c she gets hurt every time.

We often come here with my son, but today is our last visit. This place is rude by the staff every time we come. If you want to keep your customers, you should teach them the basic manners.

My 4 yo daughter comes for their occasional date night and always has a great time. Staff is very friendly.

It was good but Im pretty sure all of the rides cant handle yo moms weight.

The place is pretty fun for the kids but they need to do a better job of enforcing the rule of having to wear socks to get on the inflatables. I saw a number of kids playing on them with their bare feet. Other than that, my kids really enjoyed it.

Good place for your little ones. Neat and clean play areas. Little crowded if there are any birthday party is going on. Grab a pizza or coffee, sit back and enjoy your little ones play.

Usually when we come here we never had any issues. I really wish there was a staff member watching the floor. I do have a smaller one and we where in the ship inflatable (suppose to be 4 or younger) and bigger kids were coming through and being rough. It was to the point of them jumping off of the ship onto the transformers inflatable next to us. They were climbing up the transformer inflatable and jumping back into the ship. I tried telling them to stop but they continued on. It would be nice having someone walking through and making sure people are following the rules.

I came for the first time at 5pm to ha e an hour of play. The staff let me know they close at 6 an I didn’t have a problem.My problem is is 5:35pm and the staff has already start cleaning, vacuum and making everybody inside the place uncomfortable.

We have been coming here since the day it opened and I am disappointed of our experience today. There are multiple games that are out of order and even one of two bathroom stalls in the ladies room!The place doesn’t close for another two hours and the manager is vacuuming in the middle of the place and getting angry with kids that are running by or in the way.We will take our business elsewhere next time. Party attendants do a great job at handling everything so the parents can focus on their birthday child.Pretty disappointing that half of the arcade was “out of order” making the lines for the working games super long and most kids didn’t get to play.

For a place that barely has any customers their management is pretty rude and stuck up. NOT an enjoyable experience.

THIS PLACE IS GREAT!!! Tons of games old and new, great food. Amazing service. My new favorite Friday hang out. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to blow off the 9 to 5 work week!

Grandaughters 4th birthday party! The kids all had a Great time! Well organized &staffed. Fun time.

This place is very nice for all age kids, best thing is all the games inside are covered within the admission charges. We went there on a Saturday afternoon and it was not too crowded, we were able to enjoy each one of the bouncy station without much wait.

Is a good place for a simple fun time with a variety of bounce castles for kids. Also provides rooms (capacity around 30 people) to host birthday parties. Each room had an inflatable chair for the birthday kid which was a nice addition.The general problem with having a bounce castle is that it usually is outdoors and if the weather is not good then it is hard for the kids to enjoy playing in the bounce castle.Since the bounce castles are indoor at this location that is no longer a problem.The pizza here is decent and not much to expect from it.They have a few video games in the location and it was free play when we went, so that was good.Service was quite quite good and would recommend this place for a simple party for kids.

Weve had parties here before and the staff was great. They answered all my questions and did a wonderful job on the day of the party. We came today for open jump and it was wonderful! Super clean and not crazy busy! We got here when they opened.

Ok place for the little kids to play a bit; below ages 5-6 recommend. Pizza/food is really not good, but no outside food allowed. Consider only coming here to play and getting food elsewhere.

We have been here several times and have always had a pleasant experience until today. There were at least 4 arcade games that were not working along with the ATM. and most of their bounce houses were marked 4 years old and under only. Even though the facility wasnt packed, with several games out of order and several bounce houses off limits for our 7 year old it just wasnt as fun as usual. Several older children were playing the car racing game and the dinosaur game for 15+ minutes straight without letting others have a turn - when I asked if a staff member could help so that other littles could have a turn I was advised that parents should supervise their own children. At $14.99 per child we were quite disappointed in our visit, selection of working games and lack of care and concern from the staff.

This place is a wonderful place! My kids come here almost all the time and they enjoy this place a lot! A great thing about this place is that for the arcade machines, you dont have pay. I rate this place 10/10

A great place for birthday parties. Nice attendants, good service and good food. After the party children can play as much they want. Our party was great and all the guests enjoyed a lot.

Since price all inclusive and party attendance, most of time kids do not have chance to ride. Sometimes kids have to wait 15 min to ride. Small area for many kids. They only think $ :( if you have any other option, go with it ...

My kids love this place. There is plenty to do between the video games and bounce houses we can spend hours there (and have).

My daughters love this place. It’s always clean and the video games are working! I have fun too because of the great selection of arcades I can play with my kids. We would come every week if we could!

We love this place!!! We live in Forney and its well worth the drive. The unlimited games as part of the admission is a big bonus for us. This is a super fun place especially in the Texas heat.

Kids had a blast..not too big but plenty of stuff to do. Kids enjoyed running put some energy.

My baby girl loves it here! This is our weekly activity to get her out of the house. We do a play date here with her cousin. My girl is 2.5 yrs old and her cousin is 15 months. I was concerned with her cousin being only a year old when she started coming with us but she loves LOVES it! Its not over crowded and the staff is friendly. We go at 10am during the weekday when its only $5 and adults free! Sometimes its just us there, its nice not to have to worry about other kids pushing her or being mean while were there. Adults are allowed on the equipment up to 150lbs. No healthy food choices and you cant bring outside food. The food problem really isnt much of a problem for us cause I would prefer a policy of no food allowed. It just causes the staff more cleaning of the equipment thats not necessary.

Awesome place to take your kids for fun. They also offer date nights where we can leave the kids from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm.

I love this place. The kids love it too. It isnt as crazy loud chaotic as some other places but still fun. I appreciate how clean it is. We have had both kids birthday parties here and also used the open play times and parents night out. The price is good for 2 kids including dinner. The birthday parties were handled perfectly as well. I also like how they seem to remember my kids. They feel comfortable being left here for parents night out so that is great too.

This place is affordable and fun... it’s a shame the staff can be rude and lack the basic customer service skills. Management (mid age woman short hair) really needs to get back to the essentials of running a business if they want to keep their customers.

Nice place to bring your kids for fun with 8 big inflatables, party rooms and some video games. This place might not be the biggest, but I had a great time with me kids and they enjoy and burned tons of energy. Also pizzas are sold here. Really liked the video games were unlimited.

Its a fun, clean, inexpensive indoor playground and arcade for the little ones. My son loves the fact the video games free and unlimited. Plus they have very large bounce houses. We will definitely be back soon.

Good place for kids, not for adults

We had a last minute get together with my three (adult) kids and all their kids, a total of 8 kids ranging from 4 to 12. This was a wonderful way for them to burn off energy. Its designed for young children, but there are a few games the older kids (even for 30+ aged kids) enjoyed, like race car video games. Be prepared for the noise, its very loud. The staff was friendly. I recommend this as a great indoor play area, especially when you cant go to the park. We also had a Groupon, it was perfect.

The place is ok for kids with trampoline and a games arcade. It can get really crowded if there are Birthday parties. They have a decent size party rooms which are clean and neatly set up for parties. The play area could’ve been more spaced out though.

Me and my wife came with our kids to the place on Mothers day around 15:40.The advertised closing hour is 17:00, and the girl who took the payment also verbally stated that the place is closing at 17:00.After 15 minutes of play, the second girl working over there announced in the speaker, that since it is mothers day, they will be closing at 16:30. We complained, since we wouldnt stay in the place and pay 29.90, if we knew that our kids will have less than 50 minutes to play, but the girl insisted that the owner of the place told her to close, and did not agree to give us a refund (even partial).We had to leave the place early with our kids very disappointed, since they did not play enough.Its a shame for that business to act like that - this is definitely a place to avoid.

All 3 of my grandkids love Jump Zone. Weve been there many many times and enjoyed it every single time

Love their parents night out, four hours long.

My party host was great & my kids had a wonderful time. The only thing I can say I disliked was the fact that everything seemed a bit rushed since I had the party room.

The staff at jumpzone was very accommodating. The party rooms were clean and spacious, and the kids had tons of fun on the inflatables and arcade machines. Would definitely repeat the experience. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

It is very difficult to find a womens restroom. There is often trash left on the tables or floor. But then again it is a place for children. Its full of bounce houses and games. Practically a little kids dream.

My husband & I have had good experiences with our children here in the past, but tonight(11/29/18) the blonde whom I assume is a manager because she was the only employee not wearing a staff shirt, she was ridiculously rude to both my husband & I. She also kicked us & others out of their cafe area to start cleaning up 45 minutes before they close & there were a lot of other families still there. She then continued to vacuum the bounce & play area dragging a long cord with extension cord attached that tripped our son at one point. We were very disappointed by the time when we left. We wont be going back.

Great place for kids birthday parties...Have a variety of bounce.houses...Air.slides etc and arcade too...though arcade games are limited...But they are free play

Prices to jump are pricey, but games are included and they give you all the water you want. Plenty of seating and staff may be teenagers, but attentive and keep kids safe.

My kid and I love this place! Clean, fun atmosphere. Endless game play is a bonus.
