Strikz is by far the best place to go in Collin County if you’re looking to get out of the house. They are listening to the guidelines that are in place unlike a lot of nearby places. The food is great along with the whole experience. This local small business surpasses their competitors in every category. Would recommend!

We felt very safe during the pandemic while bowling here. I even have ADHD grandchild and he was able to run around and not interact with any of other parties thank youI watch them clean every ball and area after every family.We will be back

My kids love this place but the sales lady Amanda was beyond rude. Wearing her mask under her nose and snapping at me when I remove mine for a second to fix my fogged up glasses while sitting 6 feet away. Unbelievable. Also refusing to offer a refund if they have to close Bc of Covid and the party can’t be held is unacceptable and why we chose to pass on this facility for my child’s birthday.

We went on a Saturday night and had a blast. Bowling was fun. Tables were separated. Drink service was quick and the drinks were delicious. Games and activities were half price,.so it was an excellent value. As a family of 3, we spent around $50 for 2 hours of indoor, climate controlled fun...which is always important in Texas. We highly recommend. Dont forget to tip the servers!!

AMAZING customer service! i scheduled for our office to have an outing here in the rose room and it was such a great experience, the food was amazing, the room was very clean and the server was extremely tentative. Kim Brown gave us just such a great experience! cant wait to bring our office back for more outings.

Great cleanliness standards for bowling, I wish there was more sanitizing in the arcade though, it was pretty gross watching everyone touch everything without any employees cleaning anywhere. Right now, main event, dave and busters and other arcades have dedicated employees who clean off surfaces after they are used. I did not see anyone doing this.

Amazing place! Awesome staff! Was probably the best place weve been on our vacation. I would give it ten stars if I could! The manager was really great, and helped us when we needed it. I accidentally used too much cash in the kiosk, not realizing it doesnt give change back, and he refunded me AND gave me another card. He also gave us 5 $5 free cards after buying a pogo pass, and not realizing you can only do one activity per visit. Very nice and sweet. I would HIGHLY recommend this place. One of the few places that has an amazing, helpful staff, and is good family fun!

I love the atmosphere and how well they are maintaining their social distancing regulations. The only thing Im not super happy with is the bar service. The first time I went the bar tender had a bit of an attitude and wasnt very accommodating when I ordered food. But honestly compared to other bowling alleys this one is by far the best Ive visited in a long time. They have friend staff at the front desk and the lanes are properly maintained! Ill be going back again real soon!

Awesome place. Great for families. Make absolutely sure that your laser tag gear works before going in, however. If it malfunctions, theyll allow you to go again. You probably wont want to though, it gets fricken hot in there.

We love this place. Staff is amazing! Joe always goes above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. There are multiple places to bowl in Frisco but we keep coming back because of the great service and friendly staff. People like Joe make the difference. Keep it up!

Great experience. Everyone was very helpful and they kept us feeling safe the whole time. They had proper social distancing and sanitizing the whole time, but we did not feel overwhelmed or unwelcome (as Ive experienced other places). I would definitely recommend Strikz!

We are regulars at Strikz, but have been hesitant to go out due to COVID. We decided to check it out and I was pleasantly surprised at how well they are sanitizing everything and encouraging social distancing. I definitely felt safe in the bowling area; the arcade area was a little too crowded for my liking, but it was nice to be able to get the kids out and not be overly worried.

Had a great time getting back to bowling with a few friends. You could tell they are very conscientious of keeping things clean and sanitized. Daniel Icenhour helped us get our lanes set up and made us comfortable during this new phase of opening back up. The wait staff was also very attentive.

The price is great if you don’t account for being told you have to eat with a mask on? I am all for wearing masks, but not even restaurants require this? Then one lemon drop shot was 9.25? No ma’am. I’ll pass.

The employees here are doing a great job keeping everything clean and making sure everything is complaint with the social distanceing regulations. Shout out to Joe (manager) for helping to bring back one of my favorite places during this hard time. I definitely plan on coming back many time in the the next several months for leagues and practice.

Games laser tag bowling good food cant go wrong I love it

This place is pretty cool! There are many different sizes of balls. Remember that you have to be 10 or under to use the gutter rails. The food is really good too. And when I went I found a good coupon. Its still a good price even without coupons. You should go!

Nice place to chill with friends and/or family. They have really good bowling lanes and nice arcade place for kids. We were here for an office event, the servers took care of our food/drinks and also were courteous enough. I was amazed by their service. Their arcade area was the best and it was reasonably priced. Trust me, this place is worth a try.

We always have fun at Strikz! I like that they have deals, but its still pretty pricey. But we only go for special occasions, holidays, or for a treat for kids. Its fun. Giant screens so you can watch the game too. Service is good if u need help. Food is expensive but we dont usually eat there. Kids really enjoy it though.

I had the greatest experience at the bar this evening. Mychal is so friendly and efficient. He notices right away when your drink is getting low and is there in a flash to refill. He has a great personality and is very friendly. I noticed him juggling multiple responsibilities, however he is still able to hold a conversation no matter what the subject may be. He is definitely a multi-tasker. He is a great asset to your establishment. He deserves a huge kudos. We will definitely come back!!!

Came here for a night of family bowling with a few families.Reservation and check-in was simple and easy to do. Good customer service and great location from accessibility. The facility is ready, as you can see from the attached pictures, for Halloween. Gives a good feel especially if you have little kiddos with you.Bowling Lanes are a different story altogether. There isnt much service at all. The interface on the consideration is ancient. Couldnt set up side bumpers ourselves. The folks couldnt help until 3 to 4 games in. Lane 23 felt bumpy and didnt give good ride for the ball at all.The finger food is about OK. Glad the food is edible to munch on while having fun on the lanes.The game between LSU Tigers and Florida Gators was stuck on the TV right behind the lanes at 3:45sec left and no one cared to fix it. That is a surprise as many folks usually come and enjoy the game sling with the lanes.After spending hour and half wanted to get a printout of the scores. Had to wait for over 10 min for a simple print. They dont have the ability to send them over email or SMS either.On the whole we enjoyed our evening with families but it would have been better experience with a bit of upgrade to the facilities and service.

BRAVO to Strikz Frisco for getting thru the COVID craziness and getting us back to bowling! My friends and I enjoyed getting back on the lanes last night, and felt super safe throughout. Cant wait for summer league to get started. Shout out to Daniel I. and his staff for taking care of us (as he always does), and to Gavin for keeping us fed and watered.

My son had his 10th birthday party today. It was fun and affordable.

It was a fun atmosphere. Took the kids bowling. Expense, but cheaper if you have a coupon. Clean. The staff was friendly. We didn’t try time food or drinks.

From the time we walked it we had outstanding customer service. Two hours of bowling was actually a thrill for me and my kids. The waiter ensured we consistantly had drinks and checked on our food quality. After bowling we had nonstop fun with lazer tag. It was simple to get the hang of it even with the young kids shooting you from behind. Overall the entire facility was super clean and organized. We will definitely give it another shot..

We rented out the private bowling room, the rose room, for a meeting and it was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. The food was good as well. Good pizza and wings, much better than Id expect at a bowling alley or main event-style venue. We also did a round of laser tag, for about 10 adults we had a lot of fun.

Great place to have a party!! My daughter had her birthday party here today and everything was great! We did the bowling thunder package which included an hour of bowling + $10 game card + pizza + drinks!! The kids had a great time and our hostess was very nice. Party prices are good as well. It wasnt crowded there at all which was nice. We will definitely be back.

Pizza was fair but thin crusted. Bowling wait was about as expected and all systems there worked fine. Arcade games however were a ripoff in price. I guess thats how those things are these days not a bad stop with the family on a rainy holiday night.

Staff has been excellent every time my family goes in. There is a large selection of things to do: laser tag, bowling, billiards, arcade games and food.Con: I would like not to see or hear most of the music videos. They run a set when little kid groups are there that is mostly unmemorable except a few slow camera angles on girls shorts and some sexy dancing but very mild. It would be better kid-friendly without the music videos and would attract more families. (I know they also have a more risque video selection too but they dont play it often during the morning hours when I bring my young children.)

This review is for the birthday party events. The birthday party was advertised as being 2 hours but you only get the private room for 45 minutes. The first 15 minutes of the official start of your party are spent doing nothing. The next little while is spent doing the activity that you picked, such as laser tag or bowling. Then you go back to the party room and get pizza/cake and get kicked out of the room. Note that your party has another hour to go and you dont get a chance to open presents.The second hour of your party is supposed to be spent playing arcade games. The birth kid is given a $50 game card but everyone else gets a $10 game card. The games range in price from $0.75 to $3.00, and the time it takes to play a game ranges from 10 seconds (for the prize-oriented games) to 3 minutes. Hence the average cost is around $1.50 per minute.Just to lay out the math problem here, for 1 kid with a $10 game card, they will get around 7 minutes of game play time ($10/1.5). The birthday kid has a $50 game card, so he gets 33 minutes. Once all of the other kids run out of money while the birthday kid is still going, and the party is only half over, every parent is put in the position of having to pay to reload the game card.For every kid to be able to play as long as the birthday kid, every kids parent will need to put $40 on their game card. If you invited 10 kids, then their parents will have to pay a combined $400 in game card reload fees to be able to have something to do for the remainder of the party. Therein lies the central scam of this place and how they rip off not only the birthday parents but the parents of every kid invited to the party.For the steep cost that you pay for an event here, you get very little out of this place other than someone cleaning up the birthday room mess for you.

Was a bit slow and disorganized for a birthday party. Pizza was cold, no utensils for coleslaw etc. But definitely a good place to kill some hours with the kids!

We purchased a Groupon which was $46 for 2 hours of bowling time with shoe rental for FIVE people! Visiting this place for the first time! Deal was awesome, place was clean, staff was friendly and nice. I would definitely recommend to families with kids and to group of friends for some fun. I will definitely be coming back. Also would like to point out that Jonathan at the front desk is super helpful and friendly! Great job Jonathan! Thanks for making our trip out to strikz wonderful!

Great spot to bowl with food and beverage service to your lane. Food is great. We love the Wild Fries. My wife and I have been going there at least once a month since they finished remodeling the place.

My favorite bowling place. Competitively priced and with a great arcade. They recently updated inside and it looks great. Food is typical bar/cafe food - not very good. Ive had a birthday party here and they did a great job.

This was a cool place but not as nice as Main Event. The food was better. They have laser tag and bowling in a dark, bar atmosphere. Was super crowded when we got there at 7

A little run down, and the Photo Booth props looked like they needed to be replaced, but the bowling experience is exactly what youd expect. I enjoy the flash-player cutscenes that play when someone rolls a gutter ball or turkey!

Nice bowling lanes, fun graphics displayed above each lane based on the bowlers results that frame. Can get food and drink service while bowling that is attentive without intruding kon the game. The arcade area is well equipped with traditional and newer play equipment. Overall a very nice, fun experience.

Good for kids. Lanes are not as well maintained as they used to be, but much better than the main events and pinstacks of the world. Half price Tuesdays are awesome. Leagues run in the evenings, but you can usually still get a lane. The food is pretty decent for a alley as well. The nachos are delicious. Just wish the lanes were as consistently oiled as the used to be.
