The best birthday party we have ever had for our boys. Ms. Brittany in sales was very sweet and set us up with everything to personalize our party! When we arrived for the party, the Manager, Mr. Danny, had us set up PERFECTLY and he was so kind explaining how everything would go for the night! Then we had the best staff member, Justice, serving our party and helping with food and drinks! The food was delicious too! Even the adults loved all the food. I am blown away. We held our party on Wednesday night (and thanks to the school night) we virtually had free run of the game room. If your looking for party spot this is it, get the all access pass, we had 8 boys (age 5-14) that played 2 hours of unlimited video games...they were exhausted by the time it was over. Thank you Ms. Brittany, Mr. Danny and Mr. Justice!

Pretty good on reopen from covid. Menu is truncated badly and games were low in service but clean environment and another option for family fun. Potential to get 5 star in the future.

Awesomely fun place to go for date night! My husband and I enjoyed the $20 wrist band special which included bollards and lazer tag. The bar was great, and the service even better. The bar tender was very knowledgeable. Drink prices are average. Definitely will be planning another date night here in the future.

It was a decent outing, however, mask policy is left up to customers. So if you want to take precautions and remain safe, this is probably not the place. Although there are signs that states all masks are mandatory if you are over the age of 10. Take it with a grain of salt.

Masks are not enforced! I would give them a 0 if I could! This is NOT safe place to take your children during COVID! MASKS SHOULD BE ENFORCED!!! Someone should be standing at the door enforcing it! Its sad that there are young adults working there and their place of employment isnt doing ANYTHING to protect them!!! Sad! If people dont wear there mask they should be escorted out! Point. Period. Blank! Hire security!

We definitely had a fun time and I would recommend anyone to go visit. Only 3 stars for the following reasons. After paying for the gravity ropes, the attendant put a mask on my 9yo daughter. Not only can she not wear one but she isnt required to by order. She was told that she couldnt do the event without it. 2nd. We wanted pizza and other then complete vegetarian, they didnt have any non-pork meats. Not good for a family that doesnt eat pork. Almost all the staff were very friendly.

I would not recommend this location! The customer service was horrible. The food and drinks took over 45 minutes to get.. When we first walked in the employees were not very nice.. i love bowling, and my kids love the arcade. I was not happy with the service at all!

This place is amazing not just for kids but adults as well. We had our company’s town hall where we were served with chicken wings and pizza. Both of them were amazing especially the Buffalo Chicken Wings. Staff was really friendly and ready to help everyone. Arcade games, bowling area and especially laser tag were awesome. This is kind of place where you can spend your entire evening with your gang with loads if fun. Laser tag game was amazing. Also there is bar as well where you can sip your favourite drink even cocktails as well and mostly have every type of beer.If you want to have your kid’s birthday party or any kind of kids activities, this place is best choice.

The changes do to Covid make the money you pay not worth it. They pick your bowling ball for you which makes it difficult to get the right finger fit. You must wear your mask at all times and even though we went at a slow time it was really warm and both myself and 2 kids were struggling with the masks on. We did have the run of the place which was nice. No real food service do to Covid either.

Amazing the service was good and me and my friend had a great time would cone back but I got jackpot on 3 games but didnt get the points because I got a time card.

Weekdays are the best time to go. A friend of ours had a birthday gathering tonight here. We had access to everything with no wait. Clean, service was friendly. Wasn’t a fan of the rap music playing but that’s just a preference. My husband ordered chili cheese fries. The plate my look a little heavy but he said they were amazing.

Place incredibly clean and well maintained. Staff constantly cleaning behind people and doing a terrific job. Games, tables, etc all spaced out.

I took my son and nephew to this Main Event recently. We spent hours there. My nephew played the coin dozer type machine the entire time, winning many plastic coins and cards. When we went to use the cash in machine for those items, it wasnt working. I went to ask two men who worked there (Ryan and Cody) to help and before I could speak, Cody rudely said, Lemme guess. You didnt use the machine, did you? I told him that we had tried a few times and it kept saying that there was an error and needed an attendant. He then (again rudely) said, Funny. It worked ten seconds ago when I was at it. They both went to it and got it to work then walked off. It worked for a few coins and a couple of cards before doing it all over again. I went back and told them that it did it again. They both went back to the machine and started getting it to work. A third time, the machine messed up. At that point, I went to the front desk and informed a manager (Chaz, I believe is his name) that this had all happened and that I didnt appreciate the rude attitude that we received from Cody. The manager then began toward the machine. Obviously Ryan and Cody had noticed because they quickly got to the machine before the manager and myself got back to it. I never got an apology, but the attitude disappeared as soon as the manager was present. I wont go back if thats how the staff treats people. There are other options that are the same as Main Event and closer to my house anyway.

We had a birthmark party in here. Its really fun and I especially like this main event because it has the Gravity Groves! We also enjoyed the laser tags too. The all you can play offer was awesome.

My family and I decided to have our monthly family outing there in February. Boy did we have fun! The cleanliness, quality and value are all spot on. We had to wait about an hour for a lane, but they gave us time to enjoy the games and a few drinks. We will definitely be back!

This place is really awesome for company picnic or large events . You have bowling, pool, laser tag and gravity ropes for the adults and multiple arcade games for the kids. You definitely wont get bored

We love this place everytime we visit Texas. They have lots for the kids and there are several deals you can benefit using. Theres high ropes course, Lazer tag, arcade games and ticket winning arcade games, and bowling. For the older crowd theres a bar and karaoke stations. Theres also a restaurant that serves pizza and other snacks. Definitely a place to stop by that caters to a variety of ages, perfect for that hot summer day or weekend outing.

Great place for Date Night, and Friendly Staff

This place is always fun! They were so awesome when I took my son up there for his 8th birthday. (His party was on a different day, so we had a fun day on his actual bday.) They said they normally don’t announce birthdays, but they ended up doing just that for my little guy and bringing him the largest dessert while we were bowling. He was so happy and excited about that (and he legitimately beat me at bowling). Every time we go, we end up doing it all lol. Great place

This was my first time here and it was within my expectations of places like this. This location had gravity ropes, karaoke, bowling, laser tag, pool and an arcade area. I went for a team event and I enjoyed it. Only issue we had was when bowling the rack wouldn’t reset once and we tried calling directly from the screen. Advice, don’t bother with that, just go get the person servicing the bowling area because those people get priority.

Lane kept messing up computer kept gliching..

Great time. Good food. Good service. Pool tables are very nice. Numerous televisions making it a great place to watch the game. Always enjoy going here with the family. It is a nice relaxing place to visit and have a good time. The facility is always clean. In the surface, it seems to be very well managed.

Staff was unorganized and without a sense if urgency. Paid for the unlimited. Not sure it was worth it because of the wait times and lack of urgency from the staff to process people. Each wait was an easy 30 minutes for laser tag and the high ropes. Mini golf and billiards where unregulated. So advertising that it was part of the unlimited deal was foul play in my mind. The mingolf was a joke, But I was glad it was there because it occupied my 5yr old for 10 minutes while the rest of my family was on the high ropes. The bathrooms were a disaster. There was throw up in a few if the sinks in the mens room. We had 5 in our party and the 1hr limit was not enough to finish 1 game of bowling. We had to wait another 2hrs to bowl again and we went as fast as we could that time and barely finished with two minutes to spare. That was the first time we bowled as a family and it rushed more than memorable. Laser tag was half decent. Food was average. Not sure if Id go again. Might give another location a chance.

Went to play some billiards and air hockey. The employee over in the bar area, Bailey, was awesome! He was really attentive and took good care to make sure my friends and I had a great time. Definitely a great location!

What a great place to take the kids or hang out and catch the game with friends! A little expensive considering all there is to do inside this huge event center, but everyone in your group will enjoy this place. It has more fun and entertaining choices inside the building than most communities have in the entire city. Cant wait to come back again soon.

Very epic! It was pretty cool, me and my friends went and it was neat.

Its a fun place for sure but it could of been a lot more fun. We were not made aware of the all play pass that would give us access to more options than the one event we paid for. Trying to buy the individual passes just becomes expensive. Especially with how many of us that went. Plus I do not understand who decided on the costs per arcade game. Some games cost 9.8 tokens others 4.8, 6.9, 2.5, ect. What the hell kind of system is that. Its screwing over the customer because theyre never going to use all their tokens. Doing that math to finish with 0 tokens is not easy. Its always spending more money trying to get the card empty. Service wasnt any better. If it wasnt for us ordering food our drinks would of been empty the entire time. An employee came and took our drink order, brought our drinks and never came back. My little brother had a blast and thats the only saving grace.

Awesome place for organizing a kids birthday party. After quite a bit of research and comparing between pinstack and this place, I decided on here for my kids party - because they are better organized for a birthday party.From the get go, the ME team was actively involved - answering my questions, helping me with options, making suggestions, and working to accommodate our needs. On the day of the party, our hostess (Josey) was simply awesome!!! She was amazing at keeping the kids excited and enthusiastically participating in the planned (and unplanned) activities. She even kept the parents engaged!As to the venue itself, laser tag and arcade were the hits of the party. Additionally, we also did bowling (and the staff really helped make it fun for the kids, finding proper ball sizes, helping setup the lanes, etc.), and mini golf (which the kids seemed to have lots of fun with).Thanks to Main Event the kids had an enjoyable time. Kudos to Josey our event was memorable for both the kids and us.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. While we bowled, we were regularly checked on to see if we needed anything. Food and drink service was prompt as well. The rope course goes over top the minigolf course, which is both fun and efficient. The referee for lazer tag was accommodating if someone wanted to switch teams to be with their family/friends. The ref even joined in for a game when we had low number of people and played free-for-all. The staff was also more than happy to help if we had a problem with any of the arcade games/prizes. While all of the activities may bring you here, the great service is what will have you returning. Top-notch.

It was... fine I guess... I hate the gravity course and it ruined my day.

Stay away from this main event. Everyone is clueless and would rather not do their job. They have delayed our laser tag 3 times, going from 6:45, to 7, to 8:30, saying that there are bigger groups later. I’ve asked multiple workers why we needed to wait so long, and nobody had an answer but to “wait” for the next one. The food took forever to arrive, and it was messed up several times. We asked for water a couple of times to remind our waitress we were waiting on it. Somebody else checked on us and got it within 2 minutes. We didn’t get the other water order until after we finished our food with the original waitress.... she messed up our pizza order, and overall the food was not fresh. I don’t know what it is, but the bowling alleys are awful and old. Nothing has changed in this main event for years. We tried to bring this to attention to management, but they did not seem to care. You can spend the same price and even save money at other establishments, where they won’t treat you terrible and generally know their job. We liked playing billiards, and that’s about it. I won’t be returning.

Came for a 40th Birthday Party. Staff was awesome, service was great! Fun time had by all.

The $20 pass is well worth it. Maybe go when it isnt super busy though, so you can bowl when you like. But even with the wait, theres plenty to do.

This place is fun for the kids. Just dont buy beer on tap. Its flat!! I got a beer changed out because it was old and flat not even one bubble or foam.Tasted horrible. They brought me another one. The exact same.. Check please!

We always have an amazing time. There are other locations closer but Monica always has a smile on her face and is always willing to help us, even checking on us throughout our visit, as we tend to make a day of it. The game attendants are super patient, friendly and nice when we call them for help and easy to locate.

Went on new years eve had a blast with the kids. All non ticket games free for $15. Served free champagne at midnight, only bummer was gravity ropes took too long to interchange kids then after waiting they decide to take a break.

Food not so good. We had to return our food 3 times. Fun place though.

Definitely a nicer Main Event compared to others in nearby cities. Id say they are a bit understaffed but overall its a great place to get in and get out. Its not ever overcrowded and their parties are pretty maintained.

Never been carded at a main event. Cant have a beer because I didnt bring my ID. They said main event policy. We left to go to a different one. I got a beer there. Im 41 with adult children. Fixing to be a grandmother. I also had a picture of my OD on my phone.

We loved the atmosphere. There were some billing issues for my table... They kept adding stuff to our table and serve for another one. Once pointed out they fixed the bill but only after some back and forth. Confusion was on the tabs name since there was another table with the same first name.

Good variety of games and activities. Good daily bargains. The food selection is really limited. Only very basic selection of pizza, chicken fingers, and wings. We had to stop somewhere else to get food on the way home. The place was new and pretty clean. I would go back again just make sure we eat first.

Cameelas birthday party here was very enjoyable. She loved the pizza, bowling, games, presents but most of all her friends. Thank you all for coming to her birthday party.

Had my granddaughter 16 birthday there with 13 girls lol had a good time.

We had to wait an extra two hours more than quoted for a bowling lane. Instead of opening lanes in between birthday parties they left several vacant and made us wait. Ordering drinks at a a table also took too long with the excuse that the bartender was busy. Although we understand it was a Saturday, this is unacceptable.

Lots to do and almost everything in the arcade works. I would love to see more new games though. Beat Saber is legit!

Horrible experience. My kids wanted to play pool because we bought the activities pass. The bartender asked if I was getting a drink, when I said no, she said they didnt have any balls. The people in front of us left, like walked out the front door and then came back 29 minutes later and received their drinks and balls to play while we continued to wait. We requested 2 bowling lanes next to each other and after waiting for an hour and a half. They messed that up too. So they said they will have a lane for us in 5 minutes and we could play for 2 hours on it. 25 minutes by later and after we had to track someone else down, we were able to actually start playing. As we are playing they run out of the only thing we are drinking, which was Dr. Pepper. The experience as a whole was ok even with all the problems, thank goodness our kids are still able to have a good time.

Visited this location on a Monday. It was $10.95 for an all day pass for either games or activities. Such an awesome deal when you have a bunch of kids. It wasnt crowed and we played for 2+ hours!

The usual big box entertainment megaplex. I try to go when it is not crowded and the prices are lower. Very upscale, clean, and state of the art. A great venue for fun, when not too crowded.

Kids have a good time.Very expensive. The point program is a rip- off. So much junk for such a high price.Prefer to find other forms of entertainment for them.

Great place to have fun with the kids. As is common with places like this dont expect high quality food. Better pretzels at Sonic and that is not a compliment to Sonic. My advice is come here to have fun. Get food a drink elsewhere.

There is nothing to do the gravity ropes look like a zip line on the website but its not its just walking with a harness on in midair very boring theres hardly anything to do the only things you really Can do is the arcade, mini golf, gravity ropes, the pool tables, and get some food. I do not recommend it. Worth with $15 a person for 5 hours. I went for my birthday and it was horrible me and my brother and friend tried to do the gravity ropes course but you cannot go at your own time you have to schedule it its about 15 minutes per course but you have to wait about an hour for each turn its so long and if you dont have any arcade money or coins or whatever then there is nothing to do and it gets very boring very

Smh this is the worst location ever..poor service so slow..I walked in for my daughters birthday like I always do I had some guest and after 2 hours every single waiter/waitress by passed me acting like I don’t exist..had to ask for some one to take my order 3 times! 3rd was cause I got fed up and went straight to the manager..food took forever to come out I felt embarrassed in front of my guest..and I could understand if it was a busy night,it was not I’ve been here when it was busy and got better service..all the manager kept saying “oh your good we close at 1 am!” Really? And every single server is clueless and shaking running around doing nothing

This place was a lot of fun! I did laser tag, the ropes course, and bowling. Our bowling lane was not scoring us, so the staff worked on it and eventually moved us to a different lane when the problem couldnt be fixed. The staff was understanding and kind when I had trouble with my shoes on the ropes course and even went as far as to lend me a pair that I could lace more securely. They took safety seriously and ensured we had a great time!

Took my boy billy here for his birthday with his friends to have some fun, and that is exactly what billy did. I mean he had so much fun so much excitement. haven’t saw my boy smile like that in ages him and his friends played the arcade games and was laughing all together. Took me back to when I was 8 years old I had my friends Johnny and Charleston these were the Bronx days so fun to us was just getting away from the family. We went to the funnest places I mean arcades where the games were like a cent a piece I brought a change cup and so did my boys cause we been saving up for this exact moment. we over played one of the games got mad and kicked it, the manager called us to one of the security rooms asked where’s our parents and we was poopin ourselves cause our moms and dads were strict people I mean they would get mad if you left a fork in the sink so at the time we was losing it, so my boy Johnny has a girlfriend who’s about 16 he calls her and says this his mom, manager takes the phone she talks for us and gets us out of some deep trouble. Johnny married that woman and had kids and now my billy and his Denny play all the time together and. this arcade really reminded me of what true friendship and fun times are.

Pretty standard main event. A lot of games were out of order but otherwise ok.

This place rocks. I normally dont leave 5 Star reviews but this time, I had to. The food? 5 stars. The entertainment? 5 stars. The service? TEN stars. I would live here if they let me. I used to visit the Frisco Main Event since 10 years ago, I haven’t try out Bowling and Lasertags for a long time. My favorite memories that I played is Typhoon TrioTech and Mario Kart Arcade. Can’t wait to visit one day soon!Update: Like Typhoon Triotech has 6 Films, We will plan on 15 Regular Films Inside. For the new attraction, XD Theater Triotech haven’t come for the first time, We can’t wait to see about what’s going on.

Bowling is good. Staff is helpful. Foods a bit expensive so eat beforehand. Lazar tag is great!! The games are lots of fun, but can get a bit pricey. The atmosphere is very youthful and fun. Lots of things to do! Good fun for family, dates, etc. Very well rounded fun.

They have upwards of 15 pool tables and there was plenty of room to play there. We didnt bowl but it seemed like there was close to 30 lanes. The pizza was very good and the service from the bar was fantastic.

Really good place to have fun with friends its surprising seeing all the things you can do in this place I just wish there was more of what they have to avoid having to wait for others too finish like the air hockey

The experience was as good as I remember a veriadey of games and my personal favorite the laser tag and the bowling was good to suggest it if you are having a party or just whant to have fun.

Went for bowling and it was crowded and told us we can only get 1 hour of bowling. Went to extended for another hour, notify us we have waiting list so you have to wait for 45 minutes to bowl for another hour. Went to strikz and awesome experience with friendly staff, better balls and great ambiance and amazing fries. Never coming back here

My family and I always have a great time when we visit. The place is clean and lively! Seems like the bowling lanes need to be updated though. Some work better than others.
