Good place for a walk with kids. Not crowded. Sunset was very beautiful!
A beautiful local Bay area trail
Nice place to spend the afternoon walking
This is located in the Don Edwards San Franciso Bay National Wildlife Refuge. There are umarked small parking areas on both ends of the trail. Access to both is off Fremont Blvd. The trail is west of Fremont Blvd. The trail is flat and follows a levee. It is an unpaved gravel road. This area is a restored wetland completed in 1986. This is a very good place to see birds, bay wildlife, and tidal action. A great place to jog, bicycle, or take a walk. It is never very busy. There is a picnic bench in the north parking lot but no other services. A few observation areas with benches are on the route.
Really hidden and peaceful. Nice to stroll here
Always a nice cooling breeze
Good, but sometimes windy and smell...
Literally, the most amazing views of such wide open spaces and the breathtaking skies above! You can see across the Bay.
First time going there and I must say very nice views and peaceful to walk around. You can fish there to.
