This is such a great place to get away for a bit. Its not crowded because its a bit out of the way, but its a great place to take the family or just go for a quiet stroll. Playground, kayaking, fishing, picnic, something for everyone, and an amazing place for a sunrise.

This has always been one of my favorite spots to bring my grandson. We were so disappointed and angered by what we found today. Ill never understand why anyone would feel the need to vandalized and deface property. Spoke with a family visiting the park and contemplating moving to the area. This definitely made a negative impression of the neighborhood.

The only problem we had were how dirty the porta potties were. Everything else was really nice. It was very pretty. And the playground and picnic tables were nice as well.

Great place to take the family to relax and swim in the lake! Still have yet to find a good fishing spot.

Honestly this park could be so much better. It floods every year so the ground is usually swampy in the summer. But people in this area dont care about picking up their trash or dog poop.there were well over a hundred people there today when I went and nobody was handling their business because the trash cans were partially underwater. I wish there were more parks on the lake other than the two that are so close to each other. More so I wish there was more rule enforcement on people who constantly litter

Its a Fantastic park lots of big shade tree and a waterline. Playground is great when open( written during COVID-19)Not the cleanest or fanciest but rarely super busy and such a great area for a family to picnic and swim

Decent, no designated swimming area. The grass in the park needed to be mowed and the lake was slightly cooler than reused bathwater.

Nice place on the lake, but people ruin it with their littering.

Nice area but not enough trash receptacles. Trash was over flowing and blowing all over the park and lake.

We left rather quickly. Our dog found a used syringe by the restroom and burnt up foil by one of the tables. Such a shame. Looks like a beautiful area.

Beautiful, well-maintained park with numerous mature trees of all kinds. Great place for a relaxing walk. Wildlife includes the egret, great blue heron, killdeer, giant dragonflies and more. Especially beautiful at sunset and is a good place to see Fall colors in late October and November. Has a playground with swings for the kids and plenty of picnic tables, some with grills.

Usually pretty empty, and the park is decently maintained. Lake is pretty shallow for a long ways out from shore and out of the way of boats.

I love this area and its a beautiful lake but the city really needs to up the maintenance here. I have come across broken beer bottles every time I come here (despite the rules not allowing liquor.) playground has been redone recently as well! A great place for a summer swim with beautiful Wildwood Park a jump away.

I currently live in Cheyenne, Wyoming but born and raised in Michigan. The lake here is very beautiful. I miss being around all the water. The drive there, the neighborhood, is so amazing! Truly jealous of the people that live around there.

The park itself is awesome! However, the people that frequent it have no regard for nature. I watched multiple people walk out into the water with beer, water bottles, cans of soda, etc. and just let their trash go in the lake. Not too mention leaving a great deal of trash around the area they had set up at. It does, however, have good beach areas and access to the water along with a fair amount of picnic tables. Plenty of parking and pretty scenery.

Great place to bring your kids or just to get away. Cops dont bother much unless you cause trouble. Me and my friends always go have crazy times there and its actually pretty clean and safe if your not counting the water.

Nice spot! We take the dogs for a quick swim often. The only thing I dont like are certain people and their families who litter all the time, even when there are plenty of rubbish bins!

Went on the early evening of Memorial Day, a Sunday. There was ample parking, a few families both in and out of the water and a beautiful setting. A few picnic tables were scattered about. It was clean and mowed. ***There is a warning of not eating the fish and to watch out for gators.

Nice park, right on Lake Worth. It has a playground, and is well kept. Unfortunately, it also has drug deals that happen right out in the parking area.

I love this park!!! It is so well taking care of and it has a new area for kids to play!.

Trash all over by the shore. Not much to do besides the playground or the lake which isnt clean there.

Theres a warning sign on water front near entrance, parking lots not paved, the port a potty was not cleaned recently enough with the heat.
