Beautiful park, well thought out landscaping, wildlife. This park takes you out of the city while being in the city. Trail connections to restaurants and hotel. Nice small play area for the kids. Come bring your family, get some exercise, and stop for lunch or dinner in Alliance after.

Very nice place to take a walk. If you want something to eat or drink a few restaurants are within walking distance.

The perfect example of how to incorporate native plants into DFW urban landscapes. We need more parks like this! Great for walking, running and especially birdwatching

At Bluestem Park, youll find two primary wildflower seasons: spring and fall. While the spring brings Texas traditions, like Bluebonnets and Indian Blankets, you wont want to miss the Maximilian Sunflowers which line the trail in early October, which is also when the Monarch Butterflies are migrating southward. Its a great place to catch the evening sunset as well. Our daughters love to run out and discover nature every time we visit.

A BEAUTIFUL, secluded place to escape city sprawl, that is just over the hill.I suggest stopping at one of the plethora of restaurants in the area and picking up lunch, then picnicking on a blanket HERE in one of the most beautiful spots in the metroplex.

Very calm location, the cars driving add to the calmness as it is just few cars. It quite literally is just a trail, but a nice city trail.

Beautiful hilly park for walking. Paved path makes it easy to take a stroller and still enjoy the beautiful plants and wildlife. Definitely take a hat and sunglasses in hot weather as there is no shade. Also great location as it’s surrounded by restaurants. Perfect for an after dinner stroll.

Not much here. A few pretty parts, but not much of a destination. Only a chemical toilet by the parking. Plenty of eating and shopping options nearby.
