Ive been living here since march and its been a pretty good experience living here. Its quiet most of the time which is a plus. The staff here is great too they drive around on their little cart and love to wave and say hey. Five stars!!

Been living here almost 2 years now and love it. It’s quiet and relaxing. We are satisfied with the management they will work with you if you have any issues.

Where to start? I can honestly say they do get you moved in quick. But as much as you pay to get in they could at least do the repairs you see that need to be done. You have a month to turn in any issues the house has. Even when you turn in the repair list they do not come and do the repairs. Maintenance always has an excuse on why they can’t do something. It always seems to be the office won’t let us do this or that. It’s unbelievable honestly. On another note you can’t make repairs yourself because it is not a lot. Our banister is coming off the house. All the did way come an put some screws. It’s just a bunch of nonsense. Overall I would not recommend to move here.

Community is clean. Management is professional and very friendly. Been here since March, it’s quiet. Keep it up!

Nice family environment, move in process with Office Personnel Nancy is a relief . Offer new manufactured homes, secure mailboxes and other benefits to make living not such an expense !!

ABSOLUTELY GREAT COMMUNITY!! have been a resident for over 5yrs and I have never been more at peace. My kids love the swimming pool and how tranquil it is all the time. Staff is wonderful, the community is always well maintained and always clean!!

Its Terrible You have to wait Months are yrs before they come fix your Stuff,then on top of that the STAFF always Have ATTITUDES when u talk to them.My opinion they need better STAFF AN MAINTENANCE.

People on crack leave heir, rent and water to expensive and keeps going up.. I dont recommend this place and their damaged homes with roches..They are MONEY HUNGRY PEOPLE! and Hispanics stop lying u can do better..

Indian Creek manages willow terrace as well as three other mobile home communities.Indian Creek shuts the water off without notice. Maintenance men barely do anything.When things get stolen, broken into, or vandalized in any way, dont expect anything to be done about it (even with visual evidence) Thieves, drug addicts & trouble makers live in the back, Management changes contracts regularly without notice. Please Do not rent/buy here. Its not worth it. Lived here for four yrs now, my family and I want to leave badly. I have not received my amount due in three months straight, so we have to call. Indian Creek management cops an attitude when you call or go to the office for an issue or ask the payment amount. The four years that we have been here only one pool has been open on Willow terraces side. The other pool near the mailboxes as will as the mailboxes themselves have yet to be fixed. They look as though someone hit them with a baseball bat or tampering with them, some of them dont close all the way, properly or they refuse to open. The first year was ok. Over the years things have gotten increasingly worse. Cars fly through the neighborhood at 30-40 mph literally vehicle are jumping over the speed bumps. The roads are Pothole paradise. Bill & management do not care about anybodys safety, it is all about money. They are money hungry. Its to the point a couple of delivery places refuse to deliver here. Potential renters and buyers, I apologise for the long post. Please heed my warning.

If I can give the place a zero starts I would Im serious horrible racist white girl in the office walked in on her having sex with one of the workers a while back very rude and disrespectful always ignored hangs up phone they really need to hire a new staff please read all the paper work !!! My mothers trailer is falling apart does not have a.c. restrooms always clog up trash service got better at least very rude too my aunt and mother. I need the supervisors number immediately

Me & my family lived here for nearly 10 years, but its been about 6 since we moved from here. We loved it. They always treated us fairly & we never had any problems, it was quiet & neighbors were super friendly!

Cant WAIT UNTIL LEASE IS UP! RUDE PREJUDICE PEOPLE! They are MONEY HUNGRY PEOPLE! WILL TOW YOUR CAR FOR ANYTHING! FIND WAYS TO GET YOU EVICTED! HANG Up IN YOUR FACE! Bad Customer Service! Dont Rent Here at all!!

Nice place to live.

This place is horrible.my family and I are considering moving away. There are too many sketchy people here. We have gotten our cars robbed several times and I am sick of it. If I could rank this place a 0 I would.

I dont think youd like what I have to say about that. But in the same instance my Mom lives there and is very happy with the place, its a good place to live.

Contract, too much noise. Does not feel safe here. Houses are fragile.

Its a nice place for the price but it needs to be level so water can run off street in spots
