Dont go here its a joke to live there

Initially, the staff that was here 2 yrs ago was great. They were friendly, helpful and caring. That staff, however, was replaced. If you rent, maybe the experience is different. But, do NOT BUY from these people. The 60 says they give you for them to fix anything broken is a joke. Nothing gets fixed, or some things get fixed half @$$. And once that 60 days passes, you are responsible to fix it, no matter what they promise. And, everything will break. Do yourself a favor and just go buy a new mobile home. It will cost about the same in the end. And the lot rent here constantly goes up, ($25 here and there), while homeless people steal your kids bikes. There are plenty of peeping Toms casing your home.and dont forget the Meth addicts.. They are like stray cats in this neighborhood.. Plentiful and always lurking. Dont walk.. RUN FROM THIS PLACE!!!

I love living here now that we have new management!! I have been a resident for three years. And in the last year I have watched us really grow as a whole! They are cleaning this place up a lot. I hope the good work continues!!

The office claims it is haunted ?? And it was suposed to be from englands castle in the early 1800s could it really be theres things that make creepy noises heard by different people ..my nieces and nephew say they saw a little girl in the window they all ran at once then came and told me neihbor said he heard little girl say puppy when he was walking his dog in the back at night time he went home quickly ...

Have an aunt that lives here. Linda has never complained so they must be good.

The mobile home are very nice.

Its a great place to live close to everything close to downtown good school district kids dont have to wear uniforms my granddaughter loves that they keep the yards for you or you can do them yourself if you want to I would recommend them to people
